Before you two go on another outing, 'Hat guy' reluctantly asked nahida for help on another one of his gifts to give you...

The small archon tippy toed, while 'hatguy' leaned down as she tied the trinket to his feathered ornament. "Tsk- Buer, im far from a child. I dont need anyone to hold my hand like one." Nahida looked up at the puppet, "Really? you never mind ms Y/N holding your hand though." He diverted his gaze and mumbled to himself. "See? I knew you'd like it. Oh right! your gift!"

Hat guy fixed his posture, "Here! Make sure you give this to ms y/n." In her hand was a book of photos she put together for him with little stickers of slimes and aranara with smiley faces, handing it to hatguy as he took his time with each page and noticing the many 'new' pictures, some being ones he didn't give to the lessor lord. "Your a stalker now too? I guess reading minds isnt enough for you." Ignoring his comment buer took out another book. One titled 'Nahida's sumeru travel guide' with a cover drawing of a purple cat barely paying attention to the light green cat. "Do you have to insist on making everything look like a coloring book..." Nahida didnt reply, mearling looking away and humming a tune similar to the aranara while he began his walk to the park.

Whenever you two would hang out together it was in the library within the akedemiya or anywhere he chose. Sometimes as you held his hand walking through the peaceful park your mind would fill the silence in the worst ways possible as he stared at your now frowning expression. "I dont know Kuni, is the akedemiya even worth it anymore? Theirs people smarter than me there anyway." Kuni stopped in his tracks. "But isnt the whole point of the akedemiya just to major in a 'hobby' you like?." he raised an eyebrow. "Well..i guess..but..Theirs obviously people better than me at it." "Id disagree. Besides their Irrelevant. Shouldn't you just do it and have fun. Huh.. I thought thats what hobby's we're. Something for idle bodies to enjoy." You sighed at his response and sat on the bench. "Its not that simple kuni, I have to get a job and- my family what if i have to provide for them too. Ontop of that there really unfair. Why am i putting my heart into this just for it to be a flop." 'A flop?' At your wording he was brought back to his association with the kaedehara clan. Every now and then he'd overhear niwa talking with others over its upending struggles due to the rise of his mothers sword art. Spreading around inazuma like wildfire and Leaving the clan to struggle in its contribution to the arts. But only in a matter of time kuni was able to 'eat' and drink his favorite tea with them in celebration of their success. We're all the struggles just the divine tricks to see who is worthy? was a god playing tricks on you? 'It couldnt be like that..' Kuni put his gift on the bench, and held your hand while sitting with you

"Maybe im overthinking kuni..I-i just dont know.." It pained him to just look at you like this. Tired. Just so tired mentally and physically, tears dreaning down your eyes as you measly sat on the bench. You began to get up, Remembering your responsibilities. "Its fine kuni, you know- maybe I just need some rest! at home!" 'she said that before' He held your hand, uncomfortably tight. His mind always thought to the worst and he never wanted to loose you because of it. Often getting angry at himself for assuming you'd do such a thing..or likewise to what he did. But this time, He just couldnt let go. Was he scared? As much as you implied, you'd never do such things It always rang in the back of his mechanical ears. If only he was still a harbinger, He would've did everything in his power more then he could now to get you the stable income or whatever humans would need in any region or place in teyvat you wanted. Just say the word and he would've done it regardless of her 'excellency' but he couldnt now, all he could do was use this 'curse' which he called emotions to help understand you. "Kuni-...Please let me go....Im alright." you sniffled. He immediately noticed your change in tone. It was soothing just how you always talked to him yet he still felt wary.

With a few more tugs it felt as if his grip only tighter the more you tugged. In defeat, you brokenly sighed and sat back next to the puppet. A part of him was irked at your own confusion. But he never once regretted trying to comfort you through it when, and when you didnt ask. Even awaiting you at your home before you messaged him. It felt as if you sat in the park for hours within cold silence as your throat and chest burned trying making out words but every attempt was cut off by insecurity.

You always knew he loved you, but even your black and white reality began looking different colors. You shuttered while looked at him again, meeting eyes and Surprised that his hat was off. Resting on the bench's crook. "How about..I join the akademiya with you?" you let go of his soft hand, beginning to wipe your eyes until he pulled a green cloth with flowers printed on it out his pants pocket, Damping away your tears as you subtly smiled and sniffled. "I never knew you we're into cute things like this kuni." 'cute?' "Well. You can always rely on this..unique archon of yours to make her presence." you didnt ask any further. "Why do you want to join the akademiya?" "Isnt it obvious? to be with you. and for buer to stop annoying me." he mumbled the last part. "But you dont even have a major or-" "The archives of inazuma can use a rework. I find it ironic how beelz- the raiden shogun is portrayed as some. Beneveloent god, that pursuits eternity." He smirked, Writing a thesis might be one of the most indirect ways he could show up his mother but that had to wait.

You we're more important, and always have been since you entered his life. Kuni noticed his gift. "Oh yeah. Here." he handed you the bag. "Whats in it. More bitter tea for me to try?" he blushed at your answer. "Just open it." you smiled at him again and looked at the pictures in the book. Trying to hold back a laugh at the picture of nahida whacking him uptop his head for god knows what. He looked at the picture, intrigued on why you we're laughing. 'buer you had one fucking job-' then back at you again. "No need to thank me- i-" cutting him off, you kissed kuni on his cheek "I love it kuni." 'his skin is so soft~' you thought. "Then I guess I should thank you too." The puppet shifted closer to you moving the book back in the bag and out of your view behind him. "W-wait kuni- not here we're in a park!" he sucked his teeth and still moved closer to you, sinking his face into your neck as you leaned back "And? thats even better, every person here can know how important you are to me. Got a problem with that?." He began tugging at the buttons on your shirt "Or..Does my baby want to continue this at home? I'll let you choose this time."

You fumbled with the keys as you locked the door behind you. Kuni was already tugging onto you. Biting and leaving petals of kisses along your neck. "K-kuni~ slow down.." you moaned. "Shit..Love it when you say my name too. This beautiful body is all mine." you turned around to face him, being greeted by his kimono barely hanging onto his shoulders to cover his lean form behind his turtleneck. Then Call me and we'll go for another walk if you want. Im sure that childish archon has plenty ideas too."(He thought back to the bell). Some of his advice was stuff you've already heard. Even though it is easier said then done your heart warmed at his ideals. He even wanted to get in the akedemiya just for you, he was willing to do so much. Even if you felt better for a day or made the smallest progress Kuni would be proud.

i just wanted to say, what youre doing is amazing!!! i’m an aspiring artist myself and it’s really encouraging to see a comic so amazing that isn’t made by someone who went to art school. i love art but i’m not sure i have the financial means to pursue art school and art as a career, and your story is proof that i can also pursue other things. so thank you so much author!! aside from that, your art is stunning as well! u r doing amazing things. pls remember to eat 3 meals (dont skip breakfast!) and sleep lots and take breaks. you deserve it!!!!!!!! From personal experience, it actually IS possible to pursue art as a non-career oriented goal. I certainly never imagined myself doing art as a full time job, but I'm doing a heck of a lot of art now, even while I earn living money by other means.

Art school is great, but it's expensive and not an environment everyone will thrive in.

The good things about art school are the community of other artists (you can find this elsewhere) and the time and ample chances to just do ART with the explicit purpose of practicing a skill (can be recreated under other conditions). I think it might take more time to improve as an artist if you're NOT in art school and have to also deal with working another job BUT! If you're patient with yourself, it's absolutely achievable.

And I NEVER skip breakfast. Best meal of the day.

hello..! probably a silly question, but how does one get into comics. i'm specifically interested in cass and steph but wanna get into the batfam as a whole and i have no idea how 😭 i'm like can i just start wherever? but then i do not know where to start. it is all very confusing to me. sorry if you're not the right person to answer i just really love your stephcass art (and your dinahbabs ZOO WEE MAMA 😍) and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask ^⁠_⁠^

not silly at all!! i got into comics for cass and was super overwhelmed by people saying you could start wherever so i promise youre not alone in feeling like that

i personally started off with cass's main run, Batgirl (2000), with really only having watched btas so a lot of things were a very big surprise to me (BARBARA) but it honestly does a really good job of introducing you to the most? of the batfamily (including steph). its mostly from cass's pov so youre meeting a lot of these people at the same time she is and i personally found that really comforting.

i would def recommend starting just a little before batgirl 2000 though with:

First appearance: Batman (1940) #567

Follow up: Detective Comics (1937) #734

She gets the suit: Batman Legends of the Dark Knight #120

First solo story: Batman (1940) #569

and my personal favorite: Batman: Gotham Knights #2

you could honestly just read the first two and jump into batgirl 2000 but theres a little extra context surrounding the batgirl suit and how it originally belonged to Helena Bertinelli (shes the person in the batgirl suit for the first part of cass's first appearance) that you dont really need to know to get into cass but is still important.

if you want a more in depth cass guide (way better than mine i promise) please check out Val's reading guide !!

after seeing barbara as oracle in batgirl 2000 i got into birds of prey (i also have a little guide for that -> )

and then after into STEPH (Gwyn has a really awesome steph guide that you should def also check out) and so on

it seems scary at first but once you pick someone you want to read about and get into them, other characters will catch your attention and youll want to know more about them and thats how most people get locked into this evil evil comics trap.

if you do see someone else you want to read about you can just type their name in the tumblr search bar with "reading guide" after and someone will 100% have one waiting for you (AND THANK YOU FOR THE KIND WORDS I HEART YOU)

Question! But how did you get into doing tattoos? :D

OOOO!!! Ok so I ACTUALLY wanted to be a stop motion animation and I have my bachelors in it and EVERYTHING….(pictured: me on a set WAY BACK IN THE DAY animating for my friend)

BUT LIFE HAS CURVEBALLS and mine came in the form of me being really bad at putting myself out there, over saturation of animators in a VERY extra small field, and painful student debt (that still assails me to this day……..OTL I’ll be paying till I’m a billion years old PLEASE DONT TAKE OUT LOANS FOR ART SCHOOL!!!!!!)

SO I kinda bummed around for a while, working shitty jobs (I hate u 7/11) and ok jobs (I love you Barnes and noble) and generally just fuzzy through life, and THEN I had the amazing opportunity to show my portfolio to a tattoo artist that a friend knew!!!! Now I didn’t HAVE a portfolio but BOY HOWDY I MADE ONE!!!!! And he said “ok come be an apprentice” and I said OH HELL YEAH!!!! Now as for my apprenticeship, it was EH…..I taught myself a lot of stuff and I never got hazed but my mentor turned out to be kinda uncool.

BUT I graduated and now I work at a women/queer owned shop where we all do our own appointments so I can make my own schedule and we have gallery nights and it’s AWESOME!!!! I’m still not great at basically being a “small business” and promoting myself but my clients are amazing and I’m hoping to keep growing!!!

Also why did this episode just turn into Pixars' Brave (2012) for the middle part? I'm not upset I'm just confused bc I didn't expect to be hit with this sudden flashback to 2012 shit. But I like this old lady.

But (good job daniel you used but twice in a row, you're so good at writing you stupid fucking idiot-) I just kept being reminded of Brave while watching. I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I have no ideas what animorph is but I already seen it mentioned on at least 5 different blog which have nothing to do with each other (you being the 5th) what the hell is it???

90s/early 00s young adult sci-fi book series of around 60 short books, published once a month, by K A Applegate.

The books were distributed cheeply by the Scholastic book fair, and could be found in most school libraries thought the Mid 00s.

The plot was 5 normal kids have to stop a secret alien invasion by turning into various animals, and the books were known for starting off with quirky humour and very rapidly decending into utter existential horror with body horror, possession horror, and the ptsd you'd get if you were actually a teen super hero and had to fight an actual war with real stakes aged 13-16, and the fear of never knowing who your real enemy might be. The series ended about a month before 9/11 with a disastrous final battle and a grim warning about how war never really fixes any of the underlying problems between rival nations or peoples, and just destroys good people, so... yeah, ooof.

Due to the content, beloved by horror fans, super hero fans, Sci fi fans, furries (the kids have the power to turn into animals for combat and it gets real weird real fast), and the queer and the trans community, so it turns up on a lot of unrelated blogs.

The audio books are still readily available and are pretty well done, and the cover art of the books was gloriously 90s.

There was also a tv show we dont talk about.

The main cast were:

Jake: the leader. There is an evil alien slug living in his brother's head, and this causes issues for him.

Cassie: Jake's crush. The moral center of the books. Also her parents are veterinarians at a zoo, with is very fucking convenient if you need a ready sourse of animals to turn into.

Marco: Jake's best friend, the smart one. Also uses inappropriate humour to cope with trauma (relatable).

Rachel: Jake's cousin. Uses turning into a grizzly bear and committing extreme violence to cope with her trauma (relatable).

Tobias: perminantly turns into a bird to escape his trauma (most relatable) but then has to deal with extreme body and mental dismorphia as a result. Has a star-crossed lovers plot with Rachel. He is my favorite.

Ax: an alien teenager they just adopted and hide in the woods. Is also my favourite. He's a bright blue centar with stalk-eyes and a sythe tail, and he loves Cinabon and warcrimes. Due to his extreme alien mindset, he's been taken as a metaphor for Neurodivergance, but it's unclear if that was the author's original intent.

The books are awesome, and still available as e-books, comics and audio books I'd you want to check them out.

Hello people, this is a headcanon for Douma. If he was a tattoo artist in a monder AU, this is my personal opinion, and this will probably be my favorite one out of all of them

In this thing, Douma will be your personal tattoo artist for you, and you pay to do all your tattoos, and he does a good job.

Douma, The Tattoo Artist

Douma is your personal tattoo artist and he loves to give all the awesome tattoos you request and he dose them usely it would take about 9 hours or more because of how he dose them and he likes to do all the art he would also have is own shop that would have percings and other thing but mostly tattoos he would also drive to your house to do them if his shop was full and if wasn't full he would book you the VIP room clean and andbhe would do them there he would also probably have a little crush on you but he knows you have a boyfriend but he just let it go but most of the time he would talk to like a good friend he also like to talk and talk with you while he dose your tattoos and when you pay him he doesn't want the money he only wants you because he likes you but you don't know it he also loves when you request him to do you tattoos. What I think his tattoos would look like is like this.

These would be the tattoos he would do and he would charge like maybe like 200-400 but it really depends on the diseases and how it look but like small ones they would be like 60-80 but there cheaper for you because of how he likes you he dose not want you to break up with your boyfriend just for him but he dose want you but he can't because of the damn boyfriend but the day you do break up with he will take you the second your free. The tattoo he doses Resembles how he likes women and eats the in the show but that's just want I think he would to to for tattoos but here are some small ones he would do for you or others.

These would be the small tattoos he does for you and others, but most of the tattoos he does for you, he makes them very special for you, but when you start to realize he likes you. Im really into art so im looking for an art-field job and i wanted to know if you’re working under this field or are you working under a completely different field of job? Are you a freelance illustrator, character concept artist, graphic designer etc.? If so, how difficult it is to work as one? hi! not a problem at all! i've worked freelance so that's all I can really share with you. these days i mainly work for illustration but I've also accepted projects in graphic and ui/ux design when i was younger and illustration wasn't making the bank for me yet.

when it comes to it being "difficult" well... i think my lifestyle is very specific, to say the least, where working on a stable job is not really an option for me nor will it ever be in the foreseeable future. so my experience and opinion might not apply to most people. with the way my life works, i'm lucky to even be able to do freelance as an option so i'm grateful to have it at all. it gives me a chance to earn money at home while still being present at home and in the comfort of it.

i will say, the common problem or issue with working freelance is that you are your own boss. you have to manage and hold yourself accountable for everything you do. one might say "hey, that's AWESOME, i can do whatever i want" but i promise you that there will come a time when it will be a handful.

another is the fact that you hardly get additional benefits, if at all. no insurance, no yearly or holiday bonuses, etc etc., and when it comes to being paid, well, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. it's kind of a high-tide-low-tide situation especially when you start out. projects don't really roll in casually. this is why most people have a side job while freelancing because it's just not consistent sometimes, and, well, you gotta pay rent and utilities.

when it DOES roll in though, it's good times! especially when you live in a third world country like mine, being able to do freelance and accept projects from clients abroad who pay in dollars or euros is a lifechanger. so that's one of the perks of doing freelance when you also can't find a job overseas.

overall, i think it heavily depends on your lifestyle and how much you're willing to let go for what you can get, which unfortunately i can't help with aside from giving you a brief view of what's to come.

hey! ik you work at a school and based on how you post about it, you really care a lot about your job and it seems like the kids really like and trust you. i'm about to start a job as a para working 1:1 w/ a middle schooler, and my prior experience is all tutoring college students- do you have any tips on getting kids that age to engage w/ you? im worried ill be awkward around him and he'll think im cringe 😭 would really appreciate any advice u have to give

middle schoolers are developmentally in a place where they are experimenting with independence for the first time. they will test rules, boundaries, expectations. be clear and consistent but not rigid. if you make it integral to your relationship and their success that they tell you what motivates them, they have agency, and that you want to work WITH them, they may not believe that immediately but the more you prove it the easier it will be to know how to support them.

if you know anyone who has worked with this student before, ask about and be ready to filter the information you learn. I ask questions like "do you remember a day that was successful, and how did you get there?". ask "was there a time you felt that you connected?". "What strategies did you find helpful?".

I don't always agree with all of my colleagues in their approach or their view of the kid in front of them, but that doesn't mean I can't learn from them and apply it in my own way. about the same student, I was warned that successful only happened when they were elevated by using a neutral tone and that they will try to trick me so be aware of that. another said that they are very funny and sometimes needs pressure to be grounded- when I suggested a weighted shoulder blanket, she lit up and said "that would be an awesome idea!!". another colleague said that they do very well with expectations given in the form of "If X happens, my expectation is to [action]". I can keep all of these things in mind and also not let them be more deciding than the kid that I will have in front of me.

You have your own style and that can be translated to a lot of ages if you take steps to learn to communicate with them and dont make them feel stupid or inexperienced. I invite suggestions and try to apply their voice as appropriate and safe. I don't make promises I can't keep, and if I can't keep them I am upfront about it. Model integrity and honesty.

Also, because of the rapid development both hormonally, socially, physically, 6th, 7th, and 8th are all WILDLY different. The ways I can talk to my 8th graders about deeply personal social-emotional reflections doesn't look the same my 6th or 7th graders. You'll naturally find out where your student lies in terms of maturity and understanding, and there will be a LOT of growth in a single year.

Kids will accept and grow fond of your cringe if they know you express it in solidarity and from a willingness to learn. Anything will be cringe if they want to haze you for it, including things YOU SEE THEM DOING ALL THE TIME 🤣 I tell my kids all the time that there are things that come naturally to them that amaze me and impress me that I don't know about. I put my kids in positions to be teachers. Being cringe is a natural part of working with kids and its ok to be silly and weird IF you are there for them when it counts. IF you don't patronize, condescend, or talk down to them. They are intelligent, thoughtful, and often know much much more than they ever say. They are extremely resilient. they will genuinely think you are just as likely 17 or 40 years old no matter what age you are. Don't worry about being awkward or cringe, take steps to understand the passions and joys of your students. Be willing to suck at things they excel at. Be willing to play basketball with them even though you suck ass, and ask them how to improve. Be willing to make bracelets that are so fucking ugly they're worth laughing about while they're making 400-braid works of art. Acknowledge when they have skills you aren't familiar with. They will learn to appreciate yours if they know you see theirs.

They don't accuse me of being lame when I act goofy, to them it's just part of who "Mr. Jack" is. I'm not above getting pranked. I'm not above getting razzed on. Im not above getting something wrong. I'm a professional who knows how to navigate systems and wants to share that with them. I explain why things happen. I answer "why" with a genuine, thoughtful response. Middle schoolers always want to know why, and if they don't know why by the time they get to high school because it's been held hostage by people in power, they believe there is no "why". I never say "just because" or "It's the right thing to do". I say what will come out of it. If I ever have to report something happening or have to have another colleague help with a mandated reporting/need help from social work to wrap around, I never just do it. I say things like "you know, X is someone I really trust and respect here. They have more information than I do and I think if we worked together we would be able to really find a solution, can we try to do that". I explain that I will never abandon them or shove them on others or destroy our trust, but I have Profesional obligations and that I will walk through the whole process with them. I have sat in ambulances with kids. I have stayed into the night at hospitals with kids. I have exercised my right to refuse to send a kid home out of an immediate safety concern and updated them the entire time what every call I made was about, what I did and did NOT share, checked in with them... and my worst fear of ruining my relationship with a kid and destroying their trust has not happened because I make sure that the pieces are not moving around them while they are helpless. So much is already out of their control.

I have coached multiple students who admitted to me that they vaped or smoked, and i think this is a good example of applying that mindset: My job isn't tell them to stop because it's bad. My job is to say "look, I'm not going to say what everyone else has told you or pretend that I've never done something that could harm my body. Anything you do, I want you to do research and use that to decide what is worth it." And I share knowledge, we get to the root of it, we talk about the reasons, we talk about the risks. One of my students who smoked nicotine without parents knowing didn't know that it would seriously impact a surgery they had coming up that they had been waiting for their whole life and were excited for. Me sharing that information not with the threat of consequences but with a need for them to understand how to move forward was how we got to develop a plan to quit that was seen through.

Sorry that was a lot of rambling!! Basically work as a team and find ways to come up with strategies together. You can be professional, "in charge", and provide direction without insulting the newly budding agency your middle schoolers are unfortunately learning that they don't have in a lot of environments. Start EVERY SINGLE DAY new. I have bad days and have cried because of how hurtful something was from a student, but I don't let that stop me from greeting them in the morning, or feeling like they have a right to education, or that they can't try to do things differently. They're incredibly impulsive, and you will have an hour long conversation that seems to really sink, and the second you get out of the room they will still immediately do the thing they shouldn't. Over time with consistency they really do change, and it's normal for that to not be always immediate. Days, weeks, years... sometimes you won't even see that growth, and that's really hard, but you have to trust that it will happen.

First song I thought of, though I'm sure there are other more suitable songs I could come up with. But honestly, due to my illness I don't get to listen to music often. I'm sensitive to sound.

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

There's been some really nice fanart, and I love the fake ad ones people make, and the pinups. I love buying merch from people.

Its also nice when people treat their plushes nicely, or actually see him as more than just the "funny salesman." Don't get me wrong, Spamton's is an awesome a salesman and all, but that's not all he is.

Oh, my fave part though, is how everyone celebrates his fan birthday. Thats super sweet. I love seeing people make fanart for that.

Haha... heh.... well, this will get long... (Sorry.)

Mostly just the fact that the fandom is made up of a LOT of hateful people, who hatepost about Spamton because he's "popular," or because their fans of Swatch/Queen/Addisons and are in denial about what those guys did to him so they try to pin it on Spamton by saying "he deserved it" or saying it never happened.

Which is REALLY ironic in a way. But wait, we got more!

Many people can't get past the "funny salesman" trope. They think the salesman pitch Spamton puts on is literally all he is, that he really is this guy who is silly, obsessed with money, and batshit crazy. Does no one know how entertainment works!? Has no one ever followed a YouTuber or Twitch streamer, or gone to the circus or seen a live show? That how people act in front of a camera, isnt how they act all the time!? Spamton doesn't actually care about money, he said it himself; he does all he does because he's an entertainer trying to survive! The Spamton Sweepstakes, the Fangamer ads, the Twitter replies... while they contain truths and genuine things about him, for much of it, he's playing everyone like fiddles! He's saying whatever the hell he can to make you buy his shit, because funny thing, its his job! And the things is, it WORKS. Everyone totally buys in to it! But while I'm sure he does find joy in what he does, it can also be kind of painful that everyone actually thinks that's all he is in a way... they infantilize him, they treat him like he's crazy/stupid, they stereotype him, they make fun of him, they talk about wanting to hurt him... and they think its okay, because "he's in on the joke." Yeah? You really think anyone would find joy in seeing you make art of them getting abused/hurt/killed? REALLY? Ever thought that maybe... its not actually okay....

I guess I feel bothered by it. Sure Spamton chooses to play up all the stereotypes about him so that people will buy his stuff, and its cool that he can still joke about things like that. But... I wish people saw more of the real him sometimes, and realized he deserves kindness and respect like anyone else.

But I think Spamton is a good example of how people go too far, how they'll greedily take everything from someone, even their dignity, if it means feeding their own happiness. How they can't separate entertainment from reality (... yeah yeah, some irony there as I'm talking about a fictional character...)

In a way, the Spamton fandom, often represents to me, much of the things I hate about the entertainment industry, hell even fandom. I'm glad people love him and buy his stuff, but I also wish they liked him for kinder reasons. I hope that if he continues to be in entertainment, he gets to make something he loves, that allows him to be who he wants to be. Because like many of us, he sometimes gets trapped in a role, determined by other people. And while some of it is true, like he is funny and has a dark sense of humor, and I'm sure he does enjoy many of the things he does... but some of it, I think is sort of forced on him. It's like if you don't act the way everyone wants, they'll get angry or abandon you. And that, thats awful.

(And Im not saying don't enjoy his salesman persona, just that, I wish people saw the rest of him too. Because he's a kind, caring and brave guy, and I really wish him the best ya know?)

despite other’s opinions on him, as a person who reads the jp stories and is generally caught up with lore— rui would be extremely gentle.

my reason to believe is is within his first event focus story— where he accidentally injures tsukasa with one of his crazy ideas. he immediately shutd down; doubting himself as he didn’t want to hurt him.

rui’s main plot-point to me is his arrogance when is comes to his machines. being a prodigy, he views his machines as brilliant— and doesn’t seem to think things will go wrong, or people will get hurt.

this goes hand in hand with my g/t hcs, where i view him as a gentle, yet slightly careless giant. he would treat tinies/humans as if they were glass— but his stupid ideas would make him almost a scary giant.

in his recent event focus in jp, he thanks tsukasa for everything he’s done for him— and that he wouldn’t have been able to change and be a friendlier person— a more approachable one.

this would be an amazing story for a giant— like it totally would be. while his nature stays intact, rui would grow to be a more trusting person, similar in the stories. rui kamishiro is a sweetie, and nobody talks about it enough!

personally— i think he’d be rather teasing of a giant; yet not stupid. he’s brilliant, and could tell, if someone is getting uncomfortable, immediately stopping.

now onto the sillier hcs..

he would definitely pull the “little one” on everyone, especially tsukasa.

he would be hella affectionate. like especially with an s/o. expect him to be very adoring.

Damn i totally forgot to post this little crossover art i made just cause i can, welp just has i promise i will spit all my randoms ideas about this silly AU just cause i can, waiting for some kind awesome soul that would like to use it too (??? Good good good, Vizard!Skull AU just cause i can. Skull is trapped in the curse of the Arcobaleno, as if he should be with his friends the Vizard? Well, he couldn't stand being locked up in that old warehouse that the bunch of boomers refused to leave. So he decided not to be lazy and be something useful for Urahara who was dealing with everything alone, helping with some money he earned from his jobs, so he became a stuntman. Which, not knowing that their flames were active, ended up in the Arcobalenos, because as suspicious as it sounded, money always sounded good. when he got caught in the curse Shinji almost killed him for getting in trouble again, stressed and worried about this new situation. finally trying to help. Skull couldn't be around for the battle against Aizen. if not until after the battle of the Arcobaleno when the curse is broken. About Skull mask, i dont know cause i couldnt decide what kind of mask would be good for him. His Zanpakuto would be a Kidou based one, water. Nothing of poseidon or something like that since that already was Kaien Zanpakuto, i think will be like Toshiro's one maybe, a dragon of water? since Oodako exist and i dont want 2 octopus(? And i have to be honest here i loved a couple of AU's of one a literal dragon Skull and the figurative one. and for his rank in soul society, he would be sub-captain of division 6. Not to go on so long, the Arcobaleno have reiatsu because of him, even though he hid it (not like Ichigo and his friends) this was because of the union he had with the Arcobaleno because of the pacifier. Shinji would look for it to take it away as soon as the curse was broken. Too protective of his family for his own good. during the curse sometimes he would annoy Colonello in mafialand with Yoruichi.

Nobody ever believes him when he says that Skull does that, that his strategies sometimes don't know how they fail, or that the cat is definitely weird.

she enjoys it a lot. He also really enjoys goofing around with Reborn and Colonello from time to time, even when the pair were asholes. He usually jokes with Hiyori and Shinji, mostly playing along with them, between flirting with Shinji, and teasing them together.

-"I'm surrounded by idiots" -"WHO ARE YOU CALLING AN IDIOT, IDIOT?!" And he fucking hate Aizen, but who doesn´t?

And... that's more than all I've thought, voila!, I spit out the AU. I'm satisfied.
