Walk whenever you can
Biking/Elliptical + Movies
Aromatherapy
Distraction methods
You can add ACV to drinks like water n tea
Fiber. Pectin.
Keep food basic, easy to grab n go.
Electrolytes
Greens supplement
Protein powders- I have a ton. Make a pudding or smoothie.

Just watched one of those stupid shredding videos except it was Mario merchandise. Why did I do this to myself? I knew I wouldn't like it. I was very quickly crying. Do they feel no remorse when they destroy Mario's friendly, warm and inviting smile? Does it not make them unhappy? Do they feel nothing when they destroy the cute, innocent, adorable, huggable plushes of Mario and his friends? Do they feel nothing at the destruction of Luigi's image? NOTHING from destroying a fun and great 3DS game? They treat it all like some silly game. A joke. Jumping the Mario plush around on the shredder. Manipulating his movements. Adding sound effects. Just to torment him. To torment me. I knew what was coming. He was shredded like the rest of them. It was horrible. I lament the loss of these pieces of merchandise, of these representations of Mario. Of Luigi. Of Yoshi. Of everyone else. All these characters who matter to me and who I myself have in many forms. It was like watching my friends get executed in front of me over and over, and yet I kept watching. I didn't click off and I didn't stop. Do they feel nothing at the destruction of such a wonderful character who means so much to so many people? Do they not feel bad? Do they not loathe what they have done? Has the money of YouTube really blinded them this far from our friend Mario?

Marnie Stern — The Comeback Kid (Joyful Noise)
Tumblr media
A decade ago, when we last had a Marnie Stern album to consider, she was a beacon of instrumental prowess in a world of “Women who rock” features that largely confined themselves to singers. She was a shredder then and a shredder now, and dare we hope, the world has shifted so that this is no longer so remarkable? In any case, her latest album, The Comeback Kid, is full of shimmering, ultra fanciful castles of guitar-based sound, but it’s also kind of an experimental pop gem, like Deerhoof after a month of Guitar Hero or like OOIOO any time, really.
Stern has spent the last 10 years in ways both unsurprising (she had two kids now) and mildly unusual (she plays guitar on in Late Night’s 8G band). As a result, she sounds both refreshed from the hiatus and in sharp form from the practice. This is, of course, a contradiction, but makes sense when you think about it. Playing other people’s music five nights a week is very different from making your own songs and touring them.
In any case, she is audibly raring to go, in “Believing is Seeing.” She builds a song right in front of us, asking “What if I add this? And then?” and then adding it, big crashing power chords, antic dances of off kilter picking, handclaps, sugar-rush, girl-group shouts and refrains. “Don’t bow down,” she confides before launching the wholly, gloriously excessive “Working Memory” and then DOESN’T BOW DOWN. Instead she launches a Cecil B. DeMille production of an art punk song, with trebly choirs and neck warping firestorms of electric guitar wizardry. It’s the grand finale of all grand finales, but hold on, the album’s not even half over yet.
You’ve still got the stop-start giddy assault of “Earth Eater,” for instance, showcasing rapid-fire bursts of percussion and, again, guitar, as well as fizzy, popping, girl sung choruses that have something very Japanese about them. It’s here that I’m going to pull the Wendy Eisenberg card just because I can think of no other female artist with comparable chops and experimental pop tendencies, but Stern is pure pleasure where Eisenberg can sometimes seem a puzzle maker. You can turn it all off and enjoy The Comeback Kid—or listen in and enjoy the details. (Like that Van Halen solo right at the end of “Earth Eater.”)
Celebrate the comeback, sure, but it sounds like a big bang beginning.

So you know how Franky can play the acoustic guitar and how Brook knows every instrument known to man?
Well I think zoro also knows how to play guitar BUT not just any guitar! Electric guitar 🎸⚡️
Of course we’re talking about zoro here so he doesn’t just play it normally NO he SHREDZ
And I mean like straight up on his knees sweat dripping down his face teeth grunting guitar swung around his back shredding
Or he’s doing MASSIVE head bangs as he shreds and get bloody noses from it
Or he uses his tongue to shred on the guitar strings like it’s no one’s business! His tongue straight up has six packs because of this!
But when hes done doing an epic solo shred and he got to caught up into the music he’ll sometimes smash the guitar on the ground all huffing and puffing
He does this so many times that the guitar shops around his town loves him because he’s a walking wallet (it’s all Mihawks money he has)
And he never plays so songs like Franky does or pop music like Brook it’s also aggressive when he’s playing it’s always 1 to 10000x immediately
Franky found out /fast/ that he can’t play with Zoro because their style and taste and technique is sooooooo different they clash to much so Franky accepted it
Brook played with all different kinds of musicians thought out his long life so he thought he can play with Zoro but he was *humbled* to say it nicely! Brook got put in his place Brook tried hard to match Zoros pace but he realized that no one really “taught” Zoro how to play he picked up a guitar one day and decided to play with know a single thing about guitar
And when he was “learning” it was aggressive but damn did it sound amazing Brooks eyes flown out of his head but to bad he doesn’t have then anymore he’s just bones!!! Yohohohoho
But in all seriousness Brook was impressed with Zoro and tries to learn Zoros patterns because one day Brook wants to play a song with him whenever that will be!
