lol i love when like less than a week after the cup is won hockey outlets will be like "what would it take for this team to go back to back" in articles and i'm like well. first of all they have to all make it through the current celebrations and the ensuing mega-hangovers. an accomplishment which very much remains to be seen. let's survive to training camp before we aim for anything else, shall we.

What Matters
"Obi-Wan cleared his throat, “Well then. I suppose that’s that.”
Anakin’s anger still roiled in the Force, but it was subdued, resigned. He stared down at his hands, “Yeah. Yeah, it is.”
It should have been horrifying to know that there was no getting out of this one, that they were going to die slowly suffocating in the vastness of space… and yet it only settled between them quietly. No fanfare, no daring heroics in the line of duty - no going out in some last great hoorah. It had landed suddenly and silently: these were their last hours."
-
It's been 7 years since Anakin Skywalker cut Obi-Wan Kenobi out of his life entirely following the deceit of the Rako Hardeen incident. Due to a series of coincidences, the Clone Wars still rage on and Dooku is now the Sith Master. During a mission gone horribly wrong, Anakin and Obi-Wan are forced to discuss everything that happened and, hopefully, find common ground.
It's just a shame that they're almost certainly going to die by the time they reconnect.
Or: Obi-Wan and Anakin 7 years post-Rako Hardeen. Obi-Wan is sure he can feel the Force laughing at him.

man red and shade make me Insane because first of all. the age stuff. red is the version of diluc right after the whole shit w his 18th birthday while shade is current-day kaeya, so it'd be reasonable to assume that shade is most likely "older" than red bc of timeline stuff, BUT ALSO. like you cannot tell me that they don't completely ignore that and still go by the older-younger dynamic that both of them remember. you simply cannot. add on how apparently diluc was a Bastard Of A Kid, and boom. full dynamic right there.
so anyways what i'm saying is that if you leave them alone together red will absolutely rope shade into whatever scheme he has. like i imagine that they still have to be led into reconciliation with each other at first, but your god personally asking you to talk out your problems and try to reform your relationship with your (technically kind of) estranged brother is a really good motivator it turns out! it makes it easier to leave them alone together, but give it a week and shade is also glaring at diluc whenever he's nearby and oh no red what did you tell him.
i keep on picturing you coming home after a long day of meetings and walking in on red and shade coming up with an elaborate murder scheme (shade is the one making it elaborate. red would rather just go in and Fuck Shit Up) - teddy anon
you understand my vision
putting shade and red together in a room is. one of the ideas you’ve had.
they’re very different from their base selves, but red still holds a strange animosity. he’s diluc with all the anger and none of the time for it to cool, and shade has a permanent guilt lingering in his chest he never can place. he just feels… off around red, and doesn’t really know why.
it takes quite a bit of work to get red to adjust to shade, but the process only burns shade more. it’s complicated, to put it simply, and takes time.
but that time passes. with enough quiet interactions without you there, with enough trust that the other truly has your best interest in mind.. they can connect. red shares the fire that drives him, shade chipping at the ice digging into his heart. they talk around the ashes of your campfire, slowly coming to a conclusion.
once shade and red fully reconcile, it’s… dangerous. shade’s constant need for your attention mixed with red’s need for your safety and immense distrust of anyone but nikki or the other reflections makes for a startlingly effective team. you’re happy they’ve made up, really, but shade seems to be pulling you away from your obligations more often, and red sticks closer to your side than ever. on one hand it’s nice to see them get along, and you do appreciate the affection, but on the other, it’s more than a little concerning. you just hope that nothing bad comes of it..
(you’re a bit too late for that)

ok but why was no one going to tell me that Tonhon Chonlatee is actually kinda silly ??
i just finished binge watching it for the first time (needed something soft to deter from ofts and everything else going on lol) and like- does it have it’s cringe moments ? yeah sure, but it also makes it strangely endearing ??
i think it has a lot to do with the friendgroup and how everyone is just trying to help each other out and figure out their feelings.,
everyone is also kinda equally weird which makes it fun to watch too since it makes you forget how absurd it all is bc it’s somehow all normal for it to be happening
i mean look at them! they are a family 😭 (pretend that na and ken are there too)
they were also so enjoyable to watch scheme for basically 10 episodes in a row to try and get Ton to realize how he felt about Chon
idk- all in all, watching intense gay judgement from secret couple Nai and Ai (and eventually Miriam too lmao) toward unknowingly gay and homophobic Ton was simply the highlight of my weekend :]
things don’t always have to be brilliant, sometimes they can just be fun ⭐️

ageswap anon here again, thanks! i swear you have the best writing and concept ideas. what hyj up to? does he awaken this time around is he ageswapped with yoohyun and if so how does that affect th han bro relationship ? also if he is ageswapped. what's his relationship with shj?
HEH. HEHEHEHE. i haven't decided abt awakening (and if there's a regression plot) yet but yes he is ageswapped with yoohyun (hyj 20 hyh 25) and when i tell you things are strained. they didn't get any better at communication when hyj learned from hyh's reticent -_- ass. hyh hasn't totally cut hyj off but they're very distant for a long time... and neither of them is taking steps to bridge the gap because. well hyh because he created it intentionally and hyj because. hm. theres a long line of dominoes there but lets just summarize it as he doesn't think hyh wants him to
re: hyj and shj. lmao. they both have similar senses of humor still i guess but hyj mentally relegates him to the position of "mha and byr's junior/little brother/nephew/purse chihuahua/???" and deals with him in much the same way you might handle a friend's younger sibling you end up having to babysit when you hang out with them. i think just for funnies shj has baby's first crush on hyj but because he's, again, Baby (he's 15... a middle schooler.... a very annoying middle schooler......) nothing comes of it. shj just very energetically bothers hyj every time he sees him and is subject to relentless teasing from mha and byr once they pick up on it
