You guys, these things are so good.

I absolutely LOVE pizza, but you can’t exactly eat it all the time when you’re trying to lose weight.

These Lean Cuisine pizzas don’t taste bad at all, they fix whatever kind of pizza craving I’m having, and I stay full till dinner when I eat them.

No joke.

You can eat them with a side salad too, or a piece of fruit if you want a more balanced meal. (I eat an unsweetened apple sauce cup usually.) They are about the size of a standard personal pizza also to give y’all an idea of how much food you get.

Tip#8️⃣ : Homemade Meatballs 🥩 . Last night’s dinner (good lunch as well): homemade meatballs + green beans + Korean sweat potatoes + pasta sauce. . . ▶️ Highlight - Homemade meatballs: Because of work/school/kids/budget constraints/“I can’t cook”, etc... most of us fall in the “easy” trap by buying frozen meatballs with cute bags, which are super heavy in salt/sodium and cholesterol. Super unhealthy!! Here, I found 90% lean ground beef at #samsclub , for just $3/lbs. This is so lean that you almost need to add oil while cooking it! In a bowl, I added 2 eggs for binding, salt/pepper/other seasoning, and made my balls in less than 15 min prep time. Seared them in a pan with olive oil, then baked for 15 min with parm cheese topping. That’s it folks! Super delicious, easy and healthy! I’ll probably start a “Quick, Easy & Affordable Bodybuilding/Weight loss healthy meal prep” video series soon....
