Currently feeling:
Lonely, sad, frustrated, indecisive, reflective
Well Done:
I had a very productive therapy session today. My therapist returned to me the idea that I don’t have to be super-productive in mending my condition, sometimes it’s okay just to be in it.
The ACA meeting was good too. I was anxious a bit like a total newbie but spoke out honestly about my thoughts and feelings. Hosting went smoothly as well.
Later on I went to a mall to scroll, came into a new shop, chose something nice but when in a fitting room I saw that it was badly constructed I left it behind with only a small regret. I don’t have to push myself into shopping just because I’m in a shop.
To better:
I feel lost, scared and angry at the moment so that the suggestion of using ACT techniques irritated. But I’ve got the books anyway so I suppose bit by bit I better to read it.
In general I shall acknowledge that I’m sad and tired, and stop to expect me to be otherwise.
Delights:
Lucy Rose’s singing brought a lot of coziness to my walking.
Writing in my white notebook.

About Disaster Intensity Points (PDI)
Japan is a country that is destined to face various disasters that easily threaten the lives of its citizens. Therefore, as an index for roughly evaluating the degree of disaster risk, PDI (Disaster Intensity Points: Points of
Introduce Disaster's Intensity).

1. Typhoons (including tornadoes)
2. Earthquake (including fire and crushing)

5. Torrential rain (including floods and debris flows)

As a trend, PDI is low in inland prefectures without volcanoes, and conversely, in coastal prefectures with volcanoes.
It seems that the PDI will be high. Here, Nagasaki Prefecture does not have a nuclear power plant, but in view of the fact that there is a Genkai Nuclear Power Plant in Saga Prefecture, which is closely related to the neighboring prefecture, it is assumed that Nagasaki Prefecture also has a nuclear power plant.
Although Morishita regards "war" as a type of "disaster", it was not reflected in this PDI calculation. In addition, areas with many buildings that pose a problem due to the problem of disguised seismic strength naturally receive a high score for damage caused by an earthquake. In any case, modern “man-made disasters (man-made disasters)” are large in both quality and quantity.
