Part 3 of characters I want to interact with Yosano.

Kouyou. And not just because I ship them. I have reasons for this. Both of them are people that have been manipulated by Mori, however Kouyou genuinely respects Mori and Yosano doesn't. Both had a difficult childhood, Kouyou with her being an assassin and Yosano's being in the army. Also Kouyou is like an older sister/mother to Kyouka and in a previous post of mine I talked about how Yosano would just adopt Kyouka after she joins the ADA. So now I need canon Kouyou and Yosano interaction so that they can be Kyouka's moms.

I also think that both are just slightly unhinged very beautiful women that need to hang out.

I think that Dr. Christina "I was an excellent soldier" Raynor needs to deal with some personal things before she's anyone's therapist, because she strong-armed more of Bucky's autonomy away from him than Zemo did within the series.

it’s still so... hm. i'm not sure what words to use here tbh.

but to give the one character that has received such preferential treatment through early access development and full release even more new content + new lines even though he already has a wealth of scenes, detailed animations, incredible world responsiveness, that about totals to having a third more content than everyone else...

all the while the other characters, their romances, their stories and the way the world they're in reacts to them are still either a barren wasteland or bugged to the point they can’t be triggered.

Everytime I see talk about silksong taking too long to come out I can't help but raise an eyebrow. It’s been what? Five or six years since hollow knight had its final DLC and was officially “finished”? That’s a perfectly normal amount of time for a game to be in development for.

Hollow knight itself allegedly took around 4 years to create, so silksong, which is clearly a significantly larger and more ambitious game compared to their first has only been in development for slightly longer than that was atm.

Now, I'm no 'hollow knight news master', so I totally could be missing something or be wrong about something here, but from my point of view it hasn't been in development that long at all.

still thinking about how- instead of the usual "crumbs for brains"- Affogato insults a bunch of randoms (The gingergang) by calling them "sugar for brains vagabonds" when Affogato looks to be sweetest person working in the black citadel and was homeless for most of his life. Like at the time he knows Nothing about the people he's insulting other than they came into the citadel and demanded to speak to Dark Cacao. Love that characterization, it's great.

it's really funny to me that he puts on this grandiose demeanor but actively insults people using descriptors that fit him nearly perfectly and seems to be desperate for external approval- from DE, from his disciples, even his plan if he won in LCS included the whole "I want to be around smart people who like me" thing. For a guy who spends 90% of his screen time lying he has really consistent characterization.

Becoming a character in a dark academia novel - A beginners guide:

Show off your love for literature, fine art or mythology. Make sure everyone knows you’ve read Plato. And Shakespeare. And Homer. Basically, Quote an old white dude who’s probably dead at least once a day.

Make sure to be seen running through your school. Develop an aesthetic run. Maybe do this with a group of equally experienced friends.

Please don’t own anything plastic or overly bright. (this is definitely for the environment).

Have a set of fucked up morals. But make sure to prepare yourself with some smart sounding excuse that essentially intimidates people and deters them from asking questions.

Murder someone or be murdered. Either one. (I’d say it’s your choice, but if you’re being murdered, well, it’s probably not).

Develop an addiction- I’d recommend something like red wine, or cigarettes. Or both. (But you didn’t hear it from me).

Embrace the angst, the insanity, the insomnia and the general dislike for others.

Don’t worry about being friendly; coldness is encouraged.

Learn several old languages that most people don’t actually speak. If this truly isn’t possible: resort to French.

Please, for the love of [insert old white dude here], be dramatic.

If you aren’t rich then either embrace it as an aesthetic. Or just lie.

Either get a small, cluttered apartment, or a giant fucking mansion.

Be smart.

Listen to classical music.

In terms of love you have a few choices: fall In love with someone but then kill them. Be queer and deny it. Be queer and fall for heterosexuals (or at least people who think they are). - basically please never get a happy ending with someone you actually love.

Exist only during winter and autumn. I suppose you may spend some time in spring. But only make brief appearances in summer. If you’re seen during summer, make sure you’re at a lake, or on a lawn, or in a sunlit library, maybe a sailboat?

Read.

Get some collared shirts.

If you get glasses they better be obscure.

Make sure people see you drunk. Maybe knock on a classmates door whilst drunk.

If you aren’t six feet under, remember to be mature and regretful years after your time at your elitist school.

Oh yeah, receive an elite education. (Or hang out in public libraries a lot?? Idk).

Avoid healthy relationships. Or maybe form an inseparable bond with someone. Honestly this can still be unhealthy. Probably will be.

Never have a good relationship with your family. They must be either dead, uninterested in you, far away, or just plain shitty.

Sometimes I think about the fact that Lucy was married and has never once spoken about it. I wonder about Gelsin Mux every single day actually.... Imagining Lucrecia as young and in love in Grulovia before she got tied up in any sort of crazy Psychic 7 nonsense is so bittersweet to me. I like to imagine her ties to Gelsin as being like her ties to her old life. Gelsin and Marona and Lazarus after a certain point of interacting with the psychics in America become almost like characters in someone else's life to her. I'm really fascinated with this idea of Lucy really losing touch with her old life. It's obvious that she had a lot of love for Grulovia and for her family but what she was doing with the rest of the Psy7 was extremely important to her. I like the idea that maybe she just felt a little suffocated and isolated for a while in Grulovia as a powerful psychic and couldn't find anyone to relate to (I hc that neither Marona nor Lazlo were psychics) so the Gulch became a place of acceptance and self expression that she had never been used to having. But the way that the Gulch made her grow as a person meant that she could never really go back to "the old Grulovia" that she grew up in, especially considering that the country was war-torn upon her return.

Also realizing that this image here means that it is highly likely that she left Gelsin in Grulovia with it very questionable if she would return. Since it is canon that Gelsin died in the Grulovian war, and not the Deluge.... and Ford met Lucrecia as Lucrecia Mux. I like to think that they fell in love when they were young and back when things were really simple for Lucy, but after she was able to identify how vital being psychic was to her as a person, they lost the ability to relate to one another like they used to could. I don't think she ever really fell out of love with him, they just grew apart in a sad way...

#realizing all this really makes me reframe the way i view ford and lucy's relationship #correct me if i'm wrong on this but i'm pretty sure these are the implications.#and no i don't view ford and lucy as 'scandalous cheating' just more like a.... idk #lucy was sort of moving on in a way while married. and she would be far away from gelsin for a long time.#and the two still loved each other a whole lot. but they could both sort of feel that they had changed a lot. and gelsin sort of expected #something like that to happen. maybe to both of them. who knows.#but there was always a lot of love there and he knew that at the end of the day he would always be there for her and vice versa #special relationship that i am headcanoning right now......very sad and effective hc pieces are falling into place for me #canon oc #gelsin mux #lucrecia mux #hcs #.txt
