Lae'zel gazes down at Drakuuln with clear amusement, her fingers tracing the ridges of the scales plating his stomach. "You submit so easily now. What happened to the man who declared that I should submit to him?"
"Mmmm. He got real tired of figuring out everyone else's shit for them. Being told what to do became a lot more appealing." He cracks open an eye lazily and smirks. "Decided I liked being bossed around by you."
"I see. It seems our adventures have made you wise after all. I feared they would only addle your brain more."
Drakuuln chuckles.
"Though it seems you struggle with this new found wisdom still. I did not say to open your eyes. Close them. Submit."
Drakuuln's open eye slips closed, the tension melting out of him as Lae'zel continues tracing the ridges of his scales up to his chest. A far cry from the subtle but clear tension when he pulled her aside from camp to explain that his body would not be what she expected. She kisses the soft leathery scales of his throat, reveling in his gentle sigh.
"Zhak vo'n'ash duj," she whispers.
"Vethirasvim," Drakuuln murmurs. "Eritov. Erthe'Lea'zel."
Familiar words she had not known the meaning of until recently, when she had gone around Drakuuln's knowing smiles and deflections and half-truths and asked his mother to translate. My treasure. My love. My Lae'zel.
Her breath hitched. Come sunrise she would tell him how she felt. He had been telling her long enough.

I don’t understand why Kishimoto never added Kakashi having thoughts about Gai when he died in the pain assault. It’s like he doesn’t want his relationship with Gai to have depth but then adds all these interactions and feelings that show how much he means to Kakashi.
He thinks of his dead friends and family, he thinks of Konoha 11, but he doesn’t think about his longest and biggest support? Not even a passing thought?
Might Gai is Kakashi’s best friend and rival, he isn’t a nuisance to him and he doesn’t think he’s less than him. Their relationship has substance and evidence to show how much they care about one another, im sick of Kishimoto and his constant need to diminish it then prop it up and then diminish it again. How can he be so inconsistent with relationships and character writing??

USSR was famously a second country to get their hands on nuclear weapons. This however came with a cost, specifically for Kazakhstan. Semipalatinsk polygon was used for around 40 years to test nuclear warheads in Kazakh steppe.
It's strange to think about it. Imagine Wales. Now imagine that it was bombed more than four hundred times. The total power of bombs tested on the polygon from 1949 to 1963 is bigger than that landed on Hiroshima. By 2500 times.
The radiation can be still picked up today and it still affects the larger area around the polygon, so much so that not only the Abai province, the polygon was located in, is leading in cancer cases but the provinces around it too.

Sayori tends to catch feelings for people very easily, but very rarely acts on them. She doesn't think she's good enough for anyone, and believes she'd only burden them in any potential relationship. She doesn't want to hurt anyone, or ruin a good friendship. I don't think she would really think about her sexuality very often or strictly define it, because she "has a lot of love for everybody!", so she'd probably just ambiguously identify as queer and let her actions speak for themselves.
Yuri initially tries to avoid the conversation entirely. It's not that she's ashamed per se, more like she's had bad experiences with people in the past, and finds the entire concept of romance to be very embarrassing to talk about openly. She's accepted her sexuality as just another thing that makes her "weird", and mostly keeps it to herself because she doesn't really want any of her relationship with the others to change. She doesn't want any of them to "get the wrong idea and think she's creepy" or anything.
Natsuki keeps it on the down low, but makes it clear that she doesn't really like boys. Maybe she likes specific ones. Fictional ones, mostly. I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other as to whether or not she's strictly lesbian or something else, but if she is attracted to men, she's the type to do the whole "Aren't you attracted to men too?" "*gag* ...yeah." bit. I think she's unlikely to personally pursue someone romantically, in large part because she's afraid that she'll hurt them.
Basically, they're all some kind of gay, they just don't really talk about it, for variable reasons.
That is, until Monika walks in one day and starts a conversation on the topic, the end of which being the reveal that "I'm...starting to think I'm not quite straight! Ahaha..."

Crisp fresh air like you'd smell at the top of a mountain.
Sometimes you can get a whiff of ozone.
Cabin Two: Hera's Cabin
Subtle notes of flowers, alcohol and perfume, all of which smell exceedingly expensive.
Freshly pressed linen.
Cabin Three: Poseidon's Cabin
Sea salt
A hint of seafood, but the kind of waft you get from an expensive/fancy seafood restaurant
Cabin Four: Demeter's Cabin
Flowers and freshly cut grass
Fresh home cooked meals
Cabin Five: Ares' Cabin
Heavy smell of iron (Smells pretty similiar to Hephaestus' cabin, but with a lot less smoke and burning)
Cabin Six: Athena's Cabin
Smells like old books and ink
Cabin Seven: Apollo's Cabin
Warm summers day with a hint of chamomile

Earthy and fresh, like an untouched patch wilderness

Sweet and tangy, like fresh punch at a party
The older the cabin kids are, the more it develops into a mature wine smell.
Cabin Thirteen: Hades' Cabin
Smells surprisingly sweet, a little like a pastry cafe, with a hint of alcohol like wine (reference to offerings the greeks would leave at graves)

Okay, this is why I think Jacob has ADHD (along with an anxiety disorder):
- He’s moving and squirming almost constantly. He’s calmed down a little as he’s seemed to get less anxious (and, given the events of Breakup, maybe also just more exhausted), but he still moves a lot and seems to need a lot of stimulation.
- His chattiness and occasional pressured speech, not to mention the way he sometimes speaks without even seeming to know what he’s going to say. He REALLY has a tendency to blurt things out.
- His wide-ranging topics of conversation and how he can switch topics very quickly but still expound upon them at length. His brain just seems to jump around a lot and he can derail pretty easily. I’m thinking of, say, the way that he starts talking about One Punch Man before catching on to the fact that his student is talking about something else he should care about more in Attack Ad.
But then his brain can also stick to one thing and proceed to jump to another just as quickly, like in “Ava vs. Superintendent” in season one when the camera comes in to him in the break room talking to the room at large about My Octopus Teacher…and then he finishes what seems to have been a full review no one was listening to, immediately hops off the counter, and correctly infers that Barbara and Melissa are in a fight.
(I like that this sticks around, because recently Ava mentioned that he talks about shows he watches at length.)
- Jacob also has difficulty with emotional regulation. Once you see it you can’t unsee it. The man’s mood changes on a dime.
- He does also just…get distracted sometimes and forget things/do thoughtless things in response, like when he admits that buying two of the same condiment was a genuine mistake each and every time (which does not seem to be a lie considering that he keeps digging himself deeper anyway), or in Principal’s Office where he takes a sip of Gregory’s coffee without thinking.

I’m weeks late but the minute I heard my absolute beloved Aurora’s latest song ‘Conflict of the Mind’ I knew what I had to do. It’s a song that deeply moves me, I relate to it a lot but it also feels so much like something Artemis or Angeline would feel but never say out loud.
It was my first time drawing with an actual reference image (from the music video which you must absolutely check out if you haven’t seen it already), it was pretty fun and I do like the end result, even though shadows still prove to be my ultimate nemesis.
