So you fucking hate what tumblr is doing, you're fed up, but you don't know where else to go / what to do when you get there

Here's a guide what I've been up to over on Pillowfort:

For starters, new users need to either get an invite code (message me if you want one, because I literally always have some!) or donate to Pillowfort's operating costs to get started. I recommend getting a code first, and then donating later if you decide you like Pillowfort.

Recognize that Pillowfort has no ads and does not sell user data, so you are not the product. You are the customer. Pillowfort lives because users give their money to the webisite directly, just like how ArchiveOfOurOwn.org operates. If you give Pillowfort a try... and you want to see it keep growing... and you have a couple bucks to throw their way... please consider donating!

On your new account, you'll set up your blog. User icon, description, settings, etc. You get one blog per account. Consider making this your "everything" blog, where you make your original posts AND reblog things.

Consider making a Community that will serve the same purpose as a tumblr sideblog. For example, I made my main blog ceylon-tae and then made the Community "ceylon-tae-art". Just make the Community for now.

Did you set your NSFW and blacklist preferences? You should. Filters & Blacklist have their own link in the sidebar, so you don't have to go into your Settings every time you want to blacklist something. Easy!

Join some more Communities! Think of joining a [Fandom] Community like following the [Fandom] tag on tumblr. Posts from that Community will show up on your feed now! Here is a list of the currently-most-active communities.

If you have something to say about the post, Pillowfort has a nested comments section! Livejournal / Dreamwidth / Reddit users will find this familiar. You can make your own hush-hush commentary in your tags when you reblog a post to your blog, but these tags are not visible anywhere else. Thank you for letting me ask you questions about your new hades fic. I really really appreciate it. I’ve always loved Greek myth and the paganism religion as a whole, it’s pretty much the only belief that’s felt somewhat natural to me. So, when I saw that you’re writing a hades fic, I think I pretty much shit myself in excitement. Lately I’ve been a really soft cod girl and frankly it’s leached into my other fandoms and I’m not 100% why it did but I’ve been having issues with myself where if I read a Fic and I can’t tell if they love each other or not I literally cannot stop thinking about it. Last time with dramione I think I only slept 2 -3 hours a night when I couldn’t get it out of my head. (I’m autistic, I promise I’m working on it. Fml)

I would like to apologise if any of my questions come off rude as that’s definitely not my intention.

One of the tags is bad bdsm etiquette and I was wondering if you can share if they are doing it ‘bad’ on purpose or is it more of a they will learn along the way type of thing? It’s obvious that she likes pain but that can always be done correctly (is that the right word?) and not badly? Or do they not realise they are doing it badly and will learn to still give pain but better?

(I think I’ve confused myself!)

Another question I had is if you think they truly love her and will see her as their equal as a wife? Or will it always be them and then + her?

Hi! This didn't come off as rude at all, don't worry! I'm happy to answer your first question, but I can't answer your second question because it's plot relevant and I don't do spoilers for my own fics. I'm sorry! I hope you understand.

Bad BDSM etiquette: At the club, Aselgeia, it's inferred that Simon is engaging in non consensual voyeurism.

John infers it here:

And then Simon appears here: “Beautifully done, darling.” Somewhere far, far away, in the last sliver of your sane mind, you realize it’s a different voice, a voice echoed in gemstones, ruby and emerald and pearl, before that too, slips into space, and you drift deeper inside the luxurious praise. A warm bath. A sunlit meadow with thousands of Narcissus dotting the hill, soaking up every ray. A golden fawn, taking her first steps to freedom.

And then John confirms it here, using we again:

which is terrible BDSM etiquette considering it was never negotiated or discussed. Bringing in a third without permission is a no no, for obvious reason, and they use subspace to essentially trick her into saying yes. Persephone craves pain, so giving it to her is not bad etiquette.

After that, everything goes downhill in second spanking/smut scene because proper BDSM etiquette is abandoned.

I felt like it was important to tag due to the nature of the initial scene, being in a club and what not.

It's like. The tone of Raxie's sporking is completely different. He's often directly mocking characters or the author or the vague concept of edelcrits, rarely talking about writing or storytelling decisions. He's kinda just repeating what's in the text, but mockingly. Like BWIIDT starts her whole thing by talking about the framing used in a conversation, and the ways it shifts and changes topics to absolve YKB of blame. That guy just jumps, nearly contextless into a fic that most people are unfamiliar with (due to it being long, focused on a poly ship, and not recommended as required reading), and immediately starts shutting all over it. It's "this thing sucks" not "here's is why and how this thing sucks".

But behind all that, it's just super uncalled for? Like, where does Reyna come into this conversation? It's obviously in response to BWIIDT's sporking, but BWIIDT started hers because so many people were calling that fic integral to understanding YKB. I really don't see people saying that about Reyna's fic, and I certainly don't see her saying that about her own fic. She's writing it for her own personal satisfaction, and she's very plain about that. It's rude to go into someone's yard and shit in their sandbox

These are different anons but I am combining these. This is the last I want to say about this situation in particular.

To the second anon: yes this is actually very typical behavior for him. BWIIDT actually recommended a bunch of fics a while back and he went and left the authors extremely nasty, snide comments. Literally just because she recommended them. It does not surprise me at all that he would stalk the "villain Edelgard" tag looking for material. I mean that's what he does on Tumblr, I don't see why it woul dbe different on AO3.

I think it really speaks to the very warped mindset a lot of people who still engage in 3H discourse have.

Like they genuinely go into a 3H discussion thinking it's personal. When they're insulted by something it's deeply personal and they assume everyone else must be just as insulted by it. They cannot fathom that people out there do not take the anime chess game as seriously as they do. And they think that the only solution to their hurt is an eye for an eye, to make "the enemy" hurt as bad as they do.

And I think that's the thing this guy just doesn't get about why he keeps getting called out.

I don't continue to talk about what's going on with him because I want to participate in 3H discourse or because I'm mad about video game opinions or whatever he likes to claim whenever he gets called out. I don't care about his 3H opinions. I don't think I've ever even read any of them.

I only bring him up because he has demonstrated, repeatedly, that when he's left to his own devices he is destructive to himself, to the people he targets, and to the FE community as a whole. And, sadly, the only reason he has ever been relevant and the only reason he will ever be relevant is because he hurts others, and instead of reflecting on that he takes glee in it. He justifies it. He enjoys it. He, a 35 year old man, is proud that this is what he's known for. Because he'd rather be known for being a destructive, damaging person than never be known at all. So I have been having a few mental health issues this week and I have the bkdk tag blocked but I can’t figure out how to block tags on yt and instagram so I literally started crying when I was exposed to it. I experienced a lot of toxicity from them on twt so I can’t even look at the ship but kiribaku has been my comfort ship. Unfortunately because the canon material has been focused on deku and bakugo, which makes me deeply uncomfortable. I don’t have the context but the sheer idea of bakugo having feelings for the nerd, even in subtext makes me physically sick. It’s not that I don’t like deku, it’s just that the ship feels like pseudo incest because in my interpretation they act like brothers. Also the fact that kirishima isn’t really relevant as much anymore bothers me. He’s a good character on his own and I’ve accepted the fact that it won’t be canon because it’s shonen. But after kamijiro (which I also have blocked in tags but don’t mind at the moment) had that out of pocket scene that caused me a literal mental breakdown (long story), my mental health can’t handle the fact that bakugo literally sacrificed himself for deku without even a reference to his CANON BEST FRIEND kirishima. I deeply hope that we get a blatant confirmation that bakugo and deku have a BROTHERLY relationship even if we don’t get any on screen kiribaku crumbs. I want reassurance that bkdk would never happen and for the toxic shippers to stop posting bkdk content under the krbk tags and stop trying to force your ship onto others. I already had a crisis about accidentally falling in love with a fictional character (Denki) and feeling heartbroken but now I have to deal with possible subtextual evidence for bkdks and a lack of krbk content in canon. Please tell me I’m just the subtext wrong and that in context I don’t have to worry. I’m freaking out because I’ve seen krbk solos literally get doxxed on twitter and harassed by toxic bkdks.

My favorite vocaloid overall is Meiko, but flower might be my favorite voicebank wise. -I'm a fan of many a videogame including but not limited to Fallout (I specifically like 1 2 and New Vegas but I can enjoy the others and talking about them) FFXIV and Elder Scrolls, those are probably the main ones I'm obsessed with. I'm currently REALLY big into pjmoon, Lobotomy Corporation rly hit the right spot for me gameplay wise and I keep up with Limbus Company story (except canto VI due to ruina spoilers), though I have not yet touched Ruina. I also like Neuro-sama. I don't really watch other vtubers, though I do like some of their non-stream content sometimes. If you ever want someone to raid with on FFXIV or do literally anything with especially if youre new to the game or high end content pleaseeee hmu it will be so fun but also hmu about your wol lore Im obsessed with it you could be a completely random ass stranger with 0 posts and no profile picture but I have to hear about your catboy especially if you want me to dump wol lore on you also. My favorite FFXIV character is probably Hermes as far as actual writing goes, but I have a folder for Asahi made up entirely of in game screenshots that contains let me check yeah 961 images so that's a fun fact about me, there really isn't a whole lot to his character but that never stopped me before. (I'm currently on a short break from FFXIV, but I am continuously working on character lore and working on making a WoL comic.) -Other than games other fandom stuff I like is a lot of animated shows. I love watching moe and anything cute and high energy, aside from that to list my favs I really like Gintama, MP100, Mushishi, Kino's journey, Mononoke, K-On, Bocchi, Eizouken I also like One Piece (watching the anime atm), but I have some polarizing opinions on the anime I think Im gonna switch to the manga frankly. And yea Jojo but Im mostly an anime only, part 4 is probably my favorite but Joseph is my favorite protag. I love Arcane, but Ive never touched League of Legends, I just watch the cinematics. I'm also a Futurama fan, it was my fav childhood show I've seen it maybe 5 times and I still like it now. Also I like hxh a lot and my all time favorite character in any visual medium ever is Illumi but I hate Hisoka and have all tags related to him blocked so life is hard for me sometimes.

-As for manga Im reading Witch Hat Atelier, Spy X Family, Ya Boy Kongming! part 7 of Jojo and Golden Kamuy rn mostly, I'm not much of a manga reader as reading anything online bothers me. I love Junji Ito's works. I haven't read very many other comics recently, only Watchmen and V for Vendetta, which I thought were good. My all time favorite manga is Shimanami Tasogare. -Been watching X Files, Twin Peaks and Columbo and I'm a fan of all of the above. I've already seen Twin Peaks once, but I was a child and didn't get it and don't remember anything and my girlfriend rarely wants to watch it with me but Im tryiung to force them. Many such cases. -I love reading, lately I really enjoy Camus, also I read Hesse's Demian the day before I had top surgery and it left a strong impression which I pondered over when waking up from anesthesia, so now that book is very dear to me as a result. I have been raised to have a positive relationship with literature, so just being around or discussing books can make me happy, though I tend to alternate between an infinite amount of them and struggle to finish them, which is the same thing I do with all media teehee. I've liked E. A. Poe basically my entire life. I also like reading plays and poetry, I'll read basically any form of writing so go ahead and send me recommendations! But keep in mind I have a lot of classics to catch up on, so I don't read much recent literature. I also will not read fanfiction unless it was written by somebody I care about. I'm open to reading VNs and have read a few of the popular ones, but I already have some on my backlog and am currently reading through Subarashiki and Slow Damage (Towa as a character rly resonates with me so its hard to hate the game despite the rough points but I wouldnt rly recommend it to anybody I dont know well...idk) -I like a lot of movies, but my main passion lies in horror. I am equally passionate about movies I hate however so watch out! I do not criticize the media I consume to bask in my hatred and be negative, I love analyzing things and what I like or dislike about them, but I understand completely if you do not like this as much as I do. I generally tend to be more critical of media that takes itself seriously or is propped up as a masterpiece or something very unique for its respective genre, when it doesn't live up to those expectations. Though I do not consider myself a snob and will often watch bad movies for fun or enjoy things I am critical of. I recently saw all of Little Nicky with my friends and it was a great experience. I think the movie is probably one of the worst I've ever seen in my entire life so do check that out. I'm way too into the SAW franchise, I also recently got into Star Wars (I also love kotor 1 and 2 and play swtor sometimes). My favorite slasher series and some of my favorite movies of all time are Child's Play I am also very passionate about John Carpenter's apocalypse trilogy - everyone knows The Thing but what many people don't know is that he has made 2 other movies which are also as you may have guessed about possible ways the world could end, I adore In The Mouth of Madness one of my favorite movies ever. I also like several czech films/films by czech directors they are very dear to me.

There is definitely a lot I forgot here, I have an interest in way too many things and am also glad to learn about ones that are new to me. So in summary I'm open to discuss basically anything, I enjoy texting new people and learning about people, I absorb it like a sponge, you want to give me your opinion on the industrial revolution? Ok! Yay ❤️ I'm a relatively open ''what you see is what you get'' kind of person, but sometimes I struggle to convey what I'm trying to say. I love my gf and friends - and the world and people in general, though I may slip up and imply otherwise if something makes me mad.

Side note: I don't rly have a DNI but if I don't like your blog I'll just block you. This is generally not personal (although it could be ig) instant block reasons range from tangible reasons I might have to dislike someone (right wing or conservative views, smug person etc) to personal distaste and petty mild annoyances (profile says your AGAB in some form for 0 reason, hard to read typing quirks/grammar, talking about your distaste for bugs under every post that so much as mentions them and so on) or simply filtering out content I don't care to see when filtering tags fails me. If you don't know why I might have blocked you, it's very likely it's just a random small reason and says nothing about you. I like most people and I enjoy keeping it that way so when I get online I try to filter out even speech patterns I dislike, because someone I would roll my eyes at on here could otherwise be my friend in a nuanced setting and I don't want to think badly of them. Also. I don't think proship and anti are coherent enough descriptors so I will say personally I think more or less anything goes except for the sexualization of characters that explicitly look like children or animals. Also, a lot of "dark topics" are just an excuse to use shock value or fetishize certain scenarios but I think that is its own problem and boils down to that piece of media sucking. Hey, hope you're doing well! I just discovered your blog and you are literally a blessing to this abandoned fandom. Honestly, you're one of the few to tell it like it is without exaggerating or softening the facts and that's REALLY refreshing. Although I cannot say that I agree with all of your points of view, they are nevertheless all relevant and sobering. I left this fandom 5 years ago, recently came back for Sasuke Retsuden and I'm glad to know that their general mentality hasn't changed😑 Discovering your blog has been a real breath of fresh air for me among this sea of ​​bullshit that exists in the Fandom.

Like, I know I have no right to judge their expeditions because they do what they want but when I was still reading fanfics written about this couple (something I very quickly gave up because of…lots of things)

with insinuating CANNON COMPLIANT tags or even meta-analysis of what the ship could have been if it existed and how it would have been better for them and blablabla, I ended up wondering if they even really love Hinata for what she IS canonically or for their own fantasized vision of her?! (and that goes for Sakura and Sasuke too, which I sometimes wonder if their fans even understand their characters)

but hey…I guess given the fandom we're in, that shouldn't even surprise me anymore…

The RTN characters opposites to their regular selves personality wise, not sexuality wise. Hence, none of the other canonically straight characters were depicted as gay in RTN. But Sasuke who was canonically shown to ignore the advances of all the girls was depicted as a ladies man, Hinata who was canonically shown to be very shy and introverted was depicted as loud and brash etc.

On the same day, I came across another article that talked about SS/SH and basically said that even though SH is a crack ship, it actually makes more sense that I quote "a girl who spends her time stalking him and chasing him" and I was like wtf?!

Sasuke and Hinata never said a word to each other until deep into their adulthood, and they think that would have made more sense than Sasuke being with someone who he himself described as being dear to him and one of his two precious comrades? Jeez.

This might just be a statement about how controlling Brodda is in general* but it could also imply that there was information traveling among the oppressed people in Hithlum especially when linked to the line about news about Morwen (not) coming to Hithlum and again what Sador says about not all ears being on the heads of good people.

*and I think it should also be read as that! The terroristic nature of interpersonal violence and domestic abuse absolutely mirrors the dynamics of larger scale oppression and violence. It adds to just how trapped Aerin is, experiencing this control and oppression on both level which I talked about in my post about her and complex trauma

We know that some remnants of Hadorian Taliska survive because the Adûnic language of Númenor has connections to it but it probably fades among some families at least. Children are not taught it from birth because they will be too young to understand that they cannot speak it. Words and phrases and songs and poems are lost

I doubt the occupiers want the Hadorians to have any methods of communication that they themselves weren't privy to (Brodda does seem to speak at least some of Hadorian Taliska? Because of course the Narn is entirely in English it's difficult to always say exactly who is speaking what. This could go back to my conspiracy about him still being of Hithlum in the later versions and of course this raises questions for the BoLT version too, given that the Occupiers are indeed largely of Hador's people too but that's for a different time.)

It goes back to my HC about Aerin drawing too. Even aside from the issue of communicating important information, even rebellious information, just communicating any sort of connection or love between separated families and friends during the occupation is so precarious too. A broken, divided people is easier to control.

But I do think that information is shared that works towards defiance. Sador tells Túrin that Aerin knows all counsels of Morwen for example. There is knowledge being shared and protected and passed quietly, slowly, and patiently.

We know that at least in the beginning, tidings are brought to Morwen by some of Brodda’s slaves who are dehumanized but “Ill guarded”. This is important because it shows that all of them, including Tolkien, understood the value of information and news and why it was so important to the occupiers to try and limit it

And that people who were literally enslaved were willing to risk so much just to bring news and then returned to their imprisonment! I wonder so much about the contents of those messages.

I do think that this decreases over time. It becomes more dangerous and they are more harshly punished and more strictly guarded.

I think about the effect this would have on young Niënor. I know I talked about it a bunch here but just the utter isolation she grew up in, the knowledge that her existence needed to be kept as secret as possible and what could happen to her and her mother if the wrong people found out. Even if she didn’t grow up in captivity, she grew up in fear, she grew up with information limited, she grew up with so much uncertainty. Niënor was unable to fully explore and learn as children should. There are people in the house of course, the primarily elderly servants and the occasional visitors but she’s still very isolated.

I also wonder about the messengers from Doriath who vanished taking information to and from Morwen’s house. My new headcanon is that one or more were killed by the occupiers

Morwen does teach Niënor what she can, they are all but trapped in that house for nearly two decades. There is certainly time for information to be passed down; I headcanon that she is taught both the Bëorian and Hadorian kinds of Taliska, songs and poems and stories that she can do nothing with and that Morwen knows she will almost certainly not be able to pass on.

Also!! This will need its own post and I will make it later but all of this is stolen! Morwen sees that the language and culture of Húrin and Aerin is being lost just as her own was and she teaches what she can to her daughter, perhaps Aerin teaches her too when she can, and this is all lost when Glaurung takes her memory. Given that it was Glaurung who destroyed so much of Dorthonion and thus Bëorian traditions and culture, this feels especially pertinent.

tumblr I'm done with sensitive little creeps who assume everything is about them and who don't just shut the fuck up. There's some dude in my school year who is trans masc, whatever nothing wrong with that. But he always assumes people are oppressing him, and it just makes my blood boil. I'm trans as well, genuinely i am gender fluid and am mostly masculine within that aspect of my identity but I'm not open about it, not every trans person has to disclose their personal identity HOWEVER..

this dude doesn't shut up. Like EVER about it. I talked to him about being trans and my experiences with it to try and relate to him a little. But he turned out to be a massive fucking creep in the end. Short story short, he loves Lego Monkey Kid and indulges in looking at nsfw of the monkeys who are considered brothers in the series (by dna and canonically), which is.. honestly weird as fuck. And he reads transformers smut, makes it as well, sent it on to me with the tag 'Forced Prostitution' on ao3. I just.. don't have any words to say to that .

The thing is, this dude always thinks everything is about him. They used to just go into school, talk to me about traumatic experiences, which I absolutely did not ask for, and expected me to be casual about it.

One day this motherfucker had the audacity to show off his self harm scars, just so casually as well in my old Higher Level math class. He showed them off like they were bracelets on his fucking wrist. He pressurised me into sitting beside him as well, which didn't help the current situation considering my reputation at the time which was poor due to me showing classic indicators of being adhd and zoning out in class.

That's kind of why a lot of people viewed me as weird, and socialising around him didn't help. I'm quiet most of the time in class, I keep to myself and fidget a lot. Sometimes I make conversation by talking to the teachers, or im really loud when talking to my friends, not deliberately anyway, others I literally just take out a book and read after finishing the work. People find that weird, and they find it weirder when i put on my headphones in class as well. But it hardly affects them, so there isn't really any issue realistically.

When it comes to him though, when I hung around this dude more the more I started to realize, okay something is weird. He self diagnoses too much, threatens people who get irritated at him, doesn't research but just cherrypicks symptoms in which he thinks he relates to diagnose himself with the next mental illness.

He genuinely thinks he has a lot. A lot. Schizophrenia, PTSD, two eating disorders, insomnia (diagnosed with adhd and autism) dyscalculia or however you say it, NPD and probably more.

The reason why I think it's necessary to tell you this is because he didn't do research, well much research at all. He straight up just says he has these things and doesn't pass any heat on it. One time he said he had dyspraxia and said it was relevant to numbers and I said no, it isn't. It's a coordination disorder, he responded with, no, it's mathematics. I struggle with seeing mathematical figures coherently. I said dyspraxia is a coordination disorder. I would know, I have it. He just ignored me.

It would be fine if this didn't happen again. But it did, I can assure you.

He thinks it's possible to have two sets of ADHD at once. For example, ADHD and ADD. Which I corrected him again, considering I have researched extensively into these things to get a diagnosis for them, is not fucking possible. Next time he goes in with a crutch, and says he's ambulatory.

Ambulatory.

I cannot make this shit up.

It just shows how little research he does into these things. He brings up his disorders as if people asked him to in conversation and doesn't shut up about them. He's open about being trans as well, which is NOT an issue at all but he makes it seems like its one. Like he wants people to pick on him and fend himself off.

He even used my preferred pronouns at some point in public which was something I clarified in which he shouldn't have done, continued on as well at times.

My friend had some pretty weird experiences with him as well. Friends, in all honesty.

One friend had an experience with him in business where he asked which side would be sharper to cut himself with, the left or the right which was most definetely true considering everyone had experiences about him being open about self harming.

Another experience that another friend had with him was how gross he was. He ate his skin in public and picked at it in class a lot and barely showered, which made it difficult for anyone to hang out with him. And he didn't smell great either .

Another experience I had with him, was a similar pattern of him just liking animals. Fictional animals, but still it was fucking weird.

First it was lego monkey kid fics, he linked them to me, all smut, because I was attempting to know about his interests and he discussed lego monkey kid to me and how it's so interesting, things like that. We had times where we would just go outside and talk about it because why not? He was making an attempt at being my friend at the time so I decided why not do the same.

He knew a lot about it. Really, just a shit ton of information about it. Which was surprising how much, but then he gradually started to go in tangents about how he viewed monkey King as hot or something, and I wasn't even listening at that point. I remember just ignoring him and rolling my eyes in disgust.

Gradually I talked about how I viewed it. I called it out. Said it was weird, and he thought probably that I was joking or something. Which i wasn't.

Then he sent me a wattpad pic on TMNT (teenage mutan ninja turtles) which had a trans reader x Mike or some shit like that. And it was all smut. He reminded me that it was.

It was so weird. I remember saying to him that it was weird, and he responded angrily

,'Look at all the other fics I've sent you and tell me that again', I could have easily just done that because they were all animals. And he was acting like me getting weirded out by the fact that they were animals and was weird on its own.

It got annoying. I started blocking him on all platforms, tiktok and then pinterest and he would bring it up in real life as if it deserved clarification.

There was also a time when he mocked one of someone whom I knew and their learning disability. He made fun of them and called them stupid when they had difficulty processing something and emphasised on it as well as though he hadn't just received clarification on it.

He threatened people as well. He'd bring up stories when we had P.E class on how he treated kids with learning disabilities and how he threatened kids in school with a knife. I just chuckled nervously because honestly how the fuck was I supposed to respond?

I blocked him again. His parents check his socials but clearly haven't checked his ao3. If they had, I would genuinely feel bad for them. They're meant to be pretty strict according to him but if I had a kid like that, honest to fucking God I would be too. He ended up threatening my brother at some point as well.

I remember just going into the school cafeteria and him just fighting with my brother over Lennie from Of Mice And Men and my brother was on about killing Lennie with a cocaine bear which I honestly found pretty funny. Lennie obviously demonstrated key features of being autistic which of course the creep ended up getting pissed about.

Honestly I viewed lennie from of mice and men to be fine, whatever. I'm autistic myself (not self diagnosed) so I didn't really care much about my brothers comment regarding him. We were studying of mice and men in our English class before which is how the conversation evolved. In case you don't know, the weird dude and my brother are both in my English class.

He ended up threatening to hit my brother with a crutch as he accused him of being ableist. Some shit like that. In all honesty, my brother was not ableist. He just says shit like that when it comes to characters who do things wrong by accident. In which case, lennie evidently did.

The dude at this point was not having it. He said he went to jail like 3 times and that he was going to hit my brother if he didn't shut up, and added that he was the only disabled person in our English class which nearly made me combust.

He is not the only disabled person in the English class.

Anyway I blocked him again. Currently it's the Christmas holidays so much isn't going on, but if he ever does talk to me next time irl, I will genuinely tell him to fuck off.

And I reported him to the principal for threatening my brother like that because he is not allowed to do that. Especially when it comes to my family members.

Hello Blue, I saw that you post your fics both in AO3 and Wattpad, which one you think is easier to work? Why? Which one would you recommend to a beginner?

Hello ^-^ DEFINITELY AO3, and it wins by a landslide. Keep in mind I only use Wattpad in its most bare-bones fashion so I might be getting some details wrong about it, though! Putting this under a read more cuz it got very long.

Firstly, the tagging system of Ao3 is a literal godsend; where on Wattpad the tags are limited to only 1 word per tag (e.g. the tag Established Relationship would have to be written like establishedrelationship; the tag Silver the Hedgehog as silverthehedgehog, and so on), Ao3 has a limit of 100 symbols *per tag*, and you can put in a massive number of tags if you so desire (but I believe it is generally considered rude if you tag your fic with everything under the sun, since it is a lot to scroll through for other readers who are searching in only one tag your fic has. Also, some tags might not be relevant for your fic at all). Overall, the tags on Ao3 are what makes it possible to find a specific type of story or specific characters, and its idiot tagging system means that for Wattpad, I often cannot find what I am looking for at all.

Secondly, Ao3 has no algorithm. Whereas on Wattpad your story is automatically ‘ranked’ based on its number of likes and hits iirc (note: I am not 100% sure about this but I do believe it to be the case), on Ao3 it shows up based on date of posting. This means that for beginning fic writers, on Ao3 you are simply much more likely to be found by others! On Wattpad you need to build up a base of followers first.

Thirdly, when going through a tag/fandom/character tag on Ao3, you get the entire story, with the whole summary and all tags at once. On Wattpad, this is smushed together to only the first few words of the summary and the first tags that fit (on mobile; on laptop it is the summary alone), the rest fading out. While this does tackle the above-mentioned problem of some fics on Ao3 having so many tags you need an hour to scroll past it, for me it results in me having no idea what any of the stories on Wattpad are about, and nothing catching my interest either because of the limited information getting presented.

Fourthly, I find the G - T - M - E ratings Ao3 has a lot more convenient than Wattpad’s “target audience” option based on age and "mature”-only rating. Mature and explicit are not the same thing, which Ao3 takes into account and Wattpad does not. Generally when creating a fic, Ao3 gives a lot more options to fill in (collections, co-authors, who can comment, AUTHOR’S NOTES my beloved, archive warnings etc) which gives a much clearer picture just what a reader is about to read.

Fifthly, when searching for stories yourself on Ao3, you can greatly narrow down your search; you can search for or block(!!) whatever tag, pairing, rating, ANYTHING you want with the greatest of ease. On Wattpad, you can sort on length, date posted, content, and redefine further by tags; no blocking stuff except for mature stories as far as I can see.

Wattpad does have its good sides, though... For example, you can personally talk to people in DMs! ...When it’s not a glitchy, post-deleting mess of a website, and let me assure you that when talking to people on there my messages have been deleted a LOT. But it does make it easier to contact writers than on Ao3, which has no DMs of any kind and where you can only talk to writers in comments on specific fics. Wattpad also gives more options to interact with followers, e.g. through conversations and message-posting. I’ve also seen people make whole artbooks on Wattpad, which seems more difficult on Ao3 as well. On Wattpad you can keep a story in your drafts forever iirc, on Ao3 it gets deleted after a month. Wattpad also has notifications in the app/website itself, where for Ao3 you need to specifically get emails for that. On Wattpad, you can monetise your work and charge people to read it; on Ao3, you cannot, because of the legal situations regarding the archive. But for me, only the DMs are nice and relevant, and definitely not something I would recommend only using Wattpad for.

Overall, Ao3 is kind of like a big library, with no monetisation (so also not from the people running it), and an extensive tagging system that many people adore. Wattpad meanwhile is more of a social media-like site, in my opinion. Ao3 is more extensive to fill in and might just be a bit scarier/difficult to figure out, but its benefits of tagging and basically the entire site as a whole being focused on user experience and ease of finding stories greatly outweighs the drawbacks for me. wtf was is the canon route in SB

Like okay, most people seem to agree the Princess Quest ending was canon, and I agree it probably is. But what really messes me up is what was the route to lead him to that ending?

Because the Vanny endings don't usually need both party passes, it's almost expected the player is more likely to go to Fazerblast first to get access to that ending. But I feel like the game is implying Gregory didn't do that.

With Chica's voice box being an item you can obtain from chica's minigame, I feel like the game is implying Gregory didn't decomission Chica, right? If her voice box is here and not in Freddy, it makes sense, doesn't it? And you can't get Monty's claws. Sure, you can find his legs in that weird monty-shrine, but that's not what Gregory took. The legs were part of the damage, but it wasn't what was stolen from him.

So if you can't get his claws during any minigame, wouldn't it imply Gregory decomissioned Monty? What makes that so weird is that in SB, you literally cannot get access to that ending until you get the dialogue/cutscene trigger for finding Vanny's hideout in Fazerblast, as far as I'm aware. (Ignoring any glitches people may take to get there.. I'm talking about intentional gameplay here.)

It just doesn't match up?? How did Gregory get to Fazerblast if he used the Party Pass to decomission Monty? Did he do it post-6 AM? Did he decomission Monty, go to fazerblast, and then go after Vanny instead of immediately decomissioning Chica? I dunno. It just doesn't really add up for me.

What makes it even more confusing is the footprints found for Gregory, Vanessa, and Freddy. (Idk if it's appropriate to tag bc I don't wanna annoy them but I can link the post I saw it from.)

If Freddy has footprints, then he has a body. But in the PQ ending Freddy leaves as just a head. It's all a confusing mess to be honest. (But hey that's what we love this series for, isn't it?)

Sure, some people could take that as it not being our Freddy's footprints, but instead Prototype Freddy's. (there's no way that Freddy is our Freddy and i will die on this hill-) But from the screenshots it looks like they're in the same area, and it seems like prototype Freddy was confined to Fazerblast before Cassie arrives. With his body being pinned down and stuck in the ruins. (coincidence I swear, I couldn't think of another word for it.) That and the Freddy graffiti being found only on the route to Fazerblast and nowhere else in-game seems to imply to me that he's trapped in that area of the Pizzaplex.

I feel like that and other evidence kind of implies that maybe none of the endings truly are canon. Maybe the Princess Quest ending is just the closest to the true ending. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm looking into it too much, but it feels like whatever the real ending of SB was it wasn't any of the endings we saw. Most likely an altered version of it, combining multiple endings into one new ending. I'm not saying Princess Quest wasn't beaten, it feels heavily implied that it was. But I'm saying I don't think the events of that ending happened the same way we see in-game. It just makes more sense to me that Freddy never lost his body in the first place than them being able to build him an entirely new body, especially with the Prototype seemingly being the only spare lying around.

But hey I could always be wrong lmao. Just pointing out details I find relevant. Maybe the princess quest ending comic does exist, and we just haven't found it yet. (In-canon, if it existed in-game I'm sure people would've datamined it by now lol.)

(Little side note here..) The princess quest ending never felt fully right to me. Why is it that when Gregory simply runs to hit the 'disassemble Vanny' button, it's already too late for Freddy, but when he goes out of his way to beat an entire arcade game, he did that fast enough that Freddy's head can still be saved? Maybe there is logic behind it, idk, but it feels like another hint to me that ending may not be real.

Kind of (?) a Theory on Rook and the Hunt Family

Using the short tidbits of Rook lore we got in Endless Halloween Night and the recent chapter 6 updates, I scraped together this mess of a crack theory to share with y’all 😂 dbksbdjswj Don’t take this too seriously, I’m just rambling and throwing around ideas as per usual this is just an excuse for me to word dump about Rook—

***TONS of spoilers ahead!!***

Firstly, I will first state relevant points that we canonically know about Rook. From that, I will theorize on what these details could mean in the grander scheme of things when they are all put together.

Rook is very secretive—both about himself, as well as his family. You’ll notice that while he is often talking excessively about others, he almost never talks about himself. On the few occasions that he does, he usually gives very little and very vague information. When he is asked about what his family does (in Endless Halloween Night), he gives an evasive response and is able to avoid talking about it because Trey senses Rook is uncomfortable with the topic and distracts Sebek for him. The most we know is that Rook is a middle child, with 2 older siblings and 3 younger ones, and that is it hard for the family to arrange meetings (but when they do, they are lively gatherings).

The most detailed stories we’ve heard from Rook involve his childhood, not present day. He talks about how he used to have trouble expressing his emotions as a child, but that theater helped him improve on that aspect of himself (specifically, he saw Neige in a musical). He also tells Sebek and Trey that he once got lost in the jungle as a child (when he was just 6 years old) and had to survive in the wild until a rescue squad came for him. Referring back to the first bullet point, Rook is extremely hesitant to divulge details of his present day self and family.

He is extremely good at spying on others and avoiding detection while doing it. If you look at Rook’s room, he literally has an entire wall of photographs (most likely that of his classmates), which is poorly concealed behind wallpaper. He is also noted to be swift and able to approach without being noticed. Rook himself also implies that he takes precautions/has preferences which lean toward not being easily detected. For example, he dislikes smelly food like garlic and avoids perfumes because smell can give away his presence. He also has the ability to control his metabolic signs (heart rate, breathing, etc.) so as to not give away any fear or nervousness he may actually be experiencing.

His family is wealthy enough to afford villas all over Twisted Wonderland. Furthermore, these villas are equipped with warp pads. According to Epel, you need border clearances just to install said warp pads, as they allow for instantaneous teleportation from one location to the next (which can span across different countries).

Rook’s Unique Magic, I See You, allows him to “tag” subjects with a spell, thus allowing him to later track down what is “tagged”. The only limitations on this magic seem to be that he cannot track something that transcends dimensions or in places that block magic, as his “tag” requires a spell.

Alright, so... My theory is this: Rook and the Hunts are actually a family of international secret agents. Spies? Even assassins or hitmen, if we want to go the darkest route. Something along those lines. I know it sounds a little far-fetched, but HEAR ME OUT HERE.

(I’ll be the first to admit that we have very little information to go off of, so this theory is relatively shaky, but HEY 😤 I think a secret agent Rook AU would be cool and I’d like to write one anyway, so I might as well explain the thoughts that led to it!)

The most damning piece of evidence here is somehow, Rook’s family has houses all over Twisted Wonderland with warp pads. The warp pads are extremely important here. As Epel states in chapter 6, you need special clearance to even be allowed to install warp pads.

This implies that Rook’s family must somehow be enough of a high status to warrant that clearance—however, they must not be celebrities, royalty, diplomats/politicians, or other public figures. Why? Well, why else would Rook be so secretive about what his family does? If they were wealthy or important public figures, surely someone at NRC would know about them. Whatever the Hunt family does, it is a 1) important work (important enough for that coveted ward pad installation clearance across multiple countries), 2) it crosses the borders of multiple countries, therefore their work is global in scale, 3) said work is done in the shadows and 4) may require a… certain skillset.

Let’s now consider Rook himself, as we know the most about him of the entire Hunt family. Rook boasts immense strength and survival abilities even at a very young age. He also is shown to use his ability to modify his own behavior to manipulate how others perceive him. Do note that he is a normal human, so having such skills in his youth is less likely the result of genetic disposition and more likely the result of teaching and training (similar to Sebek and Silver’s warrior boot camp with Lilia in the Briar Valley). Now, why would his parents feel the need to teach Rook these kinds of things as a child? Maybe they are just an innocent family of huntsmen—but why would they teach Rook how to hunt as a 6 year old? Why would they teach Rook to hunt obviously dangerous (and perhaps endangered) jungle animals? Maybe the Sunset Savanna is an inherently more dangerous place than other areas of Twisted Wonderland. However, if we assume that the Hunts are as wealthy as they are implied them to be, wouldn’t they have the resources to ensure Rook is protected and taken care of at all times? There must have been a good reason for Mama and Papa Hunt to buff baby Rook up, and I think that reason is twofold:

1) If the Hunt family is, indeed, tasked with doing international agent work, they must have enemies that want to find their identities and to take them out/dangers in their actual field of work. It’s better safe than sorry for the Hunt children to be able to protect themselves if they are ever kidnapped or somehow threatened.

2) If we assume the theory is correct or somewhere along the right path, then Rook may one day take on the same job(s) as his parents. In that case, it would be better to get his training started early, when his mind and body are still pliable.

Speaking of being pliable, let’s talk about Rook’s UM, I See You. His Unique Magic, in of itself, is highly suspect. We know from looking at other characters’ Unique Magic that both nature and nurture play into its development, as well as what kind of UM manifests. For example, Riddle’s harsh home schooling/magic training allowed his UM to develop faster than others’. Additionally, because of the stringent focus on rules and imposing them on him, Riddle’s UM became one that also imposed his will on others by sealing their magic and this silencing defiance. Deuce’s UM develops when he finally embraces who himself, even the dumb and reckless parts, thus allowing him to exceed his own limits. Personality and childhood experiences should have also played into Rook developing his UM.

We know that Rook is athletic and has survived in the wilderness from a young age. He also knows a lot of tricks to help him better conceal himself to his prey. Heck, he can even know things like people’s heights just form one glance, and he excels at collecting information on that which interests him. This easily lends itself to the idea that he developed a “tracking” UM because it plays into his whole “huntsman” schtick (and his “NRC weirdo” schtick too). I do believe this to be the case, but consider this: if Rook is supposedly such a skilled huntsman, what would his need for his UM be? Wouldn’t he be able to track down his target and have the element of surprise without the use of magic? Yet Rook regularly stalks classmates of interest without using his UM. Then look at chapter 6–Rook readily cast his tracking magic on Vil before the STYX agents flew off with him. Clearly, this UM is not limited only to animals (as one might think for a “huntsman”), but to actual people as well (humans, too, are “animals”). It makes I See You suspiciously double as a convenient tool for tracking human prey, even as they flee across Twisted Wonderland. The fact that Rook also immediately thought to utilize his UM in such a way tells me either he thinks and reacts fast and/or that he is used to doing this, which is why it was the first thing that came to his mind in such a charged moment.

Another component of this UM that is kind of suspicious are the limitations. Rook states that his UM cannot track something that transcends dimensions or in places that block magic, as his “tag” requires a spell to be cast. Thinking about it, what normal “animal” would think to escape to a new dimension or to go to a place that blocks magic unless it was by total accident. It makes more sense for a creature of reasonable intelligence (like a human target, for example) to do that than a woodland creature. Of course, this could just be a natural limitation of the UM to not make it too overpowered but when you’ve got so little information to work with, I’m forced to extrapolate—

Warning: from hereon out, it’s just me throwing around my own wild ideas with little to no basis in the actual canon 😂

While we may not know much about Rook and his siblings, I think it would be interesting to throw them into the equation as well. I have previously pitched another crack theory where I suggested that Rook and his siblings were named after and represented chess pieces (as the point values line up with Rook being the middle child). IF we take the Hunt sibling chess theory into consideration, then the youngest sibling is the “Pawn”. And do you know what a Pawn can do in chess? They can promote to any other piece (excluding King) if they reach the other side of the board.

How cool would it be if like... when a member of the Hunt family comes of age, they need to pass a test before they’re allowed to officially take on missions like the rest of the family? Maybe the youngest sibling is really struggling to prove themselves because of that. This would actually play nicely into Rook oddly being open about his childhood memories, but not about his present day self. It’s because (going by this logic) Rook technically hadn’t proven himself yet, he hadn’t been promoted to the full status of being a Hunt agent, so he could still enjoy aspects of his childhood—

Okay, okay... It’s way more likely that Hunt family meetings are hard to have because the older siblings and parents have jobs and the younger siblings have schoolwork, but it’d just be more fun if it was actually because they’re all over the world caught up in international espionage or something.

AnOTHER THiNG???? I mentioned in my Hunt siblings chess piece theory that it would be weird if each sibling was literally named after a chess piece, but maybe they’d make more sense as agent names. Maybe “Pawn” is just a blanket term used to refer to any Hunt member that hasn’t passed their test yet, and they “promote” to an actual agent name when they do finally pass! ... But Rook, being Rook, is flashy and just flaunts it as his actual name anyway because he doesn’t care 😂

Overall, the Hunt family and Rook himself are one massive pile of S U S and I would very much like to learn more about them, TWST devs 🥺

(Modern AU, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) One of the most hilarious fics I’ve ever read in my entire life. This one makes me smile SO HARD. It features wealthy entrepreneur Obi-Wan and waiter Anakin, from their first meeting when Obi-Wan dines at the restaurant Anakin works at. Anakin’s thought processes are just so fucking funny, but there’s also so many sweet moments, and so many hot moments. This one had me literally prepared to drop everything I was doing every time I saw it update.

All his Schrödinger's cats survive by Petra

(Rated E, Canon divergent, switch Obi-Wan and Anakin) This one is set in a world where Qui-Gon lived and trained Anakin, in which Obi-Wan is jealous of Anakin, the Chosen One–-and in which Anakin absolutely idolizes Obi-Wan and thinks he’s the perfect Jedi. Obi-Wan’s voice in this is so good. It’s such a delight. It had me hooked the entire way through. I cannot say enough good things about it.

(Canon Fix-it, Rated T) This takes place after the war, in which the Republic has won, but there’s still tons of work to do. It follows Obi-Wan and Anakin coming back together again in the aftermath of the war, and is just so, so gorgeous. Beautiful hurt/comfort (the tag “the inherent romanticism of stitching up someone’s wounds” gets me every time and is so, so true here), and is just so sweet and hopeful and hits the spot for me every time I even think about it.

Edging/Begging from Spicy September Week Collection by glimmerglanger

(Canon Fix-it, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) An absolute all time favourite of mine. It takes place after the war, and is just a gorgeous fic in which Anakin and Obi-Wan get to relax for a couple of days. Absolutely one of the hottest things I’ve ever read.

i wait for you (like an empty house) by ghostwriterofthemachine

(Modern AU, Rated T) The majority of this is done as a social media fic. It’s honestly one of the most gorgeous things I’ve ever read. It made me laugh, and cry, and smile. It combines the best of the epistolary genre with long distance pining and a modern AU Obi-Wan and Anakin who are both poets and fall in love over the course of a year as they send letters to each other.

In the Afterglow by unfortunate17

(Canon Fix-it, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) Anakin wishes he'd never met Obi-Wan-–and regrets it almost immediately when Obi-Wan loses his memory of Anakin. I really adore how this one looks at the consequences of Anakin’s impetuous wish, and it so beautifully follows Anakin and Obi-Wan as they fall in love all over again. It’s really, really gorgeous and emotional.

Keeping up with the Skywalker-Kenobis by tennessoui

(Modern AU, Rated M) This one just makes my heart happy. Anakin and his two kids need a new place to live on very short notice, and what do you know, Professor Obi-Wan Kenobi needs a new roommate! Perfect slice of slice of life, domestic fluff, complete with Professor Obi-Wan–-it’s absolutely perfect. The chapters are non linear and give such lovely snapshots of their life together, as Obi-Wan and Anakin fall in love, and as Obi-Wan finds a family in Anakin, Leia, and Luke.

My Ananke by intermundia

(Modern AU, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) The ultimate Professor Kenobi fic. I’ve re-read each and every part of this more times than I can count. It features Classics Professor Obi-Wan, with Anakin as his student, though they don’t get together until after Anakin has graduated. The chapters are nonlinear and jump around in the timeline, which is just perfect for giving glimpses of their lives both before Anakin’s graduation (so much delicious pining) and after graduation.

(Canon Fix-it, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) This one’s the first of a series, the entirety of which is excellent. It has to be one of the most realistic looks at an in-canon romantic and sexual relationship between Obi-Wan and Anakin I’ve read. It addresses possessiveness and jealousy and does such a beautiful deep dive into the conflicts and fault lines in their relationship.

SECRET JEDI LOVE AFFAIR by y0u_idjits

(Canon Fix-it, Rated G) Oh my god, this one is hilarious. The Republic decides that they need to do PR, so the clones start taking holorecordings of the daily lives of the Jedi for the galaxy’s equivalent of social media. Some secrets are revealed along the way. Each and every video is absolute gold, and this one had me grinning so many times.

To love is to burn, to be on fire by RexIsMyCopilot

(Canon Fix-it, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) Obi-Wan and Anakin attend a coronation on Naboo. This one makes me so happy--I really love the character voices in it, I love getting to see Obi-Wan & Padme friendship, I love the way it looks at Obi-Wan and Anakin’s secret relationship, and it’s just so sweet.

Various Applications of Salves and Oils by glimmerglanger

(Canon Fix-it, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) In which the Republic is saved by Anakin giving Obi-Wan massages. This one deals with touch-starved Obi-Wan and Anakin, has so much pining, and is so beautiful and hot, and I just literally cannot recommend it enough.

(Canon Divergent, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) My darling. My love. Cessio. I think about this fic all the time. Genuinely, sometimes I just stop and think “Cessio really exists. It exists. What a beautiful thing.” This one has an Obi-Wan who hasn’t sequestered himself on Tatooine and is instead fighting in the rebellion. On a mission, he takes it upon himself to distract Vader so that the rest of the rebels can escape. It’s so hot, and so in character, and just so everything I have ever wanted to read.

(Rated T) Vader keeps Obi-Wan with him to care for Luke and Leia. This hits every button I have in regards to domestic Vaderwan. Absolute perfection in less than 700 words. It blows me away every time I read it.

The Red Right Hand by Himboskywalker

(Canon Divergent, Rated E, top Obi-Wan) Oh man, I remember this one just left me reeling in the best possible way. This one is Sith Anakin AND Sith Obi-Wan. When Anakin displeases Obi-Wan, he’s made to pay--publicly and humiliatingly. This is such an excellent look at how entwined these two are, in such a deliciously dark way.

Sanctifica Mē by septemberist

(Modern AU, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) This is so deliciously dark and SO intense. It features Catholic priest Obi-Wan and serial killer Anakin, known by the name “Vader,” who is fixated on Obi-Wan. It's just--it's so intense, I don't know a more accurate word for it. I read it early on when I was getting into Obikin, and the possessiveness of Vader in this one just really, really stayed with me.

(Alternate Universe, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) This is one where Anakin was raised a Sith and Obi-Wan is a Jedi. Obi-Wan gets stranded on an ice planet—on which one particular Sith happens to live alone. Stranded, only one bed, raised-a-Sith!Anakin/Jedi!Obi-Wan—this fic has pretty much everything I love.

(Canon Divergent, Rated E, bottom Obi-Wan) The first vaderwan OR obikin fic I ever read and the one that dragged me into the pairing. Obi-Wan shows up one day on Vader’s ship with an offer Vader can’t refuse--a ritual that will undo the physical damage caused at Mustafar. So hot, and so excellent, and just absolutely perfect Vaderwan.

Hello and welcome to my mildly successful sideblog! This blog is getting big enough that I think it would be beneficial to have a lil get-to-know you post pinned here.

Grosslyoversimplifiedpolitics is a tumblr that is dedicated to the amazing tags that Ao3 writers post. I started this blog because I was taking so many screen shots of tags that made me laugh, and I thought I might as well share them. Below I'm going to answer some questions that I would imagine you might have (maybe you don't but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Can I submit a tag?

Yes! Personally, I would love it if instead of putting a tag in my ask box that you use the submission link, but honestly whatever floats your boat.

I try to keep my blog as screen-reader accessible as possible, so when you submit a tag please include an ID.

Can I submit a quote?

Also yes, but please don't make them super long...like if it could feasibly be a tag then go for it. That's vague, but I trust you <3

I submitted a post, but it's been a week, and I haven't seen it yet!

Do not fear! My queue is often about a month long. I promise I've seen your submission and it has made it into my queue.

I keep getting notifications that you've posted, but I don't see any new posts on your blog!

I use community labels when they're relevant. If the age registered to your blog is under 18, you will not be able to see these posts. If the age registered on your blog is 18+ and you still cannot see my new posts, go to Settings > Account > Content You See and change the setting to either "blur" or "show" posts with specific labels. Blurred posts will show on your dash with the option to view the post while Shown posts will be displayed normally.

How do you tag?

I tag each post with the ID as well as any content warnings that I can think of. For the most part, I tag content warnings as #[content] mention. I do this because it's usually just the word that is in the post, rather than anything graphic. Examples include #food mention, #alcohol mention, #sex mention, etc...

However, if I do not tag something that you would like me to tag, or you would like me to include other ways of tagging, please drop me an ask! I will be happy to work out a way for everyone to enjoy this blog.

How often do you post?
