POV: You want to join an art challenge for August regarding TMNT but the person hosting it is someone who wrote a Mikey gets adopted by the Rise turtles and you also fear that you doing it would come off as you supporting the creator meaning you support their fanfic that doesn't give any respect to 2012 and makes Mikey look like a damn crybaby and also for some reason calls him Casper and not to mention this person supports Unfamiliar Familiar

Remember that episode of Suite Life where Zack pretended to have ADHD because his schoolwork was shit and if he had ADHD he'd have ADHD accommodations and a special education class and once he had accommodations his performance improved? And he eventually came clean and got in trouble and had to go back to regular classes where he would have to just buckled down and work harder? And he was portrayed as lazy Zack being lazy by wanting ADHD accommodations because of course HE didn't have ADHD, and he was being disrespectful to REAL people with ADHD who needed everything made easier for them?

Anyway I want to rewrite that to have it where Carrie, suspicious that he's faking, has him tested, and the test results come back BEFORE he comes clean but are looked at AFTER, and Carrie is forced to eat her words of reprimand about how Zack just needs to "buckle down and work hard instead of taking the easy way out".

In my story all monsters were at one time natural or human and have lost that humanity. If a scientist could turn a plant into a person (homunculi) then anyone can turn back into a person. Personhood is spread as a cure to the supernatural like a viral infection.

This comic is quasi-personal though. It is through the eyes of Ame but also includes some of my own autistic emotional worries. Of progress, discipline, embarrassment of the past self and fear that discipline is the only thing holding you together.

Um so you know those blogs that are like role-playing as a character posting on tumblr. Like it looks like a normal blog but the posts are from the perspective of a fictional character in their world. Idk if that's a good enough description but

What if. I made one for my fursona

I had a friend come to visit last week, and one evening as we sat around drawing together we decided to both draw that scene where Pippin finds Merry after the battle.  I’ve drawn the scene before but not in a while and I’ve changed the design for both the characters.  And even though I am still getting over that art block from this year I had fun.  (Also that Merry-with-braids post has been doing well lately so I decided maybe I should finish off today’s art dump with this one since he has braids here as well.)

i am Thinking. i'm probably going to be doing a total revamp of this account. while i'm not gonna be erasing any of falkner's prior relationships, i want to do a.... sort of soft reboot of this blog, i suppose? i don't know how else to describe it, but i definitely want to get back on here and be active again. i wouldn't be remaking this blog or anything, i'd just be redoing it's theme, redoing falkner's carrd (i lost the subscription for his bio carrd anyways so it's not even accessible anymore) and throwing myself back out into the rpc!!
