also also the Lokomo turn into spirits kinda like the Maidens did in Four Swords Adventures? Lokomo  r color codded too like the Maidens...and they gave Link a holy sword on par w/ the Master Sword w/ sealing abilities and a light aspect not to mention the wing imagery and yellow gem making it look like a sister sword to the Master Sword more than Demise’s Sword ever did...the Lokomo look human enough and as Bryne has shown they r not all elders or wheel chair bound...sent from the gods to help out the mortals. im just saying whatever the FUCK Sages and Maidens r so r Lokomo bc even in different forms they r all one race imo at least in soul, also maybe Link was originally one of them??? i think part of the reason why lavellans are so popular is bc the game kinda. centers itself on a bunch of old dalish stuff (but then says "hey they sucked actually, & we're rewriting a bunch of lore to make them this way"). you get more out of the game playing an elf imo, as sad at that seems from a gameplay/writing standpoint :/

Woke up to the random thought that the connection between semblance and aura is highly unclear

We know that if someone's aura breaks they can't use their semblance (unless the plot needs it >:/), so does that mean that semblances use energy from the soul like aura does? Is it like mana in video games where you only have so much before it runs out and needs to be replenished? If so, are there any substances that can give it a boost? What happens if you use the last of your aura on your semblance? Do people with passive semblances have a constant drain on their aura?

If they're not connected at all, then why would the absence of aura prevent semblance use? What would be preventing someone from using their semblance indefinitely?

God I wish the rules of this place were both clear and sensible

that said, you know when you're starting to get attached to a thing when 1) you start thinking of fanfic ideas and/or, more importantly, 2) you start thinking of crossover ideas with other stuff you are or have been attached to.

aka: i really want to a thing where junko and dottie underwood are together. for whatever reason. because. there's some crossover thoughts there.

i really want to play with wfrr!junko. so much. i have no reason or place to do that right now because the jess & agatha thing is very firmly early 2000's (and because dr1 didn't come out until 2010, that would be when roger died if i was playing with timeline canon, and then jess would be in that year of default, and right now i'm writing jess gets a happy ending for once).

so really that depends on if i return to the greater wfrr universe for other shenanigans.

mostly i want to play with a wfrr concept of junko.
