I’m so glad you agree with all this. Because I’m sorry I know I shouldn’t just be calling out every celebrity left and right, but I’m being risky and calling out Zendaya she also only posted one thing on her story after about a month probably just to get people from her comments off her back and then she goes radio silent again? Because before the 7 of October she was probably the most active she’s been for awhile and then silence?? It just frustrates me so much

Yeah, i called out Pedro because he has always been vocal about these kinds of stuff, i dont follow Zendaya on social media but i think she is friends with the Hadid sisters? In which case is kinda crazy she hasnt posted more since Gigi literally got attacked by Israel on instagram.

I know it can sound ridiculous to people for us to be asking celebrities to post sonething, because it has always been said that social media post are mostly a performative way for them to clean their image, but this is one of the few instances where posting actually helps and its such a simple thing to do, i can understand smaller actors not doing more since they barely make any money and probably have families to feed and cant afford to get blacklisted.

But when you see big names like Mark Ruffalo and Angelina Jolie and even smaller ones like Khelani being so active and blunt about what is happening you do wonder why other big names are not. Specially when zionist celebrities are so open with their islamophobia and support of geneocide.

They are prominent figures in the US, the biggest financial supporter of Israel, they probably pay millions of dollars in taxes that go to fund israel's goverment, their voice matters. Politicians deal in money and public opinion, they have the power to make them do something and yet they chose not to and its so dissapointing and frustrating to see them just not care.

When you are from a developing country like me, it just feels like they would also stand by and watch the US do the same to you.
