Tonight’s dinner was amazing. I used to make these a long time ago but used pita bread instead of a low cal/carb tortilla. Why didn’t I think of it sooner??!! Lol
Bake everything minus the basil for 8-10 minutes at 450f. Make sure to spray the tortilla with a healthy oil on both sides. I used organic avocado oil. Do a quick spritz. No need to add calories. Pull out when the tortilla looks crispy and then add the basil on top! Enjoy 💋

💛 Potato Toasties 💛 Mein neuer Frühstücks Favorit 🧇🥔 und kann man sowohl herzhaft als auch süß (zB mit Apfelmus) essen. Ihr braucht dafür Kartoffeln und ein Waffeleisen bzw. ein Plattengrill tuts auch 😁 Zubereitung: 1️⃣ Die Kartoffeln müssen vorab gegart werden. In der Mikrowelle wäre optimal, da sie dort etwas Feuchtigkeit verlieren, aber eben nicht zu viel. Wenn ihr sie in Wasser kocht, sind sie frisch einfach zu feucht, um Toasties zu werden und sollten vorab eine Nacht „trocknen“. Im Backrohr gegart werden sie zu trocken. So trocken zerfallen sie anschließend meist und werden keine schönen Toasties. Die Kartoffeln auf keinen Fall schälen! Denn die Schale ist ausschlaggebend für die flache, kompakte Toastie Form. 2️⃣ Die gegarten Kartoffeln einfach in einem Waffeleisen oder in einem Plattengrill flach drücken und etwa 20min „toasten“ lassen. 💁🏻‍♀️ Pro Tipp: Wenn das Waffeleisen eine non-stick Beschichtung hat, wäre das optimal. Ansonsten gebt etwas Olivenöl auf ein saugfähiges Küchentuch und streicht die Grillfläche ganz dünn damit aus. LOW-CALORIE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CAKE - Low-calorie, low-fat, high protein chocolate and raspberry cake 🍰 • Ingredients: Base dough: 88g of oats flour 80g of whole wheat flour 5g of cocoa powder A pinch of salt 1 tbsp of sweetener (i.e. Splenda) 2 egg whites 20g water 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract • Top: 660g of low-fat greek yogurt 10g tasteless gelatin 50g of hot water 100g raspberries (unfreeze if you are going to use frozen) - or other berries 20g cocoa powder 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract 2 tbsp of sweetener (i.e. Splenda) • Method: Pre-heat oven to 190C. Mix dry ingredients of the dough. Mix wet ingredients, and incorporate to dry ingredients. Place parchment paper on a baking pan and spread the dough on it. Cook the dough for 15 minutes. Let it cool down. • Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, and let it cool down. Mix the yogurt, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix in the gelatin. • Place a layer of the cake on the dough. Place a layer of raspberries, and pour the rest of the cake.
