my toxic trait is picking up random hobbies on a whim like today i went shopping for a cardigan but found No cardigan i liked and so i naturally decided that i can just knit one even tho the only thing i have ever knit was a 8” by 3” rectangle in 5th grade that just looked so pathetic-

I love cooking so much

#i was so bad at cooking when i first started living on my own #but now it's genuinely one of my favorite hobbies #there is something so amazing about working on a meal from scratch and then taking a bite and it's delicious #and being like wow! holy shit! i made that! and it wasn't even that hard!#delicious food is within reach as long as the recipe is presented properly #i made a banh mi style rice bowl earlier this evening and i am still fucking thinking about it #those flavors were nuts. god that tasted so good #i felt dubious combining those sauces but sometimes you just gotta trust the recipe because GODDAMN

turkey lunch meat, cheddar, swiss american cheese (that's what it was called lmao), tomato (salt and pepper obv), cilantro, mayo, dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne on french bread. wrapped in foil, toasted in the oven, and pressed w something heavy so its not too tall to eat. presented with no picture because I did not expect it to be good before I inhaled it.
