1. are you named after anyone?

a couple of ppl assume my name is kiri because it’s like, referencing kirishima from bnha. i haven’t kept up with bnha properly since. honestly since the dabi reveal ch dropped so that’s… nov 5th 2020 lol. I’ve got residual feelings abt it but not much interest in actually reading it (sorry). nowadays I don’t get as much of that anymore—my name is just like. digimon dusk only lets your character have a 4 character name max so I hit various syllables together and keysmashed until it sounded good. im attached to it now.

2. when was the last time you cried?

…today lol. i cry easy when i'm frustrated.

3. do you have kids?

no. I have a Feeling this will be rather unrelatable to whoever I tag so. electing to present my own question:

mm I think im probably averagely sarcastic but like. I do have a habit of like. ex: someone will be like oh where’s [kiri]? when I’m literally right there and I have the immediate impulse to say, completely straightfaced, like “oh [kiri]? sorry they’ve been dead for seven years. they’ve never been in this room in your entire life.” so essentially I like doubling down on things when I think it’s funny.

5. what sports do you play/have played

i played basketball for six years!

6. what's the first thing you notice about people?

i think the first like, physical detail I pay proper Attention to is earrings. just cause I like em. apart from that it’s probably their voice and what they find funny.

brown. comparatively I think it’s rather dark to the point of looking black.

8. scary movies or happy endings?

i mean I feel like this is a. false dichotomy but I really don’t have a good stomach for horror and stuff so. happy endings ig.

talents… I’ve memorized my squares up to 30-ish, so like if for example if someone says 28 I can rattle off 784. I’ve been told I have a talent for talking abt media I like but that’s also something said by my lovely friends lol.

if ppl look at my blog they shall think I showed up in 2020 but I’ve actually been here since 2015. I just… deactivated my acct by accident when I meant to delete a sideblog. ok. so obviously I remade in that case. I made one back in 2015, though, because I was like, really into hxh and ran into some hxh blogs I was like. in love with. also some fairy tail fic authors I rly respected were on here. and I wanted to discuss hxh and post fic. so I joined.

11. what are your hobbies?

writing! and reading! and drawing! and playlist making. im basic. writing is probably #1 to me tho I rly enjoy it. like for all I complain about it I actually really enjoy the act of like putting down words and crafting stuff and editing. I’d actually love to beta fic more regularly. and get reallllly good at grammar (seriously if anyone has any resources on that chuck it at me) and action scenes. those r my big two dreams.

12. do you have any pets?

nope! i do have a depressing amount of wips I have not taken care of, tho…

13. how tall are you?

5’2” or about 158 cm, i haven't measured myself lately. I’ve been told my various sources that I have “tall person energy” tho. im not as good abt it nowadays but I tend to be a bit careful abt keeping my back straight. at the very least I’m pretty aware of it. I wanna say it was just cool of me to be that way bc I was into having good posture but I’m like 90% sure it was because I read skip beat and I really liked that kyoko stood that way.

14. favorite subject in school?

math by farrrr. literature is dependent on the teacher for quality imo and while I enjoyed it I was always a bit sad that we never did any creative writing. math is just very nicely methodical.

15. dream job?

honestly I don’t have one. like I’d love to publish a book some day but I don’t want it to be my Job. im pretty satisfied just doing smthing productive-feeling and where I have enough free time tbh.

I got tagged by @luckystarchild - and honestly for a moment I forgot we were mutuals. This hit mye right out of left field but at a great time cause I'm busy with NPCs for my DND campaign!

Why I chose this url: My url on here has gone through several changes since I started this blog. At the start it was an imagines blog, then it was a personal (and it's still personal). MurderPuff is just what I inevitably settled on because my old icon used to be a very upset looking Jigglypuff and honestly I love it too much to part cause I feel like it suits me.

Other blogs: I run a headcanons blog with my friend but that's still a work in progress for right now so its hush hush-

Average hours of sleep: Oh dear. Oh heaven. I have ADHD so it kinda varies at times cause my brain can't shut up long enough for me to pass out sometimes- I'd say around 6 to 8 if I'm lucky enough. Otherwise I wake up a lot at intervals of the night and my sleep gets scattered.

Instruments: I can't play any but I do love pretending to know how to play piano sometimes. Pianos are just fun in general to play. I wanted to learn violin as a kid but my grandpa didn't really let me do it.

What I'm wearing: A pair of floppy yoga pants and a large soft gray shirt my sister gave me. Its cozy.

Dream trip: If you asked me two years ago I would have said Japan straight up but honestly like... I'd wanna go on a tour of Asia. I watch a lot of travel blogs and food videos from this guy on YouTube and he's been all over and it looks amazing.

Favorite food: Ramen. I'm used to eating the instant kind and I'm picky as hell about how I cook it too. Actually I'm a picky eater in general, which is weird considering my entire family is full of foodies.

Top 3 Fictional Universes: This is a loaded question. This is always a loaded question with me because I love too much and as I mentioned I have ADHD so it's easy for me to hyper fixate on stuff....... for right now I'd say I'm fixated on Fire Emblem: Three Houses but some of my constant favorites are YYH, Cytus 2 and Sailor Moon. Will I get out of Fire Emblem hell soon? Probably not.

tagging: this is a LOT of games so i’ll only tag @atinyphobe @nsheetee and @veonjun for the SECOND (2nd) game. if they or anybody wants to do any of the other games, absolutely go for it and say i tagged you <3 i’d love to see what you guys say!! (also, tk if you felt like you wanted to answer my questions from the second game i’d be interested to see!)

One:

tell me the first song that made you stan your current fave group and why did your faves attract you so much?

ok SO the song that probably got me into rv 100% (also yes ik this blog is 99% nct but rv is my forever fave no question) was probably ice cream cake!! i had been a casual listener of many groups up until that point and had never really stanned anyone, but icc was so infectious i found myself watching it over and over. i had heard happiness and be natural before but hadn’t really listened too closely, so icc was the song that captured me. after that, dumb dumb only cemented my love for them more, and the red is still one of my favorite kpop albums to date. rv attracted me primarily because of their incredible vocals and their versatility in genres and concepts. i still get so excited wondering what they’ll tackle next!! they’re just soooo unique and have one of, if not the best discographies of any group. i cannot stress enough, I. Love. RV!! also they’re funny and gay so. anyway stream monster once it drops uwu

1. what is your favorite song that’s been released during quarantine? ooooo honestly??? probably something off of Sawayama. literally every song bangs so hard i highly recommend that album to anyone!! i can’t pick a favorite off it but who’s gonna save you now is awesome and xs is just,,, chef’s kiss

2. what is your greatest mishap when you tried cooking? (or something you’ve witnessed) one time, while making soup at my late grandmother’s house on her like gas stove, i put a lid on a pot and somehow that led the pot to be engulfed in flames. IN MY DEFENSE i was like 7, and i’m great at cooking/baking now

3. what’s your go-to outfit or article of clothing? oh i love a nice dress. they can be casual or formal, and you look like you put effort into your outfit except i didn’t because i didn’t have to match anything yo!!!! also shorts have trouble fitting me cause i’m a weird body type so dresses tend to be very comfy for me

4. what is your comfort food? am i allowed to say like all food??? eating in itself is comforting,,, that sounds depressing but also i just like eating yummy food. i guess i’d say like my dad’s fried rice?? its my fave and no one makes it like him soooo

5. what singular moment in your life would you like to relive? i couldn’t tell if this meant like, a good moment you want to re-experience or go back in time and redo a moment and fix it. it’s kind of a hard question so i might cop out and go with a bit of a silly answer: i want to relive the hi touch with astro...... i wanna look at rocky’s beautiful eyes and touch moonbin’s hand ok,,,,

6. what is your favorite line and/or character from a movie, show, or book? i got a bunch but a few off the top of my head are genie lo (the epic crush of genie lo), ty lee, suki (atla), klaus, and ben (umbrella academy)

7. if you could only choose one ice cream flavor and pizza topping/style for the rest of your life, what would it be? ice cream flavor: this very specific one from a local store that is banana ice cream with strawberries and oreo mixed in. it is heaaaavenly. as for pizza topping, i love a breakfast type pizza with an egg on top and like sausage and stuff!!!

8. what is the worst injury you’ve ever had or witnessed? funny enough, i’ve actually gotten badly injured quite a few times, and always on the face!! god hates me. the worst was probably when i hit a metal bench with my face and it took a chunk out of my cheek. i still have the scar! as for “witnessed” i accidentally broke a grown man’s rib once as a child, so i guess that would count.

9. would you rather explore the unknown of space or the bottom of the ocean? oceaaaan!! i answered this in some other game, but i like how mysterious and yet close the ocean is. like proximity wise it’s so near, yet there’s an insane amount we know nothing about. that’s so frightening but so intriguing

10. if you could be any cartoon character, who would you be? my first thought was literally “kirby. eat fast” GOD my followers are gonna think i’m just a glutton and they’re not even gonna be wrong im dying. but uhh idk mulan or smth?

It wouldn’t really be possible to do Peyton without the clip since it has a part of the hair going up into the clip. Without it there would be a hole and if the hole was filled in it would still look weird since the hair would be going up into nothing. I’m sorry <3

Almost never. Occasionally if I have an idea when I am somewhere I can’t write I jot down bullet points. A Gift was written that way.

1. What takes too much of your time?

Day dreaming and worrying. So much worrying...

2. What makes your day better?

Knowing that I'm cared for and appreciated by someone who means a lot to me. And food 😅

3. What's the best thing that happened to you today?

One of the horses at our rescue followed me around the pasture the entire time I was out there and I'd be damned if I didn't melt! Mayhaps I really missed working on a farm 🤗

4. What fictional place would you like to go to?

Questions like these are hard cause I'm over here like okay the maze runner universe would be pretty dope, but what about shadow hunters! Oof wHat AboUt TeEN WoLf!! The possibilities are endless! :0

5. Are you good at giving advice?

Mm yeah, sometimes. Other times I feel like my advice is complete shit lmao.

Depression and Anxiety, both diagnosed.

I feel like Shawn Mendes really inspired me the most. I know there's a good handful of people that became famous from song covers on YouTube and all that, but I really like the way Shawn Mendes has stuck to him and his guitar for the most part, especially on tour. His voice is something relaxing and unique that I can get behind. And he's such a down to earth person, I'd love to meet him sometime and tell him he's doing amazing and how much he's helped me through his music!

10. What's your dream date?

Honestly? Roadtripping to the desert or anywhere that's far from light pollution and spending a night under the stars. Just talking and tangled in each other, sometimes just staying silent and listening to the sounds of the night around us. Maybe our playlist is playing softly in the background and the campfire we started has burned out hours ago, while we lay on the trucks tailgate admiring the sky. Oof, I'm gonna cry I want this so bad 😭

Weirdly, my nose? Literally everyone always talks about my nose! I don't know why but it's kinda weird. And my eyes.

Always thinking I'm not good enough. Annoys almost everyone I've met lmao!!!

Yeah, we talk almost every day! We're still great friends 😊

Guitar, violin (although it's been a while, I'm probably rusty as hell!), a bit of clarinet and a bit of piano. I was learning piano before I left for college, I wish I would've picked it up earlier :(

Uhhh.... probably Hyunjin and Wonpil if I'm honest. My phone is just kpop boys n gals and I'm happy with myself 😁

Back to my roots! I'd love to go to Poland, Hungary, and Wales. And Iceland or Norway just because the landscapes are so beautiful there and I just wanna see it with my own eyes!

To me, happiness is seeing someone else near and dear to your heart smiling and happy themselves. Even if it's not your doing. You're just happy to see them happy!

Vidlers! I used to go in there a lot when I was a kid and they had this popcorn maker that always made the store smell like fresh popcorn! Ahh that takes me home 😄

I think it all depends on the situation. If a young female is raped or wasn't educated properly about safe/protected sex, then I'd say she's more than free to go through with it. But of course, if you're gonna fool around yet know about protected sex, and not use a condom? I think that's your personal problem and you should experience what other mother's who have planned to have kids have gone through. But again, I personally think abortion depends on the situation and shouldn't be the easy way out.

Yeah! And the list gets longer and longer and longer....

Nah, I've got too much music to have a specific favorite album!

The jackpot 😂 or just to spend time with my parents and see my dogs again! It's been literal months 😣

See, being older doesn't bother me much. I'd probably date a 25 year old if I'm honest (5 years older). I guess I'd just have to feel comfortable enough around them!

Probably at lest 16? I don't know, younger is a hard one for me just cause age and bleh!! Maybe 17... two years is better for me personally...

35. What job/career do most people say would suit you?

All my friends know that I'm good with kids and so I'm instantly suited and qualified to be a teacher?! But I'd rather not cause kids today 😩 I'd probably end up hurting their ego in front of their classmates if they showed me any disrespect lmao. And almost everyone who has heard me sing (like really seriously sing, I'm also a huge dork and purposefully sing off key a lot) have said I could be a singer but I can't sing in front of large crowds so 🤷‍♀️

Pop or Country, undecided here!

29 years old? Stable career, maybe building or buying a house, possibly married although I'm not really worried about that? Maybe in a happy healthy relationship, with a rescue dog or cat.

Year and a half ago.

As I said before, I don't really care if I marry or not. But if I did find someone I'd want to marry, generally speaking, around 30 would be a good age for me. I'd want to make sure I'm financially stable and happy where I am in my life before taking such a step like marriage.

49. What career did you want to have as a child?

First it was Figure skater, then I wanted to be an Equestrian. I stuck with the animal career cause I wanted to be a vet, and here I am in college for that exact reason!

The sweet embrace of death, since sleep would rather screen my calls. That bitch! Insomnia's there for me more than sleep is 😑

That honestly depends on a lot of factors - which tools I’m using, how many characters there are in the drawing/if it’s full body or not, how used to drawing the character I am, how big is the canvas, if I already have a clear idea of what I mean to draw or not, how precise I want to be with lines and stuff.

That Yuuto sketch I posted yesterday took me about 40 minutes I think, and over half of it was spent trying to figure out how I was supposed to draw him since it was the first time I drew him - the tools I used are the ones I use when I want to be fast and don’t care about being sloppy. A small random Kirishima bust properly lined and colored could take me five minutes to sketch and line and as many to color on a good day, cause I’ve drawn him so many times by now I don’t even have to think to draw him. Deku, on the other hand, can take me an hour even just to sketch, I can’t seem to grasp how I’m supposed to draw him at all.

Sorry, it really depends on a lot of things, I can’t give a proper answer to this :(

Favorite bands: I don't really know a lot of bands and I'm pretty basic in the whole music department but I like Panic! at the Disco, Maroon 5, My Chemical Romance, Les Friction and probably a couple more that I'm not remembering at the moment.....oh yeah and a bunch of Kpop groups if those count.

Favorite Solo Artists: Kelly Clarkson, Adam Lambert, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Adele, Bruno Mars, Kesha, Melanie Martinez, Marina and the Diamonds (is that a band I'm not sure...) etc. As I said my music tastes are pretty generic. I also like Thomas Sanders too but i didn't wanna be too obvious 😍

Song stuck in my head: Can't Sleep Love - Pentatonix, tho I usually cycle though songs from different musicals

Last movie I watched: gosh I can barely remember... I think it was Kingsman the Golden Circle

Last show I watched: House md (for what must be the seventh billionth time)

What do I post: I'm not quite sure yet but I'm pretty sure I'll focus on Thomas Sanders along with some of my other interests as well as my drawings and things I find funny!

What did I last Google: Birds because I needed references for my next drawing!

Other blogs: I have another one but it's mostly for me fooling around and it doesn't have much of a structure...so im sticking to this one!

Do I get asks: Again I've only been around a couple of days, though I can't imagine I'll get many in the future either. But I'm ok with that.

Why did I choose this URL: I like sweets and I'm portugese and alliteration is cool!

Followers: uhh I think 10 which is so weird cause I've been here for less than two weeks. im really thankful!!!

Average hours of sleep: I tend to wake up in the middle of the night pretty often and some nights (like this one) I barely sleep if at all. but on a normal day I'd say 7-8 hours. I'd rather not be a zombie all day.

Instrument: I am wholly incompetent with instrument I'll leave the playing to those more musically inclined. 😅

What am I wearing: My pyjamas which is basically a loose dress. It's pastel pink and says "all I need is you and sleep" i like it a lot :D.

Dream job: Actress (gosh if only....)

Favorite food: Fried Chicken Wings!!! oh hell yes!

Last book I read: I don't read much outside if textbooks and fan fiction. The last physical book I read was one called 'Against Empathy' which is one focused on answering the question of if anything we do can be considered altruistic, I'm a fan of psychology.

3 favorite fandoms: Thomas Sanders for sure, Musicals in general, MCU (but this list varies really often )

There r literally filmmakers out there who wins awards at film festivals but couldn’t pay their goddamn rent! Captalism is evil my dudes! Even awards don’t pay then what if you don’t get awards! I’d also want to be a prof specialized in transnational Chinese cinema or whatever, but do i wanna get a phd after getting my masters tho? Also there aren’t that many universities out there with positions in humanities programs, and im not as scholarly as I should be. Tbh i love screenwriting, I’d probably try to write for feature films or maybe even tv shows, cause filmming on set is exhausting as fuck and i aint got the brains and passions for considering logistics as a director.
