I think it's really very funny that people are demanding to immediately know the reasons behind all the changes for the PJO series & are also complaining about the show missing things out/including things that were not in the book instead of just trusting in the process and waiting until all the episodes are out before speaking/casting judgement on the overall narrative. Because I have to say, some of the things I've seen people complain about are then literally showed/resolved in the following episodes and then its like ..... well now what??? It's like y'all complain about there being too much exposition in the show but then you turn around and want every single detail on why they did x, y and z to be explained???? I 100% guarantee that if we weren't given the exposition some of you would then turn around and criticise the show for underexplaining and saying the series feels so empty. You're not allowing the story to move you, instead you're just complaining and comparing and then wondering why you're not enjoying the storytelling as much. Are there a few valid flaws to the show? Of course. But some of y'all just love to yap for yappings sake and it's so tiring. Are you not tired????

Andre's scenes with his father got me. I'm very interested in where they'll take his storyline; the fact that the more he uses his powers the more he's damaging/killing himself. I wish they would have shown more scenes of him struggling after using his powers though, which would explain why he wasn't as useful as others this season.

Emma and Sam. Sam had a bit too much bass in his throat when he was talking to Emma which I didn't like at all. He knows damn well she's been looking out for him when she didnt have to at all. It had a much stronger ending than the previous season did & set up up so many things for the upcoming seasons. I didn't see that cliffhanger coming but hoLY SHITTT. Of course Ishamael would have a final card to play.

Is it just me who kinda wants to see flashbacks to Lanfear/Ishamael/Lews Therin as the besties that they were? Its so fascinating.

The only main gripe I had with the finale was how they reduced Nynaeve back to not being able to channel?????? Like huh????? People all around her dying, Rand is dying, and she isn't apparently angry enough to heal them????? Absolutely nonsensical. I swear I feel like they only did that to introduce Elayne cos then otherwise what was the fucking point???

Glad that Moiraine and Lan are now back to being platonic spouses. I love their relationship so much and I'm glad Lan read Moiraine because she honestly needed someone to keep it real for her; her confirming what we all knew which is that Lan is in fact the best, and most loyal & she is honoured to have a warder/friend/spouse like him!!!

Also, Mat, I may have been wrong about him. He has gone up in my estimations because FINALLY he was an active agent in his own story instead of being so passive and cowardly.

The way Renna died? Scrumdidlyumptious. I rewatched that shit like 50 times.

Also loved how the gang are now back together again!! That moment on the towers when they were all looking out was chilling in the best way. Everyone needs a friendship group that has each other's backs like that.

A great finish to what has been an amazing season.

He twists around to turn off the shower and then looks at the floor, going, "Ah." He sits, thinking, before calling out "Wolfwood?". A sleepy Wolfwood replies, "…yeah?" from offscreen. "I forgot my towel!" Vash exclaims. "Ugh, look under your change of clothes… Knew you'd forget so I left it there…" a grouchy Wolfwood replies. "Gee, thanks!" Vash replies, a cartoony doodle of him saying "so reliable!".

Vash, shirtless but with sleep pants on, opens the door, towel draped over his head, to see Wolfwood, reclining on the bed. Wolfwood's smoking and holding his rosary, lit by the light from the bathroom. Vash climbs into bed next to him, towel still around his shoulders, and rests his head on Wolfwood's chest. His eyes close and then open to see Wolfwood watching him. Vash exclaims, "Oh! It's speeding up!, and Wolfwood bonks him on the head before saying, "Get on here since ya wanna be so up close 'n personal!". The two tussle briefly and Vash laughs before Wolfwood tucks the blanket around them. Wolfwood continues to smoke as Vash curls up against his chest and listens to his heartbeat, the background turning black once again as he smiles, content. /end id]
