I think I have probably shit talked about chiropractors in the past (I saw one ~15 years ago and wasn’t a great experience) but I just had an adjustment today that was totally different experience!!

They did do a neck adjustment but focus was on understanding the bigger picture of what was causing problems so they can work on a long term plan to fix underlying issues instead of just treating the pain.

Because of their approach they work with a PT so I had a PT session right after. She did mention that I have a muscle “near the anus” that is tight that needs to be released, but she said that to release it they need to go from “inside the hole” 😳

I’m not sure how I feel about that, but I guess I’m willing to try anything. But I’m praying that I misheard “inside the hole” and that they mean just near the hole. JAYZUS!
