⟡ a/n: i tried my best to write this one but i've never been too touch averse (i was when i was younger but have gotten over it for the most part) so i hope i did your request somewhat justice!

Tsukishima Kei has never been one to be known as a softie, everyone would always say he has no regard for anybody but himself and they were somewhat right because there you were, living proof that Tsukishima’s cold demeanor could be broken. No one really quite understands what you see in him but honestly, they were just glad he was good to you. Tsukishima was always so protective of you, always so sweet no matter where you were or who was around. Tsukishima didn’t care what others said about him, he would put up with the teasing from Hinata, Kageyama, and even Yamaguchi if it meant you were happy and comfortable. While you were the most comfortable you’ve ever been in a relationship, it took a while to get to where you were with each other.

Your relationship with Tsukishima was a strange one in terms of physical affection. On one hand, you craved the warmth and reassurance that only his touch could provide but on the other hand, there were times when the idea of someone touching you sent shivers down your spine, your skin crawling with discomfort but Tsukishima never really minded it because he truly loved you and would honestly burn anyone who would may accidentally bump into you on the street. His love for you was much stronger than his want for physical attention.

When you were just getting used to Tsukishima, there were times where he would ask to hold your hand or kiss you and you would allow him to but as soon as he got close to you, you would quickly push him away as you weren’t ready for him to initiate contact since you were the one to always make the first move. Tsukishima was patient though. He never pushed you more than what you both thought fit and would actually be reluctant to touch you more than usual even if you said it was okay for him to in the moment. Tsukishima was just worried. Yet, here you are. Both of you are in love with each other and there is barely a moment where you push away. The only times where you would stray from his touch were when you were having a really bad day whether it was caused by stress or something someone said. Even then, Tsukishima would always find a way to comfort you even if it meant he couldn’t hug you or kiss you.

Now, two years and a half into the relationship, you find yourself with your head on your stoic yet loving boyfriend’s lap watching some random movie you chose as he plays with your hair, you think about how far you have come.

The soft glow of the TV illuminates the cozy living room, casting shadows across the walls as the movie plays in the background. You shift slightly, nestling deeper into Tsukishima’s lap, the warmth and comfort of his presence. His fingers still trailing through your hair, sending pleasant tingles down your spine as you let out a contented sigh.

"Comfortable?" Tsukishima asks softly, his voice barely above a whisper as he looks down at you.

"Mmm, yeah," you murmur, your eyes fluttering closed as you sink further into his touch. "You're the best pillow I have ever laid my head on.."

"Glad I could be of service." Tsukishima chuckles as he grabs your hand to rub small circles into with his thumb before going back to watching the movie.

Silence quietly falls between the both of you and the only thing you can hear is the movie and the sound of Tsukishima’s breathing which you end up falling into rhythm with.

After a while, you feel Tsukishima shift slightly, and you crack open an eye to see him glancing down at you with a soft smile playing at his lips.

"What?" you ask with a giggle of amusement at the sight of your boyfriend trying to suppress his smile.

Finally, his smile breaks through as he is drowned with affection for you. “Nothing, I’m just enjoying this moment with you.” He says warmly causing a blush to creep onto your face.

Smiling back at him, you reach your hand up to his face and begin to caress his cheek “Me too,” you say in a sweet tone as he leans into your touch “I never would have guessed I would enjoy cuddling with someone who wasn’t my stuffed animal.” You let out a small laugh as he playfully rolls his eyes.

“Well I would hope I’m at least a better cuddler than all of them.” He retorts with a bit of fake jealousy.

“Mmm, let me think…” you say as you bring a finger to your chin to ‘think’ of who is a better cuddler for a few moments “Yeah, I’d say you’re the better cuddler. Only by a bit though.”

“Really now?” He scoffs out actually offended this time “I’ll keep that in mind then the next time you come sleepover at my place.” He says causing you to jump up from his lap so that you’re now sitting up next to him.

“Kei! I was joking don’t think about doing anything drastic!” You blurt out as you take his face into your hands.

“Calm down,” Tsukishima lets out a low chuckle has he guides you back to laying down on his lap. “Now stay there, I was comfortable and you ruined it for a bit.” He closes his eyes as his hand goes back to where he was play with your hair moments before and all you can do is sigh in annoyed love.

“I love you, jerk.” You say as you close your eyes one more time before drifting off to sleep.

“I love you too, dummy.” He says back as he adjusts the both of you were you can both fall asleep without moving too much from your original positioning.

As you both fall asleep, it is easy to see that you are both completely content with each other no matter what obstacles may come your way. As long as you had each other and as long as you supported one another, nothing would ever ruin the love you both have.

runext finale thoughts:

weird asf group name and weird asf lineup. like idk why two of them are there but im not gonna send them hate and if they have good music ill still stream even though my faves didnt all make it. yk like a normal person would 🤷🏻‍♀️

so when i heard that korean votes would be used for the top two i knew exactly what hybe was up to. they wanted wonhee to debut. it probably would have been way closer...maybe fourth or fifth place if they used international votes and they didnt want to risk it. whether they meant to make jiwoo collateral or not is up for debate though.

i really think the judges just didnt like jiwoo bc what the fuck. i think hybe (and, consequently, the judges) knew who would be top two if they made the finale votes mostly korean and in doing so planned for the other four to not be jiwoo.

so i kinda predicted jiwoo falling out but jeemin? wow. i didnt expect that. she was never in my picks but she seemed to have that factor. i thought she and youngseo would be top two with youngseo being first and when i found out about korean voting, i assumed jeemin would take yunah or moka's spot. i cant even begin to theorize how that didnt happen.

iroha and wonhee were the judges favorites. this was clear as day. iroha was very much favored by the judges. she got second place on her team in given and taken and third overall after the bang! performance (stages where she made mistakes.) i think irohas personality is very charming and if theres no jeemin or jihyun we need a main dancer like her but shes still very young to me and her vocals arent very developed (see money and shut down performances.) wonhee is honestly a topic i dont want to discuss again but since im going over all the winners heres my opinion plainly:

shes too young. she trained the least out of everyone. she has a constant lost duck expression. she (like ena) had the potential to train some more and become a banger main vocalist (her tone is very pretty.) she fumbled the fearless performance. she ate the ssfwl and feel special performances up (showing her rapid growth.) her debut definitely robbed jeemin and jiwoo but the hate for her is absolutely disgusting. thats all.

youngseo....yeah i mean whos surprised? not really much to say other than good for her. i guess i dont like her voice but that doesnt mean its bad. she deserves it even though she was never in my picks. i will say though that she has tsuki syndrome. which ive classified as having very intense charisma and facial expressions so everyone thinks youre the perfect example of stage presence. over the top expressions doesnt mean talented idol. of course youngseo is talented also but if i had to point to the contestant with the best stage presence and expressions it would be jeemin no doubt. (neither of these girls were ever in my picks so im being v unbiased here)

moka....will rule the world. so proud of her. eat sleep moka.

yunah being sixth is wild. i think they just did that for shock value. shes the mood maker yall. live laugh yunah.

lastly minju....again good for her. very versatile and professional. her vocal tone is the most unique in the show and if they don't have jiwoo they'll need a stand out vocalist like her. (still hate that she had the entire i dont care performance while hyewon had like 3 lines even with voicing her uncertainty but we move on)

jiwoo, yunah, moka, jeongeun, minju, iroha

my predictions for the final lineup:

youngseo, jeemin, minju, wonhee, jiwoo, and moka or yunah (without korean popularity vote. with it jeemin and wonhee would switch places)

really hope to see the other girls in other projects soon. esp jiwoo. justice 4 jiwoo. ill make another post going over my thoughts of the eliminated contestants soon </3

Description:

It was your idea to get a Beach Hut. There wasn’t time in both of your busy lives to get on a plane and fly away, despite the Tsukki insisting that pricey hotels were a far better choice of a vacation. But you won him over by using your practicality, and his sense of logic, against him.

It’s pretty much a compromise between the two of you on what you get. He doesn’t want a small wooden one, and he definitely wants one with a decent plumbing system.

So, you get a small vacation home by the sea - one that’s just a walk from the shore, and resides on top of some stone steps. With a few tidbits - such as matching deck chairs, pastel cushions, a hammock - brought in to spruce the place up a little, and a kitchenette with cupboards that stored nonperishables and essentials. You knew Tsukishima wouldn’t be too enthusiastic about this, due to your discussions prior to buying the place. But at least he’d appreciate your preparedness of a First Aid Kit.

Regardless of his reservations, all that matters to him, is that you’re there.

FUTURE DREAMS SEASON 4: EPISODE 3-4 INTERVIEW

Interviews in shows are no longer new to Soyoun at this point, so it isn’t surprising to her that she gets pulled aside to do an interview fresh after their performance of “Scream”. Thankfully, as soon as she gets settled, they immediately get straight to the point. Soyoun supposes that all four of them will be interviewed as quickly as possible.

How was it like learning and practicing for the songs? Did you encounter any difficulties along the way?

It takes Soyoun a few seconds to figure out what exactly she’ll let the audiences know. Besides, she can’t afford to be misinterpreted and evil-edited. There may be other girls who are faking being kind and genuine, but she isn’t one of them. Even then, she can be her very best self, but she knows that the editing team will make the most of every opportunity there is and make her look like something she’s not.

“It was a mix of fun and nerve-wracking, really,” Soyoun says with a smile. “I got to be teamed up with girls I am friends with, and I like to think we all work well together.” She is aware that she sounds like she’s playing safe, but that is really how she sees it. “I mean, I’ve said this too many times to her face, but I trust Danbi with my whole life. That’s how much faith I have in her leadership. There’s also Allie who is one of the best vocalists I know, and Tsuki’s got lots of potential to be one of LGC’s best rappers. As for myself, I like to think I can learn choreography fast and can help others with it. With a team like ours, who am I to complain?”

Soyoun pauses, realizing that she needs to elaborate on the nerve-wracking aspect as well. “I only say nerve-wracking because of how much pressure we are in to do this song justice and perform to the best of our abilities,” she admits. “I mean... All of our futures are on the line here, right? So of course, there’s always that nerve-wracking pressure looming at the back of our minds to do well, no matter how much fun we’re having.”

“As for difficulties, ‘Scream’ is more powerful and edgy than anything I’ve previously done, but it’s a challenge I welcomed. I was always told my face and personality suited brighter and more delicate concepts, so doing an edgier, more powerful concept that is different from previous concepts I’ve done before was fun. I only hope that the people who see this enjoyed watching me as much as I did performing it!”

What was one thing you would like to take away from this experience so far?

This question sort of catches Soyoun off-guard more than she expected. But then again, she supposes she should have seen this coming. “Enjoy every moment because lightning doesn’t strike in the same place twice,” she says with a self-satisfied nod.

“That was a lot smarter than you expected, didn’t you?” Soyoun laughs, does finger guns, and winks at the cameras with her usual humor before turning serious again.

“But seriously, despite my failure at securing a debut spot at the leadership task, more than ever, I realized the importance of having fun and embracing the opportunity that I’m still here in the competition,” she explains to the cameras with a soft smile. “Making these memories with the other girls isn’t something just anyone can do, and I don’t know whether I will get to experience something like this again.”

She doesn’t dare to ask the question: if she doesn’t debut now, then when? There’s no denying that she’s growing old and her parents are pressuring her to go back to designing for a stable career. There’s also the reality that there are so many girls in this company who may surpass her if she doesn’t get this chance now. This might as well be one of her last few lifelines to give this a shot before she’s forced to give up. But of course, no one needs to know that.

“I’m determined to make every moment worth it!”

Mika first encounter with them again 2 months after the fail operation, it was Baba’s birthday and it led to a 4 parts Epilogue with 3 parts smut. At last, Mika had moved and avoided all contacts with the bidders, making it clear to Mia that she couldn’t meet them under any circumstances.

Another 6 months later, she was back at the Tres Spades Hotel under Eisuke’s request. (Order) Then bumped into an old acquaintance, had sex in Eisuke’s office. The bidders have no time to grill Mia about her knowledge of the uninvited man who’s just screwing you in Eisuke’s suite moment ago as more guests enter the penthouse, Mia gasps at the new arrivals. Your eyes widen at all the superiors, whatever this is, it’s big but you can’t help the small curl of a smile at the corners of your mouth when a tall and muscular man winks at you, “Hello my little bird.” You run and give him a hug like a little girl seeing her favorite idol but this man is more than that, he’s like a father to you, your mentor and the person you’ve always looked up to.

“Hey, you never hug me like that?" Quickly letting go you stick your tongue out while the tall man chuckles, "You’re a prev, that’s why.” Kirisawa clears his throat from behind to remind them the more urgent matter in hand.

“Hello, Mr. Ichinomiya. I am Jin Namba from Public Safety and this is ..”

“Nomura Tadanobu from MPD.” Eisuke rises his brows and shakes Namba’s hand. “Why don’t we talk in private?” Namba cuts right to the chase, Eisuke shares a look with Soryu and head upstairs. Nomura, Kirisawa and Kaga follow, “You too, Mia. I need the window disinfected." King asshole glares at you and Kaga while Mia looks confuse but grabs the cleaning products anyway.

"Mika?” Namba motions you to join with his chin, you head back to the place where you and Kaga have just had sex, not weird at all. At least you keep telling yourself that while you walk behind the men and see Ota smirks in amusement.

“Now, can someone tell me what is going on instead of being useless?” Eisuke gives you two the death glare again, clearly very irritated.

“We’ve got a tip about the illegal drug exchange in your hotel. And captain Kaga here has come to arrest the men in action.”

Eisuke remains unfazed at the news, meaning he has known or guessed as much when he “borrows” you, “Why are you two here?” He asks, meaning Namba and Nomura.

“Well, our communication with Kaga drops after he’s knocked out the suspects.” Namba explains, pulling a cigarette out from his pocket. “Do you mind?” Eisuke pushes an ashtray towards him without answering as Nomura begins to speak. “MPD needs a suspect in custody and so does Public Safety.”

Eisuke doesn’t care about justice or rightful sentence, that’s not his job but he gives a fuck when people are bringing drugs to his hotel, that’s just not acceptable. “Mr. Ichinomiya, you did request for our help.” Nomura smiles and Eisuke gives Soryu a nod, “You can have the other guy but Mr. Ito is our hotel guest, I can’t just give him to you.”

Namba blows a ring out, blurring the King in sight. “Do you plan to interrogate him yourself?”

“No. I don’t do everything myself.” Eisuke answers with a grin.

“An hour.” Soryu adds.

“Who knows what you'd do to him in that hour,” Kaga protests, “I’ll do it."

The two men stare at each other, both men are experienced with interrogation. "Why don’t they both interrogate Mr. Ito?” Namba suggests, Eisuke uncrosses his legs and nods at Soryu again before the two leave the door while you pray they don’t end up killing each other.

“Mia, coffee.” And that’s the cue for her to stay away from the conversation, at least for a short while. Folding his arms, Eisuke sits up a little and asks firmly, “Why are you really here?”

As much as you dislike the guy, Eisuke Ichinomiya is so damn smart. “There will be a bigger deal on a cruise.” Namba puts his cigarette out, “And you are invited, I believe."

Nomura and Kirisawa sit quietly, waiting for further explanation. "The Dreamers Cruise, by invitation only and they are inviting all sort of people around the world to try their first trip. Celebrities, politicians, businessmen, a perfect place to sell drug when they are out in the high sea.”

“I can’t get you an invitation.” Eisuke interrupts.

“No, you can’t but you can give the number of guests in rsvp.” Namba grins knowingly, “Plus all the VIP gentleman have an invitation of their own.”

Eisuke studies Namba carefully and wonders just how much he knows. “How many people do I need to bring? I am not babysitting for the police." The CEO speaks coldly.

"Just three, we even have their identities covered.” Namba puts a brown envelope on his desk, “Captain Kaga as a mafia member of the Ice Dragons.”

Oh what? This isn’t going to set well with him, being under someone is never going to work. It’s a miracle that he listens to Namba, he sure as hell isn’t going to act the part and listens to a mob boss.

“And Lieutenant Goto and Mika will be acting as couple, as Mia’s sister of course.”

Eisuke looks at the files, scanning the names and occupations. “They work in my company? Meaning I’ll be forging their employees details?”

“Oh no, we have that cover too. Mr. Ichinomiya, we simply need you to agree and play the part." Namba never needs mean comments or cold stares to get someone’s convinced.

"Mika too?” It’s Nomura’s turn with questions, “I hope you are not stealing her away from me"

"Steal? Tadanobu, she’s ours to begin with. She may have transferred to second unit but she’s one of us, always will be.” He winks at you while you hear a small gasp from Kirisawa, he has no idea as Nomura has kept it a secret from the team. You want to fit in, being the centre of a “former” public safety will only cause unnecessary rumors and troubles.

“I supposingly can provide the help you need but why would I help? Are you going to blackmail me?” Eisuke’s eyes darken.

“Mr. Ichinomiya, this goes beyond just some drug trafficking. The organization must be big and structured enough to have that many hotels and people involved. We suspect there’s more than just drug, they are a potential threat to our country.”

Eisuke listens but looks nonchalant then Namba shows his upper hand, “The name Kazumi Tanaka is on the invitation.” The King stares at Namba, waiting for him to disclose the meaning of it and he hasn’t disappointed, Jin Namba says a name Eisuke Ichinomiya has not heard for over twelve years.

“We also believe he’s formerly known as Takao Saionji.”

Writer’s Note: Takao Saionji is the name I’ve made up for Eisuke’s biological father since there’s no info about him and his face’s only shown once in Jap version of Love Trap so I let my imagination do the work.
