Methinks its time to move back home actually

I love the QSMP. Not only has it introduced me to many amazing international creators, it's also introduced me to the French and Brazilian community, who are so sweet, funny, and chaotic in their own unique ways. I love seeing fans sharing their culture and learning from one another, and I myself have learned a lot this past year. I think it's incredible how QSMP brings so many different people together – all of us united in our love and passion for this project and its goals.

But passion can often evoke strong emotions, and these strong emotions aren't always positive.

The past few months, I have seen multiple waves of hate, bad-faith generalizations of communities, and racist remarks directed at fellow fans – especially those who are part of the French / Brazilian community. This kind of behavior is inexcusable, and is in direct conflict with the mission of QSMP, which is to break language barriers and unite communities.

We are a global community with a variety of people from different backgrounds. Miscommunications may occasionally occur because of cultural differences and/or language barriers, but we should use these moments as opportunities to learn and engage with other people rather than assuming the worst about them and starting fights.

Although certain issues can be resolved with communication, sometimes it’s better to block and move on. Avoid spreading negativity or hate, and save yourself the headache of interacting with people who are just looking for someone to argue with.

No matter what community we're a part of or what languages we speak, we're all here to have fun. Please remember to be kind to each other. We have more in common than we have in conflict.

HoO is so funny to me when you actually think about the ages of all the characters. Octavian is 18. Percy and Annabeth are 16, almost 17. Reyna is presumably 16. Frank just turned 16, Jason’s about to turn 16. Leo and Piper are like 15. Hazel’s like 14 and a half, and Nico is 13.

The Death Sibs are both the youngest and oldest on the Argo II. Octavian is a college freshman getting into petty drama with a bunch of high schoolers. He gets told to shut up at one point by a random 8th grader. Everyone is scared of the 8th grader. We Sent A 13 Year Old To Superhell and he came back weirder, Just Like Middle School. TLH was just three high school sophomores being sent to do a task and it going Exactly Like You’d Expect. Percy’s the only demigod on the ship who can legally drive (though Reyna gets her drivers license at some point before TOA). What Is Happening.

I wanted to update my design refs (I never posted the old ones, but they're from maybe six months ago now). But then it took forever because I kept putting the iterators into ten bajillion outfits. Well here they are now!

I'll probably do this with the slugcats too.

HOOOOHOHOOHOHO hatchi matchi this beast is finally finished!!! I seriously underestimated how much work was involved in this costume between hand-cutting the HTV on the bodysuit, rigging the hood, draping the coat, and individually vinyl wrapping almost 120 foam blobs -_- Trigun means a lot to me (like seriously, i've been posting about it for years and it was my very first anime) and Knives's new design is just so unique it really inspired me to make it irl.

I'm happy that I finally got to manifest my interpretation of Millions Knives after crunching for so long on him !!!!!!! enjoy !! !!!!! (also cosplay tutorial/guide coming soon 🥺)

PAGE ONE Panel 1: Young Xehanort is seen from above, his eyes closed as snow falls. His hood is up and he is wearing a loose wrap. Panel 2: Xehanort's expression changes to annoyance as the sound of Eraqus shivering interrupts the quiet. Panel 3: "You're not bothered by the cold at all, huh?" asks Eraqus. His only brace against the weather is his usual robe and a long scarf. "Being unbothered and not complaining aren't the same thing." Panel 4: Eraqus tries to warm himself by blowing on his hands. "It'll be nicer tomorrow," states Xehanort. Panel 5: "How do YOU know?" Eraqus whines. Xehanort tries to help Eraqus warm up with friction by quickly rubbing his arms with his gloved hands.

PAGE TWO Panel 1: Xehanort looks up into the snowy sky. Smoke can be seen rising from several chimneys. "Well, when smoke falls without wind, or floats west, it'll rain." Panel 2: "If it rises even in foul weather, or floats east, fair weather is on it's way," the statement is continued by Xehanort's mysterious robed mentor from his childhood on Destiny Islands. They sit in a wooden shack watching the rain pour down outside. Panel 3 & 4: "Huh? Really??" the question is asked by both Eraqus and an even younger Xehanort who is sitting beside his mentor. Panel 5 & 6: "Ha ha, don't believe me?" lilts Xehanort and his mentor in parallel.

PAGE THREE Panel 1: "Sounds like an Old Wive's Tale to me," states Eraqus, louder now that he's warmer. Panel 2: Xehanort folds his arms, tucking his hands under his wrap. "We'll see how you feel about it this time tomorrow," he smirks. Unconvinced, Eraqus retorts "Now it's going to snow even harder..." Panel 3: Xehanort and Eraqus walk side-by-side, shoulders pressed together. "If you talk about bad things happening, they will." Xehanort states with an air of undue superiority. "Oh yeah?" says Eraqus, "What other WISE words does the WISE man have to share?" Panel 4: "If you point at shooting stars," says Xehanort, "You'll die." "WHAT!?" Snow cloaks the city and smoke rises.
