Narita going into realty fits with some old hcs I have, that he's got older parents, comes from a stricter/more traditional fam, so this line of work provides some interest for him plus appeased his parents plus it helps that he makes some decent moolah Narita monehhhhhhh

Kino's still a homebody, so working for a train company allows him to explore in a comfy way

Best thing about their jobs, tho, is their schedules: Kino's day starts before Narita's, but they've got things coordinated so that Narita hops on Kino's line on the way to work =w=

(not only is Narita one of Kino's regulars, but other regular riders find them adorable)
