The other day I took an Uber to a friends house and the Uber driver said he drive for 14 hours straight to make the most amount of money. I asked him how he did that. I personally would fall asleep, get bored or hungry. He said his secret is to not eat being eating makes you tired. I personally thought it would be the opposite. Not fueling your body would make you tired. So I googled it and here is what I found: Does eating make you tired? 🛌 It is completely normal to feel tired after eating. It’s actually very common. There are ways to prevent this. 🛌 It’s called Postprandial somnolence, which is the feeling of sleepiness after eating. 🛌 Eating causes your blood sugar to rise which can cause a decrease in energy. 🛌 Foods that are high in protein and carbs will make you feel more sleepier than other foods Overall, he was right! Heres an example of how #glutebridges can carry over to your #benchpresssetup. Frequently performing Bridges stretch out your #hips, allowing you to raise them as high as you can. This will allow you to dig your #scapula into the bench as much as possible. It also allows me to bring my legs as far back as possible while keeping my feet flat.
