ok so im struggling with a really bad dissociative episode again since like a week, that seems to still be getting worse again and like, does anyone have some actually helpful advice for dealing with the really bad episodes? like i currently often wake up in the morning having mostly forgotten who i am and who my friends and partners are and it's fucking with me way more than i'd like to admit to
would be very glad about literally any kind of advice, i feel like i used to have some better strategies for dealing with these but that's not super useful if i don't remember them lmao
