Mattresses & Frames Conversions [Pt. 3]
Here's my third set of converted mattresses and bed frames! The conversions are from the following packs: The Sims 4 (#4), The Sims 4: Snowy Escape (#1), The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs (#5), and The Sims 4: City Living (#6).
I also converted the mattress and bed frame from the SIMKEA Furnishings Stuff Pack (#3) and the bed frame from the Tiny Living Plus - CC Addon (#2) by @illogicalsims.
The bed frame and mattress from The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs are longer than the others to leave room up top for the pillows, but I've also included "standard" versions that can work with other mattress/frame combinations. And I edited the bed frames from The Sims 4: Snowy Escape and The Sims 4: City Living to convert them from singles to doubles.

A simple apartment reno for my "and they were roommates" savefile. Originally home to Austin Wentworth—the flat is now shared by him and two other buddies of his from high school/college.
I wanted to keep it simple, dark colors + greens with splashes of white/cream to fit all of their individual styles. I meant for this to be somewhat of a bachelor pad/hangout spot for their friend group so big open windows to let that natural light in was a must. Honestly, Medina Studios has some of the best lighting in San Myshuno.
Which is why I always have the lights off. There is one light in the living room but its a low light so it doesn't overshadow that natural sunlight :)

Simston's & Co. is the latest high-end fashion store to open its doors on Magnolia Promenade. Whether you're looking to blow your simoleons on the latest trends, or you're just in the mood for some window shopping, Simston's isn't likely to disappoint!
I'm really excited about this build! It's certainly not perfect (I'm still learning) but I hope you enjoy, as I had lots of fun making it. Simston's features a luxury store with mannequins I've left blank for your customization! It can also easily be transformed into a Bridal Shop, as I've added @ravasheencc 's porto luminoso market stall cutout featuring the Tartosa Patiserrie Shop (shopping, champagne & cake, anyone?). Finally, I've left the store's second level blank (with the exception of some mannequin window displays), so that you can convert the build into a Live-In Store with an apartment upstairs.
I've included the build's tray files & all the cc used in the link below. You can also find this build on the Gallery under the ID - Ceeplays (DON'T FORGET TO ENABLE CUSTOM CONTENT BUILDS IN THE GALLERY).
