so its been months sins i really played sims and i reinstalled allot of my stuff recently but this is because ridiculously annoying for me objects appear red and semi transparent i have tried everything to fix it and i basicly just dont know what to do anymore tbh not my game has no mods installed at the moment and no cc at all its just packs and stuff packs aswell as the store worlds but there cc isnt installed aswell as some custom worlds but no cc installed i just wane fix this problem before i come back to make cc again

How I've collected an Army of Mews. :3

@puzzled-zebra asked me in a chat how I get my Mews, and it made me realize something. While I did make a post awhile back talking about how I easily get my Mew characters in-game, there are a few aspects that I feel need more attention (some of which I've learned since that post). So I figured I'd make a new and improved, deeply in-depth post about it! :3

It is important to know, though, that the Mews (and Jirachis) obtained this way are SHINY LOCKED! You cannot reset for a shiny this way! (I have a post about how I got Akoya here~)

The Lindens, the Branch crew, and my first gift Mew Pearl. All safe and sound in Scarlet. :3 Every Mew here except Akoya was obtained in Shining Pearl.

What you need: Nintendo Switch/Lite Brilliant Diamond OR Shining Pearl Let's Go: Pikachu OR Let's Go Eevee (For Mew) Sword OR Shield (For Jirachi)

First off, it's best to do do this on a user with HOME access for a few different reasons. First and foremost, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl has a lock that makes it so you can send ONLY ONE Mew per file into HOME! I learned this the hard way, as I made the mistake of stockpiling my Mews in a Shining Pearl file, only to find out that I had go through convoluted hoops to get them all into HOME. XD This issue is ONLY present in BDSP--Sword and Shield, and Scarlet and Violet do not lock you in this way and you can transfer as many Mews as you want to your hearts content. (Currently--please don't change it GameFreak!) (I don't fully understand the mechanics of it all, but Mews obtained in previous games pass through this lock--Akoya and Randy were consistently able to be put in HOME together from the same file. It's only when they're obtained in BD/SP that the lock applies, or so I understand.)

The second reason for HOME access is, you have to beat the first Gym to do this method. I have in the past done it using the starter Piplup and catching Starlys and Shinxes, but if you have access to HOME and powerful Pokemon, then you can borrow some to help you get through. I use the Linden Shiny Squad since their levels are between 65-70. They scarcely listen to me, but when they do, it insta-KO's their opponents. (I recommend having Piplup or a Lv. 10-ish powerful Pokemon on hand, especially for Roark's Onix, as it has Sturdy. I have had them all disobey themselves to death.)

Make sure you put your borrowed 'mons back into HOME before deleting the file, if you want to do so!

How it works is, there's a lady in Floaroma Town that will give you a Mew, at Level 1. (The guy next to her will give you a Jirachi at Level 5 as well.) In order for her to give it to you, you need to have save data of LG;P or E on the same user. It doesn't matter how far in the LG file is; it just needs to be to the point that you can save the game. And you don't need to touch it after you save--One LG save gets you as many Mews as you restart BD/SP for. (For Jirachi it's the same, but instead of LG save data you need Sword or Shield save data.)

So you start BD/SP, play up to Floaroma, and boom, Mew! You can save by the lady and reset for a specific nature, and even name it! With the Shiny Squad's help it takes me roughly an hour of play time to get to that point.

Anyway, a little long-winded, but I thought I'd put this out there for peeps who have the means and want to build their own in-game army of adorable pink cats. :3

So playing as Durge again, I'm trying to trigger Astarion's reveal as a vampire before Alfira shows up to camp, but she appears night 2 (in game) and it's very frustrating, does anyone know how to delay her arrival or how to trigger the sequence of Astarion's vampire reveal before Alfira's arrival? Any advice is much appreciated

Hi! How you get Jack in Disney dreamlight valley? I’ve unlocked the forgotten lands but I haven’t found a way to find him

Hello Anon, hope you're well! :)

Okay, I feel you, I had some trouble initially too so I'll give you a hand.

Since Jack is part of a free update, you should just get the quest 'Something Comes A'Knocking' after updating the game and booting it up.

I'm going to put the rest under the cut because if others would like to figure this out for themselves and not be spoiled I want to respect that, so, spoilers under the cut!!

I found a little Matryoshka Dolly on the Plazza in front of the steps to the fountain and I knew something was up. SO.

The first dolly can be found anywhere around the Plazza area but I've read that it's more likely to spawn:

Just outside the player's house. 🏠

Near the stairs leading to Peaceful Meadow. 🌳

'Directly east of the fountain' ⛲

And,

Behind or in front of Scrooge's store. 💵

Take her to Merlin and he'll give you the rundown.

While you're here, I'll give you some tips on the locations of the other dolls.

The second, third and fourth Dolls can be found in basically any of the other Biomes so just embrace your inner magpie and look for sparkly things! ✨

According to this guide though, the Dolls are more likely to spawn near landmarks like:

WALL-E's Garden. 🌱

Moana's Boat. ⛵

Bridges in Sunlit Plateau. 🌞

The cave where Olaf is found in Frosted Heights during 'The Great Blizzard' quest. ⛄

And,

The huge tree we locked Mama Gothel in all that time ago. (lol)

Since you've unlocked the Forgotten Lands Biome, you'll be able to get to the Pumpkin Tree. (yay, nice one! :D)

And this is where I struggled because it's basically a very long, thin tree that they've hidden somewhere around Forgotten Lands and mine spawned like... You know the waterfall in Sunlit Plateau? How you can see the top/back of it from the Forgotten Lands? Well, it spawned there and took me an age to find because I was impatient so... Maybe check there first lol.

I also couldn't interact with it and apparently it's a little bug for quite a few people at the moment. Luckily you can just use F and move the tree like a piece of furniture to gain access to the door and there you go!

Now you need to feed it the Matryoshka Dolls to unlock the door and summon our Skeleton Overlord.

Jack's house will cost you 5000 Star Coins to construct.

We’ve been wanting to turn the spare room in the basement into a game room for a while now and my dad got a multiplayer arcade cabinet with a ridiculous amount of games on it…

One of them was Tron

I know there was at least two cabinets made, so this game is the base game and not disc’s of Tron, it has the four sectors and four games based off of that.

It’s really neat and fun, except that Tron DOESNT FUCKING ROTATE HE JUST AIMS ONE DIRECTION AND WE FUNCTIONALLY CANNOT PLAY THE FOURTH GAME BECAUSE OF IT. Idk if it’s because we’re trying to play on a multiplayer cabinet instead of a tron cabinet with the trigger and everything, or if there’s something we don’t know?

However, to no one’s surprise the lightcycle match is the best game of the four. It’s fun once you get the hang of it.

Omg so I am obsessed with Palia but I am stuck, and its so stupid.

So I got the 'Plank by Plank' quest from Tish, now gotta find Ashura for it. LIKE WHERE IS ASHURA!?!?!?? I have been looking for him everywhere, do I need to go to a certain area for him?

I looked on the top compas thing at the top and he isn't on that either. I am so confused- where can I find him at???

Hi Guilty Gear community, I recently got into Strive as my first proper fighting game I've played and I'm wondering if anyone has tips for hitting quarter and half circles for combos? I've been using a normal Xbox controller on PC to play and I'm not very good at using the d-pad or the joystick to get those, which is frustrating because I wanna do cool combos. Would it make it easier if I had a fighting game controller? Would this be worth investing in as a casual player? If so, any recommendations?

SOB I've been trying so hard to win against Tobin and Deepal but I can't. It's so frustrating but so fun! PLEASE spare some pointers(I'm writing this at 3AM because I wanted to finish 😭😭)

AWW!! A little delighted that it's been challenging, but also sympathetic! You can let me know (DMs/another ask whatever you want) what your stats are, and I can give you more detailed help, but I've put general advice below for anyone who wants help too!

Obviously, big spoilers below.

Choice #1: Drop shot/ hard passing shot / safe lob

Go for the dropshot if your finesse > 30, and the passing shot if your strength is > 30. Otherwise, you'll need endurance + tactics/agility/strength to be > 27.

Choice #2: Go up to poach / stay back

Go up to poach if your strength + serves > 63

Stay back if your agility > 27 and endurance/tactics/strength/finesse > 27

Choice #3: Choose a strategy: (a) Endurance + Strength; (b) Finesse + serves; (c) Agility + Tactics

This is pretty self-explanatory - but you'll need at least 27 for both skills.

Choice #4: Go for the ball / care about Rayyan

Lol. Go for the ball. Rayyan doesn't care about their small knee graze and neither should you ;)

Choice #5: Switch strategy or not

This doesn't matter if you've already picked a good strategy (see #3) - more for people who think maybe they might've done something wrong to ... salvage what they can of the set. You do need > 56 for both skills added up though.

hello to any gamers out there, i need some help

so a couple weeks ago my friend and i both got phasmophobia because she finally had gotten a PC laptop like she'd wanted, so we could play games. it was completely fine, working perfectly, until about a week ago/a few days ago. all of a sudden, she can't hear me in game. the game is picking up my audio, my microphone is connected, she just can't hear me. I have tried all fixes i've found online, and nothing has worked. she is sure that it isn't a problem on her side (which i am believing less and less, but if it does end up being on her side it's not her fault if she didn't know)

but anyway. does anyone know how to fix this? it's really frustrating and has caused me a lot of stress, and i want to be able to play the game normally again instead of just facetiming while we play.

So in Rain World I somehow got lost in shoreline. I kept coming back to the “Three pipes” room and I started going left. This lead me to Subterranean where I am now. I don’t wanna be there yet so I tried to make my way to the other region to the other side of Subterranean but what I can see from the map, theres no way of making it there….

I’m playing Undertale. I chose the name Frisk (sets it to hard mode). This is my second time, didn’t get passed the ruins the first time (got stuck at the cheese save.) but now I’m continuing on the PC and have a new file.

Words cannot describe how much of an ass kicking i am receiving.

I am stuck at the Leaf Pile save now, and desperately trying to get to another save.

I refuse to pussy out, even at the state of my mental health.

I’m going to be updating this thread as I play.

Also, if anyone knows how to make it full screen pls let me know. F4 doesn’t work.
