(note: asshole is probably a strong word - what i’m mostly asking is if it would be a good idea)

I (17) have a friend (17) we’ll call Alex. I’ve been friends with Alex since we were in first grade, because our parents knew eachother. We kind of grew up together. Our entire lives, they’ve always been “weird,” they’ve never picked up on social cues well, they’re obsessed with chickens and know an absurd amount about them, they describe themself as a “creature of habit,” they struggle to understand when people are joking vs serious, and they are really bad at spelling, just to name off the top of my head. Now, any of these thing in a vacuum wouldn’t warrant anything necessarily, but all together i’m pretty certain they have undiagnosed autism.

Some added context, im not autistic myself, but i do have ADHD and i have an interest in psychology and how the brain works. In doing my own research to see if i was autistic, i noticed a lot of similarities between what i was reading and how i’ve known Alex as a friend my whole life. I’ve had the idea of them maybe being autistic rolling in the back of my head for like, two years now? But haven’t ever said anything about it, because i was afraid I was wrong or overthinking.

Now, here’s why i’m worried about bringing it up to anyone. Their parents are very… “nuclear family” ish. they’re very catholic, and have six kids with a seventh on the way (we live in the suburbs) and a part of me feels they don’t believe in mental health/illnesses/disorders or anything like that. They’re also transphobic, but you didn’t hear that from me. I just fear that telling a counselor would spread the info to parents who either wouldn’t understand, wouldn’t care, or would try and “cure” it. Alex already isn’t doing well mentally (they’ve talked about feeling textbook dysphoria and are in denial about it - i think they’re a transmasc egg) and i really don’t want to bring it up if it will cause problems.

BUT. I talked to my mom about all of this (we’re very close and i knew she wouldn’t make a big deal out of it) and she recommended talking to the school counselor, and im just wondering if it’s a good idea. In the best case scenario, the counselor would work to get them a diagnosis and HOPEFULLY a therapist (oh my god do they need a therapist), but in the worst case? in the awful world for autistic people we live in? i just don’t know if it’s wise. So here i am turning to tumblr, the most neurodivergent site around. WIBTA if i talked to the counselor about my friend who i heavily suspect is autistic?

“I.. I think I enjoy a Tour actually.. s,seeing as that I’m new here-“ you stammer, you don’t know much about this world, but this Prince seems rather nice at least- you witness what seems to be a smile from him before being scooped up and cradled, then a white FLASH before suddenly being Teleported outside, high above everything- you scream, terrified of heights, but also the suddenness of it. You dig your face into his chest puff thing before feeling calm enough to look down at the land you’ve found yourself in. His large long hand sort of petting you gently, as to help soothe you. Your cheeks are so red at this point- you wonder if he’s aware?

Deep breath… you look down, clinging very tightly to your tall thin Tour Guide-

All around you is dark yet colorful space- so much space.. but as you dare to look down you see it- white & pink heavenly clouds, a golden very feminine futuristic castle, the “circus” that looks more like a Hotel Resort than anything- and lots of other places. To the left you notice the forested area, as well as a rather beautiful looking well maintained Garden, a Silver looking Futuristic City, lots of lights, people w Usernames over their players running around. You notice a Coliseum like place, w a bubble dome over it, splatters of blood and muffled noises.. tearing your eyes from that you see what appears to be a Fair or Theme Park? To the right of that looks to be a very relaxing looking Beach, w water that flows over the edge in a waterfall. You squint, wondering what that Center of some sort is? “Hmm..”.

Prince Caine says nothing for the moment, just lets you look it all over for the time being.

As you continue to take in the view, you see some other floating clouds, with their own individual places- one seems to have characters from media you recognize, some you don’t, another cloud looks to be a giant Day Care or Kids Play-Place, then you notice the other floating forest in its own cloud right above the others below- it… scares you, but you also feel intrigued.

After you’ve gotten a good look at it all The Prince asks you where you’d like to go or if you’d like him to explain it to you? He tells you it’s all marvelous and there’s something for just about everyone!

You hold onto him, thinking it over..

im just going to go off in the tags for my review but last nights concert was crazy, entertaining, and crazily entertaining. while they did not play the rhythm thief clearly my rhythm, if i ever had any, was stolen and ron and russell were easily able to see my lack of clapping and dancing skills. when will those 70+ year old men stop beating me at everything

#you would think clapping on the beat is easy. not when youre on a level of excitement you havent been since you were a kid #in all seriousness my sarcastic tone is covering the fact that i really did enjoy it all so much. now on to the analysis #we'll get right to the heart of the matter: russell was sweating three songs in and well. there are many benefits to being in the front row #im really really sorry. but. good god i may have been looking at his neck a lot of the time #also it may have been during the first song but i feel like it was during another one where he jumped (beaver o'lindy?)#and my eyebrow raise and look of 👁️👄👁️ when his shirt rode up was very palpable. i was very close .#i think russ looked at me a couple times near the start but it was more of a dfjfljkda dont look at me im staring at u like 😍 moment for me #im just so self conscious it hurts! but i was smiling my head off the entire time while also not knowing how to stand #the front row was standing the entire time it was wild #also i think the moment i predicted did happen of ron giving me a look like 🤨 for knowing all the lyrics to one of their more obscure songs #but i could be wrong.#russell was bouncing off the walls as usual but good god to see it in person. and he sounded incredible!!!!#i also could not resist bouncing a few times. its contagious. plus you gotta do it during music that you can dance to #good gosh what a fun time.#at the end of the concert someone was like 'i could see you looking with such love' like yes very true. good to know it was obvious #can i just say again russell was sooo. its a different thing altogether seeing him like 6 feet away in the Real World #did i mention how sweaty he was. ok review almost over #still no eaten by the monster of love but hard to complain with such a great show #spars #sparks tour 2023 spoilers

Lovely blood lizard is Veil, previous Lord of Conquest and now Lord of Vengeance and Blood, sister inheritor of Dominion, and Parabellum's younger sibling in godhood. They were torn into life by the death of the Lord of Dominion, rising straight from the corpse before living in the House of Seekers and House of Defiance. Parabellum (and her mentor figure I still haven't named) steered them away from their purpose before both a sect of House Defiance had been invited to the throne world of Upheo, Lord of Opulence, who had witnessed the same power that drove the Lord of Dominion insane.

Upheo of course, also goes mad, proclaiming themself to be a herald of the End and is consumed by gluttony and obsession. Both Veil and Parabellum are part of their grand vision, with Veil gradually being manipulated into a force of destruction and nosediving hard into the mindset after their death by the hands of their sister.

They eventually escape this mindset at some point during the story down the line, Parabellum tries to help them.

Hey there!! Hope you're doing well with all the craziness this week with tickets and stuff!! Personal wise and 5sos related things wise hahahaha I'm here to ask you a question if you don't mind...🙃 My friend and I are considering getting soundcheck for one of the concerts but the thing is, we're not entirely sure what that entails 🤷‍♀️ We would love to know a little bit about it to make sure it's gonna be worth it spending that money... Have an amaaaaaziinig day!!

Sure, I'd love to help! I did soundcheck for the first (and second lol) time last year during Take My Hand and I'd say it made for a very fun and special but exhausting day.

Things will likely vary slightly this time since there are now two different soundcheck packages, with separate activities made available to the top tier. (All the details are available here but essentially, the Friends of Friends package includes the soundcheck experience plus access to a private lounge with photo ops, drinks and merch shopping.) But the traditional VIP experience has you checking in with VIP Nation in the early afternoon (you'll receive an email a few days before explaining what time to be there by and where you'll check in for your line number and laminate. At my shows, check-in officially began at 2pm, with soundcheck scheduled for 4:30 and to my memory, it began closer to 5) and waiting in line while everyone gets sorted. (They had a merch stand near the line for us to shop while we waited but I'm unclear on if that's just for the FoF package now.)

When it's time, you're led into the venue (according to the number you were assigned when you checked in) and after a bit more waiting, the band comes out and plays a song (occasionally it's something from the setlist, but typically it's not. Afterwards, they sit on the stage and a short Q&A session begins. (This appears to only be available to the FoF package now but previously, in the VIP Nation check-in email, there would be a Google form for fans to submit a question for the band. If your question is chosen, you're pulled aside during the check-in process.) This part is fun vibes (I think they expect silly questions and are game for it but they clearly get excited when someone asks something of actual substance) and after they answer a handful of questions, maybe 5-10 depending on how long Ashton talks the answers are, they get up and play another song. That concludes soundcheck and then typically you're allowed to stay inside the venue and take advantage of the low lines for merch, restrooms and concessions before the doors open to the rest of the public.

So the actual soundcheck is probably only a 30-45 minute experience but you do get 2 extra performances (and there's often fun, unexpected choices! At my first show, they did Valentine and Long Way Home and for my second, they did Moving Along and Voodoo Doll lmaooo) and to basically chill out with them during the Q&A. A lot of people also appreciate the exclusivity of the experience, as phones and cameras are prohibited (there were unfortunately multiple instances of leaked content last tour but for the most part, what truly happens during each soundcheck is a mystery to all but those in attendance lol). Also if you have GA for your show, being let into the venue before the majority of attendees is absolutely a bonus (my shows were GA, which I hate so honestly the early entry was the main reason I upgraded). The only real downside to it tbh is that it makes for an extremely long day, especially if you're GA (and depending on where your venue is located, you may be waiting for soundcheck in heat/direct sun). Your frame of reference could be different of course, but I am traditionally not a GA girlie nor a line camping girlie, so I was dying by the end of the night after being on my feet basically non-stop for 9-10 hours. (Oh, the gloriously ravenous Taco Bell feast that took place when we got back to our hotel 🤌🏻) But otherwise, it's a lot of fun and if you can afford it, I think it's worth giving a shot at least once, to have the experience!

#planning food can also be tricky tbh but if you check in early enough you might be able to run somewhere nearby and grab something #or just eat at the venue after soundcheck which is what we did #another expense tbh but necessary #i can't afford soundcheck this time around but if i could i would consider it just for the bonus songs tbh #i lucked out so hard last time - Valentine and Moving Along are the two songs off YB I was devastated to see go from the setlist #and LWH is my fav self-titled track and i never ever ever expected I'd be able to hear it live. v special moment in Crystal history #Voodoo doll was hilarious - someone had a sign saying they'd give them $5 to play it. thinking abt when we were in costa rica and we visited a place that let you feed the local spider monkey troupe + they would climb on you to do so, and the guides were very clear about hey do not fucking leave anything loose on you. ESPECIALLY glasses of any kind they are SO shiny and SO grabbable by a monkey sitting on your shoulder directly next to your head. put your glasses in your bag i am so fucking serious. and then this random ass rich girl just Ignored All Of That Entirely and left her glasses on, monkeys snagged them and ran away to the treetops with them and at first she was like "haha thats so cute!!!" then after a couple minutes turns to the guide and is like "ok how do i get them back" and hes like "😐...you dont. theyre wild monkeys. i told you to keep that stuff out of their reach" so she starts throwing a fit like "what do you mean i dont, they were expensive and i need those", and then not even a minute later the monkey chucks the two snapped halves of her glasses to the forest floor

#she spent the entire ride back alternately pouting and complaining that they didnt stop it from happening lmao #side note that whole excursion was most certainly bad for the monkeys and a rabies risk however i did #not plan the trip or its excursions i was just kinda Brought Along #and had i been in charge 'feed wild animals' would not have been on the list #but just like. maam they are monkeys. they do not give a shit nor fuck that your glasses were prescription.#they do not comprehend glasses or money or nearsightedness.#they see a shiny breakable thing and go 'ooh shiny i want to break it'#we also had a different trip for a night hike thru the woods to look at animals (i had a terrible time bc there #were so so so so many ants i spent the entire time looking at the ground so i didnt step in ants and let them climb on me)#and on the ride back the dad of this other tourist group who looked and acted like Old Old Old Money was #being super shitty to the driver for driving bad but like. the driver was doing great its just that roads in costa rica are #deeply fucking insane‚ like thr fact that we didnt have or see a single crash the entire time we were there astounds me #there was one (1) stoplight we saw and it was treated entirely as a suggestion no matter how strong the traffic #but anyways yeah the driver was doing terrific this dude just had 0 like ability to contextualize anything #and his family just fucking WENT OFF on him it was so funny #me my bf and his mom were all sitting together in the back and while they were melting down we kept just looking at each #other like 👁️👄👁️#it was so funny

Hi! I'm the anon from earlier! The things about the trailer I want to discuss are: the game seems to be almost fully finished already? The save was a premium adventure save, as it had endgame levels, no story objective marker, and chitose's portrait and her model at the Hawaiian hello work (I forgot what it's called) were different.... And then they kept hiding the results screen with all the party members? We already know presumably all the party members because of the gameplay trailer, so what could they be hiding from us...

But they realize exactly why they fit so perfect when she kills someone (maybe defending the hotel) and just munches down on their corpse crazy style. Turning around, blood on their face, in their teeth with a wide smile like “I helped!!!” And then it clicks that she’s also a cannibal like him.

Everyone is all grossed out by it but Al thinks she has never looked prettier all covered in blood from her kill and meal. He even Wipes her face for her 😗😗😗

You must have died from an earlier time period as you were dressed in very modest attire.

A puffy white blouse tucked into a long black skirt, waist tapered by a corset to show off your curves.

Your neck and ears wore pearls and your hair was curled and pinned up.

“Oh it was nothing my dear! A beautiful lady should have beautiful things. I thought it would compliment that new dress you got” Ah what a charmer.

As the two of you chatted and enjoyed each other's company, you had an eerie feeling you were being watched.

You shook off the feeling, it wasn’t too off putting as many people often staring as you accompanied the demon.

Besides, no one dared to approach the two of you anyway.

All was going well…until there was a loud banging at the door.

“Angel we know you’re here!” A voice shouted as the banging got louder.

You turned to see the tall spider start to shake a bit.

You patted his arm and motioned him to take a seat and reassured him that all will be well.

Vaggie hissed as a window was knocked out.

”Oi come on out! Valentino wants to see you! We don’t mind using force whorebug!”

You felt your eye twitch.

the gang was trying to think of a way to get rid of them.

They were going to tear the hotel apart at this rate.

Charlie protested as you made your way to the lobby double doors and swung them open.

”Why hello gentlemen, is there a reason for such distasteful actions?” You smiled, but it was anything but friendly.

You took a step forward, a dark aura manifested around you as your eyes glows and teeth sharpened.

”Take her out boys! I’m sure the boss man would like a new toy!”

oh poor things.

You launched at the unexpected demon, sharp teeth at his neck and with a quick yank, his head was gone.

You heard horrified gasps as you moved to dispatch each disgusting creature.

”Ooh my dear you shouldn’t have” you heard Alastor say.

The gang had poked their heads out the front door and was shocked. There were dead bodies everywhere on the front lawn, bodies parts littering the ground.

Angel and Vaggie gagged as they saw you, teeth deep,in a poor demon. You were shaking it like a dog would with a toy, until it flung out of your mouth, leaving your mouth bloody.

”OOH that’s sick so fucking sick!”

You grinned at Alastor, sharp teeth white a pale contrast to the bright blood smeared on your face .

You shyly tucked a strand of loose hair, standing to dust yourself off. “Ooh i do apologize Alastor. They were just being rude and ruining the exterior! Such disgusting things! They didn’t even deserve the grace to be eaten! How dare they try to-”

You were pulled from your murderous ramble by a soft cloth on your face. You blinked, eyes focusing on Alastor’s smiling face.

”Knew you would look good in red”

You blushed as he wiped the blood from your chin.

”Oh stop it. You know red doesn’t suit me” you playfully hit his chest. He hummed, ignoring your comment as he cleaned your face.

”I think you look ravishing’ he purred as he licked your blood-stained cheek.

You giggled and held up a liver for him to bite.

In the background the gang was flabbergasted.

so that was HOW Alastor bagged a bad bitch?
