while I have a lot of random Anderson headcanons... my absolute favorite has to be him having a soft spot for animals
since they fall along the lines of innocent creatures that can do no wrong- which I feel fits along the lines of his orphanage work. Picking stray kids and stray cats off the streets, just Anderson and his pack of strays <3
sometimes i just randomly think about how andrew minyard's 5'0", drugged up ass saw a crippled, pathetic (babygirl) 6'2" exy star begging for help and went "yep, that's a job for lil' ol' me" and proceeded to protect said 6'2" babygirl with all he's got for like the rest of his college years.
I don’t think it really hits everyone that Winter would have died in Winter v Ironwood if Penny didn’t sacrifice herself. Of course Penny didn’t know what was happening on Winter’s side but her sacrifice was the ONLY thing that gave Winter a leg up on Ironwood.
Ironwood trained Winter. He knew exactly how to defeat her once they started fighting because he TAUGHT HER HOW TO FIGHT. They weren’t equally matched. It was an unfair fight!
Honestly, it is so funny remembering that Annabeth Chase's literal, stated, canonical fatal flaw is hubris.
Rick Riordan was like, "This clever, neurodivergent preteen girl believes that she is smarter than the gods, and she will get the chance to prove herself right," and he was correct. 😌
percy falling prey to oceanic nature and being willing to destroy everything that even mildly bothers him while also snatching up all his loved ones to keep where they can never escape no matter how hard they try vs jason falling prey to law and order and justice, willing to destroy anything that goes against The Rules, forcing everyone - even those he loves - to fall in line because the law is devoid of emotion, it only cares about what is right and what is wrong
Daemon’s face in the brothel after Aemma and baby Baelon’s death😭 he looks devastated + Matt Smith saying he said the ‘Heir for a day’ speech in a celebratory way and not a mocking way…yeah he loves the shit out of his family idc
also, did anyone else find episodes 9 and 10 to be not as emotional as the crew said that it was? like it was pretty moving, yeah but compared to other Adventure Time episodes not so much. i definitely wouldn't call them the series's most emotional episodes.
