since a lot of people seem confused, the Bee and Puppycat that just came out on Netflix isn’t the the same as the original! (though some did get leaked a few years ago)
it’s 16 completely newly, reanimated episodes, the first three of which will encompass the original plot, plus extra content!!

A dream to remember.

It was the same dream...
over.. and over again.
In that dream I was under water and there was coral, a shipwreck and a bunch of fish swimming around, I didn’t struggle to breath, I didn’t panic... I was just looking around.. I didn’t know why.
Until a peculiar thing has happened.
A merman appeared from behind me, like he was there with me from the beginning... he had long dark brown hair, amber orange eyes and a lot of scars, his arm was missing and has an elbow stub.
He looked confused... but also sad at the same time... I didn’t know why.
“Then I woke up.”
Sam explained. Travis sat there in his chair, eyes wide with shock at sam’s description of his dream. “Huh... no wonder you didn’t tell Duncan.”
Travis said, putting his drink can down beside him on his gaming computer desk. “And this happened all because of that pendant you found?” Travis asked, arching his eye brow at the red head.
Sam gave him a simple nod as he looked at the abalone shell mask necklace resting on travis’ computer desk, it worn a deep frown and it looked cracked... But for some reason it still held it’s ground and stayed as shiny as ever.
“What do you think I should do?” Sam asked, looking worriedly at his friend. Travis thought hard for the first time in his life, then came up with an answer.
“Keep it secret and safe at all times, if I know you well...” Travis paused, stood up and looked at Sam in the eye with a sort of determination.
“You keep a lot of secrets.”

Finally! My god that took ages!
Gotta be honest.. for someone who’s fallen out of mer-folk type of stuff... I actually had a lot of fun writing and re-writing this, despite my struggles. Thank you @vinehasnohopeleft for the inspiration.

yknow AI art has ruined an entire genre of painting to me, i saw one of those smooth anime-realism pieces and immidiately thought ''ugh, AI art'' until i noticed it was posted by an established deviantart user 6 years ago. like ive never been a huge fan of that genre but it looks like a pretty difficult style to master and i feel bad for the artists who specialized in anime-realism only to have their entire market jacked by people typing keywords into midjourney.

like can you imagine if you, as a housed person, said "oh man im really struggling financially right now I can't pay my bills- my electric is going to be cut off, my car might get repossessed, and I definitely can't afford to get a new laptop after mine broke"
and someone who had a lot more money than you said "I can help you!" and you were like"oh my god great thank you so much-" and then they just offered to take you to olive garden. and you say "hey man that's really nice but I'm actually okay on food right now, I really just need to pay some of these bills. I already got food somewhere else (foodstamps, friends, food pantries) and I really just need money. if you can't do it that's fine but I don't need food"
and the rich person said "you must not really need money or be poor then or else you'd take me up on my offer. I bet you were going to use that money on drugs anyway"
that's what yall sound like when you refuse to give homeless people money & just offer to buy them food
food is great! if you need it and that's what you're asking for. unfortunately food doesn't buy clothes, hygiene products, shelter, pay a phone bill, or yes even buy drugs or alcohol if you're going into detox and can't do so safely without literally dying

do yall understand how alienating it is to see huge masterposts of queer and mental health resources but none of them are in your state because theyre all up north? and nobody seems to want to fix this glaring issue because "they're all hicks anyways"
Southern people deserve better. we deserve to be taken seriously and given a voice in the queer community and the mental health space and leftist talks in general.
