Kung Fu Panda Villains x Reader || Drabbles
Plot / Includes: The common theme is tea XD
General Kai x Immortal!Reader: After coming back to the living plain as a spirit warrior, Kai’s first stop is to find you, an immortal ex-lover. Will you be happy to see him, though??
Lord Shen x ChildhoodFriend!Reader: You make Shen some tea because he’s always so uptight, and you crave a nice moment with him ^^
Tai Lung x Reader: The first thing Tai Lung does after escaping prison is visit you, his girlfriend/boyfriend/romantic partner from before he was imprisoned- and you’ve been waiting for him ^^
Annnnd, this is my first attempt at writing any of these guys, so I’m sorry if they aren’t quite right!
Warnings: I guess Tai gets a little frisky with you? But not really XD He’s just happy to see you!! XD
General Kai:
… A spirit warrior. This man leaves you for war, starts stealing peoples chi, doesn’t come back for 5 hundred years- and when he finally does come back, he is something called a spirit warrior??
You are deeply unamused. And he knows it- how could he not? You are standing in your doorway looking up at him with a scowl on your lips. He better be intimidated.
“So… “Your voice is as cold as ice, eyes narrowing in distaste as he rubs the back of neck in nervousness at your reaction to him after all these years. Not because he is nervous, but because he has the good sense to look it. “how did it go??”
“Wh- uh… the war??”
“Yes.”
“Well, I um… Oogway banished me to the spirit realm… “
“I heard… “
“Oh, you know. So- uh- you know, that’s why I haven’t been around… not that I didn’t wanna see you, or forgot you or, or anything… “
“Uhuh… “
“Look, can I come in?” He suddenly snaps, dropping his large arms to his sides and moving in closer to you, letting go of the façade of nervousness. “I got other places to be.”
“Oh! You have other places to be??” Immediately Kai realises he has said the wrong thing, when you light up like this. “Great! Go there!”
Then you slam the door in his face. You think he was so close that it knocked his nose- you hope that it knocked his nose. You stay by the door just long enough to hear him grunt on the other side, before sweeping off further into your house to start forgetting he came at all. You spent over 500 years missing him, he can’t just come back one day and treat you like a stop along the way.
Also- what he did, what he is no doubt still trying to do, is unforgiveable. And you refuse to be party to it. No way.
When your door literally flies off the hinges behind you, slamming into the ground with a huge, loud THUD, you whip around with wide eyes and take in a deep breath- ready to yell at this bastard for knocking down your goddamn door-
But he strolls on in, breaking your door further when he steps on it, and holds a hoof up to your face- silencing you. “Y/N… Come on, lets just talk about this.” As you stay completely silent then, Kai takes the opportunity to soften a little bit, using those bovine eyes on you in that way he knows used to make you melt once upon a time. “I missed you.”
… damnit, it still has an effect on you. Not quite the same effect, you’re still holding together - you’re still pissed, - , but that little part of you that was there since you saw him today that desperately wants to accept him back- get a little bit louder.
Now, you can’t do that, you can’t just forgive him, but you can hear him out. On your terms, but… you can be okay with him being in your house… at least. You guess. So, straightening up, you brush his hoof out of your way with the back of your hand, relishing inwardly in the way his face drops at the motion, and head towards the kitchen.
“… fine. Fix that door and if you manage to do that before I finish the tea, you can have some. Deal?”
“I’m on it.”
Lord Shen:
“Shen? I made tea, and thought you might want a cup before you leave?”
“Tea?... I don’t need your tea- “
“Agree to disagree. Sit down.”
This made Lord Shen look at you as if you grew 3 heads and shat on the rug for a good long moment, but you don’t remove your gaze from his even though he’s scary, and after a few moments, he narrows his eyes at you and sits down on the other side of the mat. Success-
“Just a sip.” He tells you, in that hushed voice of his that can be goddamn terrifying depending on what you’ve done, as he picks up a cup in is wing. “I’ve never had tea from you, before… Wonder if it’ll be palatable.” He thinks out loud, half to himself and half to bother you, peering into the cup.
Oh, now- Rolling your eyes, you raise a cup to your own lips, feeling the warmth in your hands, and nod to him. Go on. “Well only one way to find out.” You’ve known Shen for a long time now, you grew up together, so his meanness doesn’t do quite the same thing to you as it does to others. Also, you’ve always been rather resilient, and a little naïve. No matter how hard someone may try to convince you, you cant truly believe that Shen is evil. Evil doesn’t really exist, and if it does then surely it has worse things to do then live inside Shen.
You feel like people calling him evil is just an easy way for them to compartmentalize, and you would rather know him. Which you do. That’s how you kept up eye contact with this insane bird-
“Right… “
As you take a sip yourself, and feel the warm liquid slide down your throat and fill your insides with lovely heat, you wait patiently for Shen to do the same. It takes him a moment, scowling at you as you drink your tea, before he lets out a dramatic sigh and tries it himself. “Alright, alright.” You watch his pretty face change, no longer does it look like he smelt something awful- it actually looks… surprised. Vaguely pleasantly surprised, as a matter of fact, as he looks back into the cup. “… hm.”
“Hmm?~ “
“Its… well, I’m not dead.”
“Did you really think it would kill you, Shen? That I would try to kill you?” You deadpan, but raise your brows expectantly when he raises his eyes to you.
… He pauses. “… well- “
“Shen!”
“You’re right, you wouldn’t have what it takes, would you? No… “ Smirking, Shen takes another sip of his tea. “Thank you, though. This tea is remarkably edible.”
… sighing, you roll your eyes look away as you take another sip yourself. “Thanks. You’re welcome.”
Shen steals your attention again, though, as he drains the last of his tea and holds out the cup to you, an oddly adorable - yet still crazy, - expression on his face. Soft, and almost pleading. “… Can I have some more, then?” His voice, of course, is still terrifying.
A slow grin spreads across your face. “… I thought you were on your way out?”
“Oh shut up, and pour me some tea.”
Tai Lung:
“Y/N!” A familiar voice yells, banging at your front door.
“Tai??” You ask, wide eyed and shocked as you pull the door open and see him standing there.
“Y/N.” He says again, unbelievable and desperate relief in his tone as he pulls you against his chest in the warmest hug you’ve ever experienced- well, since you last saw him. 20 years ago. He breathes in at your head, taking as much of your scent as he can. As he breathes out, he releases a growl, but it is not an unhappy one- its full of comfort. When he speaks, his voice pitters into a bit of whine, at the end. “It’s been too long… “
You just squeeze him closer to you, burying your face in his shoulder and closing your eyes. Its unbelievable to you that he’s here, with you again. How did he get out?? You don’t even care. You don’t even care if he should be out, or what he’s going to do now that he is, you just want to stay here tucked away in him, listening to his heartbeat and holding on to it.
After a few minutes, though, you begin to get nervous someone will see him and call someone- and he would be taken away again- so, sniffing, you pull back gently, and flash him a warm smile; nodding inside. “Do you- do you want some tea??”
Still holding onto your hands/the ends of your wings/paws/etc, his paws being so much larger than what you have, he keeps you close to his body and warmly grins. “I don’t want to let you go, little one.”
“You don’t have to.”
“Alright then.”
You lead him inside and he closes the door behind you both, and while you’re pouring the water into the kettle he wraps his arms around your body from behind and sets his head on top of yours, curling his tail around one of your legs as well. He purrs.
After you set the kettle over the fire Tai Lung sits himself down on one of your kitchen chairs - again, not letting go of your hand/wing/paw/etc at all for even a moment, - before urging you onto his lap where he wraps himself back around you again. “I’ve missed you… “He growls into your hair. “So much, little one… I thought about you, in there, you know… all about you… “
“Oh, I’m assuming you thought about other things, too… “You reply, rolling your eyes, though still very much happy he’s here. Other things, like the scroll… dragon warrior… Shifu… escape…
Chuckling against you, and brushing his tail against you, Tai nods. “Yes, but when I was thinking of you… “ He suddenly squeezes your waist in his paws, making you yelp. “You were the only thing, on my mind… “
“Hmm,” You just him, leaning your head on his chest.
After a few more moments of blessed enjoyment of each other’s company, each other’s touch and warmth, Tai speaks up again. This time, there is a hint of nervousness in his voice that causes you to lift off of his chest in order to watch his face; Concerned. “Were you… uh, I mean, have you… “ Sighing, he looks away for a moment and gathers himself. Then looks back, serious. “Is there anyone else?... “
The look on his face is saying that he wouldn’t blame you, if their were. You were without him for a long, long time. And he would prefer you be happy, with someone else… then depressed, and alone. It would hurt him… but he loves you.
It tells you that you made the right decision in waiting all this time.
With a small, sad smile, you shake your head at him. “I promised you- I would wait. I’m yours, Ta- Ah!“ He kisses you then like he cant help it, growling into your mouth.
When he pulls back, his paw on your jaw, theirs a pleased grin on his face- but unbelievably fond look in his yellow eyes. “… I’m yours too, Y/N.”

He thinks that your powers are really cool but also really scary since they dont abide to any of the laws

Thinks that your some kind of God or something,maybe you've just been blessed by the gods
Not to much sparing,he fears that hell be crushed before he can even move

In some ways hes happy that theres another peacock since he wont feel as lonely being the only white one but then again he in some ways feels like that was a huge part of his character
Apon first meeting you he gets extremely defensive and accuses you of being an imposter,even though you never said a single thing
Has alot of curiosity about your powers
Shen will try test your limits and see if you just unleash your powers out of pure emotion,he has morbid curiosity
He likes to spar ALOT
He likes to talk to you about how he created the cannons aswell as what he did to get the result
Hes very clingy and will often hang around you
Should anyone speak bad about you if you dont handle it,he will gladly
He finds a sick kind of pleasure from having so powerfull by his side

Although he finds your white feathers beautiful he also feels threatened
The pure reason for this is power
Hes been a star student for so long,the best of the best and you show up and have more power than him
Hes very stand off ish at first
He warms up to you eventually,its just a case of him getting there
He comes to find the brutality and accuracy of your fighting method
He trains with you at any given chance,hes not afraid to fight someone stronger than him and he will most likely go in blind,refusing to learn anything from his opponent

Hes not going to underestimate you by a long shot,hes more likely to overestimate you
He finds you feathers pretty and can momentarily find himself losing focus in training

Other than oogway he hasnt seen such powerful chi before

Hes going to be after your chi,no doubts
After awhile it's much like having a frenemy

Its can go back and forth like this for a very long time,which it usually ends with you slipping through solid matter to escape
It gets to the point whether hes unsure if he still wants to take your chi
It would give him so much raw power but hes grown...fond of you
Which he hates to admit and probally wont
Once you become acquaintances tho it will turn into sparring seasons often
He brings his jombies out every so often to spice things up
He likes how smoothly you execute your kung fu moves/attacks
However in the end he still technically got what he wanted,just differently

Lord Shen x Reader Headcannons
- This stuck up, mithery, hairpin tempered ball of anxiety and condescension is officially your problem now. I mean. You chose this, so I’ll leave it to you as to what end of the bad choices scale you’re landing on, but man. You sure picked.
- I also can’t get over the fact that – in China and most of the East: white is associated with death and sadness, and mourning. You not only picked the unhinged genocide gun bird, you picked the only person in all of China to be literally born emo via albinism.
- I will get back to the above, but I’m mcfucking losing it over the image of Shen being. The smaller of the two of you.
- Like if you were a smaller creature he could properly get his elegant noble stride on, nose in the air and tail gently swishing behind him as he circles you, admiring every angle and relishing the nervous, excited little glances you give him. He might not be a strictly predatory species but he sure loves that thrilling edge of not-quite-stalking. He’s too high class for the genuine article, that’s what he has the wolves for.
- But if you had the audacity to be larger than him?!
- He’d grind his teeth if he had any. He wants so badly to intimidate you – making sure to step with an extra click of metal coated talons, words honey-barbed and sticky as he looks for chinks in your armour, having to crane his head back and up to look you in the eye and- look- could, could you just- just lean down? Lean down for goodness sake just- there. There. Lovely. As he was saying…
- Shen going to go bananas planning the perfect courtship. Everything must be. Exactly. As he plans it. God forbid you trip on the stairs. If you bribe the guards to move all furniture two inches to the left you’re going to have a great time watching Shen’s eyelid twitch for twenty minutes as he tries to figure out what’s ticking him off.
- Want a shortcut? Say nice things about his cannon. No seriously, it’s not a euphemism (though it could be-)
- The cannon is the culmination of Shen’s ambitions, the reason for his exile, the demonstration of ingenuity that set him apart. Seeing you run a hand smoothly over the intricate castings and complimenting his life's work is going to fill him with so many butterflies he’ll have the wedding ready by noon.
- Of course he does, underneath all the royal snobbery and sass, really, genuinely like you. More than he ever thought he could ever like another person. Go you.
- ...He can’t contain the terror that you might not like him back. Not because of all the murder, no, that’s clearly not the issue. But because he isn’t perfect enough for you. Because he’s not enough.
- Shen popped out of his egg all but rocking the 2007 bangs and MCR soundtrack of his time: born the colours of death in a house and species traditionally all the colours of the rainbow will have been like a self fulfilling prophesy – unspoken but not forgotten as he grew up and internalised his inadequacy by striving for excellence in literally everything else in life.
- Excellence in the form of weaponry, security, excessive control and genocidal ruthlessness. Combined with ingenuity, high intelligence and paranoia: all wrapped in a package of straining courtly manners and a need to constantly have the upper hand.
- You keep taking the fucking rug out from under him by reversing the script and being nice. Even his nanny (soothsayer, who has having a great time munching popcorn and giving incidental commentary) gives him shit and drives him up the wall – yet you’re out here, smiling (how dare you-) and- and saying he looks good (he knows, knows he looks sickly and out of place, a reaper amongst royalty-) and – of course you want to hand his hand really, who wouldn’t (who would?) - he’s fine, he’s fine-
- If he dared to let you go, he’d shatter like a discarded doll.
- How does it feel, reader, to hold the fate of all China in the balance of your smile?

Sfw alphabet Lord Shen edition
Shen
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
It depends on how close you get to him. If you’re most people, then he’s not remotely affectionate. But, if you get close enough to him? He is the definition of clingy. He can and will spoil you with expensive jewelry and gifts as well as putting aside a lot more of his time for you.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Oh jeez. In order to become best friends with Shen, you would have to go through a lot of… let’s say difficult moments. Keep in mind that this guy has pretty much been alone for his entire life, so he has very little idea what a good relationship is or how to have one. In order to become best friends with him, you would need to share his common interests or show a deeper interest in him. After a little while, when you become best friends with him, he will very much be that sort of best friend that will take your things without asking and just sort of show up at your place. He is also that sort of best friend that will stab someone for looking at you the wrong way.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
As much as he would hate to admit it, he absolutely is touch starved and loves to cuddle. He likes it when the person cuddling him wraps their arms around him. It makes him feel safe and cared for.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
The thing is, with Shen, he’s a special case in this department. His idea of settling down is much more along the lines of ruling after he’s already conquered the rest of China. But if we’re talking the traditional “settling down”? Not really his thing. Despite being royalty, he has learned how to cook and clean relatively well, especially when you take into account the fact that he had to live on his own for a while with the whole exile thing.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
If he were to break up with someone for the reason of “I am broken I need therapy and can’t be in a relationship.” He would still make that person know that once he went through with getting help that they still belonged to him.
Otherwise? He is going to be violent. I see him as a very dedicated person, so if you did something to make him want to break up with you, he is going torture you to his hearts content, or just straight up kill you.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Shen isn’t really a one night stand sort of guy. He has trust issues, so everything with him is all or nothing. He believes that the natural end goal of dating is marriage, and once he trusts you with all his heart, he is not going to want to let you go. Basically, when you get him to trust you enough, he is going to be proposing.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
He can be gentle in both areas when he wants to be, but that is the operative word. Wants He’s very quick to anger and often deals with a great amount of other emotions, so he goes back and forth pretty often. If you’re someone close to him, though, he’ll try a lot more to be gentle.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Again, if you’re close enough to him, absolutely. Heck, even go up to him and hug him! If not? You’re probably going to die. He likes hugs, again, he is touch starved. as for how often he wants hugs? It depends on how he’s feeling at the moment. When he hugs, he wraps his wings all the way around the person and pulls them close.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
I don’t really think this man would say that word at all, to be honest. He’d say that he is fond of you, but love is kind of a tricky word for him. Remember how in the movie the Soothsayer said “You parents loved you! They loved you so much!”? This sort of language is common in abusive household that try to justify the parents behavior, and it’s especially in validating to the child’s feelings. from what I can see, I theorize that Shen’s parents were at the very least somewhat abusive (see X for why I think that). So, in that sort of household, where the word love is thrown around so much? It just makes it feel like it doesn’t mean anything. He may grow comfortable enough to say the word later on, but that would involve a lot of unpacking his past.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
This is the most jealous man you will ever meet. He’s got no emotional permanence, so to him everything feels like if you’re giving attention to someone else that you hate him. Again, definitely something he needs to unpack. When he’s jealous, he’ll usually insert himself into the situation and pull you away. Surprisingly and thankfully, the other party usually comes out unharmed. Now, if they were bothering you in any way, on the other hand…
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Kissing is difficult for him, as he has a beak. And it is a very sharp beak. He doesn’t kiss much, and when he does, it’s just a quick little cheek kiss or something. He finds it difficult and uncomfortable to kiss on the lips with his beak, so he just doesn’t really do it. He likes being kissed practically anywhere on his head or neck. It makes him feel important.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Absolutely do not let him around children. He will act sane and civil around them for a little bit, but some thing will get him riled up and that’s when problems start to arise. He will get into full-blown arguments with literal children, because when he was a child he was not taught how to resolve those. He was just told to shut up. Now, as an adult, he makes it a point to not silence himself or back down. This would go really poorly around middle schoolers especially.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
He wakes up at a decent hour every morning, makes himself some tea, gets ready, all of that. He has a nice little routine and everything in place, but he does deviate from it sometimes to spend a bit more time with you. Cuddling an extra few minutes is definitely a valuable use of his time.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
It depends on the day, because he can get pretty wrapped up into his work and be working through the night, but aside from that he may play a few games or write a little bit of poetry, before getting ready for bed.

It was surprising to learn ghosts can bless people.
A ghost’s blessing boosts up your QI similar to the gods blessing but a ghost blessing also gives you luck while God’s give you some protection but not luck that would be on you!
Suddenly again he heard Liu Qingge and Shen Qingqiu fighting which is normal. However, they were fighting over a disciple.
He didn’t feel like getting involved and zoomed out before Shang Qinghua whispered to him.
‘ Bro, Go with Shen QIngqiu that’s Luo Binghe he took! ‘
he glared at Shang Qinghua for not telling him sooner and ran after Shen Jiu.

His peak was often described as a picturesque peak ( he was very proud of his peak ) adorned with tranquil ponds. The water is crystal clear, reflecting the beauty of the lily pads floating gracefully on the surface.
Koi fish gracefully glide through the water, their vibrant colors adding a touch of elegance.
The croaking of frogs adds a harmonious melody to the scene. The air is filled with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers, and the sight of fluttering butterflies brings a sense of joy.
The overall ambiance feels inviting and pristine. Even the teachers and classes exude warmth and friendliness. It's a place where one can find solace and inspiration.
Near the peak lord's house you'll see a more beautiful building. The building is a shrine. Inside of it is a statue of the main god they learn about.
However, the statue isn't alone along with it is the God's husband.
The crown prince and also now heavenly emperor Xie Lian & his husband Crimson Rain Sought Flower Hua Cheng.
If you're lucky enough (or you're Shen (Name) ) you'll see silver butterflies flying around.
It make's a wonderful painting , silver Butterflies in the moonlight.
From the outside the shrine has an ornate and elaborate design, with intricate carvings.
Inside the shrine, you'll find a serene and reverent atmosphere.
To the side inside the shrine is a long table where offerings and candle's are lit.
His peak is always calm and right now that's where he wants to be not in his olders brother bamboo house with tension so high he's surprised the kid Luo Binghe hasn't fainted.
' It's the tea scene where he pours hot boiling tea on him ' he thinks.
He wishes he can move from his brother's side yet he can't.
The tea is poured , the child gasps and the master leaves looking back once at his brother.
Shen (Name) immediately goes to the poor disciple.
He grabs the towel from the table and gently wipe away the hot tea.
"I'm sorry, please don't mind my brother."
The child looks up naive brown eyes shining at him.
"N-no shifu it was this Disciples fault."
The peak lord can't help how his heart melts.
Shen (Name) from the past hated this scene and didn't understand why Shen Qingqiu did this. The Shen (Name) who he is now understands.
Luo Binghe's eye's and hair are similiar to Qiu Jianluo.
The child's name make it even worse. Luo Binghe..Luo...
Ning Yingying didn't help either immediately calling him A-Luo...
... something Qiu Haitang used to call her brother Luo-Ge...
Still, it's no excuse to what happened to this child but he can be sympathetic.
He'll show him around himself and leave he can't be absent from his peak but he can visit his brother and this child.
Maybe, in the way he'll see his cute shidi Liu Qingge.
Dropping off Luo Binghe at his dorm's in which he knows he won't be staying there longer Shen (Name) leave's and goes to the shrine.
He needs some advice..
He knows the god probably won't respond but he'll feel his presence and that's enough.

I love shen jiu with all my heart and i agree with the anon below you write him very well! Can i request a Shen jiu x male reader angst? the reader being murdered by his own family that he loved and protected just for wealth and power? God how do u think shen jiu would react to reader being betrayed like that despite his overall kindness and amiable temperament from his own family no less. It can be a scenario or headcanon I don't mind either Thank you❤️

I have a few asks that need a lot of thought and time, so any short headcanons, I'll take them! I might need some to spend time on the others because some of the other asks I have are... very specific.
Info on Reader: Reader is intended AMAB, and uses he/him. Reader is described as being like an angel/bleeding heart to Shen Jiu, but Reader is fully human and Shen Jiu is just deeply in love. Reader is described as being a fighter. Reader also gets killed. Reader and Luo Binghe have a good but confused relationship (because of dating Shen Jiu).
Timeline: Could be canonical PIDW or a good-ending for Shen Jiu, I leave it up to you. (Preferably the good ending IMO)

There wasn't a day, deep into your shared relationship, that Shen Jiu didn't think this was too good to be true. Waking up on a man's chest and not feeling scared or overwhelmed was a blessing to Shen Jiu, to see your sleepy face grimace as he gets up to teach his students. It's the breaking of sunlight that really has Shen Jiu at pause, your face illuminated by the soft purples and oranges of daybreak.
This was dangerous, he says. This was like a breath of reality was breathed into something old and decrepit. He could feel warmth (or as many butterflies in his chest as he'll allow his heart to stand) spread to his limbs as if the cold wasn't biting late-Autumn.
That still didn't save you from him waking you up with throwing your clothes over your head and stomping around intentionally. And as soon as you get up, he no longer stomps and won't hear anything about being loud this morning. It's not your dear Jiu if he's not a bit cold.
Because of how your family will send letters, you await mid-day independent study hours to actually open your envelope within the private study halls with Shen Jiu.
Of course, demons are a main issue with your area of the woods and you knew it would one day catch up to your family and clans nearby. Shen Jiu scoots over and helps you decipher the message, looking into your expression to gauge what he's also reading.
Your eyes are down cast and your expression pops between those with bitter confusion, sympathy, and anger. You're a very emotionally driven person and he's seen you do stupidly heroic things before. Families like yours, especially the ones who send you monthly letters you hide from Shen Jiu, make Shen Jiu feel a bit confused.
Something about it didn't sit right with him. Shen Jiu wasn't the type to go out of his way to help just... anyone, and this family of yours doesn't inspire him to change that. Not even a bit. You're the only person in your family he could even care about, end of story.
But... because of high demon activity being involved, even if Shen Jiu (as Peak Lord Shen Qingqiu) didn't want to deploy his disciples to this mission, he had to report it. It was far away from where the Sects can get a lot of resources without high risk of losing it: demon raids, beggar clans who've gone rouge, horrible weather, potential of snow and illness, and that's just the obvious ones without magic being taken into account.
But Yue Qingyuan―the soft and pliable Yue Qi is long gone, but Shen Jiu swears someone as soft as him has say inside Qingyuan's mind―was a Sect Leader and could not allow the demons to take place in your home area. Maybe it was Shen Qingqiu's opinion being snuffed out in the meeting with all the Sects, or maybe it was your bleeding heart... Yue Qingyuan had no choice to issue it, even if anyone protested.
The casualties were predictable, up until the final fight.
First, the mountains that will accompany this mission. Qing Jing Peak, Bai Zhan Peak, Yue Qingyuan and specific disciples of him, and any spare elder disciples who the Peaks could spare for your numbers. It may seem like a lot, but truthfully, the demons that were reported by your family had many numbers above you.
Shen Jiu smelt something fishy, but it wasn't from their own end. And he made his thoughts known to you. Sadly, he's soft for you and let's his first wave of concerns go. He had maps to search.
It takes a week to get ready and stockpile your small army to meet the bad guys, and snow starts to fall especially near the flat plains of lands. Snow brings in sickness to younger disciples and if they aren't nursed quickly, they have to be sent back to the mountains. Food is mostly preserved until they get into towns for a break and medicine. The medicine is running thin and Liu Qingge was a close call with sickness before they even get to the battleground...
Oh, how he wished they'd never come when it's finally over.
Everyone who was alive from the demonic waves of battle were getting the wounded out and leading your family to you, where you and Shen Qingqiu were trying to get fresh water. The bodies of the demons were bleeding out, but some were slowly turning to ash as well and you didn't know how long until the rivers are tainted for a while.
You were swiftly trying to clean your bloody boots so they don't hydroplane while Shen Jiu rested on a rock nearby as you also do his too. He was going through the students that were still moving and appointed, with hesitation so great it took nearly an hour, Luo Binghe to instruct Yue Qingyuan about cleaning out the bodies.
Your family, who were surprised to see you, kept you at a distance as your knee-deep in water. You, the happy-go-lucky guy you are, offer a hug to your favorite family member, but they decline you. They are whispering between themselves before they ask about your health.
Not feeling queasy? Lightheaded? Sick? Your stomach doesn't hurt?
Shen Jiu is done after the fifth line of questions and answers in your stead, "Why would he not be? What is it to you about his health, as I see no doctor among you. If you'd cared or had a thought in your head, a doctor would be here and not you."
Of course, Shen Jiu's words aren't taken well but you quickly get them out of there as Shen refuses to apologize. It was unwise to push an apology from him, especially since he had been so fishy about your family to begin with... best let it go.
The second wave, was your undoing.
You were in the formation before him, and he hadn't seen you for sometime after he had taken to beheading demons first and fighting later. Twenty minutes turn to forty, and unease and fatigue settle in as he glides forward after your aura.
By the time he sees you, it's simply just your lifeless eyes staring up at him from a pile of demons you had most likely killed. A family member of yours was trying to pull the knife from your body, but was weaker from the pooling blood of demons all around you.
Shen Jiu didn't know what happened after. The feeling of flying forward was evident, and the weight on his sword was obvious. It was his sword cutting something...
By the time he came back down, he was already falling and gasping into ice from grief and lack of air. His lungs hurt and his body felt so numb. His feet hurt... his hands from palm to knuckle are scarred and cut... he smells metal... Where were you?
Anyone, from Liu Qingge to Yue Qingyuan, who try to touch him are batted away and told to basically fuck off. Let him have a goddamn moment... ! If the demons were all dead, good! Time to send humans in for treason and murder of one of their own!
After some time alone, his emotions are bottled again as he rests in the ice. He knew they shouldn't have come here, you were too soft. He had always loathed those with proper families and you had been a part of that once upon a time, but now that argument of yours about love made him feel things he didn't like. Betrayal for you. It wasn't his place to feel betrayed, he hated them. He feels hate. Justified hate.
While on the ice and watching your family heads being put in cuffs for trial, he finally feels it. Finally, something in him settles enough to be colder than any blizzard or frost has made his skin feel. His heart freezes over once more, but it still pumps blood bleeding for you faster as he panics realizes.
You're gone. Far and beyond, you're gone without him.

She was the most beautiful duck he had ever seen. That Duck was you, a beautiful duck that was just minding your own business. Lord Shen came across you one day. Finally, he has been brought into his home where he could confess to you.

you were shocked and could not even react before he pulls away. "Take her to the dungeons, I will make her learn to love me, she will be my fate."
You were dragged away screaming and kicking and he smirked. Oh he finally had you and now that he does have you. He is never ever going to let you go. He does not care how long it takes he will break you and make you his at last.

mxtx rollplay plots
Yuan and og binghe-
It's been quite a while since the last time shen qingqiu saw the original luo binghe. From the punishment given to him from the system and when og binghe had come to their world of svsss. However it has grown silent besides the occasional chaos of his disciples and the small arguments from his binghe and liu qingge. Sighing under his breath, the peak lord of Qing Jing Peak began to fan himself. Lightly the fan flicked close to his chest before quickening the pace in his wrists sensing.. Sensing something was wrong. Wrong? What was it that was wrong? Everything was going well today. Peaceful for the most part. Yet the system began to alert him after so long of being “finished”.
Sighing. “What is it now..” shen qingqiu thought, opening the warning only to be informed that there was a new story line plot. One of which could get him killed again if he messed up. Yet this one was unclear. The system only warned him that this one was extremely dangerous and said he was going to be taken into the world of the original for a period of time. Confused and ready to yell out and nag the system saying it's trying to punish him for being lazy, yet was cut off by a sword slicing through the air near him.
Xin mo..the tip of the black blade was obvious. Mumbling a cursed word under his breath he knew instantly, ready to turn away and run. Yet grabbed and pulled into the world of proud immortal demon way, before he was able to yell for help.
Soon after he was dropped onto the floor in front of a few of the main wives of the original. Him walking towards the throne and sitting. Shen qingqiu blew the hair out of his face that fell from his hair piece. Glancing up at him. “It's good to see u to!” shen qingqiu said in a snarky tone, watching the smug look began to spread on the harem master's face.
Omega shen qingqiu x alpha luo binghe
The original shen qingqiu was known for being a dangerous scum and seen as an alpha. Often acting, smelling and holding his own like one. Yet despite the situation the original was an omega in this world of breeding mates. However, the time changed when Shen yuan, a regular reader of the book of omega demons and alphas Transporting/transmigrated into a world he didn't really know. You see, alphas and omegas were not around in his world so the sudden heat in between the legs of this scum villain's body was new, frightening even. Wasn't long until he realized the secret: the book lied, and said he was an alpha, yet his body was an omega.. meaning this dangerous beast of a man had often taken pills or herbs to regulate his body.
Quickly Shen yuan began to rummage until he found the medication that was well known to be used in most books that contained omegas. Throwing a pill back dryly, swallowing and sighing in relief as the tension in his new found body began to relax. Sighing in annoyance, only for the system to pop up cheering for his successful find and wishing him luck and to make sure to follow the rules of the scum villains roll.
Which he did over the tedious, tiring, stressful situation of having to hide and take multiple herbed medications as he acted like a kind, bastard of a man and make sure none of his disciples or other peak lords find out his secrets, yet he had a feeling that his disciple luo binghe had found out by living in the bamboo house growing up due to the some late reactions of the body.
Yet with years and missions of plot fillers and more tiring effects of this poisoned omegas body. Finally finishing up after the years of dealing with binghes father, snake of a cousin and after unwillingly throwing binghe into the abys he finally sat down. Calling his alpha half breed demon over. Knowing he has to tell him the situation sense he promised not to leave. “Binghe sit. “ he said, fanning himself watching the demon king as he moved a free hand into his own robes and placed an almost empty glass bottle of pills on the table.
Yandere?? Nie Huaisang x wei wuxian
Huaisang has always loved his best friend. More than words could ever say, yet he’s scared, unwilling to tell his friend about his crush, not that it would help due to his friend being blind to love. Yet, being a good innocent manipulating actor that he was no one ever knew.
Yet huaisang knew that wei wuxian had other people crushing on him. Or at least one: Lan wangji, a lan of great skill. Oftenly huaisang was glared at for being around the man of chaos. Causing him to back off gently. Figured he'd get his moment to be with him one day.
Training, and often told by his brother who was unaware that he was in love with a man. U see his brother thought it was a woman and often encouraged him to fight for his woman instead of being a wimp and allowing someone to take the person he fell for.
He took this to heart..
Planning everything.. Or so he thought. A few things did get in his way, most of which were the wars..the casting out his friend dealt with only made him ferrous. Clearly he didn't know it was more like a disownment to his clan but the thoughts soon turned to “I can use this' ' smiling under his fan. Tempted to make this new outcome work.
Despite hating any form of studying he began to search for information finding out about the jin clans little lie, trying to inform his brother about the lie yet he didn't really believe and if he did he had a wen hatred going on and didn't really want to hear it.
However he grew saddened when his friend was “killed”. Oftentimes going up to the burial mounds without anyone knowing just to rummage through blood splattered scrolls that were written down in wei wuxians time of madness.finding out that there was a way for him to return and he intended to bring him back, to hide him and keep him all to himself.
Modern Qi rong x lang qian and xie lian x model hua chang
Qi rong was being huffy fiddling with the green of his sleeves before throwing his arms behind his head. Annoyed that he was bugged to tag along. Whining but going to please his cousin. “This is absolute bull shit! Couldn’t you ask someone else!” he sassed, cursing, kicking and dragging his feet.
You see qi rong was annoyed by the towns buzzing nature about a hot sexy male novel named hua cheng also known as the crimson butterfly or crimson rain sought flower by fans. Often because his clothes are red or black, decorated with butterflies, rain in his title was because his first ever magazine shoot was in red dyed rain.
Fans squealed in excitement at the photo shoot area. Hoping that the model in red would approach the doors or the windows. Yet the infamous hua cheng remained un-interested as he was getting dressed.
Qi rong and xie lian being winners of a contest however were allowed to watch and approach. “How boring..” qi rong said. And motioned out “there's your model” he pointed out the tall male slipping a shirt on and removing his eye patch in a way to keep his eye hidden.
It was obvious from where they stood and the way the tall, long haired male stood and tilted his head back he was placing his glass like eye in for just this photo shoot that wanted pictures of eyes at first before he's able to remove the iriting film and put his patch back on.
“Let's get this over with before it falls out” hua cheng joked rolling up his sleeves showing his tattoos. Which most people often tried to decipher in fan pages.
Wen yuan x lan jingyi
A world we're yuan takes the place of wen Rohan due to being his successor. I suppose this would be more like a wen au. But what if wei Wuxian was secretly a wen but raised in Jiang clan so that way his 'son' if we imply mpreg. Ends up being one of the powerful cultivators in the wen clan. So In which wen clan wins the war. Yuan becomes successor but is being forced to look for a cultivation partner.
Tattoo artist mu qing x feng xin
its been a few centuries that the gods were being called upon for missions. that didn't mean they let themselves get out of shape. it just meant that they were trying to blend into the mortal realm. mu qing was currently in his tattoo parlor that he opened up a few years ago. he also hasn't mentioned to anyone about running a business and most didn't know he could draw. upon entry to the surprisingly large and well kept shop he was out in the back. his black hair pulled back into a high pony tail. he wore full black v cut t shirt, black pants with a white belt as a form of color, leather choker around his throat. latex gloves on his hands, tattoo gun in his right and a cloth in his left hand, he was currently sitting on a stool tattooing a angelic design with roses around the angelic figure. this god focused on the artwork he was doing. unaware of anyone else who walked in and that if there was someone who wanted a tattoo they'd have to get it from one of his other hired artists or wait for him to do it. gentle music was playing throughout the tattoo parlor. sounds of gentle tattoo guns injecting ink within some skin, and cloth wipes swiftly remove resident ink. he seemed calm, less angry and temperamental at that moment, his expression contained gentle smile, eyes low watching how the tattoo he designed was coming out.
Xue yang x xiao xingcheng

Now I'm not sure how big camel spiders are but I assume they're possibly a bit bigger than a mantis so
Mantis is happy that someone is around his height
He finds you very menacing though,hes not going to lie about that
Hes actually surprised when you tell him your fangs arnt poisonous,they do still hurt but arnt venomous
This makes him feel abit better but hes still abit weary
You make for a good opponent,considering your size and everything it makes a fair fight for mantis
Your both really small,fast and talented so you make for a powerful duo.
You scare of quite abit of people,If you dislike this mantis will do his best to comfort you
The fact that you can manipulate and control wind is so fucking cool
If people thought you were a hard opponent to beat before,well they'd be in for a surprise
One time you managed to trip monkey with your wind manipulation,mantis found this hilarious,after making sure monkey was okay of course
Your a dangerous and menacing enemy and mantis is all for it

She has alot of respect for you
Despite being small you make a worthy opponent
Your also one of the only ones who's able to beat her

She'll never let mantis on her shoulder but she will absolutely let you
Should anyone ever threaten to step on you they're going to be stopped immediately
Tigress wont let disrespect like that slip past her

She loves your fuzz so much
She likes to slither around with you on her head
The fact that you can manipulate wind is so fascinating to her,your so small and yet you can controll such strong air currents

My request this time is more Shen x Reader...but through the Henchwolves' POV

It's benn a Goddamn Minute since I wrote anything for the murderbird, please accept this humble offering my friend! This is set loosely within Shen's hostile takeover of his family's palace, just pretend it's taking a few months longer for Po and the Furious Five to arrive.
Lord Shen x Reader (Henchwolves POV)
Sooo...the boss’s in looovvveee…
Ok well it’s more like Shen is speed-cycling through every emotion under the sun, like some kind of cursed knife throwing merry-go-round.
From an outside perspective that part is no different to how he normally is, really, potato tomato.
But ever since YOU entered the picture, he’s been swinging between regality and rage like it’s going out of fashion.
This would normally be time for the wolves to about-face and shamelessly hide behind the hired muscle of the rhino and gorilla guards, but between your bemused reactions and the Soothsayers amused snorts they have front row seats to China’s cheesiest love story and they’re not missing ANY of the drama.
Don’t forget, the wolves have followed Shen for nearly two decades by now – they know him. His ins and outs, his twitches and grandiose gestures. The way his right eyelid twitches when he can’t feel the knives in his sleeves.
They’re not familiar with the way his elegant steps stumble when you surprise him. Or how he loses his train of thought and sputters when you question his judgement. Or how he seems to fight the noble training of several years to fidget with his robes before posing just so to meet with you.
Guards from both the throne room and the gardens noticed his tail sweeping and twitching when talking to you, and in their experience, Shen’s tail is a dead giveaway for his flintstrike temper and at the time they were 99% certain he was about to stick a knife in your back and call it a day…
...until he presented you with a custom ordered gift and his overwrought nerves had his tail nearly leap into it’s classic fan as he awkwardly swallowed a squawk into a cough, trying to pretend this was a spur of the moment thing rather something he'd agonized over in private for five days.
At guard change they all but barged into the guardroom mess, hollering and sniggering.
“Shen’s PRESENTING!”
Chaos ensues. Bets are taken, at least one table is broken. One poor bastard ends up tossed from a fifth story window. He's probably fine.
It’s all boss wolf can do not to roll his eyes.
In contrast to the rest of the henchman – he operates much closer to Shen in a day to day capacity. So HE’s the poor bugger having to endure Shen’s erratic mumbling as the neurotic bird pores over battle plans, supply chains, letters and negotiations from nobility and powerful individuals to bribe. All that, he can deal with.
...What he can’t deal with is the way Shen’s eyes will glaze over mid mumble and suddenly he’s got an earful of spoiled royal lamenting how 50 reams of china’s finest silks isn’t even close enough to a satisfactory nest and How is he supposed to curry your favour if you only have 25 colours to choose from???
Fucking. BIRDS and their obsession with shiny shit.
Meanwhile, the Soothsayer is very much enjoying watching Shen work himself into a knot over whether or not he should ask her for a love life prediction.
It’s just a waiting game before he cracks. And she’s more than happy to trip him up and poke fun in the meantime, catching your eye from the background and winking as she eats his sashes and pulls fake prophesies out of her ass.
(She approves of you, don’t worry, and she lowkey is happy for Shen to have found someone as wonderful as you, but also: you deserve better and her lingering fondness for Shen as his former nanny doesn’t blind her to that.)

Svsss au where shen yuan doesn't die after finishing pidw, he's enraged and unhappy and finds himself reading one (1) x reader fix it fanfic in order to soothe his binghe-hurtsore heart and dies reading that instead bc it's a (y/n) here fic and his name (shen yuan) would NOT do that!!!! Get his character right!!!!! Also! Binghe would NOT act like that with (y/n) okay— and for that matter nether would shen qingqiu! Which??? Of course a fix it fic would have to start in the disciple days (what, was the author planning on skipping the abyss arc entirely to fix it??? That's part of binghe's character development!!!!) but shen qingqiu doesn't dote on his male disciples which—the fic doesn't explicitly state (y/n)'s gender but shen yuan is a guy so wouldn't shen qingqiu hate him, too? And also, if (y/n) loved—er, liked—Luo binghe so much wouldn't (y/n) avoid shen qingqiu??? And the other peak lords??
Any ways shen yuan fundamentally misunderstands how x reader fic works, pops a blood vessel from raging, and becomes the titular (y/n) in what was supposed to be a collection of nothing-hurts, everyone-lives, reverse harem prompt request fills from like. A kink meme.
I just think it would be funny.
