If I see another fanfic not labeled properly I’m going to peel my skin off

My night in a nutshell:

Me going on tumblr after a long day at work to read a nice girthy dom top male x character and see a lot of results

Me seeing my filter work and filter out all the fem readers like I asked even tho I searched male reader and there aren’t a lot of results anymore

Me seeing fem SUB BOTTOM reader NOT labeled properly

Me when I see they make the fem reader a uwu baby cutesy child like and small but is “different from the other girls” getting railed to oblivion by their 7’11 boyfriend who is an alpha wolf type even though I LITERALLY SEARCHED TOP MALE READER

Me finally seeing male reader tags

They are highly feminine and are petite little babies that like to sit on their boyfriends lap when I again searched top male reader (I’m 200 pounds and almost 6 foot masculine t man I want someone sitting on MY lap)

Me seeing some trans male reader having some hope for the fic

They are subby and haven’t had bottom surgery yet(which is fine) BUT they loved to be railed from the front and one of his kinks is being MISGENDERED. Which believe me your gonna find this crazy THE FIC IS ALSO NOT LABELED PROPERLY.

Me realizing I have to start writing again because I am the last few people on planet earth that doesn’t do sub readers especially fem

Moral of the story label your work correctly some of us don’t want to see that. Thank you and have a nice day. Also I might not do fem readers anymore or I might but do a few, I sort of want this to be a mlm and nblm type of page but we’ll see how that goes.

“And it’s difficult to keep eye contact with them when they keep bowing! They keep their heads down like if they look at me I’ll smite them on the spot!” Merlin exclaimed, rolling his eyes. “It’s always been like that, even when I was a servant, they would act like I was some kind of… of-”

“God?” Arthur finished, amused by his companion’s ramblings. He was shaking his head, his face tinted crimson in a way Arthur found quite lovely, something he chose to pocket the moment it fell into his mind. Perhaps that was one of the reasons he loved to rile Merlin up so. “The most powerful sorcerer to walk the earth and you don’t expect people to treat you as such?”

“You don’t.”

He was right, of course. The only change to Arthur’s demeanor since Merlin had told him had been hesitance. Hesitance in their relationship, hesitance in Merlin’s magic, hesitance in the lies that had separated them. It hadn’t taken long for that hesitance to be thrown right out the tower window as Arthur finally saw Merlin for all he was, all he had always been. He hadn’t changed, not really, but to see Merlin open and honest with every part of himself, to confide in Arthur in ways he hadn’t before, hadn’t felt he could, had erased any doubt in the king’s mind.

“Well, I’ve seen you trip over your own feet. Kind of ruins any illusion of the ‘all powerful sorcerer’ the druids have made up in their minds.”

“And here I was thinking it was because you’re the King of Camelot.” Merlin said.

“That could be part of it.” Arthur considered, tilting his head in thought. “I know what it’s like when everyone treats you like this untouchable being. Like the idea of power rather than a person who just so happens to have power and is doing the best they can with what they have.”

Merlin eyed him bemusedly, coming to a halt in the middle of the field. Arthur mimicked him, though he glanced ahead before fully turning to Merlin. They probably had about half a day’s walk before they would make it into the city and he didn’t see any place to rest, save for a small temple a bit farther off.

“What?” Arthur asked finally.

The sorcerer paused, his eyes flicking down as if he was analyzing Arthur in a way he hadn’t before. Arthur didn’t squirm under anyone’s gaze, not since his father had passed, but the way Merlin was looking at him had him on edge, heat rushing to his ears.

“I-” Merlin stopped, his nose scrunching, glancing to the sky. Arthur followed his gaze to the clouds above, just as water splashed down onto his forehead.

The rain fell suddenly, like a dam in the heavens bursting open to the earth below. They had only a few seconds of awareness of the weather before they were completely drenched, both making a run for it to the nearest source of cover, the clanging of droplets on armor and the gasps the sudden chill of the rain sent down their backs the only sound over the heavy rainfall.

I was just responding to a post and I had this realization that AI is basically the new clippy. Every time I'm doing something in a program that has adopted some AI tool, a window pops up and says 'IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE DOING WORK -- LET AI HELP YOU WITH THAT' when in reality it has no idea what I'm doing and couldn't possibly help.

Today on 'Things the AJ Trilogy chose that were probably not intentional and yet here we are'

Thalassa does not reunite with Apollo or Trucy to drop the truth bomb, although she alludes she will at the end of SoJ

As such, all three games avoid this Thalassa related plot device.

In Spirit of Justice, we learn that Apollo cannot swim and may have developed a fear of water as a child after a near-drowning experience.

Do you know what the fear of deep water is called?

In conclusion; Apollo is Thalassophobic and so are the games.

no but seriously eunuchs are genuinely such a fascinating societal layer of multiple different empires and while there’s been some more active research lately it’s still widely under discussed in public because the christian world went ‘oh so it’s a kink thing 😏’ when it’s only like three percent incidentally a kink thing and that’s just baseline ‘some people are going to be kinky about this.’ the motivations were not kink. don’t get me wrong the motivations were also not GREAT because they rested on ‘hey if i get a slave who has literally no other family ties or possibilities he’ll be less likely to betray me!’ and also the ottomans and the byzantines (and i think also the mughals? i’m not working on them right now i’d have to go double check my sources) both technically banned castration within their borders so under the ottomans and often under the byzantines they were usually super displaced slaves with almost no other societal integration prospects besides the very specific context of the palaces that supported a eunuch class. there’s so many different stories you could get out of a group of people who had so many assumptions projected onto their bodies that gave them entries into circles of power. every time i see them in speculative fiction they’re always individual single examples and either 1. tragedies 2. villains or 3. both.

Everyone probably understands this but I’m frustrated that they keep leaving the second bit out, it’s not just “this is who Miles would’ve become if that spider hadn’t bit him,” there’s no way everything would’ve been fine if there had been no Spidey up until a like a year ago around when he was bit

That spider was most likely supposed to bite a Peter Parker years ago, there’s been no Spiderman for years

That’s who Miles would’ve been if he had spent a majority of his childhood in that terrible fucking post-apocalyptic environment

Edit: looking back it does look like in that one scene that that spider was going to bite the other Miles but that,, just doesn’t make any sense to me? either way, that other Miles still would’ve grown up in a wildly different environment, so it’s still not just “who Miles would’ve been without the spider bite”

just a boring astolfo doodle bc i was trying out going back to krita instead of clip studio and i needed a thing to draw

going back to not having the ‘close gaps’ feature in the bucket fill tool is SO frustrating but maybe relatedly this way it seems to require much less cleanup when i do eventually manage to find all the leaks?

...also, i have never before actually seen that different apps will have somewhat different color profiles for displaying the same image and now that i have it is driving me a little insane

#astolfo #i need to familiarize myself with more characters #im not sure how i feel about how lately whenever i want to just draw something without thinking about it i wind up drawing an astolfo #the magic wand auto-selector thing doesn't close gaps either which makes sense i guess but is almost more frustrating than the bucket fill #not being able to just right-click to pick colors is annoying #you have to switch to the color picker tool and back #which is WAY slower given how often i want to do that #but maybe there's some other workflow for color palettes i'm supposed to use?#but i do like all of the brushes in krita i don't know how to find ones i'll like on the clip studio store really #i like the one keypress for mirrored view #and you know its open source. one day i will run out my pile of clip studio free trials
