Kyuubi | Nine-tails | Kurama Appreciation Post

Apparently, I have a thing for feral Naruto, who gains his animalistic traits from being Kurama's vessel; snarky remarks from Kyuubi; them working together; or Kurama being on his own discovering what it means to be human.

Some of these fics are very popular, but I post them mostly to digitalize my reading diary<3.

A Cage, a Bargain, and Vengence by GoldenEyesObsession(@goldeneyedkim) Konoha has cost Sasuke everything--his clan, childhood, and brother. To pay them back, he searches out a figure of legend: The vessel of the Nine-Tails, the creature that nearly once destroyed Konoha in its early days, and the one responsible for the destruction of Uzushio. If anyone will help him level the village, surely the Nine Tails' vessel will. And if he demands a price, Sasuke will gladly pay it. - Naruto is feared for being the vessel of Ninetails and thus was locked up for decades; he has animalistic traits, is nearly immortal and chooses Sasuke as his reward for destroying Konoha. This fanfic has fantastic storytelling, character description and... well, smut. It is NaruSasu only. I don't get why there is such a small amount of Kudos. Kurama takes up the distasteful task of being a matchmaker for his Jinchuuriki, because clearly Naruto has no taste whatsoever in romantic partners. Honestly, the things he suffers through for the kit! - This is so funny, fluffy and sweet. Kurama is in denial that sns is a thing. I just love their interactions so much. Luckily, living with Naruto's been good for his ability to improvise, if nothing else. - Main paring is Kurama/Kakashi. This has sns in the background, but mainly it is a time-travel fix-it with Kurama being sent back in time in Naruto's body. It is one of the best time travel and must-read in Naruto's fanfiction. Interaction between Kurama and small Naruto is way too sweet and foxes!!! You shouldn’t decide whether you want a person based on what parts they do or don’t have; it should be based on their personality, their kindness, their interests, their soul.

Madara: For God’s sake, just because the boy is gay doesn’t mean you need to turn him into a sissy as well!

Itachi: Grandfather!

Madara: Listen, Sasuke. You go up to this boy and claim him, you hear me? Uchihas are conquerors, and we don’t easily lose. Lay waste to your competition and take what’s yours. This young man, what is his name?

Sasuke: Naruto Uzumaki. He’s —

Madara: UZUMAKI?! He’s from that treacherous clan?! Fuck that, stay far away from that boy and anything related to him! You’ll only end up heartbroken and alone!

Sasuke:

Itachi: … grandfather. Just because you had one teeny tiny bad experience with an Uzumaki doesn’t mean that —

Madara: UZUMAKI MITO STOLE HASHIRAMA FROM ME, boy!! All because he liked her stupid red hair and her stupid nine-tails!

Sasuke: Actually Naruto has the Fox inside of him now, grandpa.

Madara:

Naruto, blushing: I did NOT shriek like a baby! And anyways you’re my personal guard, right Sasuke?? Isn’t it your job to protect me from enemies and threats?

Sasuke, sighing and getting out of bed: Fine, fine; I’ll get it. *picks up a sandal off the floor and carefully moves the bookcase*

Sasuke:

Sasuke: … usuratonkachi? Was the spider you saw the size of a fist?

Naruto: Yeah.

Sasuke: With visible fangs?

Naruto: Yes.

Sasuke: And making a weird growling noise?

Naruto: That’s the one.

Sasuke: I see. *calmly moves the bookshelf back into place and gets up into bed, shaking like a leaf* In a situation like this, there’s only one sensible thing to do.

Naruto: I already tried calling Sakura but she’s in the middle of doing a surgery!

I would like to write a ff about Sasuke and Naruto, but I would like to do that in English but I truly don’t have the fluency, sooo I would love finding someone to work with me ‘cause I have the entire plot on my mind since the last summer.

This is what I was thinking about, and it takes place during Boruto (even if I don’t count this work totally canon but I am going with the flow):

One day, while Sasuke is returning from a mission and he is near the village’ borders, takes a message from the Sixth that says to came home immediately. He is upset because is so strange that the message is from Kakashi and not from Naruto. So full-speed he returns to Konoha, only to discover that Naruto is veeeeery ill cause he’s been injured trying to save Sai, Shino and the kids in the woods from some mysterious guys.

I won’t share too many details but the solution to save Naruto and kill the enemy is to find Kurama and to seal it in him again, because a Damon cannot die, sir, for fuck sake. So Kakashi asks an old friend to help them.

Anyway, I’m rambling, a little, cause the plot is reaaaaaally long and has a lot of complexities, but I just know that at the end Sasuke tries to save Naruto with a resurrection jutsu and it will be so angst. But there will be a happy ending, I swear.

(During the entire plot I was thinking about throwing here and there some flashbacks of sasuke confessing Sakura about his feeling for Naruto, and Naruto asking hinata for a divorce for the same reason - but they don’t know about that for so long because I love drama and slow burn -*and smut, but this is a side information*).

Sooo I am searching a good soul that can makes my ff dreams came true. I put in it the plot, you can do the writing. Eheh

Fugaku: Oh my..

Obito: I will consider not to tell him about your son having .. no information about his past. We need him for the plot, it would not be benefital if he killed him now.

Sasuke: Why would anybody kill me?

Kurama: Trust me, Madara would. Just like that.

Nagato: He doesn’t need a reason. He is sassy.

Madara, out of nowhere: Love how you two - points at Obito and Nagato - find every possible occasion to back mouth me, also, ‘ignorance is power’, would come handy later, yet Kurama you blind? He looks nothing like me.

Hashirama: Indeed. Madara is much more beautiful.

Madara: Now.. YOU - where the hell come from?

Hashirama: Dunno.. guess the same as the others just appeared here.

Madara: I refuse to share space with you.

Hashirama: We even shared a bed..

Madara: Kurama kick him out, now!
