pairing: alastor x fem!reader

synopsis: Alastor has taken you in under his wing after being mistreated by the vees. Vox tries to confronts you about your feelings for Alastor in hopes that you come back to work for him. His plans of course backfire.

You've worked with Alastor going on years now. He had taken you under his wing after the treatment you received under the control of the Vees. It was well known they weren't the nicest overlords around but they knew how to sell.

You were Vox's little plaything in more ways than one. He had you pegged to be a pretty good spy and information gatherer. Of course, your mission was always to look for signs of the Radio Demon for his whereabouts. Alastor was very meticulous and every clue left for you was purposely placed, and you knew that. And because you knew that, you never bothered to inform Vox of the very little "information." In which came at a cost of your job and nearly, your life. Vox often underestimated Alastor's smarts. Their own egos constantly bumping each other in the head.

The night you lost your job, you were found outside the Vees' tower, horribly bruised and broken. Hands clutching at the brimstone dirt to try and stable yourself in some way, you saw a pair of black boots standing in front of your face, the demon's cane setting down on the ground.

"Well my dear, it looks like you finally received Vox's boot." He chuckled in amusement and offered a hand to you to help you off the ground. "I'm impressed with how you've gone about finding my little clues, not many have managed to connect them back to me."

With your hand still in his, you two disappear into his shadow and find solitude in a different part of Pentagram City, away from the Vees' territory.

"I have a deal for you. Well rather a job." He states conjuring up a needle and glowing green thread along with a small first-aid kit. He talked his way through his prompt while mending and sewing your wounds. You accepted and that was that.

The years you've worked along side him he's been quite kind to you. Despite not trying to be, he was a charmer. Your feelings for him changed over time. You often caught yourself doing things you never thought you would for the Radio Demon. The man you were convinced to hate in your previous employment. You'd bend over backward for him if you could.

The role he gave you was to do exactly what you had done for Vox in the past. There was never need to leave his side for you to gather whatever information he needed so you never looked suspicious. You looked more like an assistant or an apprentice.

No matter what you looked like you were doing, Vox was deeply displeased. How dare you escape his grasp and go kiss Alastor's ass. It was insulting from both you and the Radio Demon.

There was more to your companionship that meets the eye. While Alastor was an oblivious man, Vox saw right through you. It was clear to him you had fallen in love with the radio demon. And with the way Alastor has reacted to confessions in the past, the TV man knew exactly how to ruin your relationship with each other and potentially along with the contract that was signed.

Checkmate.

"What are you doing here, old pal. Don't you think you are on the wrong side of town." Alastor's body was facing away, Vox's presence clear from his heavy breathing. His attempt to stay calm and collected.

"I am here to offer Y/N's job back." He stood up straight, folding his arms behind his back and turning his unfazed gaze to you. "I'm willing to raise your pay by a substantial amount if you come back to me."

"Not a chance, Vox. After the way you and the other Vees treated me? Go to double Hell." You spat at him, your eyes full of disgust and turning your body away from him.

Vox's smile creeped further up the screen, wholeheartedly expecting that to be your answer. The wrong answer. The one to ruin you once again.

"You come back to work for me and I won't tell Alastor your dark little secret. You get to stay in his good graces and I get my favorite little employee." He held his hand out to you. Alastor's silence completely deafening as he zones in on the strange conversation. What could you possibly do to fall out of his good graces, he thought.

Your expression faltering slightly before returning to it's stability. Was it that obvious? Did everyone see your feelings like an open book? He was unfortunately right.. if Alastor knew how you felt he'd probably ditch for another 7 years. Either way the outcome of this would be you trapped in the hands of the Vees once more. "You're confused Vox. I think you should take a break from all that porn."

"Do not pretend to not know what I'm talki-"

"I think I've heard enough, Vox. If you are referring to her romantic feelings towards me, there's no need to inform me. I already know." Alastor finally stepped out from behind you to stand in between the two of you. "The only difference here is that she has not forced those feelings upon me in which I quite respect. She will not be going with you."

Alastor tapped his cane on your back to turn you around and continue your walk. You give one last glance at Vox behind you, his face obviously fuming in embarrassment before disappearing into Alastor's shadow with him and reappearing in front of the Hotel.

You two stood in front of the doors in silence. Not really awkward just a little stunned.

"Sir.. you knew?" Your head was looking down to his shoes, scared to look him in the eyes.

"Dear, do not be embarrassed." He placed his cane under your chin, watching your eyes shift from the ground to his own. "I'm willing to make another deal with you if you allow it. This will be a one time thing. One night of your pleasure and you will give me your soul. Your services will belong to me for the rest of your immortal life."

Not to long after that were you in his radio tower. His shadowy appendages wrapped around your ankles and wrists, your ass resting on the buttons of his desk. You were already in the nude and he still sharply dressed. "Let's get a few things clear, darling. You will not touch me whatsoever, no I will not remove my clothing-" He spoke in the midst of taking his coat off and hanging it up on the hook to the side of the desk. He carefully rolled up the sleeves to his dress shirt before turning his attention to you, continuing his sentence. "and do remember to make noise. I need this to be amusing for me as well."

The appendages snaked up your thighs, softly maneuvering themselves through your folds. Spreading your slick everywhere they could reach. Your shut eyes tightened underneath his delicate touch. Another pair of his tentacles made their way up to your face, pulling at the sides of your mouth, making you open your lips. One slipped inside your wet cavern, lapping up the saliva around your tongue. Moans now starting to slip out as it started to fuck your mouth, spit dripping down the corners of your lips.

"Now that's my good girl." Alastor's cold digits made their way to your clit, rubbing in rhythmic circles, eliciting a well earned gasp from your throat. Not rough enough to jump start an orgasm but enough to be quite pleasurable on it's own. What pretty sounds he thought. Your legs tensed at his praise, his voice. It was deeper and more staticy than normal. Seemed he was enjoying himself more than he'd like to admit.

Removing the tentacle in your mouth, he replaced it with his own mouth. Your heart fluttered at the way he moved his lips against yours. Not exactly how you fantasized your first kiss with the Radio Demon but you'll take it. You groaned into his lips, grinding your hips into his steady going fingers. "Alastor.. please. I need you inside me." Heavy breaths passed between each word that escaped your mouth. This was your part of the deal so he was willing to give you whatever you wanted. Within reason of course.

The extremity wet with your juices slid up and down your cunt, spreading you as much as possible before slipping into you with ease. It wasn't his dick but dear god did it feel good nonetheless. Some boundaries had to be made after all but you were grateful for his generosity no matter what he offered. It's pace started off slow, simply trying to make it's way to your cervix before anything else. His lips still continuing to massage yours, going back and forth between licking your neck and kisses.

He was making every piece of your body vibrate with excitement and pleasure. Alastor's pace speeding up once he finally hit the end of your vagina, nearly making love to your cervix. Alastor licked his fingers clean and rolled his sleeves back down, grabbing the coat he hung up and placing it back onto his shoulders. "Now I do believe you need a bath. Feel free to use the one in my room. Be back down stairs in an hour, we've got business to attend to later."

And with that, you now belonged to him in heart and soul.

Hello! Oh there are so many! :D I definitely have some favorites and some which aren't favs but are pretty great.

Putting these under the cut because there are so many! And there's definitely more cool AUs that I haven't seen or haven't saved.

Anyways, please enjoy my personal selection:

Seven Years Too Soon by NightFuchia. Basically what if a much younger Sonic accidentally set Shadow free from Prison Island. It has awesome characterization and happens to be one of my favorite stories. The rest of Team Sonic is also present

Brotherhood's Twist by @/drawloverlala even though I don't think it counts entirely as Au but it still sort of does. Unbreakable Bond ageswitch due to Zeti's meddling.

Passion's @sonic-tangled-au . I love it! So very much. The lore and backstories are so good.

Noonui's World Restored in Imbalanced Chaos au. Extremely engaging and good. Has a bunch of world building and fun concepts and lore.

Sonic's Super Totally Awesome Mixtape, though it seems to be discontinued, I'm not sure. It's pretty good so far! Takes place in the movie verse.

@brainworms-all-night-long is working on a Dreamtale Au which I'm hyped for. The tag in use is 'dreamtale and sonic tomfoolery'.

@/the-starlight-project comic is pretty good too. Mystery! And emotions. So many emotions ough.

And there's @the-emerald-isle-au by @0vergrowngraveyard . Very intriguing. 👀

The Fair Folk by Irritable_Fabulamancer, this fic is one of my favorites! Team Sonic as Fae my beloved! I love fae AUs.

On that note, if you're alright wanting to read a Fae!AU which is pretty much a sonadow fic, there is also I don't believe in fairy tales [but I believe in you and me]. Fantasy and Fae! Satbk inspired, another one that had me hooked.

My Arms Are Blue by thekyuubivixen and its unofficial, fan-continuation (My Arms Are Blue! Final Four Edition) by PlaystationPassenger. The story doesn't completely count as an AU but I'm recommending them anyway cuz they're really really good and has that watching your own show from different dimension trope. It's also hilarious and fun.

Burning Arrow, Wildfire Heart by Taranea is SatSR novelisation AU with Sonic's other friends present too, it's pretty fun. Not very accurate regarding the desert but it's a good read and I come back to reread it often. Must read in my opinion. Just don't dare use it as guide for desert travel or you'll be shriveled up in the sand somewhere

This fic. Read it, I will not elaborate this one. Just trust me :]

And don't miss out on @shadofiredragon's Legends Never Die fic. It's a future fic! And an awesome one. I won't spoil much but it is so good. She also has lots of fun AUs in the works.

Down the Foxhole series by MoonlitNightin. Sonic Prime AU series which is great! Tails' pov. The Shatterverses have their own Sonics. Engaging and great.

Feel free to check out @/Son1c's 10verse and other AUs. Those are some pretty great ones. Love the different lore and variants given to the Shatterverses in 10verse.

Spirit of the Wind by TrenchCoatGecko. Satbk inspired fantasy au. Sonamy, has focus on magic and lore and other characters as well.

@/sonicchaoscontrol comic. Another in-progress au which is also quite intriguing. Sonic jumps through a portal and exits in future where the planet is a mess. The mystery of what and how it all happened and what's going on slowly unfolds.

The Buzzsaw Dillemma by redpenship. I haven't personally read it myself but I've heard many good things about it, especially it's world building.

Incomplete and won't be updated anymore but if you haven't read them yet, DO NOT miss out on Ghosts of the Future and The Murder of Me fancomics by Evan Stanley (spiritsonic) and Gigi Deutrix (gigi-D) respectively. They're a must read. Both are available on DeviantArt.

The Heart of a Monster comic, @/the-heart-of-a-monster. It's in progress and updates regularly. Unleashed retelling, really really good with some extra lore and everyone involved.

Sometimes the Picket Fence isn’t Perfect and Sharp Edges (Sonic Prime AU) series by @/skimmingthesurfaces. I'm holding off the first one to read later, like that one book you've been saving so I'm not sure if it completely counts as an AU, still putting it in recs, and the second one is intriguing so far. I have heard a lot of good thing about the Picket Fence series.

Dark Boom by Smash50. The entirety of Team Dark in the Sonic Boom universe. Alongside it, there's also Boomtober by the same author.

It Always Snows by the 24th by Selendred had me hooked even though it's a oneshot. Great au and would love to see it explored more.

No One said I Wish by SylWritesStuff. One of my fav stories from the Sonic Platonic Fairytale Week event. It's really funny.

Sonic Phantom Forces (SPF) au comic. Sonic Forces au, blue boy gets taken away but not in the way you think, pretty cool story so far. It's in-progress and available on both Tumblr and DeviantArt. @/spfau

If Black Doom tried to be a better father by Tirainy. Don't take this one seriously. It's pure comedy and I love every second of it. Shadow is having a time for sure XD.

Silent Talkers by @brainworms-all-night-long. Takes place in the Prime Bros verse, feels intensified, all the good ones. A must read, trust me.

And speaking of the Prime Bros AU (in which all Shatterverse foxes also got adopted by Sonic and are now brothers), feel free to scroll through the 'prime bros' tag here. So many awesome posts for this particular au by everyone!

There's so many more, cool ones, epic ones. I haven't saved all and I'm probably forgetting some great ones too so I'm leaving this open for others to add. If y'all have more cool AUs, plz add to these (I wanna check em out too)

Premonition by thekiyuubivixen (not entirely an au but it feels like one due to the unique ability Sonic gains)

The Sonic Project by SconnieSA. Rated M but it's a pretty awesome AU and the rating is due to more serious themes and uncensored language in some parts. Highly recommending this one

Survivor's Resolve by DC111. Not entirely an AU but I must rec this fic it's so good and doea havs some AU vibes.

Sonic the Hedgehog: Attorney of Law by thedraconicwerewolf. Ace Attorney type AU with Sonic and Tails as main characters. Not too adventurous but very very fun and interesting and still managed to keep Sonic in character. Though it has a sequel started, I only rec the main story, not the sequal as it seems to be abandoned and isn't needed to be read like them cliffhanger stories.

beLIEve by Meow21. I have only read snippets from this, waiting for this story to continue but it seems to be discontinued. Felt like an epic story too and deserves to be recommended.

Sonic and the Golden Journey. Sonic gets thrown in another storybook, this time it's a children's classic fairytale. Short but very comedic and fun. Go read it.

Tales of a Samurai. I am begging you to read this one, please it's so good. Also by Taranea.

Wonderful and it's sequal Sanctuary by Inflamore for some Unbreakable Bond angst. (Kindly ignore the obliviousness of earlier ff.net for not knowing the meaning of certain symbols, there's nothing of the sort in story, trust me.)

Regrets by MazzyBooks. A high school au of sorts. Sonic centric with some heavy angst. I'm not kidding about the angst part, trust me. It had me hooked from the first chapter though and I believe it deserves a rec.

You need the cracks (to let the light shine through) by king.needlemouse. Istg this is the most underrated thing I've ever come across, it's one of my absolute favorite fics which I can never forget. Do read it.

Within this Nightmare by sonicfan1990. Sonic get transported to an alternate universe which has gone post apocalyptic and his counterpart in that universe has been dead. Pretty great story, lots of angst and everything.

You know you are making something about rapist? Making them seen like innocent humans by your bullshit of "R*pist are humans too! They deserve rights" What a fucking bitch. This person has again and again treated real victims like shit, they have treated r*pist characters and real ones better than actual victims expressing their own discomfort.

People have romanticized the word and concepts "Pimp" way too much, specially talking about a pimp that r*pes and SAs their workers.

This is why I hate people woofing R*pist characters, case #1 wtf! #2 this happens...

I still have nightmares about what happen to me- but you care about your cartoon more, congrats! ...... 20 DOLLAR FOR A R*PE MUG!?

No. Surge is just my darling daughter.

I think her character just speaks so much to teenage rebellion and she reminds me so much of both myself and other kids that I knew growing up and the foster kid patients that I help at work - I'm always going to view her as a bity bitey baby

Also she doesn't like magical girls and I don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

Okay I would like to ramble rq bc you are the best one for calling out the series. But the MISOGYNY is going crazy. Let's talk abt our favorite boy crowfeather.

He learns his lesson.. OMG GUYS HES NOT MESSING UP AND DOING BAD SHIT ANYMORE.. LEADER RIGHT HERE

It's giving brambleclaw (we don't give him respect of bramblestar) but like how is it that once a male character suddenly "learns" he's perfect as a character and leader? And everyone is okay with it? Leafpool had her lesson learned FOREVER and no one accepted it and kept shaming her except for like 2 ppl. And Lizardstripe? How dare she not want kits? Wow what a monster for not wanting to make being a queen her whole personality. Let's make her "ambitious" bc an ambitious woman is a bad one. Like.... ??????? It confuses me sm bc I thought it was good for ppl to be ambitious? The problem is they labeled tigerclaw as "ambitious" and "bloodthirsty"(he is) so everyone associates "ambitious" with bad. But tigerheart is ambitious and he's a good guy(sorta not rlly). But she wasnt ever ambitious again after her kits left the nursery so like? So idk???

And squilf... oh squilf.. only known as brambleclaws mate. Like that's all she's written for I swear, promoting brambleclaw, fueling the feud between brambleclaw and ashfur, omg firestars daughter, like she has a personality sure, but not one that's used.

And how about Brooke? From the mountain tribe? She was well written sure, but after the whole trip and her and stonefur went back for help she wasn't relevant.. like at all. She was then known as the cat who married a clancat and saved the tribe but she wasn't appreciated like firestar after saving the clans. Like ik there's kind of a difference there but I mean cmon she still worked hard and didn't get a lot of recognition! I love her character but she lost any and all personality after the one arc. And half moon.... she was.. interesting. Ppl can interpret her character so many different ways but I think she was literally a book device to add drama and pain to jayfeather. They needed him to have a reason to be connected to the tribe so they invented a shecat to be his mate or wtv. I mean she had a personality but no purpose other than to fuel jayfeather and his angst.

HOLY CRAP THIS IS LONG IM SO SORRY DEER I GOT PASSIONATE😰

YOU'RE GOOD! Crowfeather my detested. Proof that an abusive father can not only blame his mate for shit she didn't do (no she did not turn Breezepelt against Crowfeather, go read Outcast PLEASE) and have it be held as canon for years until it's retconned in......the super edition where the abusive father has to have his hand held by onestar, nightcloud, heathertail, feathertail, AND ashfoot in order to learn that Wanting Your Son Dead is Actually Bad. In a fascinating turn of events, this was then taken as a compelling story by fans instead of the most blatant double standard I've ever fucking seen.

Crowfeather gets a promotion for learning that abusing his son might be icky, but Leafpool get humiliated, berated, and threatened to be thrown in cat hell for doing everything right for the children that StarClan manipulated her into having. Fun.

For Lizardstripe, well. Ambition is okay as long as it's not a woman who doesn't want to feel confined by the strict expectation that she have babies and also accepts that the father has zero obligation to help her and will face zero repercussions for doing Fuck All. But it's a-okay, Yellowfang's Secret assured, because Lizardstripe would be happier if she just mindlessly accepted the duty of every she-cat is to have babies and those that don't want that are abusive monsters.

squilf deserves an essay on what she's been trhough good LORD poor girly. it's what makes her compelling in many ways, the trials and tribulations she's been through, and stripping it would just make her lose a lot of her spark......but man is it frustrating to watch the authors endlessly fawn over bramblestar.

Brook and Half Moon I have no strong thoughts on. I think the document covering the anti-Indigenous writing in the series breaks down her issues way better than I can, and Half Moon and the original lake cats are like. very nothing characters to me lol wasted potential!

#deer rambles #double standards are fine in writing. i do not mind inequality in writing #but when this inequality is not acknowledged when it is treated as nature that's when i take issue #the misogyny in warriors is not commentary. it is an authorial bias that should be ruthlessly ripped apart for what it is:#shitty messages and beliefs being repackaged into books for kids to absorb #you're probably not going to get a kid who walks away thinking lizardstripe is a good person #but you WILL get some kid who is going to associate not wanting children = abusive and monstrous #which IS a real life belief held by shitty people that needs to be addressed

1) What is the main lesson of your story (e.g. kindness, diversity, anti-war), and why did you choose it?

I am not comfortable trying to "teach a lesson" with my stories. I'm a lil ball of anxiety, and I barely dare to share my writing at all. If I don't claim I want to achieve something with my writing, no one can tell me I did it wrong <3

2) What did you use as inspiration for your worldbuilding (like real-life cultures, animals, famous media, websites, etc.)?

A mixture of video games (like Elder Scrolls, Baldur's Gate or Guild Wars) and my wish to walk into the forest and never come back again.

Original content. It will be available as ebook and pdf download on my website.

6) When and why did you start writing?

In general? I don't know. It's been way too long. It's a "there was no other option" thing — I loved books, I want to tell my own stories, but I never really made any progress.

The first thing I actually finished? I wanted to write the ace love story I couldn't find, and I abandoned all the worldbuiding in favor of character dynamics.

My latest WIP in particular? I kinda needed to prove to myself that I could work with completely new OCs and a new story. Everything else I've written over the past 2 years was based on older drafts.

After finishing Glass Shards in April, I started with Till Death in May, and I became quickly obsessed. So obsessed I finished the draft of 110k words in about 100 days.

7) Do you have any words of engagement for fellow writers of Writeblr? What other writers of Tumblr do you follow?

I have no idea what words of engagement are.

You can currently find me in another identity crisis, where I don't know where I belong. I feel quite alienated from the whump community, but every time I reblog one of the "torture is fun!" posts, I feel self conscious to interact with writeblr (: Isn't it fun.

I do have a list of my favorite stories which I usually point to when this question comes up, because I follow over 200 people, and I don't know how to choose the ones to list.

PLA characters with a s/o that unofficially adopts PLA kids and literally became their mom. Akari and Rei? Lian? Sabi? "Those are my children and I'm proud of them!" says s/o

It can be s/o being the mom of on or two, or she's everyone's mom

Aw, I love kids! I'd mother the shit out those four if given the chance!

Laventon:

Akari and Rei are attached to your hips. Coming back means beelining to your residence to tell you all about what happened during the expedition, usually in Laventon's office. They stand before you and Laventon, reenacting the shenanigans they got into.

You often call them your kids, or "our kids" when talking to Laventon. He blushes up to his ears when you do, for the image it puts in his head is very domestic and pleasing to him. He wishes for nothing more to have a family with you, and this is good practice.

Whenever the kids bicker, you're often the one that pries them away from their fight, giving one to Laventon while you take the other to calm down. Laventon admires you in these moments, your strong will and good mediating skills. The kid he's tasked with has to wait until he's done smiling dreamily after you before they get talked through their grievances

Late nights in the office with you asleep at his side, Akari snoozing with her head in your lap and Rei drooling on his shoulder are his favorite. He never feels as whole as he does surrounded by those he loves. He'll kiss you in a bout of emotion, tears spring to his eyes as you smile sleepily at him and call him a sappy father.

Ingo:

Lian and Sabi have both cleaved to you since your arrival. You treat them like kids, not Wardens, and they follow you everywhere when not doing their duties, eager to play with you and be the kids you let them be. If Ingo comes along, he's subject to your rambling about how proud you are of the children, while they puff up at your sides, no doubt pleased with your praise

Since they both technically knew him before you, Lian and Sabi don't mind him dating you. It just means they have another parent, one they're lest sure about, but willing to treat how they treat you. He gets tackled and climbed by little gremlins while you laugh out apologies and try to free him from Sabi's attempt to touch the sky while Lian tries to "defeat the giant" Kids, eh?

Ingo enjoys seeing how tender you are with the children. He wants badly to have a family with you, and seeing how good of a parent you would be warms him. He joins you whenever the kids fall asleep on you and gives you a warm kiss, expressing his admiration of your skills with kids to see you blush

Lady Sneasler likes her new gremlin kits, often carrying them around when with you and Ingo. Lian and Sabi adore her how they adore their own nobles, often bring the large Pokémon together for battles and playing. Lady Sneasler usually referees, but can be goaded into a fight with Kleaver when he chitters something at her she doesn't like. Ingo isn't sure if he should intervene, but everyone seems to be having fun, he thinks?

Volo:

Your children make him nervous. He knows he doesn't have the best track record, but he'd never hurt you. So he's not sure why someone always has to be with you when you visit him. Every single one of your kids has it out for him. Lian has done the thumb across the neck at him and Akari keeps doing the "I'm watching you" gesture then punching her fist.

He's gotten the shovel talk from each kids, Sabi's being the most frightening. She stared Volo down, and told him she knew how he died, but the date was dependent on how well he treated you. Not fun to hear, but he guesses he understands

You're happily oblivious to your children and their behavior towards Volo. He doesn't dare bring it up in fear of you not believing him, so he continues to help you with them in hopes they'll warm up to him. Rei is the first to do so, curious of the history of Hisui, which Volo can help him learn about. After that, the other three slowly warm up to him as well, and things become a little less threatening, though no less chaotic

Some nights, Volo wakes up curled with you with four snoring bodies splayed across the two of you. Volo didn't expect to become a father when he started dating you, but as he wipes drool from the corner of Sabi's mouth, he finds he doesn't mind that much

(Silver in IDW-anon again! ^^) So Duo (aka concealed Mimic) is on the cover of issue 67... Not to be pessimistic, but any and all worries I had about Silver not being taken seriously by the Diamond Cutters just got a tenfold worse. Of course, covers always lie and what-not, but I cannot recall any prominent instances that IDW actively lied with their covers about what characters would be in a story. Can't wait for Silver to get mocked and sent away because how dare he accuse the newest well-meaning member of their team of any evil-doing, probably with a smug "It's no use😏" from Duo thrown in there (at least one "It's no use" in either issue 63 or 64. I am calling it, so hard.), presumably also after completely blowing their training by getting all in Whisper's face despite being far more powerful than she could ever hope to be with a Wispon, and with some fake apology to follow up on it all that paints Silver as the bad guy for not talking constructively about his misgivings or whatever.

Yay.

But yeah, didn't the blurbs of #63 and #64 already spoil that Silver will make a total fool of himself?

Stuck in the past with no clear directive, Silver decides to spend some time with the Diamond Cutters and their new member. But he’s too busy being star-struck over Whisper to notice that he’s interrupting their training! Elsewhere, Sonic takes Blaze sightseeing so she can enjoy her vacation.

This issue is all about Silver the Hedgehog! First, he's incredibly suspicious of the Diamond Cutters' new member and he jumps to a conclusion that leads him to some hasty accusations. Awkwardness ensues. Then, Blaze comforts Silver as they bond over being away from home and in Sonic's world.

(love the advertising. Yay, it's all about your favorite blorbo Silver! 🥰 Being used as a vehicle for cringe comedy! 🥰 literally, "awkwardness ensues" please my soul is already leaving my body at the thought)

#65 will be about Knuckles and the Babylon Rogues, we still don't know anything about #66, so I wonder how they're going to stretch the Duo arc for so long. I'm inclined to believe that yes, we'll get a whole issue of Silver being seen as a paranoid idiot and being sent off, then Mimic will do his Mimic thing while Surge and Kit try to complete their character arc. Then Silver will have his emotional moment, a Silvaze ship tease moment will ensue, and the day will be saved.

I'm betting money. Who's with me?

The prev anon has a point about Christoper but I also think Anna is in danger. Belial had Barbara killed to hurt Gideon (and also bc imo it was their mother's name so she thought how dare her bro name his daughter like that). She tried to hurt Kit in CoG but wouldn't be too obvious if he were to die? Whereas with Anna it would be like Barbara... it's the first daughter of her second brother. I don't know if it makes sense

I think you have a point too. I definitely think something tragic is going to happen to one of Gabrily's kids because it would hurt Gabriel the way losing Barbara hurt Gideon. Tatiana is a terrible sister fr.

That also reminds me of this hint we got a while back (got it from the TSC wiki if you're interested in seeing all of them): "Two of the following statements will happen (and one will not): a leader of a major Institute will be killed by a demon, Belial will fly around on a giant talking bird, and/or one of the main characters will be Turned into a vampire."

and this hint: "Anna will pay the price for her lack of care as to her reputation and gender roles of the time."

Those two together make me speculate that Anna might become a vampire? Because she didn't care for the gender roles of the time, so what if she's Turned as the price to pay for "being ahead of her time" because now she's cursed to live that long. That would also hurt Gabriel.

BUT, also, time and time again, Lightwoods come in 3's but something terrible always happens to one of them. In TMI, it was Max. COG, it was Barbara. In the case of the TID Lightwoods, it for sure has got to be Tatiana.

But the Lightwood-Herondales? It's anyone's guess. Cassie might even pull a TMI and off Alex (in which case, I will also jump off a cliff).

Is it bad to say that out of the three, I'd be the most okay with it being Anna? I'll admit she isn't my favorite. I just think she so... rude? I don't know how else to put it. I don't think Gabrily would have raised her like that so I have a bone to pick with CC about that.

Parasaurolophus - share a scene where a character is/gets embarrassed or flustered

Brachiosaurus - share a sad or tragic scene

The parasaurolophus one was a lot easier to choose than the brachiosaurus. Mostly because the real tragic/sad scenes I don't expect to come to light until the second half, when Kiris finally starts being honest with people. In the mean time, there was this one scene I was going to share for it, then I realized I'd pretty much have to post the entire chapter for full emotional impact.

The second half is also when a lot of the juicier scenes with Kaar are slated to happen, @on-noon, although I have no idea what they'll be yet. They're gonna pack an emotional punch is the goal, though.

Aris presented a sheaf of papers to the soldier, who scanned them lazily. Konvor shifted, her hoofs clacking on the stone of the road, and Kiris dug his fingers into her favorite spot behind her ears as he kept a careful eye on the soldiers’ mounts. Their talons were at least as long as his forearm. And Nazvili thought the Nelovskevouks could dare stage a revolution against that. Quickly, Kiris glanced back. Prince Nelovskevouk smiled at him.

Kiris snapped back around as if he hadn’t been caught looking. Again. Flushing, he decided that that was it. He was going to stick to option one and remove his competition from the Competition. Nelovskevouk had to go. Besides, if the Prince knew how much of a fraud Kiris really was, he doubted he’d receive a different fate than the bandit the other night. They had both just been trying to make a living.

Brachiosaurus - share a sad or tragic scene

No more freedom.

Kiris’ breath stalled. Those stolen coins suddenly weighed the same as Miridin’s moose, and his lock pick kit could have burned a hole through his tunics. No more—

“Prince na Suem?”

There were ants running all over his arms, just above his elbows. The Headmaster of Cym needed him to be able to use a pen and paper. They didn’t care about the rest of him, so long as the prophecies were legible.

“Yphant.”

Kiris flinched. His vision darted from Cym Temple to Nazvili—and when had it ever left? He grimaced an attempt at a smile and fished his pen from his pocket.

“Very keen,” he whispered, trembling the nib against the page. It blotted when he failed to move it. His freedom, for Strauv. He couldn’t be so selfish. He had to serve.

Kiris signed away his freedom.

It was one thing to speak of, cool voices in a dark library before the first sweep of the sun. It was another to lay it bare in Lights.

Hiding his hands in his sleeves so they couldn’t see them shake, he stood, fingers clenching where phantom shackles rubbed into his skin. “Let that—let that also act as my formal withdrawal from Competition for Strauv.” He nodded at Ovria, then bowed to Nazvili, and scooted backwards to the door. “If you will excuse me, I’ll be at the Lake’s Call.”

Once settled Jason, Leafpool and Crowfeather meet up to discuss the 3

Leafpool admits starclan has been harassing her about them which makes Crowfeather furious and Jason seethes

So they take a moment to cool off and discuss their options

Crowfeather has been working with Tallstae to find a better deputy than Onewhisker and they found a good candidate in Nightcloud

Crow then admits he doesn't want to be away from leafpool and would be willing to move where ever she goes

Jason encourages them to stay together

"It's obvious you deeply care about each other. Just because one cat couldn't juggle their duties as a Medicine cat and being a parent doesn't mean you cant!"

Leafpool admits she wants to be with crow but doesn't want to leave Thunderclan

They agree to approach Firestar first and tell him the situation then tell the clan as a whole

They ask Jason to go with them, hoping another medicine cat voicing his opinions will help, and Jason agrees but insists Redtip (Tim) comes to

He says they'll see why very quickly

They gather Tim and go to Firestar who is disappointed in his daughter

He agrees to let Crowfesther join if he can prove his loyalty which crow readily agrees to. He wants to be present in his mate and Kit's life and he already spoke to Tallstar who told him to follow his love

But Firestar tries to tell the clan himself and Tim blocks him, then this happens

The clan had gathered for some announcement but stopped as a ragged yowl left the leader's den.

"Don't be dumb! That's the last thing you want!" The voice of Redtip careened out into the camp making all eyes turn up. Redtip was blocking Firestar from leaving.

"Redtip I appreciate what you think-" firestar started only to be cut off.

"Don't tell me what I'm thinking! You don't know what's in my head! In your daughters mind! You do this and you'll only hurt everyone in your clan! Honesty is needed yes by why punish someone for loving?" The clan could only guess what was happening as suddenly voices went quiet. A few minutes later Firestar stepped out, followed closely by Redtip, Leafpool, Crowfeather and Doveslash. Firestar looked concerned but firm and Redtip was glaring at the gathered cats, almost asking them to misbehave.

"Cats of Thunderclan. I called you discuss a matter of the Warrior code. A matter that maybe, should have been talked about before. But first I wish to welcome Crowfeather to Thunderclan." Whispers filled the camp and Suddenly Doveslash was turning a look upon the warriors.

None dared speak their minds with the massive Tom staring them down. He may be a Medicine cat, but they had all seen him fight off a fox by himself on the journey. They knew he was capable.

"I will not speak for Crowfeather. His joining was his own decision, however onto the pressing matter. The Warrior code states that no Medicine cat may take a mate or have kits." The clan could sense where this was going. And the tension became tangible. "But this may not be the wisest rule. Who are we to say who can and cannot have kits or mates?"

"And what's to stop a Medicine cat from showing favoritism? Thats why we have the rule!" Ashfur spat. "You want to change it cause your own kit broke the rule! Don't ya?"

"Oh shut up! You decide to try and murder starclan because one Molly broke up with you!" Redtip suddenly spat and the clan froze. What? "Yeah. In the future. Doveslash knows these things. He always has! He'll the rest of Batclan does too! Doveslash just sees it clearer than the rest of us! You get turned down by Squirrelflight and decide to try and Murder her kits and after you die, you try to possess her future mate! Now shut up and sit down Ashfur."

The clan when cold and eyes turned to ashfur then to Redtip and Doveslash. Doveslash nodded.

Food For Thought

The Smeeterys of Irk churned away below the surface of the planet and the Mother Control Brain, Tallest Kii, turned an idea over in her mind.

It was a rare day. The smog had been brushed aside by some combination of Wind and luck and the Night sky was clear above the land. It would remain so for a long time, according to her calculations. The Smeets and Smeetery workers did not know. But Kii saw and remembered a specific day, if only vaguely. A part of her, still clinging to the long gone past, wondered if she should let them see such a rare sight… like She had when Ophelia and Delta were around.

Thousands of years ago, In Hive Cadaver:

Fifi dodged the bustling drones with ease as she picked her way to Imperial Frylord Glip's special Kitchen. Her Brother was deeper in the Hive checking on a few loose ends for the upcoming ceremony and celebration. For when the Sun finally set, and the Irken Day truly began, the Hive would be hosting their 2 Allies in a celebration of their alliance. It was a Huge deal to Hive Cadaver, who often sat alone in the midst of any conflict.

Delta wanted to show as much Hospitality as possible. His infatuation, turned full on Love, for Kii drove him forward but Fifi also knew he greatly appreciated Tallest Ophelia as well. He wanted to Impress and give his 2 allies, his two Friends, a good time. A light flashed through Fifi's eyes, her scowl lightening slightly.

She knew and feared when Delta was Measured, that he would be alone at the top. He was a social Irken by nature, and craved Equal footing with those around him. His position as a Priest Helped some, getting him closer to the Council of Priests, but they still only saw him as Tallest, not Delta. Fifi tried to provide company, but she knew she couldn't fill the space by herself.

So when Kii first came into the picture Fifi knew Delta was craving that equal regard. And she Feared Kii would never give it to him, let alone acknowledge any of his strong suits. But Kii proved her wrong, and she thanked The Weaver everyday for that. Kii, while Harsh like Fifi, did not see Delta as below her. She didnt Worship him either thank Irk. She was sharp and serious and above all Caring, even if she buried it under all those quips.

Then Ophelia joined the cause. Though cryptic at times, as an Oracle was want to be, she was open and kind like Fifi's brother. Delta had found his Swarm, as the older Priests and officers said, happily over Cyder after shift. And Fifi was Glad for it. So of course she would Guarantee this Celebration went off without a hitch.

She would triple check every aspect of the Alliance ceremony herself. Roles Be DAMNED, her brother was going to enjoy himself. Her Friend Kii would get a chance to relax and so would Kiz.

And if Thred showed up Fifi wouldn't complain. The two drones had met briefly after Alliance negotiations with Ophelia a few weeks back. Thred had not been phased by Fifi's harsh and scowling moods, had even Called her a Blessing from the Weaver when they met! Fifi wondered if her Brother felt like this when Kii payed him compliments. Light and floating…

"Priestess! What bring ya round these parts?" Imperial Frylord Glip boomed as Fifi entered her kitchen. The Sharp Spicy smell of the Yulinip fruit fermented in a special cider mix filled the room as the Massive Round Frylord spooned large globs of Deadman's paste into a large bowl.

Glip was a Fat and tall lady, though she preferred the title Frylord. She had the softest and kindest smile with a slow drawl in her voice. She was always warm and comforting. Fifi did not mind being around her.

Glip was a rare beauty even in their Hive. Jet black skin shone with iridescent colors like rainbows on spilt oil. Sparkling gold Chitin covered her body like Stars. Well fed, strong, and most of all, warm, Lady Glip had many suitors in Hive Cadaver. But she was only interested in her cooking and fermentation. Fifi respected that, Glip knew who she was, and loved herself fully.

It was funny, Fifi thought, Glip had gotten her Position shortly before Delta hit his growth spurt. Glip had been a young Frylord in the kitchens when Late Tallest Fiddle had found her experimenting with a better fermentation liquid for the all Important Deadman's Paste. The Paste was incredibly spicy but needed a massive punch of flavor. Fifi remembered the one time she and Delta tried the Hot Pot Deadman's Paste was used for as Smeets. It had been Hot sure. Very hot, but that was It. No flavor, just heat. Tallest Fiddle had been severely disappointed.

Then Glip had gotten it into her head to Fix it without the former Imperial Frylord finding out. She stole the ingredients and the guarded Recipe for the paste and worked and worked for Years. Until Fiddle found her and tried the experimental paste. Fiddle had fired the old Imperial Frylord then and there and Promoted the Young Glip for her care and obsession with true flavor. Ever since no one complained about any food that came from the Mess halls. Glip insisted on strict quality control, but also welcomed changes and improvements so long as they passed Quality testing.

Fifi, no All of the Hive knew there was no Frylord better.

"I am simply making my usual rounds Frylord." Fifi said and Glip smiled widely.

"Well Ma'am ah know ya don't enjoy as much heat as yer brother but Ah got some new pies ya might like. The new Apprentice down in the fifth Crypt Mess had been experimenting and found a great new fillin!" Glip bragged about the apprentices a lot. They were her legacy, she said. And Fifi believed it.

"I would not begrudge a taste. You and the apprentices only allow the finest into the hands of the Hive." Fifi said plainly. Glip laughed and blushed a bright Violet.

"Aw Shucks Fifi, that's Mighty Kind of ya! We just want good food for yall, nothing more!" Glip said, grabbing a small Steaming pie from the counter. It was made of Hot Nitro Crust pastry, giving it a silvery sheen and a short texture. It was in the shape of a pair of wings, a symbol of good fortune in Hive Cadaver, and smelled of tangy, and sharp veggies. Fifi could pick out the faintest whiff of Gurlic Meal, a rare delicacy in the Hive made from dried and ground Gurlic worms.

Fifi Idly wondered if Delta had harvested his colony of Gurlics too soon in an attempt to impress. But Glip seemed to know the answer.

"Ah had saved some Gurlic meal from tha Last batch Tallest Delta had made. When the apprentice came asking about it ah gave him a little to experiment with. It adds a great flavor profile to tha mellow Siggurain Root Pulp and tha Black Heel Fungus. Should be Nutty and tangy with ah fresh aftertaste of Citrus!" Glip explained as Fifi tasted.

It was exactly as Glip said. A smooth puree of Siggurain root gave the entire pie a silky texture and a nice clear citrus aftertaste on top of its mellow flavor, with chewy Rich Black Heel fungus adding Tang to the entire pie. The Gurlic Meal shot through with a crumbly texture in the crust and the nutty flavor the Hive adored.

More of the usual Batfam has!

I said I'd come back to Jason and Pigeons/doves yeah?

Well he keeps them, he has a coop on top of his apartment building that he built.

He takes very good care of his flock and even Damien can't find fault in his care for them

They are all named after his favorite book characters

They are really smart birds and know who Jason is in and out of costume! Once Jason was held by Joker who was bragging about killing him again

Only to be SWARMED by flock of angry Pigeons and Doves

Joker fears the birds now

Jason gave them so many treats for that

BRUCE gave the birds treats for that!

More Meatloaf? More Meatloaf

So Meatloaf, Tim's Sphinx, absolutely has Opinions on his dates

She likes Brenard well enough, he supplies treats but doesn't really stop Tim from pulling all nighters

Then again Meatloaf is the only one besides Alfred who can reliably make Tim go to bed at any point

Meatloaf ended up following Tim on patrol once

Red Robin was facing Scarecrow when this sweater wearing bald cat showed up screeching in a mechanical voice "SLEEP NOW!" Repeatedly

It freaked Crane out a bit but didn't stop him from trying to fight Tim

Only for said cat to latch onto his face and start viciously clawing his face while chanting Sleep Now

Crane got a new fear that night

And Tom had a heart attack and took Meatloaf home imediatly

Sadly it didn't STOP HER FROM FOLLOWING HIM BACK OUT

She kept doing this till he went back to the manor and went to bed

Alfred has asked Meatloaf to do that to Bruce but they know it won't work

So instead they have Meatloaf translate for Ace to convince Bruce to take a God damned break!

Look Meatloaf knows which pets will convince which Bat to rest

Some don't need convincing, Steph, Duke and Barabra will gladly take breaks when they need to

Others are more stubborn

So Meatloaf started a sorta vigilante group of her own

It's made of herself, Jason's flock of birds, Ace, King Murder (Damian's puppy), Haley (Dick's Dog), Bat cow and a few of the bats that live in the batcave

They team up to ensure their bullhead humans rest and don't die of exauhstion

I'm sick with a stomach bug so while I'm laying in bed Batfam headcannons

If anyone in the mansion gets sick Alfred makes them take a break until they are at 100 percent again

Yes even you Master Bruce

You can't bribe Alfred he will make you stay home

Everyone has their own sick meals that the others make for them those who aren't sick usually run to get supplies while Alfred cares for the sick ones

Jason does help make the soups occasionally if he isn't sick

But more often than not Jason and or Dick and Damien are on Guard duty to ensure the patient doesn't try to go on patrol.

As for everyone's go to sick foods

Bruce always wants the classic chicken noodle soup if his stomach can handle it. It's an old Wayne recipe and one of the many he has memorized and has made for his own kids. Alfred always makes it for him when Bruce is sick.

Said chicken noodles soup is made from a bone broth, The household has a habit of keeping the bones from meals to make broths and chicken is no different. The bones are stewed with meat, fat and cartilage still clinging to it for several hours at a low simmer. Adding in celery salt, garlic, onion powder, oregano and a dash of ground ginger the broth itself is super comforting. Alfred adds back in any leftover chicken from the carcass or a previous dinner and adds lightly sautéed onion. Carrot and celery. Finally adding in to the serving bowl a healthy mound of egg noodles and the soup is ready

Dick wants goulash if he can handle it, the recipe was one his father used to make for him when he was sick as a little kid. Slow simmered beef chunks in a tomato based broth with soft flavorful onion and garlic and served over a Maize porridge.

Alfred spent years when dick first arrived piecing the recipe back together from Dick's vague memories of helping his father make it. When the recipe was completed it was spot on to how Dick remembered it.

Jason wants toast with peanut butter that's it. He is prone to stomach bugs and does not want anything too heavy. On occasion when he is sick but can eat more he wants The Wayne's chicken noodles soup.

Barbara likes Rice when sick. Too many flavors never helps her feel better so the plainer the better. She may add a tiny bit of butter but not much else

Tim wants tomatos. That's it. This boy only wants tomatoes when sick but can't exactly get away with only tomatoes so he usually has a tomato soup. He is banned from caffeine when sick and it usually only makes ot worse (briefly) before the headache passes.

Stephanie wants Irish Potato soup and toast when sick. Fatty ham fried until slightly brown and them drowned in a light chicken broth with potatoes. It always makes her feel better. It's salty too, so she knows she is staying hydrated with how much water she downs when eating it.

Cass didn't get sick days growing up and is still unsure what she would prefer. Usually Bruce makes her the Wayne family Chicken noodle soup, but she usually doesn't want to eat when sick.

I Honestly don't know what Duke would ask for when sick. But it would be warm and feel like a Hug. I still don't know much about Duke and I will circle back to him as I get a better feel for him I promise!

Damien wants either lentil soup or Congee. His Grandmother was Arabic and Chinese, and Talia would give him either Congee when he needed something bland, or Lentil soup if he needed nutrition. (Good Mom Talia only in this house) the first time Damian got sick at the manor Bruce contacted Talia and asked for the recipes. She came over and taught him and The other Bats (mainly Jason and Stephanie since they can actually follow a recipe) how to make not just those dishes, but several others Damien loves.

When Bruce ended up sick later that month Damien insisted Alfred taught him how to make the Wayne Chicken noodle soup, but added a few tweaks (cardamom and Colocasia aka Egyptian Taro) Bruce loved it and the recipe was added to the Wayne family recipe collection

Now when Alfred is sick, The Batfam all stay in, calling in friends and allies to cover their patrols. Alfred takes care of them they take care of him. He prefers simple chicken broth if he is truly bad or Eggs and soldiers if he is feeling OK.

Note, when Alfred is sick the Nats split up his duties based on who can do what without giving the man a heart attack. This means

Jason, Stephanie, Duke and Damien have the kitchen. They cook for everyone but especially Alfred

Dick, and Cass clean any mess that happens.

Bruce, Tim and Barbara do paperwork duties and errands

If the Bats absolutely have to go out on Patrol they fight over who stays behind to care for Alfred. One from each of the sections remains behind. More often than not it ends up being Jason in the Kitchen, Dick cleaning, and Barabra doing errands ect.

If all of the Bats are sick (Alfred included), Diana and Clark usually drop by to make sure both the Bats don't set themselves on fire/try to work, and that Gotham stays protected.

The day Wonder Woman showed up and kicked Joker's teeth in was documented by many a confused hostage and one Overjoyed and very Flustered Harley Quinn.

When the press asked why Wonder Woman was in Gotham she said the Bats needed a sick day and it was duly noted by all of the rogue Gallery.

My #1 post of 2022

I'm gonna write a bit on my Invader Zim OCs today, specifically the 5 Star Alliance! Its an alliamce of 5 Hives stationed on a large Island in the middle of the ocean. For context I headcannon that the ocean is made of either Hydrogen or Nitrogen. Irkens Hydrate by absorbing moisture through their skin, though it isnt water.

Some basic Alliance information. The 5 Star Alliamce was an Ancient Alliance made of 5 Hives. On the Coast was Hive Opal, they commonly had Natural Pak legs and could skim across the Oceans like water Skimmers. They made up the Bulk of the Alliance Navy force and supplied the other Hives with Seafood and resources found only at sea.

Beyond the coasts was a vast windswept Desert where Hive Sol sat. Hive Sol commonly had camoflauge based mutations or Bioluminece. They acted as the spies and Historical archives. Hive Sol has the largest collection of lost knowledge on Irk including a Genetics Vault. At its peak Hive Sol had information on the movements of every Hive on Irk.

Just beyond the Desert was a large tract of extremely fertile land. Hive Traktor lived here, tending to the land and keeping the Alliance fed. The Irkens of Hive Traktor also worked to ensure the other territories had some farm land available in case Hive Traktor ever fell. Their innovations and agricultural theories were advanced for their time before the Hive's collapse. They also worked and created the Alliance's massive network of trade routes across the island and the world at large.

Hive Traktor's land ends at the foot of a sheer cliff. Formerly active Volcanoes these mountains are impenetrable, unless you cross through Hive Geo. Hive Geo's entire territory is underground, this means the most common mutations in the Hive are Bioluminece, dark Vision, and Melanin heavy skin tones. Hive Geo is a Mining and Smithing Hive, they mine out valuable metals and gems from their mountain homes and share them across the Alliance. Their homes are protected by the Mountains themselves as the only way through to the Final Hive is by going through Hive Geo or their Mines.

Finally within the Ring of Mountains that make up Hive Geo is a massive tropical basin. Dense rainforest dotted with open meadows fills the space and is Home to Hive Octave. Hive Octave is composed of mostly Female Irkens, something very rare, and they have long Corkscrew antenna which allows each Hive member to hear even the slightest change in tone or Pitch. Hive Octave are the Foot soldiers of the Alliance and the Crafts men. Art is both a weapon and the highest honor in the Hive. Hive Octave citizens often travel to other Hives in the Alliance to assist with any projects from construction to Festival planning. The Frylords of the Alliance go to Hive Octave to train as well.

These 5 Hives made up the 5 Star Alliance. To ensure each Hive remained true to the Alliance many of Irk's important festivals and events were taken on as a group. All wars were fought with all 5 members adding to the army. In particular Fertility Festivals were held together.

For Fertility Festivals the Hives Tallest would separate the fertile Irkens into 2 groups. First would be those who stayed behind for a Local Fertility festival, as they were dubbed "lesser" either due to health, height, or unwanted genetic material being present. This group would have their own festival on a much smaller scale. The second group were those who were dubbed worthy and would go to the Mass Festival held with all 5 hives. Every Hive brought something specific to these events and were encouraged to have swarms with drones outside their Hives. This kept unity and diversity within the alliance.

More specific details on the Hives and their historical figures will come in another post. But the Founders will be touched on!

The legend of how the Five Star Alliance was found is less Myth and more History. While some elements were fabricated the core of the myth is truth.

The Alliamce began with The Colossus died and her empire Splintered. The founders were five taller Irkens each of whom carried the mutations common in their hives. The five of them had been friends under the Colossus' rule and tried to stick together. When the fighting began the friend gathered as many cadets, Smeets and Drones together and fled for the sea. They set sail, hoping to find a new home away from the fighting. They sailed for 5 years and began to lose hope that they would ever find land again. Then one night they saw five stars shoot across the sky and fall upon a single spot in the distant horizon. As they watched the five Taller Irken heard the Weaver speak to them as she guided them to a new home. Upon landing on the island they would call home The Weaver spoke once more. She divided the land into five parcels, giving one to each Taller Irken to rule. From there the five friends built their hives and created the Alliance.

Hive Opal was founded by Tallest Reef, he had Natural Pak legs and took to the sea with ease. Those who also took to the sea stayed within his Hive.

Hive Sol was founded by Tallest Apollo, he was iridescent and gleamed in the moonlight. He was a scholar and a nosy Tallest. Those who took to knowledge and spy work stayed within his Hive.

Hive Traktor was founded by Tallest Terra. She was slim yet strong and loved to grow and care for the flora and fauna. Those with a knack for agriculture and botany stayed within her Hive.

Hive Geo was founded by Tallest Slate, he was as Grey as the stones he mined. He had a sixth sense for mining and forging. He took to the mountains and those with a passion for mining joined his Hive.

Finally Hive Octave was founded by Tallest Octavius. He had long Corkscrew antenna and was dotted with dark spots. He was an artistic and maternal fellow who discovered how to turn art into a means of defense. Those with an artistic flair joined his Hive.

These five were the founders of the Five Star Alliance. They wrote the first set of laws the Alliance must abide by. A set of Laws that Tallest Olst, the last Tallest of Hive Traktor, would disregard, thus ending 3 out of the 5 Hives in the late first Era. But more on him later. This is the basics of the Alliance.

Hi hi,

Thank you soo much for the Gumiho!Lee Soo Hyuk fic it is really good, unique and very on theme with Halloween so it's good that it was so intense it was terrifying and sweet all at once XD I love the suspense of not knowing if he will eat oc or not but also the contrast of him being so gentle and whipped but also wanting to devour her. You captured such a unique atmosphere it's all at once exactly what I hoped for and still better and surprising that you were able to combine the sweetness and real danger without it leaning too much in either direction. I really enjoyed it. I hope you've been well. It feels like it's been so long T.T I've been so busy with uni and life that I didn't find a peaceful moment to read it so I kept reading it paragraph by paragraph. I only had free time to sleep basically. But it made me cherish and savor it so that is good. I still re-read it properly from beginning to end when I had enough down time and had some peace. It's such a treat Author-nim Thank you so much you created something really special. It was really so immersive I was shuddering and getting tingles along with the oc. You are so good at capturing the scene without it being overbearing but it adding to the emotions of the characters. It feels like this should be a movie you created such interesting characters here. 10/10 Job well done.

Niragi is truly horrifying and traumatizing in Alice in Borderland, Chishiya is so cool really and smart he really catches your attention despite being so quiet. My favorite characters are Kuina and Usagi I just think they are such cool, strong and brave people who have had to overcome a lot and deal with such pain due to family but still came out stronger. So, I really admired them and was rooting for them also Kuina is so adorable in a badass way, and I love her dynamic with Chishiya same as I love the teamwork between Usagi and Arisu. I didn't want to continue reading the manga because I want to watch the series' first.

For AHS my favorite seasons in order are Coven, Murder House and Asylum. I adored coven such much that I don't have a favorite character I love everything about it and all the characters are my favorite in one way or another really, I can't pick my most favorite one I enjoyed them all good and bad. The actresses and actors really killed it in this season. I can't stand musical episodes in series, but I loved even the Stevie Nicks episode(s) and singing. My favorite Characters are Violet and Tate (yes even though he is unstable and partially evil) I just think he is an interesting character. Lana Winters and Kit Walker and Sister Jude (even though she was horrible she was also so interesting and fascinating to watch). I think you can tell I love the obvious tragic or tortured heroes/protagonists and the insane/evil but human villain characters.

My favorite Horror is kind of hard to pick because I love horror in general, but I'd say things like Paranormal Activity (one of the first real Horror movies I watched it traumatized me and i got obsessed with it lol), Scream (#BESTFinalGirl), Cabin in the Woods, The Haunting of Bly Manor, Haunting of Hill House, Resident Evil, Escape Room, Freaky, Happy Death Day, Truth or Dare, #Alive (its korean), Train to Busan, Ready or Not, Us, Fright Night. That's a lot sorry. Sorry for responding a little late but I've been visiting family so I had little time for anything else haha. But I'm really glad you enjoyed the fic! It was so much fun to write it as well, I was just worried it'd be too horror-ish so I'm glad that you find it well-balanced! Honestly I keep thinking about the fic and Gumiho!LSH so I might write some more stories about this AU in the future. I really want to explore those characters a little more, if that makes sense? Anyway, hopefully I'll have the opportunity to write some more.

And no worries! I was busy myself and uni can be hard~ I'll soon have to focus on some school work as well, and since I should be all done with uni in a few months, it's a little scary. I feel like I should've cherished it more? Maybe I'm just in a sentimental mood lol.

Yeah! Chishiya matches my type really well, I love characters who are so intelligent that they seem almost alien to humans? Something like that. Oh and Kuina was so sweet!! I loved her, she's very cute indeed! Yeah, the interactions and dynamics between the characters were so cool and fun to watch! I can't wait for the second season and what's gonna happen next!

Coven was such an interesting season! You're right, all the characters were great and I was surprised too that I didn't mind the Steve Nicks episode(s). Asylum was also really good, but I was kind of thrown off by the alien stuff, it seemed like it could've been incorporated better but it was quite exciting otherwise! Honestly, those kinds of characters you mention are one of the best ones! I love them too, even if I then keep whining about wanting a nice life for them lmao.

I was so traumatized by Paranormal Activity! Still am I guess, I'm really bad with dealing with that kind of horror even if I enjoy watching it, I don't know why. Final girls are such a concept!! There's something so satisfying about it when it's done well. And ofc, outsmarting the antagonist… my beloved ♡ Also thank you for the movie reccs! I haven't seen some of the movies so I'll check them out if I get into the spooky season mood haha.
