My working theory right now is that the true statements are the ones read aloud by the computer. Similar to how in tma the true statements couldn’t be recorded on anything newer than a tape recorder AND the eye enjoyed having these statements read. Since this new organization (the OIAR) doesn’t read these statements aloud, the computer takes over doing that. And since what they are doing is similar to what the institute was doing by cataloging these encounters with the fears it makes me think this is the eyes new strong hold in this world, but it definitely seems weaker than that of the institute.

I visited a lot of churches last year looking for one I could attend regularly. A LOT of churches. And in that time, during my searching, I did not see even one single (as in unmarried) man in his twenties in church. I saw a very, very few single (unmarried) women in their twenties, but usually I was the only one of my age group in the entire church.

No restaurant washes it's fucking chicken, it's dangerous and pointless. They may brine it but they aren't rinsing it because it's just going to spread bacteria everywhere. I have seen some horrific things in hostels with people rinsing chicken breasts over communal plates, and worse, using the communal dish cloth to then wipe it dry ( I bought a travel cutlery set after witnessing that, couldn't fucking believe my eyes)
