Harry wrote the lyrics "So you tie up your hair and you smile like it's no big deal" to the people who wash up their face after an emotional breakdown where they cry their heart out and just want to let everything go cause they can't do this no more but are not financially in this state where they can support themselves so they wipe the tears and tie up their hair and look themselves in mirror, smile and say the word "you got this" over and over till they make another wall round their heart so no one can get past this, but eventually they do and the cycle repeats over and over again...
