A simple apartment reno for my "and they were roommates" savefile. Originally home to Austin Wentworth—the flat is now shared by him and two other buddies of his from high school/college.

I wanted to keep it simple, dark colors + greens with splashes of white/cream to fit all of their individual styles. I meant for this to be somewhat of a bachelor pad/hangout spot for their friend group so big open windows to let that natural light in was a must. Honestly, Medina Studios has some of the best lighting in San Myshuno.

Which is why I always have the lights off. There is one light in the living room but its a low light so it doesn't overshadow that natural sunlight :)

I've been playing in this renovated apartment the past few months and loving it. I also love the family I ended up having in this lot. I created Cedric, and got him together with Salim Benali. I "fixed" Salim and nearly got him to max his Bestselling Author Aspiration! Whereas Cedric has the Fortune aspiration. They fell in love, got engaged, broke up - because Salim cheated - but got back together after a while. Salim keeps cheating every once in a while. Oh well. Once a cheater, always a cheater!

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I'm sharing Vito's dream apartment that I've decorated in The Sims 4 for my friend Vito. It has a lot of his personality and design ideas in it. This apartment is inspired by historic central European buildings so I wanted to honor that by combining modern and rustic furniture with the beautiful tall paneled walls.

If you have a sim who studied law, but he ends up working as a creative person, who likes to travel the world, create music, watch a bunch of good movies, who likes to play hide and seek with himself, and who is a bit peculiar on the best possible way, then this is the apartment for you!

I renovated this apartment with creative sims in mind since it's in the Arts Quarter! There's a guitar, an easel, a sketchpad, a computer, a camera, even a yarn basket; as much of a dealer's choice as I could manage in a 9x9. It's a little cluttered, a little green to keep the brick from being overbearing. You can squeeze in two sims as long as they're good sharing one bed. Or hey, go nuts and let a bunch of roommates split the couch & floors!!
