What an absolute pleasure and privilege it's been meeting food industry pioneers from around the world at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair. So much creativity and flair all under one roof! Sharing ideas with expert foodies has been brilliant, I've learned so much today it's been amazing. I set off from Middlesbrough at 4am by car, drove to Watford and then got the train to Hammersmith. When creating a business you've got to put in maximum effort at all times. This has been one of the most well organised and enjoyable events I've ever attended, I'm just gutted I couldn't stay for the next few days! We had another amazing meal from @thedilladeli on Saturday, last time we had the Chorizo Quasadilla but this time we opted for the Greek 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷 Quasadilla. It was a brilliantly creative combination of two cuisines that worked really well together. It contained feta cheese, olives, chargrilled aubergine, mint and melted cheese. It was absolutely delicious, the nachos, sour creme, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos 🔥 and salad was a lovely touch once again. Another thing I love about eating at the @orangepipmarket is that it gives you inspiration when it comes to cooking for your family at home.
