a tiny (obviously rushed) idea of what the sleeping arrangements on the ship started like (eventually they all share everything and there's no rule to it but this is like when everyone was still getting used to it)

This is probably nothing like what a real modern ship might look like and that's okay

Hiyoko & Mahiru: obvious solution

Sonia & Nagito: Sonia is more patient than most but also takes no shit. Nagito needs to be near an exit in case he gets badly sick.

Mikan & Ibuki: Ibuki had to fight a bit to be alone with Mikan, but no one else was really volunteering, and Mikan is happy with her roomie.

Impostor & Ryota: Ryota is both new and also a nervous wreck. Impostor is very on-top of things and can keep him up to speed easily. Also boyfriends.

Akane & Nekomaru: Akane is both easily spooked in the night and also unusually sensitive to Weird Stuff. And she can handle Nekomaru's snoring. Nekomaru says having Kane nearby is good for his heart.

Kazuichi & Teruteru: They don't get along too bad after talking, and to be honest, it was sort of a boys-room-with-boys situation.

Hajime & Gundham: They get along well. Gundham benefits from someone agile to help him out if he's having a bad day, physically. Originally Sonia and Hajime would have switched places, but everyone agreed it might be better to save that arrangement for a later time (which never happened because they stopped keeping track)

Peko & Fuyuhiko: Obvious solution

Ibuki, Hajime and Akane are sort of 'team guard dogs' and they to split themselves evenly around the ship. If Ibuki hears anything spooky, or Akane gets a Bad Feeling, or Hajime notices something just a tiny bit off, they're all at the ready.

If anyone from Team Guard Dog suddenly shows up and says you're having a sleepover now, then you're having a sleepover now.

Honestly they all kind of need walkie-talkies lol. But frequencies can be messed with and it's dangerous to rely on a disembodied voice...

Impostor and Hajime *do* have walkie-talkies though because neither of them would fall for an impersonation.

my goal was 4k in 30 min really really didnt think i was going to make it 🥹🥹🥹

#crop cus i realised i was fully about to dox myself lmfao #i know im still the worlds slowest runner but this was a huge deal for me alright......... heres why commence tag ramble 321 #usually i do time based so yesterday i did 30 mins and did like 3.9k. so i was like well 4k in 30 mins should be easy! it wasnt.#i got to like 29 minutes and was like ah damn not gonna make it but at least i tried. started to slow down and then saw a girl doing sprint #nearby and thought well fuck it and sprinted for my life for the last few hundred metres i cant remember i was in the throes of battle #TWO SECONDS TO SPARE........#huge deal for me as someone who is extremely prone to giving up #and i set a 2 mile pb!!!!!!!!!#maybe a 30 minute 5k is more possible than i thought #its funny cus i spent this whole time up till now working on going slowly enough to actually complete the runs and now im like #HURRY UP!!! #reason i wanted to change koe's design was bc i felt like the first one was a bit too basic ig?#wanted to give it more personality beyond being a maid outfit #so a funkier skirt and shorter sleeves and gloves and stuff. idk its more koe and less maid. but still maid #other than that obviously are the two wholly new characters #honestly designing them was interesting in a way bc it was like reverse engineering andys face #i think she takes after her mom more tho #but she also does try to emulate her so thats also part of it #honestly andy is really similar to amary in a lot of ways not just bc of the whole princess thing but the family dynamics to a degree too #there are still some pretty big differences (andy wasnt abused but her father is still really strict and constraining out of worry #and amary's mom was actually kinda the polar opposite of andy's and their emulations are completely different too)#BUT #look read cepheus's flaw. hes not going to be a good guy lol #hes the type that starts out nice enough on the surface but when pushed it will become. again. ends justify the means #very....
