how to feel better and confident

bc even the baddest bitches feel insecure sometimes xoxo

SELF CARE: it makes you feel more put together and cleaner + fresher. and putting in time for yourself is such a confidence booster

SLEEP: as they say, sleep is the best medicine. oftentimes, feeling insecure typically goes away after a few days, and sleeping can speed that up

JOURNAL: write anything and everything. to feel confident, write things like compliments others have told you, or things you love about yourself!!

CLEAN YOUR ROOM: can't have a clean mind without a clean space. it also distracts you from feeling down

MUSIC: music is such a good way to boost your confidence. listen to your favourite tracks that make you feel like youre the sexiest person alive (bc u are babe). if you dont know what music to listen to, check out my other post here: artist/song recs

I had a much more comprehensive version planned before I took a brief hiatus but regardless, here’s where we landed the year 💫🪐🩷

Note that the feedback and little moments are just a few of hundreds I have, and truthfully every single interaction with you guys is such a gift to me. Thank you to every single anon who checks in on me, every request I’ve ever gotten, all feedback and even if you’re a silent reader who just follows this blog. Thank you for just caring about my work in any capacity. I’ve published 252K words this year alone (and I only began seriously running this blog in the fall) and I hope to post so much more for you guys in 2024.
