Tinfoil theory: Edith & Harold are really older Louise & Rudy that traveled back in time!

Okay, no. This is of course not true. There's really no evidence for this (and what we know of Edith's backstory contridicts this) but when I look at them I can't help but think how similar they are.

Rudy & Harold have the same long ears and talk in hoarse voices that makes you think they may have issues with their respitory systems. Rudy likes hats and his favorite colour is green. Harold wears a hat and a green shirt.

While Louise dosen't chare many characteristics with present Edith she does share many with Edith as a child as I pointed out in a previous blog.

I'm just saying; if anyone asked me what Louise and Rudy would look like 70 years from now I'll probably just show them a picture of the Cranwinkles.

Also their dynamic is somewhat similar with Louise & Edith being more dominant and Rudy & Harold being more submisive.

Again, I don't think this theory is true but its just fun to imagine.

Maybe it can be the premise for a fanfic or a comic book story.

Happy Monday, kids! I hope you all enjoyed new Bob’s last night. I certainly did! I’m absolutely exhausted today, and it’s my own damn fault. I was up ‘til all hours rewatching Hazbin, reading fanfics and editing TikToks, and before I knew it, my alarm went off at 6am! Fuming. Saw a pin showing ibis paint had a pixelation feature, so had to try it out! I get so much enjoyment out of making pixel art I can't believe I haven't done it in like. 10 years omg. But pixel Bob!!! I wish there was a Bob's Burgers Cosy RPG™ like stardew valley or smn. Just wander around Seymour's Bay and do little errands for the town🥺. Earn their love and development relationships!!! You could fuck Fischoeder do handyman stuff with Teddy, fuck Pesto cooking minigames with Bob!!! Restaurant management minigames with Linda!!!! Music minigames with Gene!!!!! Art minigames with Edith and Harold!!!!!! CARNIE MINIGAMES!!!! They could do DLC similar to the movie so it's like a murder mystery storyline or smn!!!! (Just remembered that's not what this post is about sorry 4 rambling)

This might just be me and hear me-but! I think Harold cranwinkle and Edith cranwinkle look like old versions of Louise belcher and Logan bush from Bob’s burgers, and sometimes they remind me of them with how they interact with each other and other people

Can you IMAGINE the twist of all twists if Bob’s Burgers took place in a sci fi universe where older versions of characters come back to visit their younger selves?? While it might fit a vignette episode more than the regular series, I see your vision. Tall and short couple ready to throw hands at any opportunity? The parallels are there!

my headcanon for louise and rudy's future now is that they date throughout high school and rudy ends up going to college in bog harbour for marine biology (considering they live on the shoreline its a course with a lot of local resources lmao) and moves into an apartment w/ louise for his second year. louise works at bob's burgers but actually gets PAID and trained to take over when bob and linda semi-retire. when rudy graduates he works at local aquariums and stuff (he loves teaching kids about ocean life and preservation) and eventually when louise takes over the restaurant they rebrand it into a weird ocean-life themed burgers fish and chips type resturaunt with a more expansive menu that also teaches ppl about the local marine life bcuz rudy is a DORK ans loves sharing knowledge with people. they never have kids but they're a great aunt and uncle (i imagine their lives being somewhat similar to edith and harold in that they're just a weird married couple running a local business together but never had kids. ocean avenue 4 life)
