Okay, I need to flail about something else in Good Omens Season 2...
Just before the dancing... You see Aziraphale struggle and then he turns to Crowley and his face is half in shadow.
THAT is symbolism right there. He turns to Crowley and accepts that he can't stay fully in the light when he wants to be with Crowley. Shades of grey and such.
It's so subtle and at first I didn't really notice it and then in the 20th comp video on YT it hit me. Nothing is without thought in this series. (Almost) Everything has meaning.

I wish I could have a side job where I just research drugstore skincare or makeup for people to help narrow down options to try because I already do this for myself and it is my favorite thing to do when I unwind at the end of the day 😌
Reading a literal book? No. Sitting and reading dozens of reviews of a type of lotion to help narrow down possibilities even though there’s no reason for me to buy it right now?? Yes! 👏✨

It's not that hard to count the most smashed tbh, just need to check which ones got a higher percent than gardevoir.
As of now (gorebyss+ still open) these are the pokemon that were more smashed than gardevoir (64.7%):
Grovyle
Sceptile
Blaziken
Swampert
Mightyena
Mawile
Aggron (most smashed, 78.5%)
Flygon
Zangoose
Seviper
Armaldo
Milotic
Banette

Salamence
As for the actual value of smashers for each, unfortunately that title does go to gardevoir, but only because it received a lot of publicity and got almost double the votes compared to the second most voted gen 3 pokemon (2185 vs slaking's 1073). And since gardevoir's smashers aaaare *checks calculator* 1413-1414, that means that there were more voters who chose to smash gardevoir than the total of votes, passes included, for every other (gen 3) pokemon. Can't really compare, we should redo it with the same sample group.
Anyway, there were so many passes this gen.
Conclusion: this site is full of COWARDS

He is stubborn. Infuriatingly so.
He barely finished high school. He values culture and knowledge, though. He is curious and interested in things, but he just doesn't know how to study, how to go about learning. He struggled a lot in school- it wasn't the greatest environment for him and he had 0 support at home.
He has been friends with Hector since he was little. Whenever things got rough at home with his dad - and they often did- Sasha could cool off at Hector's house.
He prefers to be trounced to the ground than run away from a fight. He figured out young that standing up to bullies was better than giving them any satisfaction. He got beat up a lot. He still isn't great in a brawl. But he will not back down.
He's never been in a serious relationship. He's hooked up plenty, but his flings and affairs fizzle out quickly because: A. He's difficult B. He's evasive and elusive C. He's guarded. He comes across as non committal but the truth is that he does not know how to do emotional intimacy. His home life was a disaster: his mom passed away when he was small, his dad was strict and violent, and he internalized a lot of negative thinking as a kid. He equates emotional intimacy with vulnerability and vulnerability with weakness... and he cannot be seen as weak.
Gideon has his own quirks and hang-ups. They make an interesting pair...

Hi! Might be a stupid question, bare with me, but how do you think Sunburn would react to meeting cannon!Moon? Same with Moonshine and cannon Sun?
Sunburn, especially after awhile of having the virus, would not get along with Canon Moon. Oh? You get free reign to be out every night? That's so funny -Attacks him-
In the period where the virus is gone but Sunburn is still grappling with everything he'd still be salty and feel free to direct any frustrations he has with Moonshine onto Canon Moon, and excuse it because well Canon Moon did bad things so this must be okay. Just- not a good time all around for a long while.
Moonshine and Canon Sun is "You too?" and they'll just kinda sit together knowing they had a similar experience without wanting to actually talk about it. Especially since it would mean hearing about all the horrible things they could have done if they were the ones hit hardest by the virus.

I love books, but most of all I love a good and beautifully written story. I'm a reader who reads nearly everything from the classics and contemporary literature to SciFi and Fantasy.
And I love fanfiction.
I got friends, who love reading too, but can't understand this and would never spend time to read a fic, because they can't be found on a bestsellerlist or in a bookstore. They are so wrong.
Some of my all-time-favourite stories are fanfics. Some of my favourite artists create fanfiction.
In this last two days I needed to re-read a fic, because for me this story is a safe place, a comfort zone, a warm blanket for chilly days, a home to get lost and just read and be. I love every single word. And I am so thankful for this gift given to me for free and only to enjoy.
My dear fanfic writers and artists, I have so much respect and love for your work. Thank you so much!

Costasiella kuroshimae, aka the leaf slug, sea sheep, and loads of other names, is a type of sacoglossan sea slug!

These little cuties are around Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia! They are capable of photosynthesis via a process called kleptoplasty, where they retain the chloroplasts from the algae they eat.
Their lifespan is between 6 months to a year. They are 5 millimeters to 1 centimeter

yoinking the screenshot from twitter but THIS is exactly the kind of horror I want to explore with my art and characters.
Moving to the midwest from a place with plenty of dense forests and tall mountains to be greeted by a flat horizon that almost moves on its own accord was Scary. It just isn't right to be so exposed. I once heard the land is so flat you can watch your dog run away for a week and so long as you can stand staring into nothing it isn't entirely false. Even the modern towns and cities are are spread out from each other the only connection a lot of folks have outside their immediate community is through phone or internet. Who has time to drive two hours to the nearest city for anything other than work these days? This place is empty, lonely, and terrifying. The outside, while a place of beauty is also a volatile beast where a simple evening rain can turn into a tornado in five minutes. Do you really want to risk watching the little raindrops hit your window or are you going to huddle in your storm shelter with whatever you share your home with. The prairie is so simple when looking from the outside, but there is so much more going on under those waves of tall grass.

OK, new Andor theory:
Rewatching the Kenari segments, it looks like a lot of the kids are wearing old safety gear; the fabric pattern is similar to the stuff worn later, and there’s a few with what look like old reflective stripes or that sort of pattern.
Cassian stated in Rogue 1 that he’s been in “this fight” since he was six years old. He looks older than that in the episode, although I’m terrible at judging ages.
Also, one of the girls begins shouting and waving at the ship, although another shushes her quickly. That indicates some level of familiarity with ships; at least, that they have people on them, which may be friend or foe.
What if the “mining accident” wiped out the adults, when Cassian was around 6? Either due to the locals being pressed into service and killed, some kind of contaminant that primarily affects adults, or the miner’s children escaping the catastrophe.
That would leave their kids, untrained and driven from the mining site, to survive on their own, figuring out blowdarts and scraps from what they could salvage. Waiting for rescue, or the final blow to wipe them all out and bury the disaster under the rug.
A mining accident could be... well, anything. An accident. A weapons test gone wrong (or right). A coverup. It may have been before the Empire days, but, well...
Palpatine was preparing his Empire a long time before the rest of the galaxy caught up.
