Words to replace said, except this actually helps
I got pretty fed up with looking for words to replace said because they weren’t sorted in a way I could easily use/find them for the right time. So I did some myself.

Types Of People: Coffee ☕️
Black Coffee: straight up no bullshit approach to life, needs to get more sleep, knows how to deal with a crisis, probably the oldest child, Shane from the L Word, thinks that things shouldn’t have to be complicated, doesn’t express their feelings but does explain their boundaries and needs.
Iced Coffee: needs to cut back on the caffeine tbh, Gemini placements, thinks iced coffee counts as a meal, Gen Z vibes, always looking for something to do, vapes, fads are their jam, spends too much time on tik tok and knows the dances, either LGBT or a serious ally, pop music.
Mocha: has mastered the fine art of being childish and mature at the same time, collects cute pens, autumn vibes, may be an adult but still reads YA novels, soft hands, understanding smiles, gets upset if anyone dislikes them, unpainted nails, labradors, sends you goodnight texts/snaps.
Flat White: late nights browsing Wikipedia, constantly forgetting deadlines, minimalist fashion, definitely owns mom jeans or boyfriend jeans, Lo-fi playlists, likes group activities with friends like bowling or skating, gets up early cause they have to not cause they want to.
Caramel Latte: heart of gold, wholesome memes, Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds, hypes up their friends, says sorry too much, sees the best in people, wants to make the world a better place, sudden bursts of out of character emotions, passionate, hates rude people.
Macchiato: don’t mess with their schedule, likes old fashioned films, windswept hair, efficient dreamer, their bedroom looks like a furniture catalogue, yoga and meditation, believes in manifestation, voted most likely to own a small business, goes to farmers markets.
Cappuccino: did a lot of writing based subjects in school like ancient history and legal studies, cat person, probably owns Vinyls and/or CDs, good at keeping secrets, perfect eyeliner, resting bitch face, true crime podcasts, predominantly black wardrobe.
Irish Coffee: a mess, “for a pessimist I’m pretty optimistic”, high functioning depressed, Twin Peaks vibes, swears too much, unresolved trauma, the jaded cop character in crime thrillers, listens to some seriously unknown bands/artists, talks to their pet fish, all their plants die.

types of people: daily walks
6 am - waking up with the sun, the smell of clean sheets, a good book, green tea, watching your garden by the window, humming, birds chirping, a faint smile, hope for the day ahead
10 am - soft sunlight, kittens hiding as you pass, the trees gently swaying, walks to the lake, finding a pretty leaf to bring back home, feeding the squirrels, the faint sound of bells, wildflowers, leaving gifts for the fairies just in case
12 pm - sunbeams and laughter, bike rides with friends, polaroids, lemonade, picnics with lots of fruit, a quick dip in the lake, ice cream trucks, the feeling of summer
5 pm - the first hint of dusk, a cool breeze, dinner with old friends, the smell of another houses cooking nearby, black tea, nostalgia, looking through old photographs, thoughts of childhood
8 pm - walking boots, the perfect playlist, reflecting on your day, a light coat, the faint feeling of being out of place, a slight drizzle, the sound of cars passing on the nearest street, a group of skateboarders, children being called home, muffled music in the distance
11 pm - a strange silence, moonlight, the smell of pine, an acknowledgement of every passerby, streetlights, a longing for something you can’t quite place, regrets, bittersweet memories, hoping for better days ahead

muse a is a criminal that owns a technically-legal-but-shady business (casino, strip club, nightclub, etc.) that doubles as a front for their definitely-not-legal business. muse b is a brand-new employee. despite them not being in the shady business and rather low on the ranks (and thus, usually not even a blip on muse a’s radar), muse b catches muse a’s eye one night, and the two begin to talk and hang out at work – and that quickly turns into a relationship. the two genuinely fall for each other, and muse a slowly brings muse b further into their world, once they’re sure their criminal activities won’t scare muse b off.
except there’s something muse a doesn’t know. muse b was hired by a rival criminal (or possibly the feds) to act as a spy, collecting info on muse a’s shady dealings in exchange for a huge chunk of change.
