Choi San Boyfriend Headcanons!

listen, this man is my ultimate bias for a REASON. you are SO lucky if you have him as a boyfriend 😭

he’s a huge fan of PDA. holding hands, linking pinkies, having an arm around your waist, linking arms, hugging, and kissing are all things he’s comfortable doing in public (just pecks on the lips though, not full on making out LOL) he always has to be touching you in some way 🥰

he loves to play with your hair! no matter how long or short it is, he’ll always be running his fingers through it, twiddling with the ends, or ruffling it (if it’s long enough, he’ll even learn to braid it! it’s a very relaxing ritual that both of you love!)

and while kissing, his hands often end up tangled in your hair ;)

san isn’t really into big grand gestures of love… it’s the little things he does for you that let you know he loves you. he definitely has an “acts of service” love language!

he’ll wake you up when he notices your alarm doesn’t go off, brings you lunch while you’re at work, helps you with projects, carries your bag around for you while shopping… he does stuff like this without even thinking

i can’t imagine him yelling at you no matter how angry he might be. he’s very good at controlling his feelings so if he gets upset, he’ll just leave the room to give himself a moment to calm down before talking with you about the situation calmly and rationally

if you ever break a glass or plate of his, he’ll gently reassure you that it’s okay, it was just an accident, and first checks your hands for any injuries before helping you clean it up (cries in childhood trauma 😭)

you catch him just staring at you with a big dopey smile on his face ALL the time. and when you ask what’s wrong he goes “nothing, i just love looking at you.” 😊

he’s the best person to be around when you’re sad. (he is our comforting mountain after all!) he’ll never judge you, and instead just hold you tightly while you cry, whispering little reassurances and patting your back gently… after you calm down he’ll immediately offer to help you with whatever’s bothering you

he’s a big fan of the nickname “baby,” he uses it probably more than your actual name (i’m sorry if you hate it 😟)

“baby, come look at this!” “what’s wrong baby, do you need some help?” “i’m sorry you’re sad baby, everything will be okay.”

every once in a while he’ll let a “my love” slip, and when he’s begging for your attention he uses “honey�� in a sickeningly sweet, whiny voice

he’ll never pass up an opportunity to tell you how beautiful you are. even when you’re bare-faced, have bed-head, and are wearing sweats, he thinks you’re absolutely stunning 🥰

you definitely don’t help with his plushy addiction… you buy him one like every week, and soon you both have to buy those nets that hold stuffed animals against the corner ceiling (oh god and if you ALSO love plushies??? your house will be DECKED OUT.)

we all know san needs to hold something to sleep… and i’m sorry if you like having room to yourself when you sleep, but that something is going to have to be you sometimes (cries in starfish sleeper)

maybe not every night, but at least once a week, he HAS to fall asleep with you in his arms

he always lets you lay your head on his shoulder while he does other tasks, in fact, he encourages you to!

like if you’re sitting next to him to relax, he’ll just reach over and push your head down to rest on his shoulder

he loves to paint your nails together 💅🏻 and do face masks!

when he’s away on tour, he’ll stay up all night talking to you if no one stops him (usually hongjoong has to lmaoooo)

speaking of which, he gets all flustered every time the members bring you up… he starts blushing and smiling like a fool 🥺

then he can’t stop himself from rambling on and on about how amazing you are ☺️

he also won’t stop flirting with you just because you’re dating

he’s constantly dropping pick up lines and hyping you up

like if you get all dressed up for a special event, his jaw will drop open and he’ll say something like “hey pretty lil thing, you come here often” 👀

and you’ll be like “san i’m literally your partner” 😑

he shares everything with you, without even thinking about it

snacks, drinks, hoodies… he’ll just hand them to you absentmindedly

at the end of the day, this boy would do literally anything just to see you smile. he thinks your smile is the prettiest sight in the world. he believes you deserve the world and wants nothing more than to give it to you 💞

XL would definitely have a squishmallow addiction.

His favorite is a giant fox that reminds him of San Lang 🥰

They take up so much space on the bed that HuaLian eventually get a new bed specifically for the squishmallows.

To let out pent up frustration, XL sometimes throws the squishmallows across the room or smacks them. HC walks into the room and stands there like 🧍🏻 as XL growls while attacking his squishmallows.

HC fully indulges XL in his squishmallow addiction and makes quite the picture of a tall, brooding man in the checkout lane holding a gigantic bananya squishmallow to present as one of his endless offerings to his Gege.

If HC has to leave for business for a few days, XL insists he take one of the squishmallows as a companion so he doesn’t get to lonely. HC usually chooses the ferret squishmallow.

If XL ever sees someone who feels down, he’ll offer one of his squishmallows for comfort. FX lowkey has many and MQ hastily accepts them but always returns them. QYZ loves them too

As many people do, XL sets up fictional storylines where the squishmallows have tea parties, go to war, fall in love, etc.

HC walking in on XL making the fox and ferret squishmallows kiss: 😳

XL: “now kiss” 😇

HC, in his head: “isn’t that us?” 😭

Somehow, XL convinces HC to change a few of his opponents in squishmallows instead of daruma dolls - just for funsies!

This leads to HC turning himself into a squishmallow because Gege has been neglecting him for inanimate stuffed animals.

(Read: If you can’t beat them, become one of them!)

Plus, wouldn’t it be so funny if HC turned himself into a squishmallow to surprise Gege for his bday ?

When XL sees the San-Lang-squishmallow waiting for him on their bed, he positively squeals while squeezing and poking the squishmallow and HC is completely defenseless to the attack 😭

XL: “SO CUTE I MUST SQUISH”

HC, a squishmallow: “aBORT ABORT”

Except-

HC can’t change back! He becomes stuck like that. 😭

XL, walking around the realms with San Lang’s squishmallow body, wondering where his husband is: “it’s my bday, I deserve kisses, where is he? 😡”

While looking for his boss, YY spots XL carrying around a Hua Chengzhu squishmallow: “I don’t even want to know”

XL asking everyone if they’ve seen or heard from HC. Everyone answers no, that they haven’t seen him since so and so.

XL: “Oh…anyways, look what he gifted me!” 🥰

XL proudly showing off the San Lang squishmallow, encouraging them to squeeze and pinch the extra soft plushie.

HC, on the inside, assaulted by prodding fingers: “so this is what hell is” 🫠

The day passes by and XL is just very confused and misses his husband.

XL cooking alone in Puqi Shrine, talking to San Lang squishmallow: “where did he go? you would know, right?”

XL hugs the squishmallow snug to his body, smelling the familiar scent of HC lingering. He sighs, eyes closing in comfort.

HC, a squishmallow: “GEGE IM RIGHT HERE IN YOUR ARMS BUT IDK HOW TO CHANGE BACK BUT I SWEAR I DIDNT LEAVE YOU”

XL doesn’t even have to think twice before he’s leaning down and pressing his lips to San Lang squishmallow forehead.

POOF!

HC, now a human, still in XL’s arms, eye wide in surprise. XL, not even total shock will cause him to drop his San Lang.

XL, on the inside: “he looks at me…and I look at him-“ 👁👁 ↔️ ◼️👁

HC, sweating and really embarrassed: “hehe, surprise ?”

XL puts HC down and happily hugs him, ready to finally celebrate his bday with his husband !

After that, XL reels his addiction in a little bit so HC doesn’t get too many ideas in the future… 😅😂

How the brothers react to a MC with a plushie obsession/what plushie they would get you (GN!MC)

Warnings: none besides the use of bitch and deadass, pure fluff, besides belphie possibly committing a felony

Lucifer:

• he honestly doesn't understand the plushie obsession

• he can admit that some of them are cute yeah, but why do you need more than one..?

• "Must you have them *all* on your bed?"

I’m the mom friend of my group and I’m pretty introverted around people I kind of know (like acquaintances at school) but Im more open with my friends and I actually love meeting strangers and just having random conversations. I’d like to think that I’m pretty mature but I’m also kinda bad at being vulnerable and I prefer to hide any negative feelings that I have so I love it when people are able to tell when I’m not feeling well.

I watch a lot of anime and dramas, and I also love sci fi movies. I love online shopping and I like to try out new makeup looks. I read a lot of books and I recently tried gouache painting too. I like learning about random things just for the fun of it and I acc like learning in general (I plan on majoring in engineering next year). A fun fact about me is that I’m terrified of fish (they look rlly slimy and squishy and I’m scared I’ll hurt them) and I can’t sleep in the dark so my room has a bunch of lights on. I also love stuffed animals and I have a baby yoda squishmallow next to me in bed.

My ideal date would prob be at home, just watching movies, talking and cuddling until we fall asleep. One must have thing in my partner is someone who is respectful. Someone who respects my boundaries like I don’t like talking about weight or food at all, but also respects people in general and knows when their jokes are going too far. I also love people who are dependable and reasonable cuz I tend to overthink a lot, especially in relationships. I also haven’t been in a romantic relationship so I don’t really have any experience with anything😅

2. Have you ever done a photo shoot, professional or non? I’ve had pictures taken at photo studios and I have a cousin who’s a photographer that did my college graduation photos.

3. If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why? I mean, nowhere right now. BUT, there’s a lot of places I’d love to visit one day. Various countries and places here in the US. I just want to be able to travel a lot one day.

30. How many times a year about are you sick? I rarely get things like a cold, which I find interesting because I feel like my immune system is crap, but I feel sick and crappy often for other reasons.

32. If so where were you flying to? Georgia and back and to Disneyland and back.

33. What radio station to you listen to most? It’s been a few years since I’ve listened to the radio.

38. Speaking of pizza, what's your favorite kind? (toppings and/or place to get it from) My favorite is from this local place. I like to get white sauce, feta and ricotta cheese, crumbled meatballs, garlic, spinach, and pesto and olive oil drizzles. I’ve been really craving that lately.

40. How many surveys have you filled out this lifetime? Oh pffffft, I am not even going to attempt to figure that out. There’s no way I could. I’ve been doing surveys for so long and sadly so many of them are gone because they were done on Myspace and Xanga. :(

41. Describe your bedroom, include all details. Okay, you want details? Here we go...

It’s small and has way too much stuff. For one thing, there’s giraffe stuffed animals all over, including a 4 ft one in the corner. There’s a dresser by the window that has my TV and Christmas decorations on it. To the right of that is a 6-cube shelf with some of the aforementioned giraffe stuffed animals as well as giraffe knickknacks, some coloring books and coloring supplies, a mini Christmas tree on top, a few more giraffe stuffed animals, a nice picture frame with my dog, Brandie, who passed away, and my BB8 droid I made at Disneyland. Above the shelf is an I Love Lucy wall clock. My closest is nearby and is full of medical supplies, 3-drawer file thing with random stuff I insist on holding onto, my shoes, and all my jackets and sweatshirts. To the left of my dresser is my bookshelf with a lot of books and other figurines and knickknacks of various things I like and hey surprise, surprise, more giraffe stuffed animals! Across from the bookshelf and dresser is my bed, which is also my desk cause I keep my laptop on it, my chargers, my phone, a coloring book, a couple packs of colored pencils, my Bible study stuff, my remotes, and my Nintendo Switch. I have a pile of clothes, too, cause dresser and closet are too full. I have like 8 throw pillows, a body pillow, a back pillow, and a couple actual pillows. I have a few stuffed animals that sit on my bed as well, which are a huge squishmallow giraffe, a small squishmallow pug, a small squishmallow Dumbo, a small squishmallow Baby Yoda/Grogu, and a Baby Yoda/Grogu plushie. To the right of my bed is a TV tray that has my bottles of water, my medicine and pill crusher, a box of straws, a glass, a Starbucks Doubleshot energy drink, chapstick, my wallet, a Zip-loc bag with half a glazed donut and half a chocolate one, and a small bag of shortbread cookies. Behind the TV tray is my 3-drawer bedside table, which has a makeup storage thing on it that I plan on cleaning out and getting rid of cause I don’t wear makeup anymore and could use that space for something else, a bottle of lotion, a couple little room sprays from B&BW, and a jewelry tray. Hung up on my walls around the room are a few giraffe framed paintings, a couple beachy canvas paintings, two Alexander Skarsgard calendars, a bulletin board with various stuff pinned to it, and a marker board. There’s also a hamper in here, a floor lamp, a ceiling fan/light, two fans, and an ottoman.

45. Can you do math with ease? Ha, noooo. Me and math never got along.

77. How long does it take you to get ready to go out? Not long at all. I just change clothes, quickly do something with my hair, brush my teeth, put on deodorant, put on my shoes, and then grab my bag and mask and go. And a coat if needed.

I have indigestion and post-nasal drip issues, so I can’t sleep flat. I have a whole nighttime routine consists of scrolling through Tumblr, doing surveys, and listening to ASMR until I feel tired enough to fall asleep.

111. Have you ever read a book and not understood it? If so which one? I struggled with mythology. I just couldn’t get into it, so that definitely didn’t help, and it was hard to follow.

112. Have you ever watched a movie and not understood it? If so which one? Yeah. Whenever that happens I jump on Google and read up on it afterwards.

113. Do people pick up your slang language more than you pick up theirs? I pick up lingo from others most often.

115. What makes you unique in your own opinion? I don’t feel very unique.

125. Do you bite your nails? Ugh, I don’t bite them but I pick and clip at them with clippers constantly.

128. Tell me about your dream last night. I don't remember. I rarely ever do. What typically happens is I’ll remember when I first get up, but then it like vanishes. My dreams are like Snapchat. If only there was an option to save or screenshot them like Snapchat.

131. Do your days fly by or seem to last forever? It often seems like the days go by slow, but then before I know it it’s already been a whole week again and I’m like wtf it was just Monday? That’s how the years tend to feel, too. There’s definitely some days that just really seem draaaaag, though. And there’s something about January that always feels super long.

136. How are you feeling right now? Tired, kinda hungry, and lonely.

138. If so what? Random stuff. That was something a lot of people seemed to do in like middle school and high school for some reason.

143. Describe the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you. My mom is amazing. She’s sacrificed so much. I’m 31 years old and require aid with some things and here she is still taking care of me and doing so much for me on top of working a full-time job, being a caregiver for a family friend as well, taking care of us as a family and of things at home, and she very rarely has anytime for herself. She’s spread very thin and works so hard and yeah I just could never thank her enough. She’s the absolute best and I would be so lost without her. I couldn’t keep going if it weren’t for her.

Things like that hit at random times as well, like my brain will be like, ‘hey remember when...’ and I’m like, ‘ugh, yes I remember you won’t let me forget.’

149. Describe the worst fight you've ever been in whether physical or verbal. I’ve never been in a physical fight, but there were some verbal ones. I don’t want to get into them right now.
