q!tubbo is a good parallel of q!roier being a father.

for q!tubbo is the first time being a father, he’s understanding why everybody feels deeply hurt when something happen to the eggs and the feeling of loving someone so much. he was a lonely boy stuck with his machines and making his own name on the island, then, q!phill introduce him to chay and tallu, sharing that company and sweetness before they were gone, q!tubbo started to make more deep relationships with people, the most important one being fred before disappearing.

now, q!roier was like that at the beginning, young, silly and mostly lonely after being betrayed, for that bobby was a light in his dark perception, in the other hand he connected with the eggs like q!tubbo with their grandsons but with leo, tilín, juana and q!cellbit is the perfect example of making deep relationship come true for him.

but he has more time on that territory than q!tubbo, two sons and lost them, alone again after his husband disappeared, is like they share same points of their story but in different sequence.

following their pov is so heart wrenching because i see on q!tubbo what q!roier used to be with bobby, sunny is what q!tubbo need it like bobby for q!roier, sadly, our spiderboy doesn’t want to be like that anymore knowing the reality of being a father for such a fragile creatures.

q!tubbo is the happy part of being father and taking care of the eggs, q!roier is the sad and bad part of that.

that’s why seeing their treat on the new eggs reveals a lot of their own thoughts and feelings after what happen in purgatory and general, for me, sunny and pepito are a comparison of how bad is being a father again and if, at the end, is worthy trying with them.

I'm once again so invested in Roier's reaction to all of this because it feels the most real to me. He's not immediately devoted to Pepito, he straight up told him that it feels like a cover up for Purgatory or whatever went wrong with the original eggs, he's treating it like what it is: an egg sent by the Federation.

People are getting too accustomed to forced parenthood and I'm glad Roier isn't buying into it right away because he doesn't know Pepito. He likes him, but after everything they went through, how can he truly trust him?

And shouldn't it be a choice? Just imagine: you went through some of the most traumatic weeks of your life where you literally had to kill friends and family, your husband and dad stay behind, as well as your son and sister, your life is at one of its lowest points and you're still not over your dead son.

So you come home alone from fucking Hell and the Federation, the ones keeping you in the island, send you a new kid. No consent asked, they don't care if you want to be a dad again. You will be because they said so and you will be a good one. That's how this works.

It's fucking insane. He hasn't cleaned off the blood off his face and he's being told he has to take care of a child when he still blames himself for the death of his first and just wants to find his second. Of course he won't be all over the new kid.

Forcing parenthood onto someone who lost two kids already and just saw what was left of his family explode in an island is evil dude, I'm glad Roier acknowledges it.

oh. bad told - i dont remember who. Bagi or tina. one of the wlw he tells everything to. he told them that he feels like the only one who can protect the eggs.

bad thinks he’s the only one who will save the eggs, who will do whatever it takes to get them back. thus, the only one who can get them back. it’s no wonder he doesn’t care about making allies in purgatory- he didn’t think he could ask for help before. why would he think that now?

i was trying to think of what connection q!phil, q!charlie and q!quackity (and i guess elquackity) have because of the tickets today and i started to think about how q!phil has had bad relations with both q!quackity and q!charlie because they both have tried to kill chayanne, and then i remembered how charlie killed tilin so he had bad relations with q, and so on and so forth and then. a realization hit

q!charlie, q!quackity, elquackity and q!phil have all intentionally tried to kill an egg before. and i believe they are the only islanders to do so? (please correct me if i’m wrong on this)

like they’ve had either plans to kill an egg or multiple eggs (quackity, elquackity, charlie), intentionally killed an egg (charlie (killed chayanne but it didn’t count in the end)) or actually tried to kill an egg (charlie, phil, elquackity)

most people on the island have never intentionally tried or planned to kill any of the eggs except these four (again please correct me if i’m wrong) and with the latest post by quackity, during the november 4th event the tickets will lead to whatever the purgatory on the qsmp is right? which is connected to the eggs right? well how fitting the three special tickets to purgatory are assigned to the only people who have such a history with the eggs, don’t you think

Someone said all tubbo does is put the eggs in danger since joining….

The eggs have free autonomy… the put themselves in the danger majority of the time… Eggs were literally created by the feds so realistically they could take them back at any time… The code is still about and has literally been beat multiple times by direct egg parents…

Tubbo just takes care of them when they show up…

The funny thing about literally everyone giving Foolish the baby treatment is the fact that his character is tall. Like 23'3 TALL. Idk if he's keeping that canon height in QSMP, but it would be SO funny if Leo is calling him a little baby and protecting him from mobs and himself while he's just this gigantic mass of a totem shark walking around screaming "protect me!!!"
