Hello all,

My name is Raylee and I am wanting to become a spokesperson and/or motivational speaker in the future to share awareness and information on certain topics. I am going to explain here a little bit of what I am wanting to do in the future and where my experience on these subjects have come from. Firstly, I would like to introduce myself as a recovering addict and a survivor of domestic violence. I was fighting with addiction for a number of 6 years and I was in a very abusive relationship for 7 years before the drug use began. Today I am just over a year clean and sober, and my plans include speaking and spreading awareness of both subjects when I can. I also am planning on taking addictions counseling so I can get my schooling to work as an addictions worker. My all-time goal in life is to help others that are in the position I once was in myself and let all know that there is hope and there is a way out.

I know how hard it is to fight an addiction and think you are alone, I know how hard it is to be treated like absolute sh*t and think that you are being loved. I know how scary it is when you realize that you are not supposed to be treated this way and think you are stuck or have no way out. I know how it feels to lose everything and think there is nothing left to fight for. But there is! And I want to help you, help yourself!
