“You’re up.”
“Yeah,” was all that Yunjin got in response, barely catching it as she sat on the couch and Y/n passed to get to the open kitchen.
She turned around, leaning her arms on the backrest of the couch to look at the feline who grabbed a glass of water. It was one of those rare days when they had their day off and Yunjin had been lying around waiting for Y/n since 10 A.M.; it was 1 P.M. when the girl finally woke up.
When Yunjin woke up and realised that it was a free day, her mind started swirling with things she could do and each thought contained the girl who wasn’t paying her any mind at the moment. It wasn’t anything Yunjin minded; Y/n had always been quiet, the quietest member of the group and she could still remember their first encounter.
They had come a long way; a very long way.
“Well, I was thinking–” She started and automatically got up from the couch as her feet led her towards Y/n. It was like she was being pulled by a magnet. “Since it’s a day off we could go out, there’s this café, I know you like to…” The words were flowing out of Yunjin’s mouth without a break as she walked to where Y/n was drinking water.
“So, we could leave at like 40? I’m all ready to go.” She concluded and leaned against the counter to look at Y/n who had yet to put down the glass.
Y/n removed the empty glass from her lips that she licked after, putting it on the counter. It seemed like Yunjin had planned a whole day for them already and it made the feline look over at the canine who was looking at her; expectantly as she waited for a yes.
“When did I say I was planning on spending the day with you?”
“I–Y/n!” Yunjin complained as her lower lip jutted out, but to no avail, as Y/n had already turned away and was walking back towards her room.
“Yes?”
“Please?” She pleaded, chasing right after the girl who sighed as she opened her door and stepped inside the room.
Y/n turned to look at Yunjin who was still waiting for her, she looked lost as if she wouldn’t know what to do with herself unless Y/n told her what to do.
It kind of was that way.
“I’m not going to the café or any of the other things you mentioned, Yunjin.” The thought of going out and being among all those people made Y/n want to go right back to bed and continue sleeping. She already did enough of that when she had work, the last thing she would want to do on a free day was be in crowded places.
“I’m heading to the park,” Y/n stated as Yunjin looked like she was about to start whining.
“Okay! I will go get my stuff right now. I will come with you.” She happily replied.
“No.”
“That’s a yes,” Yunjin called out as she was on her way to get her stuff, knowing that a lot of the time Y/n meant the opposite of what she said.
There was no way Y/n would say that she didn’t mind Yunjin tagging along despite loving her alone time and originally having her day planned with no one else in the picture. There was always an exception for Yunjin.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
There were times when Y/n wondered why she became an idol to begin with. There were a lot of reasons as to why she would wonder why. One of them was the social part. Despite being in a group full of introverts, she was the one who did not enjoy being social, in other words, the girl was asocial.
Her members enjoyed being out with or around other people, needing to only be alone to recharge–Y/n preferred solitary.
Y/n’s social battery didn’t last long either.
With multiple groups having their comebacks this month, she was called to the building to film challenges with different labelmates. Three different challenges to be exact and each took about 20 minutes if not less.
To greet each other. Go over the dance. Take multiple shots and then bid goodbye.
After an hour Y/n found herself at the Hybe roof terrace, taking a break to recharge and be able to film the ones with her members.
There was no escape though, the door opened and she ignored it as she continued to stare ahead. The best she could do was pretend she didn’t see or hear the person come out and that way she would get her peace even if the presence of someone else was annoying to her. This was the most secluded she would get at the moment.
She would probably get more–
“Y/n, I have to tell you what just happened…”
Yunjin sat down beside the girl and took out her phone as she started to explain while showing her the screen. All she got was silence, but it didn’t make her pause for a second as she talked before getting any affirmation to start.
She glanced over at Y/n to check if she was listening as she had yet to get a response from her feline since she started going over the previous events.
The ginger smiled to herself as the feline’s eyes were glued to her phone, seeing that Y/n was listening to her like she always did. Her full attention was on Yunjin, possibly a small smile on her lips or maybe it was the light–Y/n didn’t smile often–the girl always listened to every word she had to say no matter how small or big it was.
It made her continue, knowing Y/n wouldn’t talk much, but Yunjin could go for hours as long as she had Y/n’s attention on her. She knew that the dark-haired girl was an amazing listener.
Maybe Yunjin was a rare exception that made it possible for Y/n’s battery to recharge because of how comfortable she felt around her. She always gave up her alone time so Yunjin could rant to her about whatever it was that she had on her mind. Y/n simply dropped her needs and the only need was to hear what Yunjin had to say.
No one listened to Yunjin the way Y/n would do.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Y/n was rational, she always had her thoughts collected and emotions in check. However, being approached and asked the same question every other week was infuriating even to someone like Y/n. She valued her privacy and having someone trying to invade it ticked her off.
“What’re you doing?” She huffed and glanced at Yunjin who rested her chin on her shoulder after coming up from behind her. Yunjin’s eyes fell on the girl’s phone screen and Y/n rolled her eyes at the anger that was bubbling inside her, but she always kept it on the inside.
“He sent his manager to ask for my number this time.”
It made Yunjin furrow her eyebrows as their fellow labelmate had been trying to get Y/n’s number for quite some time now. It had never been directly in person though; Yunjin assumed it was because Y/n’s silent and mysterious nature was intimidating yet drew people in.
“It’s infuriating because I can’t tell him off personally.” Y/n expressed and Yunjin was the quiet one this time as it wasn’t often that Y/n spoke much, so she did her best to not accidentally interrupt. She liked listening to the feline once she would start talking.
“We could maybe approach him ourselves and…” Yunjin trailed off as she looked for ideas, knowing that Y/n wasn’t one to walk up to someone to start a conversation, but this was different. She was aware that Y/n’s words had a sting on them because of her boldness and if she went alone it could cause a scandal.
Her fingers gently twisted the sweater Y/n was wearing as she had her arms wrapped around the girl from behind. As her thoughts would run wild she still found the time to also bask in Y/n’s scent and comforting warmth.
“We could threaten him.” “We could tell him to stop.”
Yunjin pulled away from the feline she was hugging from behind and they both turned to look at each other at the very different suggestions. The ginger scratched at her nape and despite the anger she could feel radiating from Y/n, the girl didn’t look like she was plotting murder. Y/n was always collected on the outside and it made it hard for the canine to know what went on on the inside.
She tried her best to understand though;
“Well, I don’t think we should threaten him, but if I were you, I would think so too, so I agree but we could do what I was thinking instead.” She reasoned, doing her best to see it from Y/n’s point of view, however, Yunjin was too soft to go through with it.
“We? Wait—why are we talking we? I can handle myself, Yunjin.”
“Don’t worry, I will help.” Yunjin always stepped in to defend the girl who never needed any help defending herself however those words always fell on deaf ears. The canine defended her feline whether she wanted it or not and in the end, Y/n let her;
“I don’t want or need your—“
Y/n stopped and groaned as she ran a hand through her hair as she looked through the empty hallway she had been waiting in for Yunjin. There was no reason to argue about it when it wouldn’t change anything and she would only work herself up more and let Yunjin be a hero.
Yunjin liked the peaceful options. Y/n didn’t lose control often, but when she did it could go overboard. The canine girl was a great source of balance in those rare moments.
“You know what?”
“Yeah?” Yunjin piped.
“We should go to the studio.” The feline suggested at last, knowing how to control her emotions like puppet masters controlled their marionettes; some were hard, but they were caused by someone else. Those were emotions she realised couldn’t be controlled as she looked at Yunjin.
The best option for Y/n was to always ignore her anger, bottle it up and distract herself by occupying herself with something else. It was the most rational solution at hand to the problem.
“Oh! We could work on the–”
“Yeah, let’s go now.” She dismissed the sentence knowing what Yunjin would say and grabbed the taller girl by her hoodie as she led the way.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Y/n knew just how to pass by people without them trying to stop her to greet her and talk. Considering her fame even among idols, it happened often and she knew just how to avoid it.
The hardest sharks to avoid were the ones in the backstage waters. Groups would swarm, greet each other, film content to promote songs and catch up with friends if not make new ones. Y/n included, but just not this time.
Among a sea of faces, she would describe as dull, there would always be one person who would stand out. She’d like to call it unfortunate that she was drawn to the sun and the walk she was making to her group's green room turned into a detour towards Yunjin who was talking to someone who gave Y/n a bad feeling.
The feline would call her canine far too naïve.
Yunjin always tried to see the good in people.
Y/n was far more cautious and saw the bad before looking at the good.
The feline’s logic was way too precise to ignore and so when her senses rang with bad intentions she couldn’t not intervene when Yunjin was about to exchange numbers with the guy.
“We’re not allowed to give out our numbers,” her hand grabbed hold of Yunjin pulling back the girl’s hand that was about to give out her number. It was like a tingling of all the bad intentions coming from the male idol. As cold as Y/n could come off, she cared deeply even if she wouldn’t admit to it.
“That’s only when managers are looking, isn’t it?” The guy asked with a chuckle, his hand about to reach out to get Yunjin’s phone who this time hid it behind her back.
As far as Yunjin knew, Y/n was always good to listen to.
“I can call one over and you can ask again.”
He looked between the two girls who stood with their arms linked, waiting for Yunjin to say something. The hook? Yunjin didn’t go against Y/n. First off, she wouldn’t win, second, she didn’t want to because this was the girl she would do anything for. She was nothing but a good girl to her feline.
“Forget it.” His tone was harsh this time.
“Didn’t plan to remember it,” Y/n replied and side-glanced at the guy who was already blinking red lights before she tugged Yunjin to walk.
“Just because they work in the same industry doesn’t mean that they have the same good intentions as you.” She mumbled as they got away from the guy, walking towards their green room.
“He wanted to hang out.”
“Yunjin…” Y/n trailed off in disbelief, making the ginger stop in her steps and the feline looked at her with eyebrows raised, seeing the dots connect through Yunjin’s face.
“Okay yeah.” She nodded, seeing where it would all lead.
Yunjin truly dodged a bullet, thanks to Y/n.
. . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Everyone who knew Y/n knew she loved her peace, the moments where it was just her and nothing else. Silence that she filled however she preferred by either listening to music, reading, painting, or anything she liked as long as she was all by herself and not in anyone’s company.
Her room was her sanctuary, the safe space where she found herself most of the time, especially after days that could be exhausting for someone who was asocial. The members all knew it, respecting boundaries they never found themselves knocking on the girl’s door or entering her room unless it was important or Y/n asked for them–vice-versa.
There was almost nothing better than closing off and being all alone at the end of the day before heading to bed.
However, there was still one person who often did knock on Y/n’s door before slowly opening it. That one person who always seemed to be around her, suffocating her, but somehow oxygen seemed to be the last thing on Y/n’s mind whenever the sun appeared before the moon.
She looked up from the book in her hold, the room illustrated by the orangish light from the side lamp on the night table. The same head as usual peeked inside with a bright smile no matter the time. Y/n sported her neutral stoic expression as Yunjin licked her lips and smiled even bigger when Y/n looked at her.
Unlike Y/n, Yunjin loved nothing more than spending the last hours before a new day with someone close to her, someone she cared for and wanted to be around every second of the day one way or another. That someone was Y/n who was staring at her in dead silence without any muscles on her face moving.
Most people would turn around and close the door at the intimidating look that was always on Y/n’s face.
Not Yunjin!
“Do you perhaps want to watch The Real Housewives of New York City?”
No one would ever believe that Y/n watched some silly reality show; it was far from how she appeared.
Yunjin looked away, half of her head disappeared for a second as she shuffled on the other side with the sound of rustling before she appeared fully again. The feline in the bed was yet to answer her, the door got pushed open fully with a thud, making her sigh and Yunjin stepped inside.
“I got your favourite snacks too.”
Aside from showing the plastic bag that she had to offer with her laptop under her arm, she offered her feline a smile once again.
There was almost nothing better than closing off and being all alone at the end of the day before heading to bed. Almost.
Y/n didn’t answer, instead, she sighed again but with a roll of her eyes. Yunjin could start bouncing off the walls when the girl closed her book. The ginger pushed the door closed while Y/n bit back a smile while putting away the book on the nightstand as all her attention would be on the canine as always.
The double-sized bed dipped before Y/n could finish putting away her stuff, making her click her tongue; Yunjin’s eagerness was evident despite the late hours of night slowly approaching.
“I was thinking–” The older started as she made it to her spot on Y/n’s bed as the feline moved to the side by the wall.
“Ask me tomorrow.” It wasn’t hard for Y/n to read her fellow member who jutted out her lower lip while opening the laptop. Yunjin was always thinking and they would never get to watching if she wouldn’t stop her every once in a while.
She compensated by always listening any other time.
“Okay…” She agreed either way, getting a hum of acknowledgement and she glanced over at Y/n who was busy with rummaging through the snacks.
With that she got the show running on the laptop, turning off the side lamp before she leaned back against the headboard. Something was missing as Yunjin fiddled with the duvet that was draped over her legs. Her eyes darted to Y/n who was half lying down, chewing on one of the jellies in her mouth.
Y/n inhaled deeply, feeling Yunjin’s gaze on her and she knew what type of eyes she would encounter if she looked at the girl beside her. It didn’t matter if she looked or not, Y/n didn’t need a pair of puppy eyes to get convinced.
No matter how many times Yunjin would wrap her arms around her throughout the day it was different during these moments.
“Yunjin–” She called out for the girl, still looking at the laptop that played their show.
“Yeah?” Y/n got a reply in an instant before she could fully finish Yunjin’s name.
“Lie down or leave.”
She happily obliged knowing that Y/n’s way of showing affection was different regarding words. It was still all warm even if Y/n came with a bite of frost that a certain sun melted.
Yunjin slowly lay down, the intimidating girl who shook hands with claws and smiled with a hiss was like a cosy ball of fur; Yunjin loved being the small spoon. She rested her head right under Y/n’s chin, her hands mindlessly playing with the girl’s hoodie while her back was rubbed as Y/n hugged her.
Y/n released a breath, relaxing her body as she let go of everything else on her mind because she could allow everything to wash away when Yunjin was around. The girl could be herself even if she felt like she was a difficult person, but Yunjin didn’t seem to mind. A gentle smile appeared on her lips as she rested her chin against Yunjin’s head, agreeing to feed the girl gummies.
Almost;
Because at the end of each day, the black cat loved having her golden retriever right beside her. . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆

locked in an open room, stuck with a closed conversation | j.fleming x reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media
prompt: you and jessie are lost in the woods on a school trip. stressed and under pressure, feelings come out.
author notes: this is inspired from a scene in one of my favorite shows, big girls don't cry. it's a great show go watch it if you want. anyways, this is an experimental writing for me. just trying things out. hopefully y'all like it!
contains: teenage!jessie x reader, angst until the last minute, they're dating or not? we'll see, homoerotic typical teenage girls situationship, "i wish you were a boy"
playing normal girl by sza 🎵
Tumblr media
stay in pairs, they said. then you won't get lost, they said. which that was actual bullshit because jessie and you are lost in the woods right now. with no sense of direction at all. why would you tag along with the girl who probably couldn't tell her left from her right? oh yeah, you remember why.
because this girl with no sense of direction has been avoiding you for the last two months of highschool and you are tired of that. thinking that if you two have to be together for a few hours while on this week long end of the year trip that she would finally talk to you. not even having to be a conversation, but more then a few words in class about work.
"i think maybe we should stop walking for now," jessie says softly. she's a few steps ahead of you. her back is facing you, but you can tell she has a frustrated expression on that freckled face of hers. jessie didn't like lacking control in pretty much any situation. everybody thinks she's laidback, but you knew different. you know how angry she gets when soccer games don't go her way. how she cries after seeing a bad grade. the way she makes sure that everyone thinks of the word chill when it comes to her reputation.
that sense of needing control is really the basis for why you two are in this predicament right now but jessie would never admit it.
"nah. i think we should keep going or even try to turn back like i said earlier," you stare at her back. still she isn't facing you. your words come out sharper then they should, but can you really care right now when the sun is about to set and you have been walking for nearly two hours at this point and everything looks the same in every direction.
no, you don't have it in you to care.
jessie turns to face her finally but keeps her distance. like she's been doing for the past two months; always two steps ahead of you, too far away to reach because she would pull back if you tried.
"why do you think that? we are already lost. moving would just make it worse," she reasons with her usual logic that you would agree with it if it came from anyone else right now but your eyes are focused on the sun that is nearly set in the sky behind jessie and how her voice is way too nonchalant for the situation right now that you let your emotions control all your actions.
you shake your head in disagreement. jessie frowns at that. did you not take her words seriously?
"i told you that we should turn back nearly a whole hour ago and you thought you knew better," you let your frustration funnel into your words. jessie scoffs, ready to defend herself. when she scoffs you feel the strong urge to scoff as well because what rights does she have to be as frustrated as you?
ration and logic are not working in your mind right now.
"because we were walking around in a fucking circle, so i was trying to find i don't know like a river or something to follow. instead of going the back into that circle," she snaps back. the stress of the situation is starting to get to her. why would she agree to partner with you? was she out of her mind? were you of yours?
you snap back just as quick, "yeah because you aren't able to tell directions apart if your life depended on it. which it actually does right now and i wish you would stuff your pride up your ass so we can get somewhere."
"to get where? no, go ahead, tell me! we're stuck in the woods and everything looks the same and you think that you can just figure it out? you aren't a genius, y/n!" jessie shouts. not caring for her volume because who would even hear?
you let out a loud laugh at her words. oh, so the only conversation she can have with you is an argument. okay, that's fine. you'll give her that.
"i never said i was a genius. what do you expect me to do? maybe if you knew how to communicate, we wouldn't be here," you say to her, "you knew we were lost a while ago and didn't say a thing! then when i realized it, you got all pissy at me!"
"oh whatever. you can never pick up on what's happening unless it's fed to you?" she argues back.
"ever think maybe i followed you blindly into these woods because i trusted you?"
was the argument even about being lost anymore? was it ever about that?
"well, maybe you should learn to trust yourself more and listen to your intuition instead of relying on me," jessie says, not shouts. still the tension is laying there in between you two. she's still so far away from you, a few steps ahead. almost leaning against a tree but she's just stubbornly holding herself at that one spot really.
you nod your head. she wants you to trust yourself? you don't know why you didn't realize you guys were lost earlier, but you know why you partner up with her; you need answers. she wants you to listen to your intuition? okay.
"hm, okay. thanks for the advice. i have some of my own. how about not ignoring your girlfriend for two months straight," you say. a flash of surprise shows itself on jessie's face. she wasn't expecting that but she should have known you would bring that up eventually.
"my girlfriend? who said we were girlfriends?" the words don't even sound right coming out of jessie's mouth. she knows they're a lie. you're girlfriends but that doesn't mean she has to confirm it right now. out in the open where anyone could hear. even though nobody is around.
you want to laugh at her denial. who was she fooling? because there wasn't any audience there. just you and her. she couldn't lie to you so she was definitely lying to herself.
"that kiss we shared after practice underneath the bleachers or maybe the kiss we had on your birthday or the fact we spend, no use to spend, all our time together for nearly two years. your mom suspected something one time and now we aren't girlfriends anymore?" you say. jessie knows you have a point but she can't help to feel angry. you just don't get it.
"what did you expect? i couldn't let my mom figure anything out. i can't be seen like that with you!"
"and why is that?" you already knew the answer, but you want to hear it from jessie. even though it will hurt.
"because you aren't a boy!" she shouts but her voice drops into a lower volume when she speaks next, "and you knew that when you started to date me that nobody could know.. because you aren't a boy. sometimes i wish you were one."
okay. that really fucking hurts.
Tumblr media
author notes: this is so messy and quick paced but i sorta like it. that's the literal ending, nothing else. i tried to use a few double meanings but idk if they landed. hopefully you guys liked my experiment.

WIP Wednesday!!
Tagged by @theotherbuckley @tizniz @daffi-990 @alliaskisthepossibilityoflove who all shared absolutely BRILLIANT stuff y'all should definitely show some love!! 💚🩵
I am pushing through Severed Artery until I get it done! I'm really really hoping it'll be posted tomorrow, if things go right. While I fill in the last missing pieces, have Buck reminiscing™ about the shooting. Because if there's a chance to tie anything back to that moment, I'm gonna take it lol:
“Uh, could you… grab some clothes from my locker?” Buck asks as he wanders into the showers. He turns on the faucet at the sink he usually uses, not even daring to look in the mirror, afraid his bloodstained face would be staring back at him. Tommy enters only a moment later with Buck's jeans and a hoodie that Buck knows Eddie stole from him. He doesn't know how it got back in his locker, but he's not knocking it. “Do you want me to help?” Tommy asks. Buck wants to say yes, he wants the comfort Tommy usually brings, but… what he really wants- who he really wants- may not… “N- no. I got it,” Buck says with what he hopes is a reassuring smile. “Why don't you get out of those clothes and I'll throw em in the washer,” he suggests instead. Buck simply nods and quickly sheds his clothes, the tacky blood drying on his skin making the fabric stick to him a little. He hands them to Tommy without looking at them. He can't. Tommy disappears and Buck shoves his hands under the too hot water. His heart drops into his gut as the water turns a pale pink. He's suddenly staring at his bloodied hands in a hospital waiting room, horrified at the fact he didn't notice how much of Eddie's blood covered him. Each time he reached to wipe tears away, he'd flinch at the sight of his hands. Chim had showed up with a shirt for him, and Bobby had softly coaxed him into the bathroom. Chim stood silent by Buck's side as Bobby scrubbed his hands. Buck made the mistake of looking in the mirror then, at the specks of blood scattered across his face like the freckles he used to have as a kid. “He asked if I was hurt,” Buck had whispered as he stared at his reflection. He had huffed a humorless laugh and shook his head. “I don't think I would've noticed if I was.” He doesn't think he would now either. He whimpers as his hands shake. He remembers the tremors from the last time, that didn't really go away until Eddie was out of surgery. He hadn't noticed them until Taylor took his hands. Maybe he should've asked Tommy to stay with him. Maybe he could put Buck back into some semblance of order before he faced Chris. No. It didn't work with Taylor. It won't work now.

🦚 Weekly Tag Wednesday! 🦚
On an actual Wednesday this time.
Thank you for tagging me Kat @mybrainismelted, Nosho @creepkinginc, Evie @energievie, Ice @spookygingerr, Jess @jrooc and
Pie @gallapiech 🥰

name: Sky. Sometimes.
where in the world is carmen sandiego? (or you): Carmen is in Antarctica. She's apparently a penguin. And I'm under a pine tree.
ok, so this week we are going to snoop into your google search. type in each phrase and tell us what the first suggestion is that google gives you!
What is the best way to… avoid getting spyware on a machine? The "machine" part really drives this home.
Where can I… watch Hazbin Hotel? Are you asking me? Which version? Now I'll be humming all night, thanks.
How old is… Hungary? No need to google this one, it's pretty easy to remember, if you wanna look at the founding of the state. My memory is not what it used to be, but this one is burnt into my brain, I'm pretty sure. It's about to be 1024 years old. Why am I answering these questions though? 🤨 I do love history, to be fair.

Well, this was a wild ride. Never in my life have I googled or even thought about googling these things. I either know the answer or I don't even think about the subject. Good job, Google predictions! Job failed successfully! This was pretty fun though. (Just to soften the blow, the Karlach question probably comes from previous BG3 searches. The rest? What even.)

Les Miserables Fanfic recs✨️
I tried to make a selection, my absolute favourites have a heart next to them ❤️, but my les mis fics bookmarks have 17 pages, so you know, there are still other amazing fics that i didn't include (part 2 maybe?). I also realised while making this list that most of these fics are actually very well known, but still, they're great 🤷‍♀️ I'm an angst enthusiast, be warned.
( I'm trying to also tag the tumblr accounts of the authors: if you are one of the authors and I missed your url and want me to add you or if you want me to remove you dont hesitate to contact me! )

Enjolras presses his lips together. He already looks pained, and Grantaire hasn't even opened his mouth yet. That's got to be a record, even for them.
"I need a favor," he says at last.
"With what?" says Grantaire. "Ooh, are you forming a cult? Can I join? I'd be awesome at cults, I just know it." He ticks off his qualifications on his fingers. "I love chanting, I look great in robes—"
(High school AU. Grantaire the disaffected stoner is pulled into a cause bigger than himself. Or: in which there are pretend boyfriends for great justice.)

To Fold the Sheet by Lyres
“Can you say one good thing about the season?”
Holding out his soap-sud covered hands until Grantaire tosses a towel on top of them, Enjolras hums in thought. “Not really,” he says, once he's dried off. “Just don't have a lot of happy memories of summer, I suppose.”
(In which Grantaire attempts to make Happy Summer Memories, and Enjolras is endlessly patient.)
History of Melancholia by Squash (JeSuisGourde) @meta-squash
Grantaire deals with his depression by documenting it through photography as he and Enjolras try to wade through life with mental illness. It doesn't make it any easier for him or Enjolras, though. It's the blind leading the blind as they try to navigate the waters of depression.
A series of moments in no particular order, showing the paths that Grantaire's depression and addiction has taken him on and the ways he has tried to survive.
Submission (Going Down, Down) by ddeadkennedys
anyway, enjolras hated grantaire at first. enjolras isn't an asshole, he's not a gatekeeper or some sort of shitty elitist, but grantaire was uninspired, hopeless despite all that potential. a waste. but then that whole thing went down, and shit changed, and if grantaire thought he couldn't get enough of enjolras' attention before, now that enj is only mean to him for fun he's a fucking junkie for it.

“You aren’t going to ask me if I’m okay?”
“You aren’t. Believe me, I know the signs.” Grantaire sighs, and his breath mists in the air like cigarette smoke. “They love you in there.”
“And out here?”
“You know that’s not a fair question.”
Forget Me Not by Opium_du_Peuple @just-french-me-up
Enjolras loses four years worth of memories after a nasty car accident. Though he still remembers who Combeferre and Courfeyrac are, he also finds himself with a herd of friends he doesn't remember meeting. Friends who are exactly what his blank mind needs to recollect his missing memories.

“The amnesiac has questions,” says Grantaire. Boyfriend grips the wheel. “Don’t worry, we’ll start with the 200 dollar Jeopardy trivia.” A semi roars past them. “What’s your name?” The perfect sinew and bones of his fingers relax. “Oh,” he murmurs. Just like that, defenses lowered. “Enjolras.” “Cool,” Grantaire says. “I’m Grantaire.” Something happens to Enjolras’ face which, if you zoomed in, might be considered a smile. “I know.” “How long have we been dating, Enjolras?” The almost-smile is gone. The gameshow metaphor has become too apt; someone’s lost it all. “That’s complicated.” Well. Grantaire should’ve known some part of this fairytale was too good to be true. He’s best friends with a streetsmart renegade and someone who wrote him a welcome-back-to-consciousness poem in godawful blue icing on an orange frosted cookie cake. There are nearly ten people who were waiting for him to wake up in a hospital room. Of course his inexplicable relationship with his supernova hot, socially conscientious boyfriend is ‘complicated.’
thirteen days and fourteen hours and a dozen minutes by Potoo
"Enjolras,” Grantaire gasps as delicate fingers brush over his chest, an airy quality to them, “what do you want?” Because Grantaire would serve him the whole world on a silver platter, and it would never be enough.
“You,” Enjolras states, his voice clear and severe, “I want you.”
Enjolras discovers one by one what his friends think about Grantaire. He is rather surprised by their words.
Also: body worship porn.

When Éponine leaves in the morning, he’s already feeling much better. No really, he is. He makes a cup of coffee and even showers. The sun is shining brightly –even though it’s mostly late in the afternoon than morning but he has no one to apologize to, no reason to excuse himself for being a lazy ass and not finishing that painting for ages- and he’s humming a catchy tune that has been stuck in his head while he wipes his hair dry with a towel. He opens the door because he feels good enough to take the trash out, and everything’s alright, even the odor coming from the plastic bag, until he hears it.
It’s a cry, a wail, desperate and heartbreaking as if something tiny is trying to cause its lungs to explode and is on its way to success. Grantaire looks around, not willing to accept what he feels coming, before lowering his eyes on the floor. In this moment, Grantaire swears, he's so fucking wasted. * Enjolras leaves to work abroad for a year. When he returns, he finds out that there has been a new addition to their group.

In a world where cities are personified, the City of Paris has been missing for centuries, driven away by the horrors of war and the worst humanity has offered him. Their kingdoms have been at odds for centuries, so what will be a greater 'fuck you' than to send hapless knight Grantaire as their representative for Prince Enjolras's queen choosing ceremony before he is crowned King? Silence Is the Speech of Love by lady_ragnell @theladyragnell
Grantaire's life has a pattern: he pays his respects to Aphrodite, he goes to work, he loves Enjolras and provokes him because he can't bring himself to do otherwise. That seems unlikely to change, at least until Enjolras speaks out against the gods and ends up cursed. Grantaire does his best to help him, but it turns out it's just as hard to love Enjolras up close as it is from afar.

❤️ I Believe In Nothing but the Truth and Who We Are by Whreflections
"Under the wine, Grantaire smelled like smoke and summer nights. His dark hair curled in a chaotic mess around his face, his neck below pale and soft. The first time they met, the first time he drew the scent into his lungs, he ached with the need to mark that stretch of skin, to card his fingers through Grantaire’s hair so very gently before tilting his head back so Enjolras might mark his bared throat and make his claim. He resisted then, telling himself that to act on instinct alone was the arena of an animal; he was a man of intellect, and he could choose." As an alpha, Enjolras has known Grantaire to be his mate since he first came to the Musain, a truth he does his best to bury. With his devotion already promised to France, he tells himself he cannot risk dividing his loyalties, cannot risk a bond that would pull so heavy on his heart. This is what he's told himself a thousand times, but when Grantaire needs him, his careful resolutions may not be able to hold against the strain.

"You've had sex," says Grantaire, just to clarify. He gives Enjolras an obvious look up and down, as if he's trying to imagine it right now: Enjolras having sex, Enjolras in the act of having sex. The curve of his mouth gives away his smirk; it's Grantaire though, so his smirk is two-thirds mocking and one-third self-deprecating. “What brought you to Paris?” Montparnasse asked. “A train, ostensibly. And a bus.” Grantaire leaves Poland for Paris, content to remain alone forever if it means that he'll be safe. He goes to work and he comes home and he doesn't think about how few people there would be to miss him should he disappear. When he meets the Friends who gather and plot at the Cafe Musain, he realises how much he has been missing and though their leader is reckless and arrogant, Grantaire can't help but be drawn to him.

Some couples had a morning breakfast routine. For Enjolras and Grantaire, it was coffee. Come rain, shine, or hectic schedules, they still made time every morning to have a cup of coffee together. Sometimes that time saw Grantaire perching on the counter in the bathroom while Enjolras gulped his cup in the shower; other times, it was the two of them in bed long past when they were supposed to get up, wrapped in blankets and each other. Some days those precious few minutes were the only time they saw each other, and they treasured it. Even when Enjolras was out of town on business, they called or Facetimed each other to share their morning cup of coffee. It was the one consistency in their lives that Grantaire could count on.

But you cannot risk revealing your nature and so you cannot ask for permission. Luckily, you have me, who am already aware and quite willing.” The chair screeches loudly as Enjolras pushes himself away from the table. ”Come now, Apollo, let me be your cupbearer.” Grantaire implores; his tone somewhere between teasing and honest. “No, we are not doing that.” Enjolras growls. (In short: Enjolras has trouble feeding himself, because he is too busy planning the revolution. Grantaire finds out and is more than willing to help.)
Part 1 of cupbearer
Enjolras looks down at where Grantaire’s hand holds the pack against him and doesn’t bother to take hold. “If you were Combeferre,” he says, “this would be the part where you tell me these things will kill me.” “If I were Combeferre, I’d be inside and you’d be bothering someone else,” Grantaire snaps. He snatches the pack of cigarettes back and extracts one, leaving just two inside. It is with sharp, savage movements that he jabs it into his mouth, lights it with the silver Zippo, and then offers it to Enjolras.

You two had met during a tennis tournament in 2004. After a long and intense match between the two of you, Tashi Duncan had come out on top.
You were drawn to each other instantly, like two moths to a flame, each recognising the shadows in the other's eyes.
From the start, your relationship was a tempest. You were addicted to the intensity of your connection, the way you could read each other's minds with a glance, and the way your souls seemed to intertwine in a dance of passion and pain. Your love was all-consuming, burning brightly but always on the verge of destruction.
Tashi was volatile, her moods swinging wildly from euphoric highs to devastating lows. She played furiously, the swings of her racket reflecting the chaos within her. You found inspiration in her unpredictability, your writing becoming darker, more profound, as you delved into the depths of your tumultuous love.
But your passion often turned into rage. Fights erupted over trivial matters, your words cutting deep, leaving scars that never fully healed.
You would argue until dawn, your voices echoing through the dorm room, throwing accusations and regrets like daggers. But in the quiet moments after the storm, you would cling to each other desperately, unable to let go despite the pain. You were addicted to the drama, the heartbreak, and the brief moments of bliss that followed your reconciliations.
You tried to leave once, packing your bags and walking out the door, determined to escape the cycle of hurt. But you couldn't stay away. You found yourself drawn back to Tashi, unable to resist the magnetic pull of your love. She was your muse, your torment, your everything. And so, you returned, your heart heavy with the knowledge that your love was both your salvation and your destruction.
Tashi, too, tried to move on. She sought solace in her tennis, pouring her pain onto the court, hoping to exorcise the demons that haunted her. But every swing of her racket reminded her of you, of the way you looked at her as if she were the only person in the world. She was lost without you, adrift in a sea of loneliness and longing. And so, she called you, her voice trembling with desperation, begging you to come back.
You reunions were always bittersweet, filled with tears and whispered apologies. You would cling to each other, promising to change, to be better, but the cycle would inevitably repeat. Your love was a battlefield, each skirmish leaving you more battered and bruised, but neither of you could surrender. You were trapped in a toxic dance, unable to break free yet unable to truly be together.
As the years passed, the toll of your relationship began to show. Your once bright eyes grew dull with fatigue, and Tashi's vibrant spirit became shadowed with sorrow. You were like two stars on a collision course, destined to burn out in a blaze of tragic beauty. But even as you destroyed each other, you couldn't imagine life apart. Your love was a prison, but it was also the only thing that made you feel alive.
One night, Tashi and you found yourselves back at the tennis court where your had first met. The atmosphere was hauntingly familiar, the rackets’ mournful wail echoing the ache in your hearts. You played in silence, your souls intertwined, lost in your own thoughts.
Tashi broke the silence, her voice barely a whisper. "Do you ever wonder what it would be like if we had never met?"
You looked at her, your eyes filled with a mixture of love and pain. "Every day," you admitted. "But then I remember that even if it's killing me, I can't imagine my life without you."
Tears welled in Tashi's eyes, and she squeezed the handle of her racket tighter. "I don't know how to let you go," she confessed, her voice breaking.
You walked over to her and pulled her into your arms, holding her as if you could keep the world at bay. "Maybe we don't have to," you murmured, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "Maybe this is just who we are."
As you held each other, rain started to fall, a fitting soundtrack to your story. You were two souls entwined in a love that was as beautiful as it was destructive, unable to break free yet unable to truly be whole together. And so, you remained, locked in a tragic embrace, bound by a love that would forever be your greatest joy and your deepest sorrow.

⊱ tagged by @thanekrios to recommend some books! I've been back to reading since last winter and it brings me so much joy so I'd absolutely love to talk more about books! ☕🌸
Tumblr media
1. — the last book I read:
GRIEF IS THE THING WITH FEATHERS by Max Porter. I just love Max Porter's writing style. It's unlike anything I've ever read before. The way he manages to capture some of the deepest, most confusing human emotions in such a succinct way without making them sound too saccharine is incredible.
Tumblr media
2. — a book i recommend:
HOLLOW PLACES by Christopher Hadley. This is my favourite book of all time. I used to sleep with it next to my pillow so the cover is crooked and worn and i love it so much. It's a non-fiction exploration about the life of a medieval legend, how it shaped through the years and affected people around it. It's very much an essay on human memory and culture and our desire to tell stories, inadvertently leaving pieces of ourselves in the narrative as we go. It's beautiful, it's touching, it's incredibly entertaining to read, and it makes me feel so much love inside. As someone who studied folklore and religion in university it is deeply personal for me to visit all the castle ruins and other places people from the past lived in. It's a way to connect with them and to see that even though we are so incredibly different, we are also incredibly similar in some aspects. And this book captures that so well.
Tumblr media
3. — a book that i couldn’t put down:
LANNY by Max Porter. Another fave from Max Porter. It's about this sleepy village and the eldritch horror forest being that stalks it and a little boy that is very much very strange. It's also a social commentary and an essay on environmental mindfulness. And it's incredible. I finished it in two days.
Tumblr media
4. — a book i’ve read twice (or more):
WITCHES ABROAD by Terry Pratchett. This is where I come out as a Discworld fan. They were a huge part of my childhood and I remember especially loving the books about wizards and the witches. This one was definitely my fave and I did read it basically in one day when I read it for the first time. And I loved it so much I came back to it.
Tumblr media
5. — a book on my tbr:
There are literally so many (I have a hoarding problem). But the most recent ones are: The Land of Maybe by Tim Ecott and Master and Margarita.
Tumblr media
6. — a book i’ve put down:
The Witcher series... The writing style is really not for me and the plot (and the blatant sexism and male fantasy type of storytelling) lost me after the 5th book (sorry).
Tumblr media
7. — a book on my wishlist:
Again, so many. I literally have two excel spreadsheets for my wishlisted books and it's getting out of hand. But the one I am especially keen on getting is A Natural History of Fairies, a beautifully illustrated little guide on fairy folklore.
Tumblr media
8. — a favorite book from childhood:
REAPER MAN by Terry Pratchett. I used to be terrified of death when I was a kid. I still am but now I at least know he loves cats, has a horse called Binky, and supports labor workers.
Tumblr media
9. — a book you would give to a friend:
WEIRD MEDIEVAL GUYS by Olivia Swarthout. If you are my friend then you know that I am absolutely normal (read "insane") about marginalia art. And this book has some of the silliest ones available for your thine pleasure (I would not want to fuck with a rabbit that has a bomb. Or a cat with a massive club. Or the snail with those grabby hands. Like nu-uh. They would grab me. With their hands. Cuz. Ya know... we still friends right???)
Tumblr media
10. — a book of poetry or lyrics you own:
KYTICE by Karel Erben. Okay this is me being Slavic but also not generally into poetry much (as in I don't collect poetry books) but. I adore Kytice. It's a collection of ballads that center around monsters from slavic mythology (eat it witcher I mean I am sorry I just don't like the witcher please don't leave me come back I swear I am more than just a hater listen to me baby give me a chance) and they range from brutally sad to tragic to super gruesome and gory (okay most of them are pretty gory. but in a poetic way). Anyway I am not sure if they were translated to English yet but there is a movie and hopefully that one has subtitles (if not I am gonna learn how to make subtitles because I need people to see it).
Tumblr media
11. — a non-fiction book you own:
DON'T TELL MY HORSE by Zora Neale Hurston. Because we need to mention more classical works by people of color. This is basically an anthropological view on the Haitian + Jamaican voodoo beliefs and it's so incredibly intricate and interesting to read I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the subject or just wants to broaden their range of classical literature.
Tumblr media
12. — what are you currently reading:
Alice in Wonderland. I got the prettiest edition for my birthday so I am revisiting my childhood. :3
Tumblr media
13. — what are you planning on reading next:
The Land of Maybe by Tim Ecott. It's a book about the slow life and nature of the Faroe Islands which is where I am staying at currently!

Working Title: The Non-Newtonian Newborn (Or How Kim Theerapanyakul Became a Virgin Father and Got the Guy of his Dreams)
Summary:
Kim’s fans can be a little…intense. Ever since Why Don't You Stay was released, Kim's fame has continued to rise, but so have the inappropriate comments and flirtations, number of stalkers, and the number of strange gifts. And none of those things matter when Chay has yet to say more than a few words to him. He doesn't want any of the excess attention, propositions for sex, or gifts unless it comes from Chay.
He's so pathetic. He doesn't know why people leave him gifts in front of his apartment building. But none of those compare to the confusion he feels when he finds a newborn baby outside his front door. It's the strangest “gift” he has ever received and it's one he has to contact the police over.
Again.
And again.
And again.
When the baby appears at the foot of his bed out of thin air, Kim figures he may need help that no cop can offer. But until he can find the kind of help he needs to get this baby out of his life, he is moving back to the compound for the first time since he was seventeen. He hates the thought of it, but he's not staying in his apartment with a cursed baby. At least Khun and Kinn are at the compound, as well as guards who can tend to this thing so Kim doesn't have to.
As for Chay’s presence? It's a big building. If Chay truly doesn't want to see him, Kim will stay out of his way, deal with this problem, and Chay will be none the wiser.

Kim can fully admit he once loved the attention he received from his music career, at least for the most part. The obvious lust some fans had for him could be a source of discomfort. Regardless of the charisma and occasional flirtatious disposition he would exude on stage, that wasn't really Kim. That was WIK.
After his fall out with Chay, it's harder to be WIK, which is a shame. His catapulting fame expects him to be WIK more than ever. However, “Kim” and “WIK” are no longer two sides of the same coin, not like Kim thought they once were. Kim and WIK are two very different people. Every day, it's gets harder and harder to be WIK, especially when both Kim and WIK remember what Kim had done.
He had been so fucking stupid. Why couldn't have he just asked Chay to talk privately when Chay confronted him outside the compound? Expressed why he did what he did? Done anything but admit his wrongs in the worst possible way, leave Chay a crying mess in front of the compound, and fuck up his own heart in the scheme of things? Despite Chay meeting him as WIK, Kim had felt like he could be himself around Chay - or at least the version of himself that Kim strived to be. Chay brought out a side that Kim could actually tolerate, one that wasn't forced. It was a side that felt affection, kindness, and hope, and it had been so easy to be and feel that way when he wasn’t reminded of why he was tutoring Chay in the first place.
He ruined everything. He may be more successful than ever, but he ruined everything.
“Khun K…Wik,” Clyde says, his voice coming out in a grunt as he holds a woman in a hold from behind, “You have another unwanted vis-”
“P’WIK!!!!!!!!"
Kim lets out a sigh and walks over to the woman, bending down slightly to make eye contact with her.
He hates eye contact.
“Thank you for your continued support,” Kim tells her as she struggles in Clyde’s arms, “But this is my home and I need to maintain boundaries for my continued safety-”
“I LOVE YOU, P’WIK!” the woman screeches in his face, trying to drop herself down to the floor. When she succeeds to an extent, she begins kicking at his ankles. Does she expect sudden love and devotion from him if she kicks his ankles?
“I am giving you a chance to go home without further action taken,” Kim tells her calmly, taking one step back, “Leave. Now.”
The woman’s breath is heaving as her kicking legs gradually come to a halt. She looks up at him with tear filled, adoring eyes and lets out a cry.
“I will show you we are soulmates, P’Wik. I swear I will.”
“Again, thank you for your continued support. Go home.”
The woman slowly gets to her feet and promptly launches herself at him. Kim really does not want to fight her. That isn't what he wants as he stands stiffly in her hold. But when she yanks at his hair and gets several stray fingers caught in between her fingers, Kim gives Clyde a nod and she is promptly tased.
“It's the third time she had come by this week,” Clyde says as she lies there in a daze, “She came in telling me you were meant to be together and that you were thinking of proposing soon.”
“What is her name again?” Kim asks, glancing down at her.
“Hom Thepnakorn. I suggest if you don't want to contact your father and have her taken care of the way he would insist on, then you should get a restraining order.”
One is brutal, but swift and can be swept under the rug. The other is a process that will likely attract some level of media attention.
But when Kim looks down at her, it's clear this woman is sick. Not evil, not a murderer. Sick and in need of help.
“Call the police, mention my father’s name if needed,” Kim says to Clyde, “Tell them that a woman who is in need of psychiatric support is at our address. Any other incidents today?”
Clyde lets out a sigh, puts on some gloves, and starts bringing up things from behind the desk, “You have been left three bouquets of flowers, two bras, four pairs of underwear, a jockstrap, a pizza in the shape of a heart, and a very large egg.”
Kim jerks his head back at the sight as Clyde opens the box, “A very large egg?”
Clyde nods Hom, who is still on the floor, “She wanted to give it to you. It doesn't seem to be a bomb.”
Kim looks down at the egg, then picks it up out of the case.
“Khun Wik, we don't know what substances could be on it.”
“Why would you give me an egg?” Kim says, looking down at it. It's green. It's also glowing.
“Will this blow me up?”
Hom blinks, then shakes her head, “Never, P’Wik. You are my soulmate. I would never hurt you or anyone you care about.”
“Hm,” Kim acknowledges, then promptly lets the egg fall to the ground. Clyde lets out shout and takes cover, all while Kim looks down in fascination at the swirling orange, green, purple, and white substance. It swirls around Kim’s feet, never mixing in color, yet is rapidly swirling around him.
“What is this?” Kim asks more directly, entranced and confused by the sight.
He had dropped it in hopes of breaking the woman’s heart. When he broke Chay’s heart, Chay pretty much blocked Kim out of his life. It's Kim's biggest regret and the rare dinners Kim has to go to that Chay also attends are a source of intense pain, but also the one thing Kim looks forwards to. It's pathetic. Kim had thought this woman might banish him out of her life for doing the same. At least it would be wanted.
But that doesn't seem to be the case. Instead of screaming or crying with heartbreak and disappointment, the woman squeals with delight, kicking her feet against the floor as if she is the happiest woman on earth. She crawls over just far enough to release the stray hairs from her fingertips, letting them fall into the swirling circle. Kim can't help but be disturbed by the happy and satisfied glint in her eye, all while Clyde takes on the task of calling the police for the assistance of removing a mentally ill woman. As they wait, the woman just stays on the ground while she watches the swirling liquid with fascination. When Kim tries to step out of the circle that has formed around him, it follows and forms a circle around him once more.
“It's pink!” She shouts, pointing at the circle, “That's exactly what I wanted!”
Kim glances down at the liquid in absolute confusion. If anything, those colors should have mixed into a murky brown or gray. But sure enough, the circle around him is light yet vibrant pastel pink. It only stops and disappears through the floor seconds before the cops arrive.
“You’ll love me soon, P’Wik,” the woman says, smiling brightly as two cops pick her up off the floor, handcuff her, and escort her through the door, “I promise. We will be tied together forever. We’re soulmates, I know it-”
“Come on, ma’am,” one of the cops say, “To the car. You are lucky this man isn't taking further action against you-”
“I LOVE YOU, P’WIK!!!”
Kim makes sure he says nothing in return, focusing on giving his statement on what happened before addressing Clyde directly.
“I'm sorry for the added stress that my…admirers have caused you recently-”
“Khun Kim, with all do respect, she and several others who have stopped by the building are stalkers.”
Kim clears his throat, “I feel like that's a bit harsh-”
“If I may speak out of turn again, it really isn't.”
That's probably fair. On top of that, Clyde is mostly dealing with these visitors independently. Prior to the release of his new album, Kim saw no need to have excess security for the building. Logically, he knows he should have it, considering his job, as well as when he is reminded of whose son he is. But having guards on every corner reminds him of a childhood he didn't want. He sometimes fantasizes of a childhood where his mother lived past Kim's ninth birthday, one where Kinn could pursue music like Kim has, and one where Khun could have stayed popular, charismatic, academically gifted, and safe.
Pa never makes the cut for these fantasies, and they never take place at the compound. The family home Kim often dreams up strangely looks like the one Chay grew up in.
“I will hire a few more guards,” Kim says quietly. He hates the idea of it, but Clyde has been his doorman for a long time, and an employee of his family’s even longer. He was Ma’s guard, so when Kim was required to have at least one guard as a staff in this building, he chose him. He doesn't want him to leave, nor does he want him to get hurt.
“I apologize for the chaos and stress people have brought you,” Kim continues, “I know you didn't sign up for this when you first started here-”
“I signed up to protect you, Khun Kim, which is why I am concerned about the influx of these behaviors coming from various people,” Clyde says, then points at the floor, “We don't even know what that liquid was! I could be a health hazard! It swirled around you, changed colors, then got absorbed by the floorboards! If I thought I was seeing things!”
“It was probably just some…non-newtonian fluid.”
“Lava is a non-newtonian fluid, so is blood. Both can be harmful.”
“And some aren't,” Kim says, “Like ketchup.”
“That was NOT ketchup-”
“I’ve had a long day,” Kim says, walking towards the elevator, “I’ll look into more guards. Make sure the doors are locked tonight before your shift is over. Unless the are a tenant, make sure Red knows not to let anyone in.”
Clyde breathes out, “...Yes, Khun Kim. But if I may make one suggestion.”
Since the elevator hasn't arrived yet, Kim nods his head.
“Go on.”
“Stay at the compound for a while. It's safer there, and you will have more people who can come to your aid if something like this would happen again. Your address has clearly been leaked, and it has been attracting people you frankly don't want to attract. Even if they figure out you are staying with your family, it will be so much safer and you will likely avoid running into any of these stalkers at all-”
“No.”
“Khun Kim-”
“I said no,” Kim says, his voice more stern, “This will pass, Clyde. No one has come here with weapons. The most this woman did was lightly kick at my ankles and pull a few strands of my hair. That's it. I will get you more support staff, and I will even let you take some time off if that's what you need. But I am not moving back there. Ever.”
He could swear that Clyde is grumbling under his breath and rolling his eyes, but Kim isn’t going to call him out on it. He has a right to be frustrated. Kim understands the current situation is annoying.
But it still won't make Kim budge. He doesn't want to be around Pa, and Chay doesn't want to be around him. So he sticks to his decision, gets inside the elevator when it dings, goes to the top floor, and plans for a relaxing night.
It's easier said than done. It's hard to relax during any downtime he has. Silence brings on thinking, and thinking brings on obsessing over Chay. It has been about nine months since everything happened with Tawan. Nine months since Chay figured out who Kim really was.
It fucking hurts. Nine months later, and it still fucking hurts.
When the memories and regrets get to him this much, he has a habit of skipping dinner. He knows it isn't good for him, and he will sometimes find ways to climb his way out of this habit by cooking for himself. But last time he did that, he he squirted a smiley face on his plate with Sriracha sauce and it was a downward emotional spiral from there.
He chooses not to eat tonight, although maybe he should have. By the time he is ready for bed and brushing his teeth, a bout of sudden nausea hits him so intensely that it has him diving in front of the toilet to heave up the little he ate for lunch. It's painful, confusing, and frustrating. He never throws up.
He wonders if he is getting sick. Maybe it's stress from the stalker. Maybe the swirling, non-newtonian fluid omitted some sort of poisonous gas and now he's suffering the consequences.
He's probably overthinking it. Soon enough, he feels better. Slightly sore, but better. He's fine.
And even if he's not, so be it.
However, he can't help but worry slightly when he wakes up just as the sun is rising, feeling queasy again. He tries to push off the nausea for as long as he can until it becomes unbearable and he find himself throwing up in the toilet once more, spitting up a mixture of water and yellow bile.
He ends up not going into the studio. He usually would, but he doesn't have any pressing matters to attend to or any rehearsals scheduled. In fact, his people have been hinting to take advantage of the downtime. They think he has been stressed, and they say that his stress in particular is contagious.
So Kim will stay home today. He wouldn't want his employees and colleagues to catch this bug, or whatever stressful aura he has been giving off.
But when he hears something on the other side of the door, he wonders if he should have gone after all. It sounds like a cat. Maybe it belongs to one of his neighbors. That's the last thing Kim needs to do right now, call around and ask his neighbors who is missing a cat.
Regardless, he gets up and checks anyway. He likes cats, and one feeling stressed out by accidentally finding itself on the top floor isn't something Kim wants until he opens the door, takes in what it actually is, and wishes it were a cat instead.
“Why?” is all Kim asks, staring down at the baby, who is loosely swaddled in a pastel pink blanket, “Seriously. Who are you and why are you here?”
The baby gurgles happily and brings their arms out of the blanket, lifting them upwards. If Kim didn't know any better, he would assume the baby wants to be picked up. But this baby doesn't know him and Kim doesn't know this baby.
“No,” Kim says, then immediately shuts the door, leaving the baby in the hall. He can only keep up with that for about ten seconds before opening the door again, stepping out into the hallway, and begrudgingly lowering himself to the ground. As he looks at the baby, he feels extreme reluctance before reaching over to feel around their blanket.
“Who left you here?” Kim mutters to himself, looking for some kind of clue, “Do you have a tag or anything?
The baby just gurgles happily and lifts their arms again. Kim practically jumps out of his skin when the baby grabs a hold of his pointer finger and just…keeps holding it.
“I need that back,” Kim says stiffly, but lets them hold his finger until they let go on their own accord. Once they do, he calls down to the front desk.
“Have we had any visitors yet today?” Kim asks as soon as Clyde answers the phone.
“No, Khun Kim. It has been quiet so far.”
“I need you to go through the security footage and check,” Kim says, giving the baby a wary glance, “Someone left something outside my door.”
“What?”
“Look at the live feed and see for yourself.”
Kim waits silently as Clyde clicks whatever he needs to click to view Kim’s hallway camera feed. As soon as he does, Clyde clears his throat.
“Is that a baby, Khun Kim?”
“Yes.”
“A living and breathing baby.”
Kim shifts over to peer at the baby’s face, “Seems to be.”
“...I see. I will rewind the footage, see when they were left by your door, and then call the authorities. If you would like to bring them down, they can just pick the baby up out front.”
Kim really doesn't want to pick this baby up. But he would rather not invite people he doesn't know up to his floor, so he supposes he will suck it up and do it.
“You didn't take any breaks that would have left the front desk unoccupied?” Kim asks, holding the cellphone in the crook of his neck as he hesitantly and carefully lifts the baby into his arms.
“Of course not. Not with what happened yesterday.”
“What about our tenants? Are there any new parents?”
“No, Khun Kim. I am just as confused by this as you are. But I will make sure the child is handed over to the proper channels swiftly.”
“Good,” Kim mutters, staring down at the baby as he hangs up the phone. When he steps into the elevator, he sees the hint of a white piece of paper, nestled between the pink fabric and the baby’s stomach. Kim reaches in to grab it, then unfolds it with one hand.
Meet our beautiful love child.
You are my soulmate, P’Wik.
This proves it.
May our baby girl tie us together forever.
Love, Hom.
Only a part of Kim takes in the fact the letter is written in blood.
…This morning is stupid. All he wanted was a sick day.

Damn stupid fucker. He almost ate your damn leg!
Fuck, fuck!
The pain is so unbearable. Not even labor hurt this damn bad! No pain you’ve ever suffered has hurt this bad, damn, damn!
“Hey, hey, look at me,” Choso tries a multiple time to distract you from the pain you so obviously express on your face no matter how hard you try to hide it.
“I can’t,” you whine. “It hurts. It hurts too bad.”
Choso draws out a deep breath to try and ignore his own pain before trying to calm you down while you heal since you don't have his healing speed. “You did great, you know that? When you fought Sukuna all by yourself, you did amazing.”
You grab your leg and blink repeatedly before watching him through tears, not knowing how to react or what to say.
“I…was in between trying to get to you and watching the fight so I wouldn’t miss anything, but what I did see was amazing, and you used the hand motion for piercing blood.” He mentions with his cheeks blazing red.
You laugh between the throbbing pain and nod. “I can be a good student when my teacher is hot.”
Choso scoffs and looks at the ground timidly. Silence passes and the pain has become less since a few seconds ago, but it doesn't pass fast enough, so you envy your husband's ability to heal so fast—You can’t even focus on Yuji and Sukuna fighting.
“You didn’t listen to me,” Choso brings up as he seems to be rummaging through his pocket. “I told you not to use your technique so you could use less cursed energy. After all, it's not infinite. You’re not like me.”
You swallow thickly, and your guilt manages to steal your attention away from your pain. Yet just as you’re about to apologize he pulls something out and surprises you. “Thank you. I was being selfish in hopes that would keep you safer, but now I know that I would’ve just killed you if you listened to me.”
You snap your eyes to look at him tenderly, but still with guilt. Even though if you asked him the same thing he wouldn’t listen either.
“Here,” Choso goes on before you can interject and leans over to grab your hand and unfurl your fingers to place the red and orange glass swan on your palm.
You remember giving it to him so he could keep it safe until you reunited, but seeing such a meaningful little swan back on your palm pulls at your heartstrings and makes you hopeful.
Someway, somehow. Even if the fight isn’t over yet, you take it as a sign of hope, and that maybe you will be able to go back home together.
You want to go home. With him.
“Choso,” you mewl, making him blink and look at you softly as he waits for what you have to say in that honey-dripping voice.
“I want to go home,” you say so quietly that he almost misses the gentle plea behind your words, but he does catch it. He sees it too in your sweet fire-kissed eyes, and it aches his soul.
So sweet you were. So vulnerable in such chaos that he once again asks himself why you ever chose him.
“Soon,” is all he can offer your pleading soul. “Soon my love. We’ll go live by a beach. Just like you want. We’ll get sheep because they’re quiet.”
You laugh softly and smile because he remembers. Even if moments ago he sounded like he was making sure to say his goodbyes and that got you furious, now, you smile over a small detail that recalls not so long ago but feels like centuries ago; even if you know that he would die today if the need arose.
“Somewhere far from Japan. I don’t want Yuji, Satori, or our twins to grow up here anymore. We’ll go someplace far. Someplace beautiful, hm? That’s all I’ve been thinking about since we got married.”
There’s nothing here for you anymore. There was only Satoru before, but he’s gone now. And Nanako and Mimiko weren’t able to be buried, and Suguru? Well, you have plans for how to put his body to rest. There’s only Shoko left, but she’s suffered too if she wants she could come with you. What’s holding her here?
Nothing is holding you back anymore so you’ll be more than happy to leave.
“I’ll love that,” you agree to Choso’s plan wholeheartedly.
Choso sighs in relief even if he should know better, and leans over to wrap you in an embrace, bringing you so much comfort in such disarray that you nuzzle your head in the crook of his neck just before he has to break this moment apart.
“It doesn’t hurt now does it?” He asks against your neck before pressing a gentle kiss on the flesh of your neck, causing you to smile giddily at the tickle of his wet lips against your warm flesh.
“No,” you point out to yourself. “You distracted me and took the pain away. You’re good at that.”
You feel his lips tug to a smile on your neck and can’t help the shivers that go down your spine.
“I’ve had practice,” he says kind of smugly.
“Other girls?” You tease.
Choso doesn’t get you're only pulling his leg and quickly counters. “No, my brothers. I used to try and distract my brothers from all the bad we felt when we were trapped.”
You hum and caress his back at the mention, making him stay pressed against you for just a bit longer to let your comfort sink in and cherish the fact that you’re alive.
When you pull away you’re only faced with the dreadful truth that you can’t escape in the comfort of each other's arms a moment longer. There’s others relying on you.
They need you now…
——
*NOT SO LONG AGO*
“Those who wanna fight need either the reverse cursed technique or anti-domain tactics,” Hakari mentions, but isn’t that obvious?
“That’s a no-go for me,” Maki says, making you slowly look at her with slight annoyance because obviously, Hakari was not referring to her.
“I wasn’t talking about you,” he grimaces.
“I believe Yuji and I will manage with reverse cursed technique,” Choso now drifts the subject to him to avoid any tension.
“Huh? Me?”
You sigh and share a knowing look with Shoko.
Choso steals your attention back to him as he says your name before going on to name three others. “Ieiri, Hakari, Okkotsu. I’ve always wondered, how is it you compensate for your lost blood when regenerating?”
“Dunno, I’m total autopilot,” Hakari answers his question, letting Okkotsu follow with more disappointing answers.
“I go off instinct too.”
Why did he even ask them either way? You’ve told Choso how Okkotsu got his technique and all that, and you told him about how difficult it is to really pass on knowledge to Hakari because he’s more of a visual learner. Plus! You told him about you too!
Then again he just wants Itadori to listen to your way of using RCT, which thankfully is a lot more informative.
“I learned to turn my cursed energy to blood,” you share smugly since you’re the only one who answered with actual information. “That’s the whole jist really. It’s like filtering out dirty water and turning it clean, y’know?”
“Yes!” Kirara exclaims, making you frown at them.
“Do you really?” You press and they part their lips but frown and shake their head.
You scoff in amusement and drift your gaze to Shoko beside you as she speaks up to add information to your response.
“There are tons of people who can use the Reverse Cursed Technique but can’t heal others. One reason is the fundamental difference in use. Another, the body of the target refusing the treatment. There are cases where the cursed energy of the one healing rejects the process, and cases where the cursed energy of the one being healed doesn’t respond to the conversion. That’s why the efficacy of my treatment is often case-by-case.”
Choso nods and glances at his brother before pointing at him and interjecting. “That’s what I thought. My body allows me to convert cursed energy into blood. If Yuji absorbs our brothers, he should gain a body capable of that, alongside some cursed technique.”
When he first told you about his plan to let Yuji absorb their brothers you thought he’d not end up going through with it just because he’s so attached to his brothers, but as you listen to him now there’s no ounce of hesitation in his voice. He really means to go through with his plan for his brother.
You don’t think you’d be able to do it. You would have already given them bodies if you were in Choso’s shoes.
You’re glad he’s not like you.
“That’s not all,” Choso adds as he props one hand on his hip before continuing. “Our bodies allow us to compensate for the technical aspects of the technique. That means the main limiting factor behind RCT, its immense cursed energy expense, doesn't apply to us…or so I think.”
You hum in comprehension and start to stroke your chin before adding your piece of mind. “Which is to say the hurdle for you two learning it is much lower than it is for everyone else.”
Choso offers you an agreeing nod and a sweet praise. “Exactly sweetheart.”
You flash him a giddy smile and catch Shoko’s disgusted look after witnessing such a sappy interaction, which gives a clear given as to why she and Satoru are such good friends.
Tsk.
“That’s why I’d like switch training to be done once with someone who can use RCT,” Choso mentions forgetting he hasn’t talked to his brother about it yet, he’s only conversed with you, Mei-Mei, and her brother. It’s why Itadori is so confused.
“Switch training?”
You nod and part your lips to explain in simple terms, but Kirara interrupts you. “What about our master? She’s taught us a lot and I’m sure she can help Itadori a whole bunch.”
“Yeah and why did your beloved teacher learn such a technique?” Shoko butts in making your smile droop back down.
“Spite,” you grumble. “But I didn't use it to learn to be strong or control my cursed energy flow,” you point out.
“It doesn’t matter, as a regular mentor you’re great, but I’m not sure you’re the right candidate.”
You pout and cross your arms over your chest before remarking. “Who then? Satoru? Ha!”
Shoko shakes her head. “No. Not him, Kusakabe maybe?”
“What is switch training?!” Yuji blurts because his question wasn’t actually answered.
Albeit even then no one answers him, instead you all walk away to join the others.
“I’d be a perfect candidate,” you grumble under your breath.
Hands fall on your shoulders, and a soft breath unfurls behind your ear, making you giggle.
“I bet you would be,” Choso proves your assumption right, it is him. Who else would grab you this way and press himself so close as if trying to share the breath you inhale.
“I would,” you quickly retort. “I meditate all the time. All the time. I have a great handle on my cursed energy flow, I’m in tune with my technique and everything that has to do with all your brother needs to know.”
Choso presses a kiss on the back of your ear, causing your lips to lose their battle and pull to a happy smile.
“Perhaps it’s okay to let someone else take control of this, hm? Besides you’re a woman, you need your privacy.”
You blink and slowly churn your head back to look at him with a quirked brown. “What?” You deadpan.
Choso doesn’t find a fault in that, and you can’t blame it on his cluelessness because he really isn’t, he just really believes what he says. So you can’t help but laugh.
Choso’s eyebrows slowly pinch together in confusion, but you just leave him wondering as you press a kiss on the side of his lips before walking into a different room to speak with the others about the same stuff basically. But this time Itadori finally gets his explanation.
Does he understand it though? He doesn’t seem to inherit his fathers—Mothers? And Choso’s genius.
“I see.”
“We’ve thought of the soul and body as two separate entities. If the body is the box, the soul is its contents.” Ui-Ui continues explaining in rather simple terms that anyone should understand.
“I see. I see.”
Does Itadori really see though?
“Think of that box as a person's birthday present. We can’t swipe the box’s contents of our own accord.”
“Hm.”
Oh jeez.
“Please just let him finish explaining,” you interject gently but with impatience just under the surface.
Itadori looks over at you and offers you an apologetic look before focusing back at Ui-Ui.
You sigh and Choso’s arm draped around your neck loosens so he can caress your shoulder with his hand as you both listen pressed against each other.
“However, if we have the permission of the individual, the box’s content can be taken. Which is to say, I’m able to swap the souls of two marked individuals.”
“Gwuh?!” Itadori exclaims making Ui-Ui’s eye twitch.
“What's up?” The boy finally addresses Itadori’s confusion.
“That just reminds me of the body-and-soul altering abilities of the cursed spirit I fought, Mahito,” Yuji let his sudden thought come out. “Won’t the shape of that person's body and soul be stretched if they’re swapped?”
Ui-Ui smirks and bats his lashes before assuring Itadori. “There’s no need to worry. I can swap the contents without opening the boxes. No one can tell whether or not the contents of an unopened box have been tampered with, wouldn't you say?”
“Depends how good someone is at hiding their evidence,” you remark, making the boy seeth underneath his nonchalant facade.
“Itadori,” Kusakabe interjects. “The speed of your growth as a sorcerer has been tremendous. Do you know why that is?”
“What?” Itadori clears his throat and seems to grow smug, but you don’t understand why it is.
“Erm perhaps my innate talen—“
“It was Sukuna,” Kusakabe cuts him off before he can get the wrong thing, and you can’t help but snicker, causing Choso to dart his eyes to you and press a warning look.
“It's only light teasing,” you defend yourself to your boyfriend.
Choso holds the corner of your gaze and you hum to let it be known you mean no ill will.
“Sukuna created his technique in your body,” Kusakabe continues to explain. “Which means your body remembers using extreme special-grade Jujutsu. You can thank him for your exceptionally quick understanding and growth.”
You look over at Itadori and notice that his lightheartedness turned rígid at the mention of someone so cruel.
“We’ll be doing the same practice with switch training. You’ll swap with me first. I’ll hammer into your body my cursed energy manipulation and foundational barrier technique, the simple domain.”
“Hm,” Hakari cuts in. “Isn't there a binding vow preventing simple domain from being taught to outsiders of the new shadow school?” He asks, making you finally wonder the same thing.
“Not to worry,” Mei-Mei quickly offers a solution. “I’ve taken care of that.” She smiles like never before, or like when she’s up to no good.
“Why are you so happy?” You can’t help but point out.
But Ui-Ui instead helps her avoid answering by adding something else himself. “In a single month, the limit for swapping souls is twice per one person. Please consider your pairings wisely.”
Maybe Shoko is right, maybe you’re not right to swap with, but why can’t you be the one to help Itadori? You have an innate desire to please Choso by helping his brother. So why?
Surely he’d benefit from all your abilities. You’ve worked hard to find balance, to be strong, and to be a master of your technique and the techniques that have been used for years.
Is it your vanity perhaps?
It can’t possibly be a fear for swaying his views, Sukuna lived in him, if he was going to turn evil he would’ve already.
Plus It’s not the world you hate as a whole. So why?
And why are you really thinking so hard about it? Is it because Choso would leave you over an opinion his brothers would have about you?
Maybe not. It’d hurt your ego, but again, you stand proud over your views of non-sorcerers.
But…you still want Choso to keep loving you…
But it’s not that really. It’s more…that deep trauma of your family not thinking you’re good enough scarred over your heart that’s poisoning your mind.
Shoko didn’t mean it, you know that, you just need to get over—
Your thoughts come to a sudden halt when you spot two little girls; one with brown hair and the other blond, one holding a stuffed bunny and the other holding her hand.
You stiffen and all you can see is them…Nanako and Mimiko. There’s no room for haunting traumas only ghosts that you believe are flesh and bone and yours.
A smile creeps on your lips and your eyes twinkle with blissful joy.
You take a step towards the center of the park where the twins are and part your lips to call out for them, but then their mother goes to them and the illusion breaks and you’re left alone in the breeze like a blowing tumbleweed, alone and cold.
But isn’t it funny? It hasn’t been long at all that they passed and it feels like decades ago sometimes, but when you really think about it, your grief feels like it’s barely tearing your heart apart.
Now imagine when it’s all over. When Sukuna and Kenjaku are dead when you have nothing to fight. How will your grief feel in the silence?
You sigh deeply and step back before dropping your head and slowly pulling your hand out of your coat pocket. With the twins in mind, with the ache to have them close, you use your technique as you wait for Choso and pull water droplets from the air around you to summon them on your palm and create a bunny out of water, like when you made the twins a water-made bunny for them when you first met them.
They’re not here now to see it or ignore you because they were too old for water bunnies, but when you make it out of your technique it makes you feel close to them.
However, soon your name is called so you drop the water and turn to see your boyfriend approaching you with a plastic bag in his hand and a flower in his other hand.
“Finally!” You exclaim and jog over to meet him halfway. “I thought you got lost in the store.” You laugh and peek in the bag, finding what you wanted him to get you along with other things.
“Sorry,” he quickly sputters out. “I couldn’t find a perfect flower.”
You can’t tease him about him making you wait now. Ugh! What a man.
“For you,” he offers you tenderly but doesn’t hand you the perfect and delicate red rose, he instead leans over and tucks the flower behind your left ear.
You can’t help but giggle and grin the entire time until he pulls his phone out and steals a picture of you.
“You didn’t ask for a picture,” you finally taunt him, making his face grow rigid.
“Oh—”
“I'm joking,” you can’t hold it anymore and close the gap with a tender kiss. “Thank you.” You whisper against his mouth.
Choso leans in and takes a gentle kiss from you before he steps back and just admires you.
“I thought it’d look good with your white hair,” he shares his thought process before not being able to hold back his smile.
“You’re really cute,” you coo and brush some of his bangs away, making his eyes meet your gaze as he feels the trace of your nails on his skin.
“I,” he fumbles his words. “I also got you something you might like,” he says and looks down but lets his eyes flicker back to you briefly before pulling out a comic strip that was attached to some newspaper, and hands it to you to read.
Albeit you start to snicker before you can even read it.
“Why—“ you snort and clear your throat. “Did the bunny eat the wedding ring?” You ask and meet Choso’s gaze with amusement.
“Why?” He plays along.
“Because he heard it was 18 carrots,” you say between laughs and stare into him as you wait for his reaction. “Get it?” You press.
Choso stares at you dumbfoundedly before his lips break into a soft smile and he laughs breathlessly and nods.
“Stupid,” he mutters.
You snort again and nod. “Very stupid…” you suddenly trail off as a sudden wave of emotions rams into you as your mind cruelly connects this innocent joke to what you were suffering through before he joined you, and it turns your happiness sour while stealing that laugh and leaving your mouth dry.
Choso notices right away because he’s standing so close and because he just pays attention to every detail of your face and the way it moves with every thought in your head. Yet he doesn’t comment on anything at that second, he waits to see if it was just some fleeting thing, but you then slowly look over your shoulder and your face contorts with this beautiful yet depressing agony.
When he follows your line of gaze he sees that you’re watching two little girls.
He calls out your name with worry laced in that deep voice, causing you to quickly snap your attention back to him. Before he can ask what’s wrong, you interject knowing what he was about to ask. “I'm sorry I couldn’t be enough to help your brother.”
Choso blinks in surprise and that emotion is clear on his knitted eyebrows and parted lips, but you add on softer.
“I’m strong yet I’m not enough to help.”
Your name is whispered out of his mouth and he shakes his head to argue against whatever guilt you’re carrying. “No, you have been helping enough. This swapping training doesn’t have to fall on your shoulders, you’re a master at being a sorcerer, but my love, this isn’t just your responsibility, okay?”
You swallow back thickly and from a broken part inside you, you bring yourself to ask, “you won’t hate me because I can’t be the one to help him? Does that change how strong I am?”
Choso’s heart sinks and he quickly grabs your face and counters back. “No, no. You’re helping Yuji and other students. You’re doing amazing at it too. Just because you couldn’t do this one task doesn’t change how strong you are or how much I love you.”
You draw in a shaky breath and nod in comprehension.
Choso hums and caresses your cheek before kissing your forehead and then pressing his forehead against yours, in that moment catching your eyes find those same little girls passing by hand in hand with their mother, and watching your heartbreak more through your eyes.
Before he can investigate deeply about what’s wrong, you step away from his grasp and sit on a bench with your head down. Choso mirrors your actions, but instead, he follows by reaching over and grabbing your hand.
At the soft touch you open your other palm and right away form a bunny made of water on your hand.
“I thought I saw Nanako and Mimiko, but then I realized it was only my mind playing tricks on me.”
Choso coos your name and pulls his hand out of your grasp to wrap it around your shoulders and pull you against his side so you can lean against him.
When you rest your head on his shoulder you continue to use your technique to have that same water-made bunny hop around like you would do when the twins were little girls and they wanted you to use your technique.
“Nanako and Mimiko liked bunnies,” you whisper with longing as you watch that water-made bunny born from your cursed technique hop around.
——
*NOW*
“He no longer holds Sukuna and look how strong he is,” you can’t help but praise Yuji as you watch him completely land his fourth Black flash at will!
That’s something Satoru couldn’t do, that’s something you can't do, but something Yuji seemed to have mastered against such a terrifying demon.
“But that doesn’t take away from the fact that he still needs help,” Choso says with worry laced in his deep voice.
You nod faintly. “I know.”
Choso pushes himself off the ground, and you quickly follow him up to protest. “What are you doing?”
“I’m going to help him, distract Sukuna so Yuji can land more black flashes,” he says casually as if he isn’t still hurting from tanking Sukuna’s black flash not long ago.
“Go like—”
“Trust me, I’ll be careful,” he cuts you off and turns, but you grab his arm and turn him around.
“No, I’ll go, I’ve healed enough, my leg doesn’t hurt anymore. I still have energy to use my technique,” you quickly rebuttal and dig your fingers in his arm as just under your concern lies your selfish desire to not let him go back out, to beg him to stop fighting.
“You need energy to protect the twins, if you run out you’ll be vulnerable, I wouldn’t forgive myself if something happened,” he confesses with that same selfish desire inside him too.
What else can you tell him that you haven’t told him already, what he didn’t promise to keep and continue burning, but what he also negated by discreetly saying that he would die to keep his brother and you safe.
There’s, please. Simple yet so meaningful.
Your eyes paint such a deep emotion, your lips part and your lungs gather air, but it doesn’t come out of your lips, not this time.
This time you don’t beg him. You have to trust him. Trust he’ll keep his promise and not be suicidal.
But you’ll join Yuji first since you have a stronger advantage.
“I won’t stop you, but first I’ll go out and help,” you offer a compromise.
Choso holds your gaze and doesn't agree but there’s no way around you so he sighs and grumbles. “Why must you always put up a fight?” He scoffs and reluctantly nods. “Fine. But first, let's wait for your opening.”
You both mirror a smirk on your faces and before you can miss any more of the fight you bring your phone up to continue watching the broadcast, seeing Ino back in the fight getting disarmed by Sukuna with too much ease.
However, before Ino could be killed by Sukuna, or by Nanami’s weapon that Ino was getting stolen, Yuji lands a fifth black flash on Sukuna. And the strike is so powerful he sends Sukuna flying out the window.
“Nice,” you whisper to Yuji and catch a proud look on Choso’s face too.
Your pride does almost shake when you see Sukuna find his footing on the ground right away and then snap down to destroy the ground just as Yuji is about to land to disrupt his balance and probably confuse him as he lands.
However, as Sukuna appears through the rubble and swings at Yuji, the boy manages to catch Sukuna’s arm and block any advantage the demon wanted to gain, before swiftly hurling him against a brick wall.
Sukuna slashes Yuji’s face multiple times, but the boy is completely unfazed, even if they cut deep and bleed. You grow deeply worried but Yuji doesn’t even flinch, he reels his fist back with a grimace and hits Sukuna with a sixth black flash.
Which is truly amazing!
This time though, Sukuna manages to grab a part of Yuji’s face and cuts his eyes deep.
“Yuji,” Choso cries out under his breath and looks out preparing to set off, but you grab his arm first to pull him back.
“Not yet,” you tell him. “You’ll go after me. I won’t need to tell you when you’ll know when you see.”
Choso hesitates but he trusts your plan and lingers with you, letting you both barely manage to catch a seventh black flash landed by Yuji.
One which finally causes Sukuna to go off the rails. “You goddamned brat—”
Before he can finish sputtering out a storm of curses, Nanami's blade comes out of nowhere and slices Sukuna’s face.
The view then quickly changes and you’re surprised to see that it was Ino who threw it out of a broken window.
He looks terrible but because of what he did Yuji lands his eighth black flash. Eighth in a row.
That boy is truly gifted.
You almost want to wait to see if he could land more, but Sukuna will counter, and now that he’s bleeding heavily, and thrown across the building is your time to go.
“I’m going to get him from above,” you quickly sputter out to Choso as you shove your phone away.
Before he can stop you and before you can rush out you give him a peck on the lips first and then run out and join Yuji and Sukuna from above, appearing like a menacing shadow first, and then revealing your voice that booms as if it were some god coming down from above.
“You can’t get rid of me! I am no weak link!”
Sukuna’s eyes snap up and catch you descending like some divine angel with blazing eyes, veins on fire under your skin, pumping fire to the wild flames lit on your hands. He sees you still looking for a fight after all he’s done to you and grows insanely more irritated, especially because Yuji rushes at him from the ground like some untamed demon.
Yet he doesn’t falter, he prepares to block your blow, but rather than striking him to break your fall, you actually hit the ground with your fist ramming into the cement, and he grows amused by your “lack of know-how”.
Only seconds later though the ground combusts due to your technique of controlling the elements, and he succumbs to the pull, giving you a slight advantage, and giving him and Yuji an idea as to how Suguru Geto and you could destroy towns with such ease; it was your technique that gave the advantage, you and your ability to make the earth crumble, and your flames from hell.
This is why you were deemed a special-grade sorcerer right as your technique was shown to you, because you have the power to destroy the world just like your brother.
You’re death in the flesh. And you snapping down and slapping your hands on the ground to blast fire through the cracks in the rubble to try and burn Sukuna alive, proves it.
Yet Sukuna is a terror in his own right too, he fights off the flames from hell, and busts out of the rubble you trapped him under.
However, as unscathed as he is, the daze you cast on him is only worsened when Yuji jumps after him and rams his fist on his back, and manages another black flash, causing Sukuna to crash on a ledge on the floor above the one you’re on.
“Supreme art,” you proclaim with your head held high and your energy running lower, but your intent to kill this beast running rampant. “Hellspawn!”
Sukuna fixates his glare on Yuji and you staring daggers at him from below and parts his lips to probably say something born out of anger, but he’s interrupted by the distant sound of a booming roar from a beast that casts a large shadow over the vicinity.
However, Sukuna doesn’t look up at the approaching beast who’s ready to envelop him on fire, he crosses his fingers and proclaims smugly. “Domain expansion! Malevolent shrine.”
Your eyes peel back and you can’t help but gasp at the horror that slams into you at the sound of those words.
“But—” you try to argue but get interrupted by Yuji grabbing your hand and pulling you towards him to shield you with his body from the sudden explosion that sends strong waves of slashes and debris.
“New shadow style: Simple domain,” Yuji casts right away to try and counter Sukuna’s domain, but that won’t be enough. You know that from the bottom of your heart, the wild blasts of slashes run too strong and are set too sharp, so you push Yuji back as his domain is cracking and grab his arm to be able to shield him now by casting something else you have in your arsenal.
“Secret art; Falling Blossom emotion!” You bellow and manage to shield Yuji and you both from the crazy domain attacking you. The only thing on your mind now is Choso, he’s nearby and unaware of this secret art, and he can get gravely wounded.
The gusts made of slashes are so strong that they’re cutting through buildings that once stood tall. You can’t see that well because your eyesight is obscured by the thick cloud of debris, but you know everything around you is flattening. That’s how strong Sukuna’s domain is, so you almost give into your desire to find Choso to protect him too, but doing it will disrupt what protects you, leaving Yuji and you vulnerable, so even if it’s torturing you, you just hope Choso is bearing this storm like you are.
Nevertheless, Sukuna’s next words horrify you.
“Divine flames, open.”
The flames that destroyed Shibuya, he’s using them. Your secret art won’t withstand that…
But maybe you can think of something! Anything to bear through the storm!
You need to think of something to make it through his destructive fire and be able to meet up with Choso, to be able to go home to your daughter, Satori. You need to think of something! Anything!
However, through the deafening horror pumping through your blood, like some miracle you hear Choso crying out your name and the name of his brother.
“Choso,” you whisper in relief.

OMG HI IM VERY OBSESSED WITH UR AU!!! I love the idea the two games just- mesh with each other so well!!!! It's a very nice idea!!! Anyways I just want a double confirmation...... no spirits ghosts? Or Elders? Cause I think I reblogged one of your things with tags about what the Elders can be here, but I'm not sure if you look at reblogs so yeah. Hope you don't mind me making small snippets for my own little self-indulgent au where it's basically the same as here except Siffrin really IS a skid and it's literally the sky kingdom there with not much changed. So, leaning more towards sky rather than isat.
Sorry for rambling, this au just... made me really excited. Cheers!
Hi!! Thank you so much for your answer. So! Elders will be there, alongs with spirits from Sky as well, but the latter wont be spirit, they will be memories of people who lived in the country and that has been forgotten (and maybe in the end they could be remembered again and come back as people?👀 follow to find out!)
I actually don’t want to straight up take EVERYTHING from Sky, since I want to try to fuse the two things together as smoothly and logically as possible. (Like, the Light is replaced with craft and wish craft, even though they come from the same place, the stars).
So technically, yes, Siffrin IS a Sky Kid, but this ISAT version of Sky Kids. A lot of places will also be identical, some other will slightly change in position geographically, all of this to try to keep some of the morphology of the island of Guadeloupe, which is the inspiration of tge Forgotten Island from ISAT.

Nothing Matters But You JHS
Pairing - Different Timeline! Dark! Jung Hoseok! x AFAB! Reader
Synopsis- Based off Everything Everywhere All At Once, a random man shows up at your door. Part 3 of the Movie Series!
Featuring - No one!
Word Count - Around 1k
Tags and Warnings - Violence, EEAAO Refs
Authors Note - I wrote my way into circles with this one… I tried hard. So so so hard.
A friendly reminder that all my works are dark fanfiction! Please if you do not like that do not read them! These depictions don't pertain to reality. This is your final warning before hitting the keep reading button!!
Music droned on in the background as you cleaned up your apartment. You gathered up scattered books and magazines, wiped down surfaces, and dusted shelves, practically anything to distract yourself. A thunderstorm echoed outside, rain pouring down. You glanced longingly at your patio, usually a peaceful escape from the world outside, but now drenched in rain. With a sigh, you settled back into tidying up.
You made yourself an everything bagel once you were done. Your life was usually lonely, but you enjoyed the solitude. It made you more focused on the little tasks you had in progress. Putting a mixture of cream cheese and jelly on the treat, you turned down your music and put on Adventure Time. The perfect scene of relaxation, and an accomplishment from cleaning up.
Then you heard a knock at your door. “I didn't expect any guests today…” You mumble getting up and pausing the television. As you open the door, you see a man drenched from head to toe, looking at you with a mix of amazement and loss. “Hello?” You say trying to snap him out of it.
He perked up, clearing his throat and speaking. “Can I come in, I need a place to wait out the storm.” He asks. You tilt your head in confusion. Your apartment is on the 4th floor - why didn't he just wait in the lobby downstairs? Surely they wouldn't turn him away. But you can't leave him outside to freeze and get sick. So you step aside and let him in.
“Yeah it's no problem, I know that weather just came out of nowhere.” You say getting a towel from your clothes hamper. You give it to the man and head to your small kitchen to get something warm for him to eat as well. “The towel just came from the dryer, and I'm going to heat up something for you to eat. I don't want you to get a cold.”
“Thank you, though your kindness is wasted on someone like me.” He mutters, wrapping the towel tightly around his shivering frame. You ignore the uneasy feeling in your stomach and continue to heat up a bowl of soup for him. “Do you stay up here by yourself? I mean I couldn't live alone, especially in the city.”
“Well, I enjoy solitude. I tried the whole roommate thing and it just never worked out.” You explain, handing him the steaming bowl and a spoon. As he eats, you lean against the kitchen island, trying to avoid his intense gaze. “What about you? I don't remember ever seeing you around here. Where are you from?” You ask, trying to deflect some of the attention away from yourself.
He leans over, resting his elbows on his knees. “I’m Hoseok, well I'm really from nowhere. I don't know I'm just lost, to be honest.” A pang of sympathy hits you as he speaks. Hoseok sits there, consumed by his own inner turmoil. Instinctively, you reach out to grab the empty bowl but he catches your forearm in a tight grip. You try to jerk back but Hoseok peers up at you.
His eyes were crazed. Pupils wide. His attention is straight on you.
“But you can save me.”
You knew something was up. Your other hand goes to Hoseoks face, stopping him temporarily. Quickly, you reach out a hand to stop him from getting too close. Your other hand fumbles towards the kitchen counter, grabbing your trusty handgun for protection. “You need to get the fuck out of here.” You say pointing the gun at him.
“This one has the gall to try and fight back!” He says walking towards you, raising a hand, and snapping. The gun transforms before your eyes, turning into a misshaped load of bread. “You never tried fighting back before, that makes my suspicions correct. You're the one to replace her.” He rambles moving closer to you.
“What are you talking about…” You say body pressed against the countertop. Your hand goes behind you grabbing a kitchen knife. You grab onto it, readying for when he is distracted.
Hoseok snickers. “I watched my girlfriend die, my own timeline… she was glorious. One of the smartest women I've known, but she died because she experimented with her own head. Perfecting jum-” You take the knife and lodge it into Hoseoks stomach. He doubles over crying out. You move away from him, watching him as you slide over to a wall. Hoseok wails holding the knife. “No! Baby don't go! You've wounded me, god it hurts so bad!” He lifts his hands, coated in red up to his face, hands holding and running down his face. He plucks his fingers one by one into his mouth as he stands. “Mmm, Strawberry flavor. Did you make toast earlier or something?”
Your eyes widen as the supposed knife is now a bottle of strawberry jam. Hoseok was completely out of your league, there was no way you could take him. His hand runs down the countertop his nails changing colors with each second. His hand leaves behind swirls of colors that constantly change. He grabs the towel which transforms into a rope in his hands, his wild eyes darting between the two of you. “What even are you?! Who even are you really?!?” You yelled sliding to your bedroom. You had changed your plan to leave through the fire escape.
The man followed behind you at a slow pace. “Hoseok, or Jay, or maybe J-Hope, maybe even Hobi. God, what does your timeline call me?” He says digging into his pocket, pulling out his wallet, and reading the ID inside. “Yeah seems like I'm Hoseok here. So I'm just Hoseok to you. And I'm the man who just wants his life back.” He sneers, stretching the rope. You run to your window but are stopped, Hoseok grabbing your neck with the rope with the precision you couldn't even begin to fathom.
You're forced on the bed, Hoseok straddling you as he forces the rope tighter on your neck. You choke and gasp as he digs the rope into your neck. “L-Let go.” You manage to gasp out. Your hand goes to his face, trying to push him even a little bit to let off of you. And it works as he stumbles back. You catch your breath, looking at him as he regains his posture. Crawling back you grab your lamp and try to attack him for one final attempt.
You could've almost predicted it turning into a bunch of fireflies. You looked at your hands, finally giving in. You sobbed as Hoseok stood back up getting on his knees in front of you, as you sat on the bed. “Nothing makes sense… why does nothing make sense?”

I Finished the Rest of Battle City
@lostsomewhereinthegarden wanted to be tagged
I was honestly getting a little tired of Marik and his problems by this point in the series which is why this took so long.
Voice acting:
Marik: THEY TOOK AWAY HIS SKELETOR VOICE
Tumblr media
Characters:
Yami: He's pretty much the same, only he completely forgives normal Marik.
Yugi: pretty much the same only he forgives normal Marik.
Joey: he died and I started crying. He's pretty good as always and was absolutely robbed of that victory.
Téa: she kept getting possessed.
Tristan: nothing new
Duke: nothing new
Ryou: ate all the donuts
Yami Bakura: he giggled and did nothing.
Ishizu: she yells in lowercase and I think that's funny
Odion: Maybe it's just the dub, but he never says he wants Marik to be safe because he loves him. He just says it's his duty and it's how he'll be accepted into his family. Idk. It's a little weird that this may be his and Marik's final moments and he doesn't once say that he loves him.
Marik: I hate you. I hate you so much.
Yami Marik: hype wore off this guy sucks and can't duel without plot armor. He also talks way too much and it gets on my nerves.
Seto Kaiba: he's so angry that Yugi beat him in his own tournament it's kinda funny. He is my savior in these last episodes.
Mokuba: he's here
Serenity: she's also here
Mai: ded
Roland: the MVP
Duels:
Duel 1: Four Way Duel
In this duel Joey, Kaiba, Yami, and Yami Marik are all dueling each other at the same time. For a little bit, everyone is targeting Joey, but Yami keeps defending him so they move on to attacking Marik.
Every time Yami defends Joey, Kaiba says something snarky and that makes Joey go "Hey man, let me duel on my own for Mai."
And Yami just begrudgingly does it. Like this man does not want Joey dueling Marik.
Marik is just in his own little corner going "AHAHAHAAA I'm so evil" and everyone ignores him.
Kaiba is trying to knock out someone. I forgot who. He wants to get all three Egyptian God Cards and make his deck even brickier.
Yami Marik loses.
Duel 2: Joey vs Yami Marik
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🪓💥PEAK💥🎉💯💯🔥💯💯❤️‍🔥⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡🦅🦅🦅
This duel is Yami Marik's only good duel, and by God is it Joey's second best (I like Joey vs Valon more).
In this duel, Yami Marik makes it a Shadow Game in which your energy gets drained if your monster is destroyed or loses attack points. Because Joey is a normal guy, he is weaker to this and therefore loses faster.
Some stuff happens and Joey was given Lava Golem. This makes him lose life points faster. Yami Marik is slowly burning him with other cards like nightmare wheel, but lava golem is cooler.
Yami Marik uses some worm things to make Joey lose more energy. Joey sacrifices them so he can summon Geilfried (idk how to spell it).
Yami Marik summons Ra Phoenix mode and destroys all of Joey's monsters. But my boy still stands.
Joey summons Gearfried and almost attacks, but then he dies.
Tumblr media
Duel 3: Kaiba vs Yami
I kept dozing off during this duel because I was worried about Joey, soooooo I kinda have no clue what happened other than like a few things.
Kaiba and Yami are dueling in a coliseum because Kaiba is crazy.
Kaiba gives Yami Change of Heart sometime during this duel. Which makes me wonder if he always had that on hand, or if he yoinked it from Bakura. Did Bakura ever get it back?
Kaiba so summons his blue eyes at some point in this duel. And Yami summons red eyes. And that Dark Magician Paladin thing.
During this duel Kaiba and Yami attack each other with their god cards and it takes them to a vision of the past in which the gods are turned to stone and the two of them are fighting.
Yami Marik is stuck in a wall. One time I read a fic where Yami Bakura stopped time and butt fucked him there. Wild.
Yami wins by means I don't remember and Mokuba and Kaiba fight about something.
INTERMISSION
Téa gets possessed again and goes to fight Yami Marik.
Kaiba gets annoyed at Ishizu and then Joey.
Mokuba is annoyed at Kaiba.
Yami Marik and Marik are fighting during Kaiba and Joey's duel.
TéaMarik does some sick flips and then Ishizu and Yami intervene and make Yami Marik go away.
Turns out Marik is a little regretful about being the absolute worst and wants to make things right by doing not much at all because he sucks and can't do shit without help.
Téa is back.
Duel 4: Kaiba vs Joey
Joey was pissing off Kaiba and that convinced a duel for third place.
Kaiba is winning.
Joey summons Blue Eyes White Dragon from Kaiba's graveyard and this makes Kaiba so angry.
Uuuuhhhh.... Joey told Mokuba that Kaiba doesn't care about him and that made me really upset.
Some stuff happens idk I wasn't paying attention I don't really care about this rivalry.
Kaiba won and Joey got made fun of.
Final duel: Yami Marik vs Yami Yugi
Shadow game
I don't remember the first part of this duel other than Marik and Yugi are at risk of death and like I get caring about Yugi dying, but Marik kinda deserves it.
So um... Every time Yami loses life points Yugi's body starts to disappear. Same thing with Marik.
Yami summons his poker knights and then summons Slifer.
Marik Summons Ra.
Yami destroys Ra and then Summons Obelisk with A card Kaiba gave him.
Marik summons Egyptian God slime and Yami never asks what it does despite the fact that he can.
Some stuff happens and Yami uses Ragnarok and destroys everything and Marik surrenders.
HOW AND WHY MARIK SURRENDERED
While this duel is happening, Normal Marik is talking to Odion's dead body and says that everything that happened was his (Marik's) fault, and that he's sorry.
A while later, Odion wakes up and goes to save Marik. And by save I mean give him a pep talk.
He goes on and on about how Marik is good and can beat the darkness inside of him.
Marik is given a new found strength and tells Yami to attack him.
Yami attacks him and Marik has one life point left. Marik surrenders and Yami Marik dies while begging.
Marik is forgiven and I still don't think he did much to deserve it.
Afterwards
After that duel, Marik apologizes again, and then takes his shirt off to show Yami the scriptures on his back.
Yami can't read it tho so it was kinda pointless.
Marik then gives him the millennium rod and ring and Yami Bakura's lame ass who was playing spin the bottle with Dark Magician said "Thank you" because he's polite and we love him.
Kaiba says he's going to blow up the island.
Joey and the gang go check on Mai and Serenity says she ain't wake up yet, but then she wakes up because Joey juST GOT PRANKED LMAO
The Gang then find Bakura eating food because there isn't much to eat in the Shadow Realm. That makes me think that the Shadow Realm is biased towards the Bakurae because they always only get a slap on the wrist for losing.
We don't see Bakura or the Ishtar's for the rest of the episode so I'm choosing to believe they were busy adopting Bakura into their family as Marik's husband.
It takes the gang way too long to realize that they can just take the helicopter and don't have to ride in the broken aircraft.
The island explodes and the Kaibas come out in a Blue Eyes jet (there is a card of it).
This makes Joey upset.
The squad get back to Domino and Marik apologizes again, and his siblings thank Yugi and his friends for helping them.
The End

i am astounded (not actually surprised though) that people are "disappointed in you" when they can READ THE TAGS on a fic you posted, and then they go ahead and read the fic and expect it to be something different than what it was labeled as. And Then send you an essay about their disappointment and about how you "usually don't promote violence" or something (even though you've written a longfic about the wizarding war, which is violent, but i digress.)
don't like the tags, do not fucking read <3 it's really simple actually.
loving tennessee baby btw xx
Fanfic is beautiful in the fact that you can tag everything and readers know exactly what they’re getting into most of the time. I think media literacy is a lost art and I’ve had conversations especially with young people in this fandom that shows me some people don’t like reading things that make them uncomfortable or that don’t tell them what to think. As much as I love fanfic as a form of escapism, I think we need to read things that make us uncomfortable because otherwise we sit in our cushy little boxes and ignore real, ugly, things in the world.
I could preach forever but I won’t 😭 because I’ve said this all before. Because you’re absolutely right, my first jegulus fic was 200k words of war and death and morally complex situations. So, I am who I’ve always been and I write what I always write.
The very first thing I said in the opening notes of Tennessee Baby is and I quote: “I will give you all your disclaimers and warnings. Read the tags. Everything else after that is not my problem.” I 1000% stand by that for Tennessee Baby and ANY of my fics. I always warn and tag and anyone’s reaction or upset is not my problem.
I really blame no one, and have total empathy and sympathy for why some of my writing might not be people’s cup of tea. And people miss tags or warnings. I have too!! But also, that is the readers responsibility not mine. Everyone has to worry and put themselves first, and I can’t cater to every single person who reads my work. So YEAH read tags people and remember authors have no responsibility to write things you’re comfortable with, you’ve got to take care of yourself.
I’m so glad you like Tennessee Baby I’ve so enjoyed writing it and I’m excited to continue the story and show you all where it goes <333 mwah!

Mutual I was tagged in this game by (sasukesharingan) so I’ll just continue by sending this to the rest of you guys as I don’t have an ask box lol 😂❤️
List 5 things that make you happy and then send this to the last 10 people who reblogged from you
Get to know your mutuals and followers
I gotta go to the last 9 people now see you later once you answer this 😂❤️
Hii mutual!
See, I could say Naruto as a whole makes me happy, but that would be lying: it makes me devastated and angry, in a funny way but still, so... idk, I'm currently in love with the book "I have no mouth and I must scream" (it has an amazing audiobook... and a game); you can say Obito makes me happy tho
I also like the "dress up" game gacha life 2 bc I can't force myself to draw my characters😭
I love my two cats, they can literally just exist, doing nothing, and yet it would bring me joy
I'm currently watching dungeon meshi, it's a good anime🙏 it heals my wounded soul and destroyed mind from Naruto
Hmmm... I like to drink cold water too, it's soooo refreshing
I don't remember who reblogged from me so I'll just tag some mutuals:
@anubisthe1 @evilkitten3 @fire-eyed-raven @gojosneck @r--kt @the-real-sasuke-uchiha @komihoyinsblog @ichaichahatake @mdr-reikas

I'd pay a very pretty penny for you, gorgeous. Switch out your plain auction collar out for a much more personalized one. personalized to me of course, not you. you're property, your taste doesnt matter. it'll be pretty and pink and says "mommys mutt" on the tag. the cage for your little tcock will match and the last thing that'll be in the set will be my favourite pink strap. its a rabbit strap, so not only will it vibrate inside your virgin puppy cunt, it'll have an extra part that presses up against the cage, making it buzz around your tdick every time i push into you. you'll be shaking and whining like a good dog, maybe even crying after i edge you a few times. between each edge while i wait for you to come down, ill play with my pretty pussy in front of you, teasing you with what you want so bad before getting back to fucking you relentlessly right up until you're seconds away from cumming again. then after hours, i'll unlock the cage, tug on your leash towards me and spread my legs so you can breed me full <333 -🔮
rruufffruff,., it's torture not being able to touch myself mommy,,, can't wait until my period is over to touch myself to this...
thankyouthankyou thank you mommy,, i'd be so so happy to wear a collar mommy picks out,, i'm mommy's mutt, only mommy's, no one else's!! i'm mommy's to tease and edge and fill up and play with! my tongue will hang out of the edge of my mouth, a pool of drool forming on the mattress, mixing with tears of ecstasy flowing down my cheeks,, i might accidentally start speaking to beg for release, but then i'll remember that puppies can't speak, and i'll woof and whimper like the dog i am. god, and it would be so so hard, mommy, because i cum so fast that it isn't even funny! i stick a toy in my puppycunt and the second i move it even a little, i start shaking and cumming!! i don't know how i'll handle mommy's teasing, but i'll try my hardest to please you!
fuck, and when you finally, finally let me between your legs?? bbbarkbarkbark,, i'll mount and hump you like a stupid dog, and then i'll take a break to lick the cum i left behind off/out of your pussy, and then i'll repeat the process so many times that i'll eventually tire myself out and collapse with my head on your chest and my tcock still nestled snugly in your slick folds.
