I’m still not 100% sold on the taste, its a little bit sweet for a meal, but cooking it is really fun because you have to dual wield a pot and pan if you want to get a good time on the indomie any%

its also the last pack so I’m going to have to go restock soon

brewed some of ahmad's ceylon OPA -- it was super mild. not very acidic or tannin-heavy.

also had some indomie noodles that look like they're for the Turkish market. they come with this little packet of lemon oil and what tastes a lot like a mild chili powder like gochugaru. It contains artificial chicken flavor and no dairy or other allergens are listed so it's technically vegan. Tastes a lot like the prince katsu Hello Kitty chicken noodles, right down to the powder packet color and flavor. The noodles don't look or taste fried; although, they probably are fried. definitely a step up from most instant ramen -- incl. the other vegan brand I'm aware of, Tapatio. And it's cheaper than Tapatio.

Hi guys, today I have shared with you all my 3 lightened up versions of some of our favourite Nigerian breakfasts.

The first one is plantain and egg stew, which I have significantly made healthier by making a few adjustments. The second is sardine and bread toasties and, finally, I have shared my favourite way to satisfy my Indomie cravings in a healthy way.

It is important to remember that moderation is key and attempting to have a healthier diet does not mean you have to give up your favourite foods. I might opt for a lighter breakfast on most days, but some days require big, hearty breakfasts!
