Started off with both 6 & 10lb vests, but had to drop the 6lb half way through. After wearing both yesterday for Sean’s I just didn’t have the extra in me. Remember to take care of yourself first ♥️🙌🏼 . I feel lile this is something everyone says but no one actually follows. We are all so busy trying to get ahead, trying do more, trying do better ... This method of non stop grinding definitely get the job done, most of the time ... But at what cost ? . Being a yoga teacher and personal trainer...you'd think that I'd be able to take care of my body lol 😉 ... However, this week I wasn't sleeping at all.. I would wake up every 2-3 hours due to neck pain! I did everything I knew how, I rolled, I stretched, I did yoga... Nothing was working! . Sometimes it takes not sleeping for a week to finaly give in and gets some help lol! . That being said I should have listened to my body sooner and taken care of it better. March was a busy month for myself and lots of stress came with it... I should have planned better and known that I might need to take some better care of myself and body. But that's life right 🤷🏼‍♀️ we live and learn and do better next time! . Have an amazing Saturday! Trying this!!! - Look at your month as a whole!
