Nct dream reaction to their child first words?
renjun:
so y’all are just chillin cause it’s a really hot july day (changming is 16 months) and renjun often just repeats really simple words to changming as the baby plays on his lap bc it’s getting to the point where he’s concerned that he hasn’t said his first word yet.
so renjun’s all like, “mummy. daddy. piggy. doggy. cow. food. choco. milk—“
“bunny.”
“bunny, nice one. kitty. slide. truc— oh my gOD Y/N!”
and ur like walking down the stairs like “what now?”
“changming! changming just– he just—“
“he what?”
“changming, say it again baby!” renjun coaxed, “y/n bring his bunny toy.”
“bunny,” the baby repeated.
“why?” you asked, walking in the living room with the light grey bunny.
“changming!” renjun smiled, waving the bunny in his face, “can you say bunny?”
“bunny,” the baby laughed as your mouth dropped open.
“oh my goD RENJUN!!!!!”
jeno:
so jeno and hoon are just chilling in the practise room. hoon’s in the baby area (which was created when areum was born) while jeno’s just practising. and jeno keeps doing this move over and over again but whatever way he looks at it,, it doesn’t seem right.
so he keep trying and trying and he keeps just mumbling under his breath in frustration.
after a while he looks over and sees hoon staring at him.
“what do you think, hmm?” jeno asked, talking mostly to himself as he knew the baby wasn’t about to talk back.
“hwaiting!” hoon shouted, waving his arms around and laughing before kinda collapsing down.
jeno’s eyebrows raised and he kinda made that confused dog noise.
“ya! lee jeno!” jaemin called, walking in the door.
“shut up!” jeno shouted, walking over to hoon and scooping the 11-month-old up in his arms, “hoon, say it again for uncle jaemin.”
“hwaiting!”
donghyuck:
“moonsun. stop it. moonsun. come here,” haechan repeated, getting up and chasing after his daughter, “moonsun.”
you and donghyuck had come to a restaurant just to relax but obviously with an 8-month-old who’d recently learnt to walk and you being 7-months-pregnant, it wasn’t easy.
“you can walk really well, but no signs of talking, ay?” donghyuck sighed, carrying moonsun back to the table and putting her in the high chair.
you nodded, “you like being difficult, don’t you sunny?”
moonsun giggled, “yep!”
“huh?” donghyuck exclaimed, whipping his head to look at his daughter, who was happily chewing on her toy.
“yep!” moonsun exclaimed again, “yep! yep! yep! yep! yep! ye—“
“oh great, she learns to talk and now she won’t stop talking,” you said, rolling your eyes.
donghyuck laughed, patting his daughter’s curly mop of hair, “you’re my daughter, aren’t you? my baby.”
jaemin:
“nana!! nana! could you get me the wipes please !!” you called as you watched areum messily eat her food.
so basically areum’s like ,, nearly a year old and she’s adorable, beautiful, talented, literally everything you hoped ur child would be.
but ur six months pregnant and ur child always need stuff and jaemin’s ur go to carrier,, so the name ‘nana’ was often ringing through the house.
“just coming !!” ur boyfriend shouts.
“nana,” areum giggled.
“huh.”
“nana,” areum said, laughing again.
“wait !! nana!! not important !! come here rn!!!!!!!”
and your boyfriend like sprints in liek “w hAT?!”
and to hear his daughter say ‘nana’ with that big ol smile on her face.
god he legitimately thinks he could have a heart attack.
“ah!!! my baby!!!!! i mean, i’m daddy, but i’m also nana, yes!!!!” jaemin cooed, picking areum up and cuddling her to his chest.
he was basically crying.
chenle:
so chenle was away on a lil tour with the dreamies so you and zihao were at home together just chillin (zihao’s like just over a year old) and he is SOBBING bc wHERE IS HIS DAD but you just think he’s uncomfortable ? or hungry?? bc how tf are you supposed to know
“come on zihao, i don’t know what to do,” you sighed, offering more toys to the crying boy but he just shoved them away
“daddy!” he screamed.
“daddy?” you repeated, “huh? zihao???? say that again.”
but this boys just sat there screaming daddy repeatedly and you’re like ‘omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg’
so ur like scrambling for your phone and you’re like “zihao!!! let’s call daddy, yeah??”
and that immediately shuts him up, watching curiously as you facetime chenle.
“hey babe, i don’t have a lot of time rn—“
“chenle you have time for this believe me,” you said, pulling ur child onto your lap, “zihao, who’s that?”
“daddy!” zihao smiled, looking happily at your phone screen.
and chenle nearly cries bc he’s not there while his son said his first word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but then he goes running to literally all the staff and all the members and all his managers being like ‘look at my son!!! his first word is daddy!!!!!’
jisung:
so y’all are having a big clean up bc you havent really been able to do that since sunmi has been born (sunmi’s like ,, 6 months?? somewhere around there)
and so jisung has her in this little baby carrier on his front and he’s just going about his business, running the soapy dish water and a couple of the bubbles fly away so, by law, he has to then pop them and say ‘pop!’ in a lil voice that makes sunmi laugh
and jisung has discovered a hack!! ha ha!! so basically, the word ‘pop!’ or just,, bubbles in general make sunmi vv happy :) and so, ofc, naturally, basically the only word said in ur house is ‘pop!’
and then, at sunmi’s 1st birthday party, y’all are chilling in the garden and areum has bubbles!! so she’s flying round the garden blowing bubbles and the kids are all chasing after them,, catching them,,,,,,,,,, and then!!!!!!! sunmi pops one with her finger and goes ‘pop!’
and jisung’s like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so you and jisung rush over and sunmi’s just kinda like ‘pop!’ ‘pop!’ with no fucking clue of what’s going on tbh
jisung’s so proud cause he’s like ‘i taught her that word’

@heartkyu (all their writings about nct dream is super good aaaah i’m in love)(my fave works are probs shipped w jisung and pranked w donghyuck)
@chenle (honestly how did they even get that name? im jealous >:( but anyway their stuff is so gooood i usually don’t read bullet imagines but i’m always willing to make an exception when it’s theirs)(i eSPECIALLY recommend patch me up w jisung of skz and fuck you (and you and you) w hyunjin aah)
@cappujinho (okay so listen, i’m a sucker for optional bias imagines because i stan a bunch of groups w like 0 writers, and i can also use them for biases in popular groups. cappujinho writes soooo well, it’s insane)(pretend and 9:00 am are my faves but they have so many other wonderful fics too)
@knightly-whispers (hands down one of the best writers in the kpop community, their 101 kisses scenarios have be dead eeeeeveryyyy time!!!!!)

summary: in which nari goes into the studio with taeyong and the other members are very entertained by the similarities between her and her dad

“We’re here!” Taeyong exclaimed, turning the handle of the studio door and nudging it open, Nari happy nestled in his other arm.
“Hey,” Mark smiled, waving cutely at Nari.
“Lee Nari!” Johnny exclaimed, pulling Nari out of her dad’s arms, leaving Taeyong to put down his bag and greet the rest of the members as he twirled the girl round in the air, her little white skirt spreading out like a tutu.
Nari giggled, “hello Uncle Johnny!”
“Hi baby,” he smiled, “now go and say hi to the rest of your Uncles.”
He put the three-year-old down, letting her run to her Uncle Donghyuck and then individually to the rest of them.
“Firstly, Donghyuck,” Taeyong announced, his voice distracting Nari from her conversation with Uncle Jaehyun as she waddled over and climbed onto her dad’s lap.
“One rule if you’re going to sit here, Nari,” Taeyong said, “you can’t touch anything on here, okay?”
Nari nodded, playing with her dad’s necklace.
“Good girl,” Taeyong hummed, pressing a kiss to her head, “okay, Donghyuck, we ready? I’ll press it in 3, 2, 1–“
“Start!” Nari exclaimed, exactly as her dad usually did, signalling the beginning of the music as all the other boys laughed, leading Taeyong to stop it once again.
“Are you the director now?” Taeyong asked, amused at his daughter’s sudden interruption, “let’s count down together, okay?”
Nari nodded, “3, 2, 1, start!”
Taeyong played the music again, high-fiving his daughter before listening to Donghyuck’s voice as he recorded his part for the new NCT 127 album.
Nari turned around in her dad’s lap so she could see Uncle Donghyuck, tilting her head and listening closely.
“Okay! Nice,” Taeyong said, stopping the music, “can you just um, do that bit in the middle again?”
Donghyuck sang briefly to double check what Taeyong was talking about, Taeyong nodding as he did it again.
“Nice!” Taeyong exclaimed, “I think we can already move on. Nari? How did he do?”
Nari gave her uncle a thumbs up and he smiled, rushing out the booth and high-fiving her.
“Mark? You wanna go next?” Taeyong asked.
“Daddy! Daddy! I do Mark’s part,” Nari giggled.
Taeyong laughed, kissing the side of Nari’s head, brushing her hair back, “I know you can, babe.”
“She can do Mark’s part?” Jaehyun laughed.
“She likes rapping,” Taeyong nodded, “though the words are a bit of a jumble.”
Mark laughed, “Nari! Rap for us?!”
Nari giggled, looking at her Dad as he rapped a little bit.
“Now you,” he said, Nari pretending to be shy before rapping similarly to her dad.
“Woah! Rap queen Lee Nari!” Mark exclaimed, all the boys making loads of noise towards the girl.
The three-year-old laughed, burying her face in her dad’s chest.
“Well done, baby,” Taeyong smiled, burying his face in his daughter’s hair, “okay, Mark. Ready?”
Nari suddenly brought her head out, “3, 2, 1, start!”

Responsible - Chapter 1

First of all, I would like to dedicate this fic to my Ya! Chingu-ya @straykidsftw (who is also @atzbabyy and @inctlife ! Follow and read her fics!)
My Friend, thank you for putting up with me and for posting most of my requests. I return I gift this fic to you. I know you like Treasure and you’re the reason too why I started to like them. I hope you will like this.
This fic is on the future setting where all the members are already of legal age (that means Jung Hwan is already 20 here).
Warnings: so far none. But no smut (I assure you).
Treasure, a successful KPop group with 12 , 8 Koreans and 4 Japanese. Known for their heart fluttering performances, fine vocals and rap bars, not to mention their overflowing visuals. These men were able to capture the hearts of so many fans, be it boys, girls, in between, younger and older.
But off cameras these boys heart were captured as well. One of them is Haruto, the youngest of the Japanese members and main rapper of the group.
He was on vacation with Mashiho in Tokyo when he met the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen, Gemma. The lady was also on vacation and happened to stumble each other on Shibuya crossing. She was on a hurry walking in between the thick crowd of pedestrians when she stumbled down when someone pushed her. Haruto and Mashiho were walking on the opposite direction and saw what happened and help her. With a sprained ankle they took her in the nearest hospital.
“Are you okay?” Haruto asked shyly.
“Yeah. You even bothered. Thank you so much for helping me.” She replied.
Luckily, it was not a major injury and Gemma can go home, or should we say go back to where she stays at the moment.
“Come on Ruto.” Mashiho nudged him with his elbows and Haruto, being shy, tried to offered to take her back to her hotel, which Gemma gladly accepted. Haruto smiled.
Haruto took Gemma to her hotel (Mashiho went home first because he needs to do something, which was more like leaving Haruto to fend for himself and muster up the courage to know the lady better.)

“So, how did it go?” Mashiho asked when Haruto arrived in his house.
“I just took her to her hotel and then left.” Haruto replied.
Mashiho smacked his head. “Just that? No ‘Can I take you on the date or something?’” and the younger man shook his head.
“You got her number, at least, didn’t you?”
“Uhm…no.”
“Ugh Watanabe Haruto! You are hopeless. If you will find her again, it will be because of destiny.” Mashiho said then sighed as he turns around to go back to his room to sleep.
And what a destiny it was.
They met again.
Now this time, in Seoul.
Treasure just got a lunch break from practice for their upcoming comeback and decided to eat at their favorite gimbap restaurant. That is when Haruto saw her walking out of a building adjacent to where they will eat.
“Hey!”
The lady turned around and said, “Oh. It’s you. What are you doing here?”
Haruto rubbed his nape being shy and all, “Uhm. My friends and I will eat here…and uhm…what about you? What are you doing here?”
“I’m teaching English for kids in this school.” She pointed at the building. “Oh. We never introduced ourselves by the way, I’m Gemma.” And she reaches out her hand and Haruto took it, a bit nervous.
“Ha-Haruto.”
“Well Haruto, it is nice to see you again. I must go back inside for my next class. Bye.” And she waved goodbye and the Japanese man waved back at her.
As he enters the restaurant, he saw all the eyes of his members looking at him.
“Well, looks like lover boy has found true love.” Jihoon started.
“It’s not what it looks like, hyung.” He said in his defense.
“Oh come on. We can see you’re whipped while talking to her.” Jeongwoo added.
“I am not!” Haruto said almost threatening his own bestfriend.
“Haruto. What did I told you about destiny?” Mashiho intervened.
“What do you mean ‘destiny’?” Jihoon asked.
“Oh. I haven’t told you yet.” Mashiho was grinning cutely ready to bring down his dongsaeng.
“Hyung! Don’t” Haruto tried to stop his hyung.
“They already meet in Tokyo during vacation. He even took her to her hotel---” and Haruto covered Mashiho’s mouth but it’s too late.
All his members were gawking and jaw dropped then started wolf whistling to him.
After the teasing, their orders came and they ate gladly.
Haruto was silently eating when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked to his side to see his Hyunsuk-hyung.
“Ruto, it’s okay to fall in love. But be responsible, okay?”
Haruto nodded as a promise. “Okay, hyung.”
