im thinking ill write some actual fanfics for him soon, idk what TO write tho...

he is a creature of the night so u KNOW he’s watching you from a rooftop next to ur apartment

think of the scene in the batman when he’s watching Selina undress and stuff yeah hes a peeper (hes so fine i love bruce)

my man doesn’t have any superpowers BUT hes literally the freaking batman, he has cameras all over gotham so i promise he has eyes on you at all times

he’ll watch over you and make sure ur not gonna get mugged by some loser with a gun or get caught up in a joker/ivy/freeze/whomever scheme

like hes stalking you

he knows everything abt u too with WE and the Batcomputer (lol) he’ll have all ur personal info on file, ur twitter acc, your Instagram, any social media, literally everything on a separate file that is locked behind multiple passwords and eye scans (especially if we’re looking at bruce with kids like he knows they’d open the file and snoop)

if we’re looking at pattinson!batman/early years, he’s probably gonna write abt u in his diary journal (hes just a silly little guy)

he’ll try to give you a job at wayne enterprises to keep an eye on you as bruce (obvi becuz he cant be batman 24/7) (job depends on your experience and degree) (he’ll want u as a personal assistant or something but depending on your area of expertise… you’re probably not gonna accept lol)

if u do accept for a position as assistant/secretary, he’ll have your desk 3 ft away, he’ll be calling u into his office just to talk, basically like sort of training u to be his wife (get coffee, make lunch/get lunch, invite u to be his plus one for galas) all that jazz, he’ll flirt with u but ur gonna be like “oh that’s just brucie wayne being brucie wayne, but once u get comfortable in ur role, he’ll start making moves like hand on the lower back, pressing against u in any situation possible, he’ll never seem creepy (yet) but it’ll make u slightly uncomfortable considering he’s ur boss.

i can think of 2 possibilities that could occur

1. creepiest boss ever. he’ll order u how to dress to be his assistant/how to dress at galas (skimpy dresses, short skirts, tight pants, tight fitting dress shirts that exposes everything, shit like that), he’ll LEER at u like bruce will purposely drop stuff and make u pick it up so he can watch u bend over. like the worst. you’ll get tired of this behavior and quit and bruce will get angry and kidnap u

2. still creepy but not as bad. more like extravagant gifts, vacations, parties. he’ll still flirt and try to have as much physical contact with u as possible but he knows where to draw the line. you wouldn’t quit cuz yk great pay, okay boss. but like his feelings would get too much to contain and he’ll kidnap u in the end anyway

if i had to diagnose the batmans i care abt id sayyyy 1 is Affleck, 2 is bale, and Pattinson is a mix of both. comic batman has so many different writers and each run has a different personality for him saur depends on the writer lmao

u wouldn’t be able to date cuz of yk…….. WE rules………… but he’ll get tired of that taboo/secret relationship bs pretty quickly and just kidnap u

if u don’t accept a position as an assistant/secretary, he gets it but more than likely, his feelings for u will intensify and he’ll end up taking you to keep at wayne manor

before getting into when ur stuck at wayne manor, lets break down bruce’s thoughts abt u

he has put u on a PEDESTAL

ur amazing, beautiful, gorgeous, u. can. do. no. wrong.

in his mind, ur the light to his darkness

alfred totally enables him and if we’re talking dilf bruce, the kids learn from him so they just assume this is what love is, kidnapping and manipulation

you’d adjust to life at wayne manor (not quickly but yk mf is RICH, ur gonna be treated so well once u understand that u cant leave)

bruce wouldn’t torture u but he’d pavlov u for sure

you would only be given comfort and relief when ur around him/good to him

if ur not good, then he’d probably keep u locked up in the batcave or in any of the many empty rooms at the manor

bruce wayne is the most powerful and influential person, ANDD has THE most powerful people on the planet as his best friends… you’re stuck with him babes

ANYWAY gonna be super honest, my memory of canon is completely disjointed in some places and I've mainly peiced it together from fanfic and my memories of watching it like,, almost 10 years ago

HOWEVER, i feel like a lot of the story arc on paper in ft have so much potential and r actually pretty good! its the follow up that kills me,,,, like I just

imma talk abt edolas for a bit, specifically lisanna bc oh boy i could write so much just abt the staruss siblings

SO, they build up lis for like, 68 episodes, give elfman a whole arc surrounding him healing from the event, show that it actively affected natsu then she just??? appears?? and honestly I don't super remember the canon explanation but it feels a little cheap ngl

AND THAT WOULD BE FINE IF THEY DID SOMETHING WITH HER AFTER, like they did all this to just??? sideline her???? like from what I remember shes relevant again with elfman sometimes?? but her and mira never have moments together outside of battles, and shes not super plot relevant again?? like idk she feels like so many of story beats with her could be replaced with ANY of the other ft guild members and that's not great story telling to me? if ur gonna push this power of friendship found family thing then idk maybe treat ur female characters like whole ppl outside of forced romance subplots

high key this is fueled by my memory of the nalu vs nali fights id always see with so much lis hate,,, when she literally did nothing like besties its no her fault shes written by a man plz get over it I just dhfdeg

since i super got away from what you asked me ill give u a bonus hc, so natsu is constantly breaking into lucys apartment and its play for laughs but my personal hc is that he doesn't start doing that until after phantom lord arc bc it scared him and he was afraid he was gonna lose her so being in the same space as her calms him down dhgdjk

hi! i finished binging dq recently and i wanted to share some of my thoughts bc the brainrot it has given me is literally insane like. You dont understand. i didnt want to put this probably gigantic block of text in the ao3 comments so i figured id send it here so you can decide if you want it posted or not!

back to the topic i need to put thief in a blender (said with as much affection as possible btw). theyre soo painfully realistic and have a very unique perspective on the killing game which isnt rlly explored in fanfics so im eating it up! their talent is so cool and i cant wait to see them use it more later on. i also love how despite their paranoia and distrust they are still. Kind. Like they still reached out to ryouma and it literally saved his life!!!!! btw i think not killing him off in ch2 was a really good writing choice bc i think him dying after That scene with thief would just destroy them entirely -but on the topic of ryouma! im very glad you decided to give more spotlight to characters that werent given much of it in canon (or fanon ngl). him and tsumugi are characters that im rlly interested in but the game straight up gave them next to nothing, which i guess is very usual for danganronpa but yknow. Its still disappointing

thief and saiharas relationship makes me want to use both of them as a chew toy bc theyre so. So!!!!! im literally obsessed w them. we are still pretty early in the killing game but so many of their moments are already rotating in my mind At All Times. from the detective/criminal dynamic, to how much they care abt each other (thief obviously having a soft spot for shu despite not trusting people is soooo cute i need them gone). though that one scene in ch19 (i think?) where its said that their situation wld be considered romantic if it thief didnt have a knife at his throat is Life Changing and ive been thinking abt it so much -the contrast is just so good and the scene itself is so sad. also "Maybe this really was truly Shuichi, another side reflected to all of you, gleaming in the light like shards of a prism. Maybe you couldn’t see all of the sides right now, in this moment, but what you could see was so wonderful, spots danced in the back of your eyes." is such a beautifully written paragraph but the fact that thief thought this in the middle of a trial is so hilarious to me but i still support them. sometimes you really need to admire your Friend in a life or death situation to be able to push through. I get it

ok enough of those two. i love how you take the time to explore thief's relationships w other people as well. the break up scene between them and tsumugi had me blankly staring at my screen for good 30 seconds i think. the brief thief/ouma collab was great as well. i already mentioned ryouma but he is so dear to me head in hands.......cant wait for ch3 to physically beat the shit out of me

i have more thoughts but i also think this is too long already so ill stop it here. anyways i love your writing so much and im looking forward to more of dq! take care of yourself and have a nice day/night!

thief is my little freak whom i need to microwave at the highest temperatures. i think a lot of people should be more selfish in the killing game tbh, there’s a lot of characters who are ready to throw away everything for each other, i mean even a lot of the killers have selfless motives (kirumi, kaede) which is totally fine but!!! where my selfish bitches at where are the guys who just want to survive. despite all their paranoia though, they are a good person at heart which is something i’ve always found compelling in writing them.

WHY DIDN’T RYOMA LIVE IN CANON!!! you’re telling me a major theme of the game is overcoming yourself and pushing through despite hopelessness and then you just . kill off the other guy who’s canonically suicidal? it kinda left a bad taste in my mouth tbh. “oh you have nothing left to live for? die” i love ryoma i love mugi (obviously) and they deserve better than what the game gave them

they haven’t had much time for each other because we’re not even halfway through the game but UGH thiefhara means so much to me . thief wants to keep everyone at arm’s length but is actually way too soft to go through with it because there’s a detective with pretty eyes (which is so real btw) . i cant tell you anything about the plot but let it be known that chapter three is gonna have quite a few important moments in their relationship!!!

tbh the knife scene was something i just came up with as i was writing and thought “yeah okay that would be funny” and now people seem to love it,,, good thing i love it too

thief’s friends are so incredibly important to me btw . tsumugi who just wanted to be their friend but was rejected and has turned to angie and tenko, ryoma who still doesn’t have a reason to keep going but wants to try because there is someone who cares enough to reach out, kokichi (derogatory/with love), kaede who betrayed them in thief’s mind and still haunts them - someone who broke their trust after they went out on a line for someone, kaito whom i need thief to spend more time with because honestly he deserves more scenes

i hope chapter three slam dunks you into another dimension anon (said with so much sincerity and love), we got major canon divergence incoming ^-^

Ok you know what? I’m digging into the past here (said as if this isn’t an All Time Highly Beloved Interest That I Still Think And Talk About A Lot) and talking abt p5 bc p5 is something ive read the most fic of and had the strongest fic opinions on. And art exists. as well. Anyway I have always been desperate for good royal trio content that caters to me specifically. Like ok. I understand why that does not exist in very high quantities. Because the “royal trio” are not really actually a trio in canon and have very few interactions and very little dynamic, AND my thoughts on them are very niche and specific. But especially a year ago when I was desperately rampaging thru p5 ao3 tags to find stuff to read it was always just. Very few people Got It in a way i really liked. I reaaaallly want to see stuff that actually MAKES USE OF the interesting parallels & room for relating to each other w akechi and sumi that the game itself badly failed to deliver on, they’re in some ways very similar and their interactions could be soooo so interesting if people would just. um. Do the work that the writers of the actual game didn’t </3 Also i just think royal trio should be funny in a way that caters to me specifically. Sigh. I have to write p5 fanfic someday to inflict my righteous and superior thoughts on the world. Basically: there should be more p5 fanfic and fanart about akechi & sumi or about akira akechi and sumi, but like, it should also be made for me specifically and agree with everything i think.

18 - it's absolutely criminal that the fandom has been sleeping on...

i just made a post about this a little while ago but literally from what i can tell ritsu kageyama </3 he needs. to be appreciated. was he such a well done character for nothing. was he so great and well written just to have brief appearances in silly comics and little else. please. Umm lets see is there anything else……… Surely, somewhere, in the history of my life, there have been many occasions where I have gone, “Why does this fandom never seem to talk about [X great thing from the piece of media]!!!!” That has to have happened millions of times. Oh you bet your ass im sending you an ask abt this

I'm shit at talking to people so I barley know you really but I'm so proud of you for finishing ID! And you should be proud of yourself! SO proud! Over five dang years working on this AND YOU DID IT. IT'S DONE AND IT'S GREAT. Still to this day it's my favorite fic. My comfort fic. The one that convinced me to finally pull the trigger and actually watch the Walking Dead. And read other Negan fics and find all the other awesome writers i follow now. Who are almost exclusively who i follow on tumblr now 😅 it was your Hopper one shot that got me into fics initially but ID was the one that made me realize that fanfic is fucking awesome and that there are so many ways writers can build on and improve the stories i love so much. It is truly amazing and worth the wait to finally read the final chapter. And with a satisfying ending as well, not you just being like "ok i dont care anymore im just gonna bang out the last couple chapters so i can call it done" which is common for fics that have taken this long to finish. 11/10 humor and 100/10 smut as well. Fantastic. There's heart and love for all of the characters right up to the end, and it's wonderful. From Maria and Ben to Trixie and fucking Amber you have depth to everyone in it and there isnt a single character that is flat or boring. This ask made me grin SO hard and also get a bit misty XD It makes me so happy to know my stories got someone into the wonderful world of fanfiction! And I'm glad you enjoyed the ending! When I came back after such a long hiatus, I was secretly terrified that it would be obvious where I had left off, and that the story wouldn't feel like the same writer after me being away from it for so long. I also tried very hard not to rush it towards an ending, because I'd be lying if I said it wasn't tempting to just throw it all together so I could call it done lol. So thank you for letting me know it didn't come across that way, and my efforts to bring it to a satisfying and not rushed ending paid off! Omg, I'm gonna miss those side characters SO much! I got emotional when I realized I won't be writing Ben anymore. I didn't expect to grow as attached to his character as I did, and I love that readers also grew to love him and the others!

Also, can I just say that whatever little voice is telling you that you can't talk to people...tell it to eff off, because I don't think that's true at all! To be very honest, you are one of the blogs whose comments I've always looked forward to once you started reading ID! After a 2 year hiatus I wasn't sure that anyone would still care about new updates, but you quickly jumped right back on board with me! There was a comfort in me knowing that I could count on seeing a comment from you about your reactions and thoughts to each update. I love every single reader, regardless of if they interact with me or not. hey guys i know its been pretty quiet, so im posting to give u all a little update.

first of all, thank u for all the support and well-wishes. i really appreciate it in this difficult time.

secondly, ive been thinking about this story and how its delivered, and potentially there will be changes.

right now, i am posting this story as a comic 11 panels at a time. when i first started this blog, a comic was the format i chose (rather than fanfic) because i wanted to work on my drawing, i could easier match the show’s tone/storytelling style through visuals, i would be more likely to have a larger viewerbase, and because i already have a different “zircons on earth” au on ao3 with different characterisation/headcanons and didnt want confusion between the two.

when i first started, drawing an update was easy because i was so passionate about this project. i wouldnt even need a script sometimes because i had so many ideas, and i could get the sketches done in an hour and the digital done in another four. now, it takes me 4-5 hours just to do the script and sketches. i most likely have adhd, ive seen a doctor and im going to be tested soon, and when im not super passionate abt a project it can be completely impossible to focus on. sometimes ive had to split the sketching over two days because after a few hours of trying to work on it i could only get 3 panels done. its like i try to think and something blocks thoughts from forming, even though i usually know whatll happen in a page just figuring out how to script it is hard. after the sketching, the digital is another 4-5 hours, and while it was fun and quick-feeling once, now it’s something i really have to slog through, doing all the simplest panels first like im eating my potatoes before my brussel sprouts. the whole time i work, i feel stressed and frustrated and i want to be doing anything else. sometimes i end up staring at a wall for ten minutes because my brain is so unwilling to focus.

on top of that, a comic like mine moves at a glacial pace. if i keep posting 11 panels a week for a year from today, thatll be 612 panels. so far we’ve had over 100 and practically nothing has happened. it could take years to get through the whole story i had planned, and i dont want to work on this for years. when i started, i didnt realise my choices would make this such an undertaking. or i just assumed id always be passionate enough that it wouldnt feel like a chore.

an option ive considered is either partly or fully telling the story in writing instead. a single 2000 word chapter could bring six months worth of comic-told story, and take way less time. plus, im way way better at writing than drawing. however the problem is a single week’s update would take longer than drawing, because writing takes more effort and i hold myself to a higher standard with it. plus, writing gets less notes and noone will reblog it, and that mightnt seem like something i should care about but entertaining people is the only reason i keep working on this. so if i switched and my average notes dropped from 20 to 5 itd be disheartening.

another thought i had was just posting the dot-pointed story ideas i had and then ending the blog. the reasons i might do this:. im kind of losing my special interest in su. and my wrist issues keep recurring so i basically always am limited in how much i can write/draw each day, and i want to use my limited time to work on new story ideas im passionate to work on. also i have pretty bad depression to the point that i can really only set myself one big task every second day without feeling overwhelmed, and this blog can take up multiple of those slots since sometimes i have to split the work over 2-3 days. also, now that suf has been done for a while, the su fandom is less active and interaction is way down on my posts, indicating that i wont have an audience for much longer anyway. plus this is about the zircons and im pretty sure me and like 5 other ppl are the only ones posting/reblogging abt them anymore so theres no market for this idea. a reason i might not shut down the blog is that its personally disappointing to me to give up on a project i was once so excited to finish.

anchor: im... fond of the image of Jon and Tim sitting together under a shock blanket at the start of this fic after the Prentiss attack........... its not even particularly compelling i just think about their Last Moments As Friends and i get really fucked up

anchor: i wanted to do more with Tim’s guilt about not being able to save the original Sasha from the Distortion’s hallways, but i think i forgot and then there wasnt really a good place to put it in. Martin kind of talks about it, but eh.

beholden: in my original plan for the prentiss attack Sasha was supposed to get separated from the crew and find Gertrude’s body instead of Martin (whihc was honestly meant partly to bully the readers/jon into being worried abt her running off on her own during the attack, and partly bc shes the only one who actually met gertrude). that didnt end up happening then, i didnt have a good reason to get her in the tunnels

beholden: this fic has a shit ton of songs attached to it already... inexplicable - the correspondents is maybe my favorite choice tho

anchor: hmmmm. im digging thru my 800 song playlist and i think im gonna say well-dressed - hop along OR i told you - civilian

11. How would you describe your style? (Character/emotion/action-driven, etc)

hmm... i think character driven? mostly bc i read this and thought “isnt all writing character driven?” which i guess answers that, huh

16. What fanfic tropes do you avoid writing for?

uhhh i mean. i dont write or read anything ns/fw bc of being ace/sex-repulsed so probably anything along those lines

17. What fanfic tropes do you gravitate to writing for?

ive posted... lemme count here... 5 fics which include a plotline about either someone being replaced by a fake OR concern about someone being replaced by a fake, and i can think of, off the top of my head, two more id like to write if i had the chance. so like. that.

25. What scene in [Fanfic Name] took the longest to write? What was difficult about it?

i wrote anchor in one sitting so im just answering beholden for this one and.... for whatever godamn reason the answer is peter lukas’s introduction. i dont know why!!! i got stuck here for a month!!!! i still dont even like it much!!! peter fucking lukas cursed me and i hate him so much

28. Is there a part of [Fanfic Name] you’re surprised no one has picked up on yet?

anchor: i wrote this so that it would repeat and parallel itself so much that reading it literally felt like circling / spiraling and i know people noticed this but i think this is mostly bc i told this to every single person i could. if anyone noticed this on their own they did not manage to tell me before i, very proud of it, said as much

beholden: there are some jokes in beholden no one caught for the longest fucking time and i think theyve all been picked up on by now but personally i think s1 Tim-or-Sasha (dont remember which) saying “you could injure [Jon’s] hand with a particularly strong handshake” is up there for funniest shit ive ever written and i was SO MAD no one noticed

34. Have you felt emotional while writing a scene before? What scene was it?

again i would like to say if youre not getting emotional writing your scenes i dont know what youre writing for i make myself emotional all the time

still, hmmm. a fun fact about beholden is any time Jon gets emotional in his internal monologue abt missing his dead friends it is because i, personally, got emotional writing about Tim and Sasha (usually) and then immediately threw those emotions at Jon

A: Of the fanfic you’ve written, which is your favorite and why?

OKAY i know most of u follow me for botw but my absolute favorite fic is the one i wrote for the end of haikyuu’s manga run, “there’s a mountaintop (that i’m dreaming of)”!!!! haikyuu will always have such a huge piece of my heart and i was so happy that i got into fic writing bc it let me express my love for the series in a creative way <3 i wrote it in like three days at an intense speed (for me), and i love that it’s able to resonate with other fans too!

F: Is there a song or a playlist to associate with [insert fic]?

most of my fics rn are titled based on cool songs that get stuck in my head!!!!! so id really love it if ppl listen to the specific songs i mention in the author’s notes because i usu play them on repeat while writing for certain vibes

H: How would you describe your writing style?

always, always evolving. all my old works are simultaneously stuff i could never replicate and yet absolutely brimming with stupid mistakes, so rereading old work is kind of odd for me.

J: What’s your favorite fanfic trope? Have you written it?

i mean i’m pretty into coffee shop aus (and to an extent, university aus) and yall know how that turned out HAHAHAHA!! but in general i have a Lot of fave tropes, not all of which i’ll probably end up writing about.

L: Which of your fanfics was the most emotionally challenging to write?

definitely “how does your garden grow?”, the ongoing mipha fic. it took me months to finish bc the last few chapters have so many intense scenes that i wasn’t always emotionally ready to write. plus, the fic itself was also rly long and i did struggle with tying together everyone’s motivations and storylines in a coherent way. but i’m glad i finished it before my summer ended!!!

N: Any fic ideas brewing that you’d care to share?

i have a couple, but they’re all for the haikyuu fandom and i dunno if u guys can relate lol. i’m taking a break from botw fics for now!!

O: What are your thoughts on people writing fanfic of your fanfic? / S: How do you feel about fan art inspired by your writing?

i dont mind it i guess? but only if they understand that i might not necessarily use them, or i could use them but for a different fandom or story. my writing is really heavily dependent on my personal interest to write a particular story, so i find it difficult to write solely bc another person told me to.

V: Are there certain comments you’ve received on your stories that have stuck with you?

all of them. but very specifically, the comments that talk about emotions or how the reader actually felt are my absolute favorites bc the idea that i was able to touch another person’s heart is just akdhdkhdlsjsl

Y: What are your thoughts on your personal satisfaction with something you’ve written vs. the popularity of your stories? Do you tend to be most satisfied with your most popular stories?

well, i haven’t written so much that you could call it a trend exactly, but as of now it does seem like the stuff i was most passionate about also became the most popular. although i dunno how it’ll go with the mipha fic, because so far it’s not getting a lot of hits even if i poured so much time and effort into it y’know? then again, it really picks up in the latter chapters so eh

Z: Is there a story you’ve written that doesn’t seem to get much love?

as i mentioned, the mipha fic isn’t doing so well right now, though i’m hoping it’s just bc it’s unfinished at the moment!! aside from that, i also have to say the haikyuu goodbye fic? bc while it is my most popular story (given the large fandom size), i also think it’s not getting as much exposure as it could simply bc it’s a gen work and not shippy. plus, my tumblr post about it got almost zero notes so uh sad

4. Where do your story ideas come from?

Oof…. from anywhere, really! Tma is tainting 99% of my thought process at all times ngl, id be doing something and think abt a character doing it, id watch a movie/listen a song/think of a concept or an image and think which characters would b best for that, think of an old au i had and remake it w/ my faves, think abt stuff that happened to me, and then depending of how much or how little i have i fill in the blanks, create a story around it/work backwards!

(For example, my corruption!sasha au appeared from this thought process: “if vast/buried is a ship abt opposites that work, what about lonely/corruption? How would that work? -> peter is from the lonely but that Wont Do, so martin -> martin/who? Prentiss Wont Do here. Tim? No. Jon? Obviously not. Sasha…? -> how would corruption work w/ her when the lack of love (or, yknow, filth) isnt a factor from her personality? And then i thought about the borg, the kind of parasite that is more mind based that assimilates knowledge->jumpskip to fungi (idek)->but HOW did that happen? What was she feeling? What would happen if she meets again w/ s4 martin? With s4 jon? etc etc -> now i have a story w/ five big scenes all for one random question :D)

TL;DR i ask myself a lot of questions and have fun thinking abt the answers lmao, thats why i love crackships and aus! they’re fun!

20. What story that you have written makes you the happiest to re-read?

!!! Well I’m not gonna lie I have Many, I really like some of my writing lmao, but for now ill say Desperately Safe (bittersweet lonely trinkets but like.. mostly soft… love this fic djfj) and The Dance Of The Spider And The Flame (Timartin! Desolation/web! I love writing metas abt how the powers bleed into each other And Also talking abt killing elias lmao)

Every now and then i find myself rereading them bc they’re Good u_u

17. What is the most supportive comment you have gotten?

Luckily i have quite a Few v supportive comments but this comment in the aforementioned lonely trinkets fic warmed up my heart for WEEKS and it still does!!

This is so soft??????????? I love these two weird old men and their mildly fucked-up but very tender relationship. I adore Peter maybe making a cliff for Mikaele to climb (but Mikaele can’t be sure it was for him!) and Mikaele making little comments, knowing that Peter is there and even though he’s LITERALLY IN THE LONELY he’s not alone! And Peter could totally just withdraw and trap him there forever but he wouldn’t, and Mikaele trusts that even though he knows trusting a monster is a bad idea, but it’s a good idea for him because in this one special case Peter is worthy of that trust. Just… thank you so much for all of this! I can’t wait to read the larger fic once it is complete!
