The Birth of Jesus
1 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Cesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. 2 (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) 3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5 to be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. 6 And so it was that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. — Luke 2:1-7 | Cambridge Paragraph Bible (CAMB) The Cambridge Paragraph Bible of the Authorized English Version, by Scrivener, Frederick Henry Ambrose, 1813-1891. Published by Cambridge University Press. Cross References: 1 Samuel 16:4; Micah 5:2; Matthew 1:18; Matthew 1:25; Matthew 4:24; Matthew 22:17; Matthew 24:14; Luke 2:12; Acts 5:37

David Tennant shares his favourite line from the Good Omens S2 :) ❤ (video)
Michael: Do you have a favourite episode from the new season or moment / scene, if it's not too much of a spoiler to share?
David: Well, I have a favourite line from Season Two.
Michael: Do you?
David: Yeah, it's in Episode Two. And the line is, 'I am Jemimah, I made this pot'. That's my favourite line from Season Two.
Michael [laughing]: Yeah. Oh, my goodness. Yeah.

If you're asking "why are western christians not condemning the bombing of palestinian churches?!" I would highly recommend researching and reading up on the term "Biblical Orientalism"; it's the same reason European and American missionaries have attempted to "convert" the already Christian Arab population.
If you've already figured out that the answer is racism, you'd be right, but I would still recommend reading about biblical orientalism if only to fully understand this specific flavor of racism, how it affects Christian Palestinians, and how it is weaponized in the context of Zionism.

i mean this in the gentlest way possible:
thinking that celebrities are sending out coded messages through social media and thinking that you can read specific emotions and thoughts from body language is unhealthy.
you do not know these people. it is impossible to know what they are thinking or feeling based on pictures or even videos.
if the argument is that you see a pattern: humans have a predilection for seeing patterns where there arent any, hence the over abundance of conspiracy theories in general.
this isnt a judgement i promise. but please think about it. log off, go outside if you can, and take some time off line.

The Scepter and the Sword
The Scepter and the Sword
8 And the word of the Lord came to me: 9 “Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord, say: “A sword, a sword is sharpened     and also polished, 10 sharpened for slaughter,     polished to flash like lightning! (Or shall we rejoice? You have despised the rod, my son, with everything of wood.) 11 So the sword is given to be polished, that it may be grasped in the hand. It is sharpened and…

i will now be needing david tennant to appear as an extra at least once a series.
like he’s never in the action, he’s just walking down the street or getting groceries while the (main) doctor runs past in a frenzy. he might look after them for a second, but then he’ll just go back to texting donna about what kind of ice cream rose wants.

Never getting over the fact that the bond between David and Michael, continuously referred to as THE elderly married couple, took approximately 45 minutes to occur.
