at this point I'm not going to finish this, but I need everyone to know that I don't CARE that it was Kamejim, this scene has been replaying itself in my brain for the past week --

I love the theory that Zelda repaired the Champion's Tunic to propose to Link with it because if we take the idea of Link culturally viewing the gifting of armor as an engagement tradition to its logical conclusion, what did he think of the Champion's Tunic the first time around?

you know what really gets to me. is how jack loosens up david’s morals. like how david starts off as a staunch pacifist because of the Optics and strategy of it all, but then later he kicks a cop in the face and threatens him with a swing + tries to punch jack when he scabs. and both instances occur specifically because he cares so deeply about jack. But also there's this tidbit from the 91 script
it's like. up until now, david's interactions with jack have largely consisted of david being openly skeptical/confrontational whenever he detects any kind of bullshit. and while he immediately clocks that all this stuff about santa fe is a lie, for the first time, he decides to let it go. Because there's a kernel of authenticity to the statement, though the authenticity doesn’t lie in factual truth, it’s in how jack desperately "wants it to be true". because. this is david's first time seeing the soft underbelly to jack. because david IS charmed by jack despite not really trusting him

Won't You Shake A Poor Sinner's Hand?
I imagine Reigen and Serizawa were going for a lovely early morning stroll through London and on their way home Reigen offered they try taking a shortcut through a very suspicious foreboding looking alleyway and ended up running into this equally suspicious foreboding looking man, Dimple, who greeted them like the Shadow Man from Princess and The Frog and sang Friends From the Other Side -- or maybe he tried selling them sketchy multi-purpose tonics or used watches or whatever -- Anyway, Reigen's frantic rambling is not helping the situation AT ALL and Serizawa is just standing there nervously, eyes wildy darting back and forth between Reigen and Dimple until he starts silently and anxiously eyeing Reigen and shaking his head hoping Reigen would stop digging his own grave by interacting with this mysterious (and possibly dangerous?) man and, for the love of Mob, just get the heck outta of there lol

I love how todo, alongside nanami, is one of Yuuji’s best mentor figures. You can really see a lot of Yuki’s mindset and behavior shine through him and I hope we get more of that, through a flashback or todo’s thoughts, before the series ends

do yhink theres like a life where bill accidentally 'kills' himself and isnt able to get to Dipper in time?
so dipper is just there thinking like no one will love me 😔😔💔 with no memories anf bill is just floating around pissed off
then BAM dipper remembers and comes to bills rescue somehow. then it cuts to dipper making fun of bill 🤭
A Fine concept! Alternately: A Dipper who still doesn't have his memories stumbling across Bill, and the subsequent shenanigans.

the whole "cats choose their owners" thing is really funny to me because ivy very much did NOT choose me. she was a slightly dim-witted and very rambunctious feral kitten, and that combination led to her getting herself stuck inside an old chipmunk nest halfway down the steep bank of the creek by my parents' house. from there she proceeded to scream her head off until both my mom and i came out to see what on earth was making all that racket, then we excavated her out of that hole like a sad little potato. she was grateful for the rescue, but definitely NOT grateful for the ensuing flea baths and conversion to indoor cat life at my apartment, which she reminds me of regularly. ivy i'm sorry for saving you from an early death due to predation/disease/cars, but can you stop biting me every day of my life please

my grandmother knows how much i love the moon and she's started clipping articles out of the paper whenever they're space-related and mailing them to me and i've taken to calling her whenever there's an interesting celestial body visible to the naked eye in the night sky. it's a cute lil way that we bond and has had the happy side effect that now in addition to all the other reasons i love to see the moon, i now also love it because it's something i get to share with her. this is all important context that my friends didn't have last week when we turned a corner and my reaction to seeing the full moon hanging huge and bright and beautiful right in front of us was to shout "i need to call my grandmother!!" now, i'm not sure what conclusions i would have jumped to were i in their position, but i feel like "my friend's grandmother must be a werewolf" would have been low on the list of possibilities. that's just me though.

I'm actually very worried about that questline we don't speak of in the Angle because LotRO is usually so good about faithfully adapting Tolkien's obscure lore that it would be reasonable for someone to play through it and assume that it is also a faithful adaptation of some obscure lore. I mean some people might be clued in by how horrible it is as a quest, but taken at face value it could easily just be a bad story about some perfectly reasonable lore.
I feel like it should have a disclaimer before you accept it, that it alleges things that are straight up false. And also is going to make you feel really gross to play through, but technically that's a different complaint.
