just finished v3 chapter 1

randumb thoughts:

overall, liking it so far! (though there's very little that could make me Flat-out Dislike this game)

was spoiled early on The Twist of this one and i'm glad i was, because i know i would have missed it all and thought it was Bullshit and gotten mad at Kodaka even though it's pretty clearly broadcast (the way Kayayday keeps talking about the Mastermind and not the culprit, etc)

LOVED the POV baton pass. the aesthetic of it and the glitching. very clever and poignant

also: so like Kaede and Shuichi were definitely kind of in love right

(i say this as an Irumatsu shipper primarily. the Saimatsu split has the same Emotional Weight as other borderline-romantic splits in the franchise e.g. Sakuraoi, Fuyupeko)

Miu is my favorite character but i admit she's not painted Particularly Sympathetic, ever. at least so far. the shit is the point i know, but i do wish we'd have gotten like a single tear from her over Kayayday. (that may be my Irumatsu heart talking tho)

really do think i'm onto something with Monokuma sounding Different

in fact, while i still think Junko is in the game somehow, i don't think she's in control of This Monokuma. this is not the Monokuma in other words. he clearly has...different motives. a different worldview. nice detail if i'm right

have had it confirmed for me there is a Mastermind, though that would be an interesting Twist if there wasn't, huh? (fangans take note! i'd love to see that)

i would want remakes of DR1 and 2 only to add as many CGs as this game has and Armament Argument minigame/sprites. want see Hina in armor defending Sakura's honor pls

this may be answered later or i may have missed it in a Kaede Free Time, but...Keebo is a robot. can he really capital-D Die? what does a Killing Game mean to him. would it just be an annoyance? etc

Kokichi fans, i'm sorry, but i don't Get It. that plus the symbolism surrounding his character just makes me eugh. no judgement, just, yeah. i admit it's early on and something in the Narrative could absolutely change this opinion, though

i still think there's More to Rantaro. his death means like, nothing emotionally, unless you do the Free Times apparently...but that doesn't feel like Danganronpa. if you don't do his FTs, he's just weird then goes to heaven. strange. but that's why i feel we learn more about him post-mortem. i'll wait and see!

this is def the worst dub and localization of the franchise. coming off of UDG, god, what happened. also a lot of the Voices just...don't match. ex: Kaito sounds too old (but he was a great Kazuichi!) and Kokichi's VA did such a great job as Fuyuhiko but sounds borderline offensive as Kokichi IMO

i do like Himiko's voice though, as well as Tenko's and a few others

i want to like Tsumugi as a character because she's very relatable but 1) i still Don't Trust Her and 2) her constant anime/manga references don't work for me where Hifumi's did. unsure why

favorite pairing is EASILY kaemugi not for what they are but for what they could have been. love shuichi but if kaede had survived… fuck… can you imagine? her getting closer to tsumugi, gayer, and the feeling of betrayal at the end? maybe even tsumugi regretting being the mastermind, just a little bit?

heard we were telling freddie random stuff. ok so in chapter three of danganronpa v3 there is a scene where the main antagonist of the game, kokichi ouma, tries to cajole the protagonist, shuichi saihara, into working together with ouma to defeat the actual villain of the game, the mastermind. during this scene, he tells saihara that he can "be [saihara's] strength". after saihara wordlessly shoots him down and leaves, ouma turns to the player's viewpoint and claims that once he's fallen in love with someone, he'll do anything to win them over, "even if it means putting [his] hands around their neck." and i just thought this was kinda fruity. thank you for your time, like and subscribe if you want more deranged content about a game that fell out of popularity years ago. also hi freddie sorry i havent talked to you in months

afternoon liveblog! GUESS WHO’S GOT TWO THUMBS AND MORE STUFF FOR THEIR SACRIFICE KOKICHI PINBOARD BABEYYYY

-not tsumugi’s idea of god just being izuru 😭 how did i not catch this easter egg before,,,

-”...cults like these can be reaaally annoying if you get on their bad side.” how do you know that, kokichi?

-i HIGHLY doubt angie was meant to smash that flashback light...in a more interesting version of ch3, tsumugi kills her for this and gets away with it until ch6....i just really wanted them to use the first-come-first-serve culprit rule ok.

-”ummm...what if we get another time limit motive, like the one that got rantaro killed? ...shouldn’t we have a sacrifice prepared, just in case?” “you mean...if someone has to die, we should volunteer someone we resurrected?” COLD, angie, cold. anyway this scene is made WAY funnier if you imagine an extremely offended kaede, rantaro, ryoma, and kirumi watching it on TV.

-kaito is Going Thru It...it’s impossible to tell how much of his suffering is because of his illness worsening and how much of it is his genuine terror at the supernatural, but either way he is straight up not havin a good time rn.

-ok so shuichi and kokichi proceed to have a very long (and completely optional!) side conversation and literally all of it makes me insane so here it is, line-by-line:

-”oh, but angie wants to make rantaro the transfer student, huh? i don’t want him to come back to life.” “why?” “it’s cuz...i love you most, shuichi. i’m always thinking about you...and you’d rather see kaede brought back to life, huh?” “th-that’s...” “you’re so admirable! that’s why i wanna support you! oh wait, that’s a lie!” “...” the og explanation i made for this got a little too personal and a little too sad, so i’ll just say a) again, it’s much easier to make people *think* you’re lying than it is to actually lie, and b) adding ‘but that’s a lie!’ is like saying it’s not gay because you wore socks, OUMA.

-“come to think of it, i once saw this anime that was also about a death game...the mastermind sacrificed a family member as the first victim to get the killing started.” PIN! BOARD! PIN! BOARD! PIN! BOARD!

-“sacrificed a family member? as in...killed them?” “yeah, as a show of force. maybe that’s what happened to rantaro...what if rantaro was working for the mastermind? bringing him back might be a bad idea.” “n-no, that’s idiotic! rantaro couldn’t have been working for the mastermind...” [but...is it really impossible? we only knew rantaro for a short time. he did seem as though he was kind of used to the killing game.] “nee-heehee...looks like you’re starting to understand what i’m getting at, shuichi.” FROTHS AT THE FUCKING MOUTH,,,they both clocked how sus rantaro is but because of the way kaede’s death spent them tailspinning in opposite directions (natural extrovert kokichi becoming isolated and paranoid bc he thinks he’ll end up like her + natural introvert shuichi fighting his own caution to integrate into the group bc he has to fulfill her wish) they can’t have a real conversation about it. I Am So Normal About This.

-FTE time - this time kokichi’s second one! (this is just his episode, apparently). the fact that we know his love of yu-gi-oh is genuine because he really obviously based his outfit off of seto kaiba is fantastic, but my favorite bit is that he “plays” by drawing random cards and seeing who’s number is bigger - the hallmark of kids who collected the pretty cards but had no idea what the actual rules were (like me and all seven of my siblings hpshjdhbsgdh).

-one of maki’s next! shuichi telling her her backstory sounds fake is funny for like, eight different reasons. the holy salvation society’s strategy of being so suspicious for cult reasons no one realizes they’re suspicious for assassin reasons is also great. (shuichi is...bizarrely slow on the uptake here, though. maki saying ‘god really doesn’t exist in this world’ and shuichi responding with ‘so, you’re a devotee in the cult?’ made me ?????. it’s so out of character i can’t even be mad at maki calling him a fucking dumbass. she’s right!)

-kaitoooo :[ don’t call yourself pathetic for being sick, please,,,,

-”i think...himiko has gotten so lazy, she’s given up on thinking for herself...that’s why she’s depending on angie.” bold move to describe joining a cult because you’re suicidally depressed as “lazy”, but i suppose i can’t fault tenko for something that’s more a flaw with DR itself. her heart is in the right place, at least.

-”she thinks she’s [kami-sama]’s vessel, so she doesn’t feel guilty about anything she does.” “and that’s why you want me to kill her?” “huh!?” “asking someone like me for a “favor” can only mean one thing.” “...i...won’t deny that. i’ve wanted her gone even before all this happened. and i think everyone has wanted someone to die at least once in their life...but going through with it is a different thing! it’s wrong for a person to commit murder! it doesn’t matter what the reason is!” i disagree but i think it’s Neat seeing where all the V3 characters fall on this moral spectrum!!

-not maki and kaito having the exact same ‘just bang on the door 1 billion times’ strategy 😭 that’s rlly funny actually.

-”no, angie. that’s not possible. the bodies were not fakes. i’m positive. especially after seeing the wax effigies. the effigies were nearly perfect, but the real bodies still had traces of a soul. a soul desperate to live, struggling, fighting for life...that’s something that can never be replicated. no matter what technology you have, you can’t fake a soul.” how does he apply this to kiibo, i wonder...?

-”[kami-sama] says that if we do the ritual, everyone who has died up till now will come back. so...if those four really are dead, then the resurrection ritual will surely work.” she’s switched from bringing back rantaro to bringing back everyone...!? that’s not what monokuma promised.

-”if you’re gonna slow me down, i’ll turn you into a wax effigy! nyahahaha!” JESUS H CHRIST

-tenhimi breakup scene :((( the babygirls r so toxic,,,

-”you should let shuichi tell you how to apologize. he’s really good at it.” i...can’t tell if this is meant to be an insult or not......

Oh my god I love Danganronpa "behind the scenes" headcanons! Considering Tsumugi's inner fangirl and her masterminding everything, me and my friend like joking that the promo art with Maki/Kaede, Shuichi/Kaito, and Kokichi/Rantaro were all ships Tsumugi had planned out for the season... BUT THEN Rantaro discovered the hidden room, Kaede had to get framed for his death, and the executives wanted her to make Maki/Kaito happen to increase the ratings. (That last one is said in-game btw)

Hi!!! I’ve been in a total obsessing over Kaede mood lately and I would very much like to know what your thoughts are on her

god kaede is so good. the thing about kaede is that she would NEVER have gotten herself killed if it weren't for her ambition. the ambition she has is literally unmatched she has so much determination in her that if she didnt have it, she wouldnt have been a protag and she wouldnt have coached shuichi and she wouldnt have tried to kill the mastermind. one thing you have to know about her is that shes not the sweet mom friend and anyone who dumbs her down to Sweet Kindness knows NOTHING of the ruthlessness that is hidden in kaede. literally shes so awesome. she gives speeches to the group when she wants them to go through the death road of despair again. she is PUSHY. she is DEMANDING. shes not fucking clueless either she knows that these people are being pushed to their limit but SHE is not done so THEY are not done. i really think shes the type of person to see the people around her as extensions of herself, which i believe is further backed up by the passing of the torch from her to shuichi who when she meets him is NOT ready to be the protag at all but thats what the development is for. she rocks so fucking hard. AND THE GIRLS LOVE HER. kaede's biggest thing is charisma which i think makes sense considering what she does is Performance. shes a pianist and playing any instrument requires some level of performance as well as skill. but she is the person who gets shit done and if it werent for this, if it werent for the fact that she was so active, she probably wouldve lived. she wouldve never been framed because there wouldve been nothing to frame her for. it is for this reason i would classpect kaede as a knight. knight of WHAT? i dont know i lost it after i thought about it this isnt even in my notes, this is off the DOME

kaede is kind, though. like she really is undeniably kind but she CAN be ruthless. shes self-sacrificial. i dont think she took the risk of setting up a whole trap for the mastermind and DIDNT think that there was a chance she wouldve fucked it up. like you can tell this also because she just INSTANTLY accepts it. after going through the whole trial she passes the torch and encourages shuichi to persecute her and then she takes her punishment. straight up shes like I killed someone. I knew that this might happen. I took a risk and I'm going to take the consequences of this risk. and in this way she kind of brings the hope with her. kaede is hope in this game i think. right? her pushing and pushing and the way that kokichi is the one to speak out against her pushing during the death road of despair and hes seen as despair even though thats not exactly the truth and thats just what kokichi decides to put out to the group. kaede opposed by despair and this game also has the ideas of like hope HURTS people and she DOES hurt people by being so kind, by being so loveable, charismatic, pushing them and pushing them further and further only to . Fucking Kill Someone. kaede's death sets the tone for the whole game. you feel her haunting it. she gets mentioned again and again and you cant help but wonder with shuichi would things be different? if she were here? if she hadnt done what she did? and shuichi tosses the hope away at the end when he finds out that actually kaede didnt even kill anyone. the mastermind just framed her for it. he throws away what kaede represented because hes been shown that it doesnt matter if you choose hope or despair because either way, it doesnt matter. shuichi falls into nihilism, abandons the weight of kaedes death, and ultimately WINS without hope OR despair. kaede is instrumental to this game and i LOVE her. FOREVER

3. Favourite antagonistic character?

oh buddy, it's kokichi ouma hands-down. if this question extends to characters beyond the three major antags, angie deserves an honorable mention, but i think it still goes to kokichi. the slow unrolling of his motivations throughout drv3 and the balance he strikes between cruelty (both for the sake of his mastermind act and just for the bit) and genuine empathy (hello third trial) is all super-fascinating.

16. Your absolute BROTP?

kaede + kaito. i don't mind it romantically either but i love them as wlw/mlm solidarity. peppy pals who can both recognize when the other is struggling under the weights they've imposed on themselves and support each other. hell yes

51. Character you thought you were gonna dislike but loved in the end?

absolutely angie. i was physically leaning away from the screen the first couple chapters every time she was in-frame, but as soon as her ball got rolling in chapter 3, i was totally sold. there's a lot about her writing that's gross, but the girlboss tension between her empathy and how she misuses it to control other people is so... mwah. perfect little one-chapter villain. 10/10

honorable mention to mikan, who i didn't end up loving, but her trial 3 breakdown is so well-VA'd it pulled her up from really disliking her to having mixed but more positive feelings about her. that trial and the whole despair disease thing is kind of dumb (i wish mikan had decided to kill for an actual reason and not just "she remembered she's evil actually") but "huh huh huh huh huh?" lives in my head rent-free

56. Best free time events?

oh it's gotta be the twogami/ultimate imposter ftes. god i love those. the slow unraveling of the mystery and the way hajime grows to understand and accept them? perfect. ftes so good they made me ship a pairing with less than 20 fics on ao3. c'est la vie

honorable mention to the kaede -> shuichi ftes (as in the ftes you get from shuichi playing as kaede). they really flesh out shuichi's backstory in a way where, like, you don't need them to understand him as a character, but they add so much depth and context for who he is as a person outside of being the detective & protagonist. also the miniature alligator story is hilarious. i love you shuichi

With 4th of July finally coming to an end.... it’s time! Time for the story we’ve been planning! That being said:

Danganronpa V4: A New Ending

(Title pending?)

Pairing: Hajime x female reader

Summary: a whole new killing game, with a different group of participants, and a whole new character

Y/N L/N, The Ultimate Forensic Scientist

A spunky young girl with a spunky young attitude. She tends to keep to herself, but isn’t necessarily shy. From her school file, it’s highly assumed that she somehow stumbled across a crime scene as a child, how she actually got there is unknown. Although no older than 13, she was easily able to point out evidence that the forensic specialists already in scene missed before she was quickly escorted away.

Seemingly unbothered by the corpses she witnessed, she then pursued her newly found interest in crime scenes and how to process them, along with collecting evidence.

Her quick learning caught the attention of many, including Hope’s Peak. They offered to pay for her entire schooling if she attended, and she agreed. As Y/N got dressed and ready for her first day at Hope’s Peak, she could have never guessed she would be forced to fight for her life along with 15 others, and put her talent to use.

Hajime Hinata, The Ultimate???

A hotheaded teen who seems to have amnesia, being unable to remember his talent. His uptight nature puts off some of the others, but a few seem interested in him, some even offering to help him discover his talent.

Although he’d never say it, he feels self conscious due to not knowing what his job is supposed to be.

Admires most, if not all, talents, especially the ones that directly make society run better.

Not much can be said about him, he’s still trying to figure out who he is.

He remembers getting ready for the start of the school year, walking out of his home, and then everything going black. Then he woke up on this island, and now has to keep himself and those he cares for alive.

Kokichi Ouma, The Ultimate Supreme Leader

A spry young boy who refuses to really speak of his past. It’s unclear what in his school file is even the truth. He claims to be the supreme leader of an evil organization called DICE, an organization with elegidly 10,000+ members. Hence his talent title. Almost everything that comes out of his mouth he claims to be a lie, so it’s hard to tell what he is actually like.

While he doesn’t ever go into detail of his organization, it seems to be one of the only things he actually cares about and wants to get back to.

He seems hardly bothered by the idea of a killing game, even saying, hopefully joking, that he’d make the first kill. Most are unnerved by his presence and stay away.

Mukuro Ikusaba, The Ultimate Soldier

A quiet, stern girl who does not speak unless absolutely necessary. The older fraternal twin sister of Junko Enoshima, a fashionista famous in Japanese magazine’s. Mukuro seems completely indifferent to anything unless it’s about her sister, to which she grows immediately passionate, almost like a different person. Doesn’t speak about why she and her sister have different last names, claiming it shouldn’t matter.

While not thrilled at the thought of a killing game, she shows extreme faith that her sister will find and rescue her. Most people avoid her, she is the ultimate soldier, after all. Out of everyone, she’d be able to kill the most efficiently.

Doesn’t mind that people avoid her, she likes the quiet anyway.

Makoto Naegi, The Ultimate Lucky Student

A simple, average teenager who lives a simple and average life. He was randomly selected to go to Hope's peak, so he doesn’t really possess any actual talent.

Although talentless, he does seem to possess a decent level of smarts and gets along with everyone easily. No one really fears him, he’s too small and sweet to be capable of murder.

While he doesn’t pose a threat to others, he poses a threat to the mastermind, or anyone who lays their hands on his sister.

Komaru Naegi, a normal student

Komaru possesses no actual talent, much like her brother. However, she is different in the sense that she wasn’t even accepted into Hope’s Peak since she wasn’t quite of age to even be considered as a possibility.

She remembers being taken hostage after she and her parents sent off her older brother, only to awaken on an island, her brother right beside her.

She wants to trust everyone, and takes relief in having her brother by her side.

Shuichi Saihara, The Ultimate Detective

A shy boy who hides his eyes behind a black cap. He seems rather insecure, despite having the talent that poses as the most useful in the current situation. He is quiet and doesn’t like interacting with others, but seems to get more comfortable as time goes on.

He doesn’t like the idea of the killing game, obviously, but he’s mostly worried that some of his classmates will take it seriously.

K1-B0, The Ultimate Robot

Created by a man called Professor Idabashi, a prominent figure in robotics engineering. He created K1-B0(has told others they can call him Keebo) as a culmination of his work.

Keebo doesn’t quite understand human emotions perfectly, but he has a decent idea which is impressive in of itself.

Much like Mukuro, he has faith that he will be saved by a family member. Seeing as he refers to Professor Idabashi as his father. He says he has a tracker, and that when the professor realizes he is missing, a search team will be sent.

Toko Fukawa, The Ultimate Writing Prodigy

An extremely shy and timid girl who does speak to many people. Those she does speak to tend to be weirded out by her... odd and even perverted nature.

She had written multiple books and does seem to be extremely smart, her only issue being her timid nature.

Accused most (if not all) the boys in her class of being perverts.

Angie Yonaga, The Ultimate Artist

Angie loves art in any form, obviously because of her ultimate.

However, she also stands out due to her belief that she is the Devine interpreter for the god Atua, a god she says her people worship.

Angie believes Atua will have his way, and that the killing game is part of something bigger.

Rantaro Amami, The Ultimate Adventurer

A chill, laid back boy who believes in keeping the peace. His calm and collected personality is soothing, leading most, if not all, of the other students to trust him and listen to what he suggests.

Some seem off put by how calm he acts, but most understand that he’s just really good at staying calm and knows that panicking won’t always help.

Often tells tales of his travels to distract those who are afraid.

Nagito Komaeda, The Ultimate Lucky Student

Yet another lucky student, chosen to attend Hope’s Peak at random like Makoto. However, he seems to also have an.... interesting relationship with luck.

His luck has caused death and destruction around him, but he still manages to stay calm and even cheerful in the face of a literal killing game.

Nagito believes hope will prevail no matter what, so he chooses to pretty much just “go with the flow.”

Byakuya Togami, The Ultimate Affluent Progeny

A stuck up and condescending teen who makes it very clear that he does not approve of being trapped on an island like this. This isn’t a funny prank or initiation.

He is rather rich and will inherit the Togami company, after competing against 14 other siblings to “take the crown” and earn the inheritance. He was the youngest of the sibling, or candidates, and is the first youngest to ever come out on top.

Gonta Gokuhara, The Ultimate Entomologist

A.... sweet young man who loves anything and everything bugs. He isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but he has a good heart.

(Jsvshsv I don’t know what to write for Gonta I’ll finish his later)

Mikan Tsumiki, The Ultimate Nurse

A clumsy and frightened girl who somehow manages to find herself in compromising positions constantly. On accident.

With her and Y/N present, people are at ease, seeing they have practically a full medical team in case something were to happen.

While she often does more worse than good due to her clumsy nature, she has a good heart, and people know that.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru, The Ultimate Moral Compass

A stern and strict boy who believes in respect and following rules contstantly. He is probably one of the only students who respects the killing games headmaster, Monokuma.

Why I like them

She is an atypical autistic icon, especially post first flashback light, so as someone who relates to that experience and see similar flaws and strengths in her as the ones I have, I really do have a soft spot for her. Also, her frankness is often hilarious, I love it.

Why I don’t

Honestly, there isn’t much I don’t like about her character? I have some things on the fandom side that bugs me with her, but as far as her own character goes, there isn’t really much. I actually do like her flaws (impulsiveness, quick to switch to an all or nothing/black or white thinking, tends to miss what’s in front of her in a lot of ways, has a certain self centered understanding of people that she can only achieve by comparing the way other people feel about other things by how she feels about piano/music especially with other ultimates etc) so I can’t even say I don’t like those flaws, really.

Favorite episode (scene if movie)

I do like the elevator talk with the context of her thinking she is going down there either to her death and/or to catch the Mastermind, and how it is both a double talk about her own fears while also coming off as encouragement to Shuichi. It’s the sort of thing that hits differently with the context of her thinking she is Rantaro’s killer

Favorite season/movie

She lasted like one chapter, two if you count the prologue, so... And the prologue is mostly introduction, so there isn’t much to characterize her beyond acting like a normal scared girl about the circumstances she was suddenly thrown into. She was interesting in chapter 1, but I am also biased to her fun reactions to meeting the cast too so I’ll cheat and say both lol

She has like two outfits besides crossover events, but I think it is her argument armament dress. What can I say, I love that kind of frilly clothing too~

OTP

I don’t really have hardline ships with her (or anyone, really) but she is the bi queen of V3 so I’m down for basically all cast, maybe sans Kiyo unless it’s an AU situation where he wouldn’t kill her. Ones that stand out most to me are her FTEs with Shuichi in the Salmon Mode, her events with Tsumugi, Kokichi and Kaito though. I really like Kaemiu and Kaede x Tojo content when I occasionally see them too.

Brotp

Again basically everyone but I’m very partial to her friendship with Kaito given it very much read to me like an autistic girl meeting a likely neurodivergent boy too and both connecting over their hyperfixations/special interests (Music and Space, respectively).

Rantaro more because he reads very aroace to me as an aroace myself, so I’m really down for the two bonding too.

Kokichi’s events with her was actually some of the rare times Kokichi is praising someone openly, to their face no less, to the point of offering “ruling over the world together” so again I’m very down for that too.

Head Canon

I’m pretty sure my take of her being actually a surprisingly realistic (if unintentional) portrayal of an autistic girl/someone who grew up with AFAB experience of their neurodivergence being ignored and mocked until her special interest “proved her worth” counts as a headcanon, so that.

Also tangentially, I think she would have songs she associates with people/situations beyond her just name dropping one song at the prologue retake and during that classroom event with Shuichi, even in a peaceful world too.

Unpopular opinion

I didn’t dislike the protag swap, I just wish Kodaka didn’t pull the troll of advertising her as the protag for so long (especially since as far as my understanding of V3 goes, both her and Shuichi were just POV side characters in universe, with Kiibo being the “real protagonist” of the season) and I really do like that she attempted a murder.

A wish

For her to get a chance to have friends who understands the way she experience the world and bond with to spend rest of her life with, without feeling like she is a “freak” (or an “idiot” if going with piano baka) as people would call her over her obsession with piano, so just having a happy life in general.

An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen

Gestures at the V3 canon Losing her ability to hear would be probably most devastating thing to her besides death, so that.

-monokuma actually telling everyone where the body is in the body discovery announcement is one of those little quality-of-life things i’m surprised it took until v3 to get added.

-”he...monokuma is wrong, isn’t he...? isn’t rantaro the mastermind?” SHUICHI. kaede i will excuse because she’s desperate to think she hasn’t just killed an innocent person, but you sir need to let it go!! the man is dead!

-”dun dun dunnnn! a notebook that will kill anyone whose name is written in it!” “could it be!? the death n-” “whoops, my bad. it’s a monokuma file.” “you...did that on purpose, didn’t you?” tsumugi and monokuma continue to be the cattiest coworkers of all time, and it continues to be hilarious.

-angie said in the courtyard earlier that her god saves everyone, even those who don’t believe - but here she says he only shows mercy to those who believe. they really don’t bother to keep the details of her religion straight at all, do they...
